They treat people absolutely awful. My fiancé has been out of his medication for a month now. Was supposed to have an appointment today and they said he never had an appointment scheduled not to mention they RARELY answer phone calls to even be able to get an appointment so people are then left in the dust with minimal options. They could care less about mental health or the well being of the people they see. So glad he will soon be switching to Cleveland Clinic for his mental health and actually receive the help/support he needs.

Staff is very rude on the phone. When dealing with mental health, i doubt being rude and acting like the patient is a waste of their time, is good on mental health. No one is ever at the designated area from which they are supposed to, like front check in desk. No one has a clue as to what their job is or if they have appointments or not. No communication between any of the employees . Seems to be in complete disarray any time i have ever been there.

The employees whether they are just desk clerks or doctors treat you as if you are their employees or for lack of a better phrase own you. They will threaten to cut off your medication and from some of the other reviews have. This is unethical and from what I gather illegal. Most psychotropic medications need to be weened off of or serious side effects can occur. I have been going here for over a decade and always have the same trouble. It was much better when they werent partners with Quest. Albeit they still had problems then. This office looks as if it is going the same route as Nova Behavioral Heath and if I had my way a class action lawsuit. But, they are one of the only games in town which makes it very scary and foreboding for the future of mental health in Stark County. I thought you were supposed to leave the psychologist in a good mood?!

When I started going to this office, it was great! My psychiatrist was amazing, there were no communication or appointment problems, and the staff was incredibly helpful. After they became CommQuest, I cant get a call back, I was dropped from my psychiatrist and reassigned (despite the psychiatrist telling me that wouldnt happen) and given a brand new appointment, except I was never informed that I had been reassigned nor that I had a different appointment date. And when I told them I was not going to be continuing to use their office, I was given a cognitive assessment! Now I cant even get a hold of someone so I can pick up my file and get a new psychiatrist without having to go through the diagnostic process. Again.

If Preston comes back let me know. He was the best counselor I’ve had.Other than having to be on top of them for my medication, I have no other complaints

Your diagnosis will be biased and unfair. Please check with more than one Medical professional, and read the DSM V or most recent version available. Also they will remove their shoes during your session.I would hesitate to take anyone here that has issues speaking up for themselves .

This place dont care about anyone but the money they make off of you. they leave children without there medicine for weeks, doesnt matter that they have withdraw or that they need meds for school. 6 minutes late to an appointment that they allot 20 min appointment and they dont take you and your child suffers when you have no control over it. im going to the medical board and making a complaint. they are horrible dont go there if you want to help your children!!!!!

If i could, i would give negative rating. This new system they have is confusing, and its taking two months for my husband to see a doc who can prescribed anti depressants? Meanwhile i have to babysit him and make sure he doesnt hurt himself or others. The counselor is awful, John just smirks, nods his head and says Oh i gotcha anytime something is said. No feedback, no communication, no help. At all. It got so bad after two appts the day before my husband was to go to John for third time i called Amy Rohr...the supervisor. My husband signed paperwork that i states i am able to discuss his care, and as i explained during the call to amy, my husband was actually feeling worse seeing this counselor. She stated she would note the chart. Next day husband cancelled appt and wont go back! My husband has become increasingly violent towards others and this agency dismissed him like HE was the one wasting their time. Way to help a person struggling with mental health. Gold Star! This was his first and only attempt to seek help. Thanks for failing so blatantly and making him feel like more of a burden.

I would say this is one of the top places to work in Stark county not only for the staff, the support, and great benefits but rewarding to work with helping the community during an epidemic is wonderful. As far as on a client level I was once a client as well, they treat you like are human being this is where I started my recovery the detox center is phenomenal in patient and out patient is great residental services for men and women have some of the most devoted employees working to get you on your recovery journey. The staff truly cares about your well-being.Way to go comm quest saving lives one day at a time !!!!This may be a very scary time for some but of you need help PLEASE reach out.I started my recovery journey at comquest and now I work for (with) them. Such an amazing place ❤️Disclosure & UPDATE :working the detox center for $10 an hour was a very hard hard job and it was very sad for me to have to walk away from but the stress that it caused was not worth the 10 an hour.Only 11 if you have cirt.

Signed up for my kid in a school, asked if we are being charged please call. No phone call. My kid has been seeing this therapist I guess for the last 3 1/2 months. No word from therapist, no call to tell me how he’s doing, no check in to see how his behaviors have been at home and more importantly never received one single bill....well until last Friday for 2 months and almost $800!!! Now according to this bill I could have another $340 for the last 1 1/2 months putting my bill over $1000 before they decide to send me one single bill!!!!! Now we talked to the teacher and my kid is in these sessions for 20mins. They are charging anywhere from $70 to $102 each time she sees him! This place has some big ethical issues to put this one a family like this!
