2021-08-16Best rent-to-own homes youll find in any city in this country! Completely refurbished homes at very reasonable prices. The homes look like new when they get done with them! Move in and say WOW!

2021-03-16Ive been renting here for almost a year and over the past five months Ive been having MICE. Commonwealth have been lazy in their help. They called an exterminator only after I caught 10, and told me I just have to wait. Five months later I still have them and they show no signs of actually caring. This is taking an emotional toll and I can barely sleep.

2020-08-22I was very happy renting from them. Buying from them was another story. They threatened us to get what they wanted instead of asking and made us repeatedly prove we paid rent over and over for different months as if it were a mystery.So renting is goodBuyers bewareAfter we bought the house, 3 months later, the electric box caught on fire and we learned why they didnt want us to get an inspection.The basement wasnt waterproof like we were led to believe and the entire home I was remodeled with the cheapest possible materials.We continue to rebuild this house from the ground up due to the way it was previously cared for by the owners.Such a pity that people cant just be honest.

2019-11-11If you dont have perfect credit avoid this place. Even with our debt payed off, or less than 30% on everything else, and showing we make more than $500 the monthly requirement. Sorry we cant help you. The gentlemen that answered shouldnt be anywhere near a phone with the lack of people skills required for the job.
