We visited The Common Threads store in Brookpark, and it was such a nice store! Clean, with wonderful staff, great music playing, and such a fun vibe! A must-visit store!
My girls and I visited Common Threads thinking we would just stop by quickly and pick up a few things.....1 hour and a half later (at least) we were still shopping! Great environment and LOTS of great items to select from. Best thrift store hands down!

Common Threads is our go-to place for donating. So easy to drop off, get a receipt, etc. Staff are always eager to assist, plus its good to know the stores proceeds are making a difference right here in Cleveland.
During my first visit there I found a veggietales vhs and I only payed it for 27 cents I was so surprised about that price. That just made my day for my first visit.

2021-07-29Very poor service. Was assured by a sales associate that returns could be made as long as you have a receipt. My girlfriend didnt like her gift, sure enough I came back with the receipt and credit card used but the sales associate working wont take a return with the original receipt. What can you guys do to fix this? I still have the recipient and I plan to report this to the better business Bureau.

2020-12-18How wonderfully exciting it is to see Common Threads expanding to Brookpark! The window displays are so beautiful, they just draw you into the store. (I wanted to buy everything in the window!!! 😁) So many great items,from toys to homegoods to clothing and more, at reasonable prices there! And the staff and volunteers are so friendly and helpful! Youve got to go! You will not be disappointed! (Can you tell I love it?!❤)
