I really enjoyed my recent session. It is both clean and quiet inside. The actual service and massages that I received was simply outstanding. Felt relieved and activated upon leaving. Great dollar value packages as well.Thank you, all.
Price was great, staff was very nice and the service was awesome!It was very relaxing. I will definitely go back to try their other services! Tony was phenomenal and I suggest requesting him for your massage.
NEGATIVE 0!!! I was waiting around the massage table waiting for my husband to lay down because i needed to translate for him, and the people treated me so rude and physically touched me and made me sit down far away. I told them i wasn’t trying to create a problem and that i was just looking because it was his first time getting a massage, they were treating me so rudely so i asked to speak to the manager. The manager treated me worse than the employees. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH EITHER! So there’s no use to complain! DO NOT COME HERE! It’s not worth the hassle!!!!!!!!
Waited 30 minutes then was told they would not be able to get to my friend and my massages. We arrived 45 minutes before closing. With better scheduling/sign in abilities my rating will increase.
If you are looking for deep tissue work, this is the best I’ve found in the area! No appointments, just show up. You might wait a few minutes, but it is so worth it!
Please be aware of this place!!! I was touched inappropriately here by the massage guy that was working. It was pretty bad and I was too scared at the time to say anything. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

They are a little pushy in trying to up sell you. Overall good massage. But they ruined it in the end they were a little pushy for a tip.

2022-06-14I had a massage and now ended up with a rash from the massage table. Becareful enter this place at your own risk, if you want an infection then go ahead and they force you to tip but why tip when Service is poor.

2022-06-14These people don’t understand what you want..I ask for full body massage for 45 minutes and mention I need more on my feet and legs but he wearily did on my legs and feet and when I ask him why he mention that’s combo massage for 25 minute for body and 20 minute feet for same price.Only because I wrote on paper 45 minute he don’t want to do my feet or legs even though I ask for it👎👎👎👎

2022-02-24The masseur was rude to because i didnt tip. He asked for a tip and i said no because they have rate for their service. He start talking in his language about me. This is not an restaurant where one tips the waiter. If they want more money rise your price with knowing customer may not tip.

2021-07-08I love this place! I have shoulder surgery last year and was 3 weeks post op. I told them and they did a gentle massage to that area. I always fall asleep because its so comfortable. I take my ear buds and listen to music. I always feel good when I leave.

2020-10-03I was at The Beachwood Mall today for my eye exam over at Vision Works (and they were just excellent!!)So, I decided to pay The Comfort Zone a visit as it’s located right across from Vision Works. I go in and said I’d like a massage and he said for how long, an hour? I said yes.So he shows me to the massage table and he gets to work!!He massaged and worked my shoulders , neck, lower back legs, arms, calves, scalp,,hands and feet. He was a MASTER and I thoroughly felt relieved of all stress and tight muscle pain. He was AMAZING!!!They may not speak English, but you don’t need too to feel what good service and an EXCELLENT MASSAGE is all about!Please go here. It is so worth it and the price is very reasonable. 2017-01-28Just stopped in for a quick 10 minute neck, shoulder, and back massage (called seated acupressure there) and it was fantastic! I recognized it, as my last massage was in Thailand just weeks ago. I asked my masseuse where he was from. He replied, Thailand. I knew it! I proceeded to tell him how I was in Thailand and got 2 massages and how great they were, etc. He didnt understand a word. But I picked up the flyer and I will return when I have more time. Thai massages are the best! So glad to find Comfort Zone!

2020-12-06Fantastic time and worth every dollar spent, make sure you tip them well. If you can spend 75 dollars on a new coat or some new shoes, you should have no problem spending it on your body and the calming of your mind.

2018-08-30Always have had a great experience here. Referring to a previous review from someone, I have seen them make sure people dont crowd near those getting a massage, which is very respectful! I would not appreciate it if someone wanted to watch, talk, and make noise around me while I was trying to relax. I love this place!

2019-12-23All I can say is wowwww, TONY can apply the pressure really needed for a deep tissue 💆♂️massage and in a ½ hour Im feeling much better. I am the owner of BeeTrans and I drive everyday and I was barely able to move my neck without pain for the last two weeks. MAJOR THANKS FOR HELPING ME BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I CALLED a bunch of businesses and was told they couldnt squeeze me in or that they are no longer open 😭, then I walked into the mall and met this gentleman. He even gave me a small preview and that was all it took. He is the truth ask for Tony. You wont be tight anymore and Im a big guy so trust me.
