Theyre a totally worthless dental practice. They have some punk long-haired kid trying to run the place should be flipping burgers somewhere, find another dentist spend the extra money and get quality service.

My husband recently been seen and wisdom tooth been removed. He complained pain for the past 2 weeks and when we call for help no space till next month this is crazy. I will never recommend this place. It’s seem they don’t care
When you can get them to answer and get an appointment its good but shouldnt have to stay on hold for 20 mins to make an appointment or change a appointment sorry been there for about 10 years now definitely not that busy
They made me feel very positive about my visit. Then, when dread and apprehension entered my thoughts, they were very patient with me. I appreciated that.
I called to try to make a Saturday appointment and they told me that I was no longer able to make a Saturday appointment because back in November there was a no call no show. Well at the time my father had just died m, they called to give me a reminder for my upcoming appointment and at that time I told them that I wasn’t going to be able to make it with everything going on with my father. They told me there was nothing they could do, they can schedule me Monday through Friday and I would have to talk to the dentist to see if they can remove the block for me to get a Saturday appointment. Giving the circumstances I feel like that they could’ve made an exception seeing as how I DID speak with someone! I probably won’t use comfort dental again.
OMG they are amazing, delightful, efficient, and friendly! What more can I say but this place is absolutely amazing, I had a bad toothache and I was in and out without any hassle. My family and I have received dental care from American Dental on Main and Hamilton in Whitehall for over 15 years. The service continues to improve with each visit. They always work hard to reach satisfactory service for myself and my four children who range in age from 6 to 22 years old. The staff is always polite and courteous even when I call in panicked about a “situation,” they are always able to give us an appointment in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service we receive!!
I was so nervous. I hate going to the dentist. When I tell you Dr. Fithe work his magic. I had a root canal and a filling done. I was never in any pain!!’ All praises!!! I go back in two weeks for my crown!! Thank you Comfort Dental in Whitehall , OH

The staff are awesome, I seen Dr. Abbey Wise. I would recommend them for any dental work you need done! The best dentist Ive ever been to, they make sure there is no pain in any treatment that you need done.
Comfort Dental is a great place to go. They get you in and out and do a thorough job as well. Dr. W was great. He explained everything through and pulled my tooth for me pain free. The specialist and aids were nice and funny. I’ll be back soon. I high recommend
My experience is that they leave an answering machine on because they are too lazy to answer the phone and then they still dont call you back even if you leave your name and number. Answering the phone is the most basic customer service. I wont be trusting them with anything if they cant even get that right.
Great assistant cleaned my teeth. She was very gentle and patient.
The dentist is nice yes, so are the assistants. But whatever you do dont EVER ask for dental work or prior authorizations. I specifically came to have 1 tooth looked at and a prior authorization to attempt to have a crown down then a cleaning. The doctor informed me it would be processed for review, the nurse and hygienist both said the order was in to attempt to get approval and when I checked out I asked the receptionist that the order was in. All 4 staff member including the doctor said they requested to have the crown order done. I would be contacted in weeks upon insurance check. I had to call 3 weeks later to find out all 4 staff members lied. They never ordered my crown prior authorization through my insurance. This tooth was my number 1 priority and the staff never even listened to me. This is poor patient care and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. The one item and main thing I scheduled to come in for was lied to me and never taken care of. I mise well just pull this tooth at this point since the dentist and staff care so little about there patients and more about how much money they can make while your in the chair. Then once your out of the office its no longer there problem. If you go to them dont let them do anything except what your coming to have done or THEY WILL NOT DO IT
Couldn’t have asked for better dental service, especially with today’s unknowns. Easy to book. The staff was very nice and quick to get me checked in. They had a good system with all the safety precautions now. Once in, the assistants we personable, caring and worked diligently. The doctor I saw was very friendly and recapped my situation and my options before starting. Very nice and friendly. They were very very busy, but treated me as I their most important patient. Overall, they made the visit easy and treated me with respect and kindness. Can’t recommend them enough!!
I recently went to comfort dental after I had a complication with my wisdom teeth removal at another dentist office (not a comfort dental location). They were very understanding and were able to schedule me very quickly. The front desk staff were very kind and the wait time was minimal. The hygienist, Carolyn, numbed my mouth without any pain and Dr Wise fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Both were great at explaining aftercare and offered me a follow up appointment if I desired it. I will definitely be attending this office in the future!
I love this place. I’ve always had issues finding a dentist who didn’t judge me. Due to a past physically abusive relationship, my teeth needed a lot of work. They welcomed me, fixed everything and quick to. My teeth look the best they have my entire life. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly. The techs and dentists are friendly, informative and the best thing, they treat everyone equally. They worked with my insurance to get the coverage I needed. I honestly cannot day enough good things about this place!
I hadnt been to the dentist in a long time because of my last experience but this was truly a pleasure. They all were so very friendly and everything was explained in detail, they made sure I didnt have any questions. He had my tooth out before I knew it. This will be my new dental home. I😊
First time visiting this office it was pretty nice. I waited 30 mins before I was seen by a dental assistant. The next visit I had was to get a root canal. The process went pretty well. I got filling done as well. The whole reason why I got this procedure done is to fix my discomfort. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I can’t chew on the left side of my mouth. The right side of my mouth is still in pain as well. The last time I visited I went to get a cleaning and to get my teeth “adjusted”. I ended up walking out because I was waiting for an hour.(My own personal experience.)

I walked in with a back tooth pain today at 1:30pm. They were done taking great care of me by 3:30pm. The bad tooth is gone, and I do not feel any pain! This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. This is definitely my new dentist office!
Had a impacted tooth removed here today. The dentist is very professional and does a very good job. He was very worried about my pain and did everything he could to help. Highly recommend.
Beyond horrible. The front desk guy was very rude even after advising it was my first time. He became very condescending when I asked about the privacy form they asked you to fill out. After waiting 35 minutes to see the dentist. I go back get x-rays. He comes in looks at the my teeth asks if I want to stay or come back to get my cleaning because it might take another hour to have them cleaned. Never have I scheduled a routine visit as was asked if I wanted my teeth cleaned. Then he had the audacity to ask if I wanted him to fill a cavity. No thanks I dont let just anyone work on my teeth. I do not recommend this place at all!
I am extremely happy with Comfort Dental. They have been very accommodating when I have had to cancel unexpectedly and were able to still reschedule me right away. I really appreciate finding that in a dentist office. Dr.Fife was awesome and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved Jeannie who cleaned my teeth. She really cared and helped me to decide what I should do about a tooth problem. She is such a sweet lady and a definite asset to Comfort Dental. I hope she is who cleans my teeth again to. Everyone that I dealt with here the secretarys to were all very courteous and well trained and well mannered. It is not easy to find a place like this !! Thank You !!

I enjoy coming here because my wait time is short and everyone is very professional. I get my teeth cleaned while listening to great music in the background. Dr. Wise is my dentist and he is very comforting. Carolyn did my deep cleaning and was very professional and asked me how I was doing and it was genuine. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first time having work done on my teeth and I really wanted to say that the woman who did my fillings (I think her name was ceecee or something like that ) was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable . She always asked if I was okay and the fact that she was so kind made me feel so much better about everything that was happening . The dentist was also very kind to me but I didn’t spend as much time with him lol . When you deal with people who are forced to work with people all day it’s so rare they are kind but she was and I really appreciated that ☺️
First let me tell yall about the staff! Not one staff in the entire building, NOT ONE, was any less than amazing at what they do. Comfort Dental makes you feel appreciated, scheduling an appt was beyond easy, and wait time was very minimal. I have been turned off by several dentist, but now I have found one that I actually WANT to come to. I have had some things go on in my personal life that has made me neglect my own care at times and not once did they make me feel judged. Not once did I feel like their care wasnt genuine. I actually look forward to my future appointments and continuing to better my health with Comfort Dental.
I will 1st say Im pleased with everything they did Im no longer in pain and they pulled my tooth same day and very quickly. I walked in at 130 and was out by 3 the only reason I dont give 5 is because the dentist I had seemed kinda rude n didnt really talk back to me as I was nervous n being I am a recovering addict I feels that plays a big part of it . I told them I was allergic to the medicine they prescribed me and the nurse told me to just go ahead and take it Im glad the pharmacy caught it because I would of just gone without any hoping no infection started as I couldnt believe she told me to just try taking it Smh other then that its fine but I also have medicade so that probably was some of it too idk. I would go back but ask for different dentist.
The best Dental office ever! I started going to comfort dental during Quarantine due to my regular dental office was closed during to Covid-19 . I was in so much pain and Dr.Wenrik got me altogether. I’ve been getting treated since March and have had 4 root canals done and he’s always very pleasant and his team. He’s taken care of me and is so gentle when he numbs me and actually this is the first time going to a dental office and not feeling traumatized after my visit. I highly recommend Comfort Dental !!! If I could give him 20 stars I would 👌🏽
I absolutely love this office! I had not been to the dentist in some years and I was terrified to go. When I came to this office all the staff are always friendly and welcoming. My kids also go here I have a 3 and 9 year old and they love it. All the staff are really great with small children and making them more comfortable. When you have an appointment there is no long waiting period like other offices they get you in and out! They also work with you for payments. Getting work on your teeth work can be very expensive even if you have insurance and they offer payment plans. Just all around great office!
I’ve been at comfort dental now several times each experience has been wonderful. The wonderful staff working at the front desk that is very welcoming and helpful and then the dentist he has went out of his way to do everything to make it the best for me. This last time I had to be numbed.I didn’t even feel her put the needle in. they did such a wonderful job I highly recommend them and appreciate their kindness to me and their service.

I went in because I had two broken teeth. I went in really nervous bc I have never had a good dental experience and I fear dental offices. From start to finish it was such a great experience. They were very caring and patient with me. I told them up front that I was very nervous and they really listened to me. Dr. Wise was awesome. She went over all my x rays with me, told me what needed to be done and gave me the option of choosing where I wanted to start. I ended up getting those teeth pulled (my choice). They numbed me really well and was very patient when pulling my teeth, as my anxiety began to kick in. I am two days post appointment and my recovery has been great thus far. I will be returning in the future for all my dental needs. This was such a great experience for me!!
The staff, nurses and Dr. David Wise have been amazing with my family of 6 . The staff is always sweet and polite. The nurses are professional, yet kind.Dr. David Wise has been our dentist for many years and my family is always pleased with his services. Great experience. Had to get a new dentist as mine passed away a couple years ago and Ive procrastinated in picking a new provider. Checked Google maps for dentists close to me with positive reviews, business hours as well as good parking. There was another provider closer but I just didnt get a good vibe from them. Comfort dental people are super polite and care about you and your well being most of all. I originally went in as I had a filling come out and tooth crack. I was figuring they might have to pull the tooth. As I have only lost one tooth other than my wisdom teeth and a pair of baby teeth that didnt have anything come in below them I was super happy that the filling could be replaced and fixed for $37.10. Unbeknownst to me the tooth next to it had a massive cavity inside a d required a root canal and crown. Dr. Wise (Abby there are two Dr. Wises) explained all my treatment options and I came in the next day and they did almost everything other than having to wait for the crown to be made and has me in and out in no time. I suffered zero pain or discomfort and numbness were off by evening and I had a nice late dinner. I have to go bbac in 2 weeks for the crown installation and one other small cavity. Im actually looking forward to seeing the office staff as they are all hilarious and caring individuals. In closing I highly recommend this practice. Sorry about the ramblingness I have not written very many reviews.
Have visited this location of Comfort Dental twice now. Both times were for routine cleanings and the staff have been outstanding to work with. Everyone is always so happy to see you, and really treat you like they have known you for years. I will be having some invasive work completed over the next few weeks, and I am happy to have the friendly staff conducting the work. Everything was explained to me in basic terms and they really made sure I understood everything that was going to take place before, during and after my procedure. They even worked with me on financing since my insurance will not be covering everything. Couldnt be happier with the staff and treatment of Comfort Dental. I will be using these folks as long as I am in the Columbus area.
I had a two part deep cleaning performed and the two stage numbing was great. I never felt the needle sticks and my hygienist was quick and she engaged in conversation which made my visit pleasent. I would recommend Comfort dental to anyone who needs a great dentist office with a friendly environment. Thanks Comfort dental for a great experience.
My 2 kids were referred to this dental office due to the # of cavities they had. I must say from the initial visit I was pleasantly surprised about how smooth the referral process was. I was able to get them in quickly for the consultation & xrays. The insurance verification and out of pocket expenses were explained in detail and a very detailed treatment plan with costs was provided. I knew exactly what I had to pay. The actual appointment process was quick too. They were able to get appointments in quickly. The staff, from the front desk, to the schedulers, dental assistants & dentists were great to work with! After my kids appointment, I asked which dentist they like better, and the said Comfort Dental!
I give Comfort dental a 5 star rating for the care the whole office gave me. I was apprehensive about the procedure that I needed done but the doctor and staff members reassured me all would turn out great. And it did. I got a bridge and it looks and feels great. The doctor even called and checked on me after my first appointment. I was very surprised and appreciated his concern. It really is a great place for dental care
Ive been coming here for a long time now and i absolutely love the people and the environment. Dr.wise is excellent. She makes you feel comfortable. Carlolyn is a fantastic hygienist. I love when she cleans my teeth. She is very nice and does a great job. Highly recommend coming here. My entire family does and they have late hours for working families.
I have hated dentist visits my whole life. I let my teeth deteriorate until I couldn’t eat solid food anymore. Along comes Comfort Dental in Whitehall. They got me in right away and gave me a plan of action to get my whole mouth back on track. Not only that, they told me it wouldn’t hurt! After 2 visits I am able to bite and chew much better AND I didn’t even need pain medication after 3 root canals. Dr Yee is awesome but Denise is my favorite person there. She has the best personality and always makes me think positive! I highly recommend Whitehall Comfort Dental. They are helping me overcome a lifelong fear and making me smile again! I walked in and explained to the dentist that I had really bad anxiety in regards to getting my tooth pulled. I was numbed and told that if I could still feel anything they would do it again. So he numbed me again only to refuse to go on with my extraction. Not professional at all. If you need someone who understands your sensitivity, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

As some one whos had alot of dental work done. I can say the dentist at comfort dental are the best. HANDS DOWN. Did exactly what he said he was going to do. Very friendly and the place was clean. They really care about you. Theyve done their magic to get everything I needed done approved with insurance and to top it off. Within an hour one wisdom tooth pulled and two Nicely done feelings. The denitist who provided care at Comfort Dental was Dr. Fife, he was incredibly kind and very thorough I had a filling, fitted for a bridge, and crown all done on the same day. I’m typically afraid of dental procedures but the way he prepped and talked me through everything that was going on really put me at ease. Comfort Dental in Whitehall is very good anyway* but Dr. Brian Fife was superb. The dental technician Andria was awesome!! This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Thanks so much.
Dr.Fife is a GREAT doctor he pulled 3 of my wisdom teeth and I didn’t have pain, they came out easy peasy no rough tugging. Him and his assistant (Andrea) was great as well make sure I was comfortable and rubbing my arm when i got the numbing shots 😀! If you go recommend Dr.Fife for your dentist you’ll be perfectly fine!

Superior service. went in with a broken tooth after being too scared to see a dentist for 10 years. I immediately trusted them. Had Xrays and an exam and found not only did I need a crown but 2 fillings. Carolyn is the only person in my life to give me shots with no pain! Amazing. She was so thorough with the cleaning and I really enjoyed my time with her. Dr. Abbey Wise did my fillings without any pain and so quickly I hardly knew what happened. And Carmen filled and finished them beautifully with great skill. It was a life-changing event for me!
I love Comfort Dental!! All the employees are amazing I take my 5 year old to get his regular cleanings there and they do an amazing job taking the fright out of my son. They are great with my teeth as well and make sure I make my follow up appointments with their reminder texts/call It’s very easy to schedule with their convenient times
I love the staff, the only problem I have is that they dont have comfortable seating for plus size/overweight patients. This is discouraging. I waited more than a year to revisit because an associate told me theyd be getting armless chairs in the waiting area.
I dont see why this office has low ratings. I had a good experience. My only complaint would be the waiting time. I was in the office from probably two and a half hours and maybe only a third of that was spent on the appointment, the rest was waiting, but Ive found this to be very typical in any healthcare setting and would even say its fast compared to other offices. Aside from that, the front desk staff was friendly and explained everything well. When a Spanish speaking patient came in, they had an interpreter available for them right away which I thought was great. While youre actually in the chair, theres natural lighting from outside which was nice. The dental hygienist I had was quite kind and made me feel appreciated. The dentist I saw was also very kind and explained things to me in great detail. He didnt rush through the appointment. I was very happy with this office.
I was greeted by the most friendliest & prettiest Unicorn today. Dr Wise & The Staff are really Super Nice. They take the time to make sure that your comfortable before they start the dental work on you. Plus I like how they check on you while their doing the dental work on you as well. Staff very friendly and so prompt on customer service. I saw and had work done by Dr. Yee he was tremendous. I was so amazed at his mannerisms as he explained everything as he worked on my mouth. Very gentle , professional. I felt so comfortable with him. I really would go back to him anytime I need dental work. He loves what he does and it was very obvious . Great experience! I have had my feel cleaning and a cavity filled here and it was easy and painless. I didnt have any issues. Liz was the one who did my filling and my tooth feels the same as it did when it grew out my mouth lol! Overall wonderful place would recommend to others.

I cracked a tooth with my tongue ring, and due to pain, I had to seek out a dentist. Luckily, I found one, and it so happened to be comfort dental. They were the only dentist with immediate availability! They offered me the choice of walking in or scheduling an appointment. I scheduled an appointment. Even though I was 10 minutes late they still saw me. I did have a little bit of wait but I was seen. The staff was so amazing. They walked me through every step, told me everything they were using and doing, and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I was scared but they were so awesome that I made it through! Im excited to go back to get a few cavities filled because they make it so easy. Dr. Wise is so amazing (and stylish) and her staff are equally as kind.
I enjoy this dentistry, because the hygienist, Rachael, did such a wonderful job. She also is wonderful at having an open-conversation, not just dental-talk, which is awesome! 🙂Also, for it being my first time ever, at Comfort Dental, Dr. Fife is my favorite dentist. Even though I just met him today, I did my research and found out that he has the highest level of specialties. So, I would highly recommend him! 😄
Dr. Winnyk and Lori Ray took care me of during my procedure. I came into their office because of tooth pain. They went over all of my treatment options with me. They were very knowledgeable. Dr. Fife and other members of the staff were very friendly also. When leaving, even though he wasnt in my procedure, Dr. Fife reminded to not bite my lip because it was numb. Everyone treated me like family. I would highly recommend them.

They were very rude and were not very friendly. I was there with my partner that has been in severe tooth pain, whom had made this appointment prior to day and was expecting help with his tooth! While there the front desk receptionist was rude and acted like he wasn’t even sitting there! Ignored his questions and acted like it wasn’t her JOB to be compassionate in any way! Her name was Lucia! Being a healthcare worker myself that deals with critical patients on a daily basis! Prior to the appointment certain things were planned due to his anxiety of the situation, once in the back they stated that person only comes once a month! Maybe this location needs to just close if they don’t have the staff to actually do their job!! Rude and In compassionate and I’ll prepared!! This place is a joke! Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! I’ll make sure to spread the word at my Large hospital that I work at in the local area!
I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Wise is great and technician Asia is absolutely amazing. I only let her work on my mouth. I love that girl so much. And the office is always accommodating to what I want or my feelings. They are very professional and caring. And I love how Dr. Wise sings to u while shes working on u..lol. they are great people. They make u feel very comfortable.

I never write reviews and had such a horrible experience I had to say something. This is the absolute worst dental work Ive ever had. Its been 3 weeks since I had some fillings repaired there and I was hoping the pain would subside with the soreness but it only increased due to the fillings being completely mishapen my teeth in my mouth. My teeth are shifting, floss just breaks on the jagged edges and the feeling of the surface is gritty where they worked. The environment alone, however, would keep me from coming back. While the front entrance/check in area is well kept, the actual clinic was littered with dustbunnies, visibly dirty, loud and crowded. I expected a private room or cubicle but was just in a room full of dental chairs listening to loud music and drills and people talking, while 6 other people had their teeth worked on next to me. I spent most of the appointment wishing i would have just left before i let them start. I wouldnt even reccomend this place to an enemy.
Praying all the way, I was nervous going in I had a tooth that broke and needed to be extracted, the staff was so nice from the receptionist when I called as a walk in to the exit. They were so informative with every step taken with the procedure, very little discomfort, I know the dentist is not a very exciting place to go but if you must go definitely go to COMFORT DENTAL they are nice, patient & kind. Wanted to write a review solely because I think Dr. Yee is a fantastic dentist. Ive had to visit Comfort Dental 4 times now and it was on my second visit I was seen by him. My first visit I wasnt very happy when I left, but after that first visit I then saw Dr. Yee and Ive been extremely happy. He is confident, intelligent, and compassionate. And he does a very fine job with every procedure. Ive had a root canal, fillings, and extractions and he has done a better job than any dentist Ive been to before.
Awesome dental experience- everyone is super nice and welcoming. My assistant Brea put me at ease immediately which is not easy to do because I am very anxious usually at the dentist. The hygienist and dentist were also great! I highly recommend.
I had a cleaning and x-rays. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I didnt feel rushed and Dr. Wise was very thorough while reviewing x-rays. Also, the hygienist was awesome. I will comment again after fillings.
Dr Wynneck is awesome, the staff is really nice and helpful. Dr Wynneck is very informative and tells you why is going on with your teeth whether your doing a good job on maintaining the health of the mouth or is some that needs to be addressed and will walk you through and will explain what need to be address a course of action from his side and you side to help the issue. Hes very personable. I enjoy him as my dental provider.
Comfort Dental truly live up to their name. I havent been to the dentist in years due to a traumatic experience with another dental office. I had a throbbing toothache, so I decided to go to the ER at Comfort Dental. The atmosphere was calming, the music was very diversed, and the people were very professionally. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jonathan Winnyk and Lori and they were amazing. They didnt make me feel embarrassed because I hadnt been to the dentist in years. While I was being serviced by Lori she was singing, humming and it was so soothing that I literally fell asleep several times. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I absolutely love this Comfort Dental, Dr. Wise has saved my teeth literally, and I am only 26 years old! I was so close to having to get them all pulled and now I have a beautiful set of teeth thanks to these wonderful people!! I was afraid and very nervous about having surgery for my bottom wisdom teeth, Dr.Green assured me everything was going to be fine, he extracted my teeth with ease, I could not believe he extracted both teeth. Today was my first visit to Comfort Dental Whitehall .Arrived 15 min. early. Given paperwork quickly and very minimal. Hardly any wait to be seen .Taken to a private little reception area and actually met the dentist Dr.Wise .He was very friendly and listened genuinely to my concerns .Then after this was taken to a treatment area for x-rays and exam. Dr. Wise gave me complete treatment plan and what the first extraction would involve .Set date for two days later. Then went to pay my bill. Wait for it......only $19.95 for exam and x-rays. Also the extraction is only $85! Yes...my first visit with exam and xrays plus the extraction scheduled 48 hrs later .....all less than $110!!!!!!!! Yup. For ANYONE who is looking for not only a professional and caring dentist but also reasonable cost...you have found your new dental home. Ill let everyone know how the extraction goes in two days. Im amazingly relaxed about it now that I met Dr. Wise and his team .
My husbands tooth was cracked we went in and the Dentist explained what needed to be done and if he wanted to save the tooth. He choose to have it removed we were there maybe 45min the relief on my husbands face after thank you so much for relieving his pain we have found a permanent Dentist and the office is very clean
I have been to the Comfort Dental in Whitehall several times. Each time I found the staff there to be professional and friendly. When I needed fillings the work was done quickly and was painless! I will go back there in the future whenever I need dental work . Highly recommended.
Today was my first visit to Comfort Dental in Whitehall. I was nervous in general but I also had some extra anxiety as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Excellent service. Front desk lady was super nice and polite. Got me right in. Doctor was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He set me up with a plan and even worked with me as far as dental coverage and pricing went. Brooke cleaned my teeth and was very helpful and informative. I had a bad experience at another dentistry. I decided to give this place a chance. They fixed the fillings I had just gotten because mine were done badly at the other place. Im all fixed now. These guys are awesome.I have a lot of dental work I need done. Another local dentist wanted to charge me about $100 for the initial visit and $3,000 dollars for all the work I needed done. Comfort dental only charged 19 dollars for initial visit with x-rays and quoted less than half the above quote for the remainder of the work I need done.I was highly satisfied with my visit.
My husband and I came in for cleanings and check ups and were SO impressed with the friendly, professional staff beginning with Zoya at the front desk, then Rachel and Carolyn the hygienists, and Bre the filling specialist!! Amazing customer service and high level care! Dr. Brian Fife is the BEST dentist we have ever gone to and his experienced diagnosis and treatment are incredibly appreciated!
Mainly ended up going here because of my insurance, but as far as the office goes, great people, good staff , the doctor was very friendly and got the job done quick, painlessly,I was very satisfied.
Ive been to a few comfort dentals in my day and honestly the experience wasnt very pleasant. But the whitehall comfort dental is the exception. Friendly and eager to help. I drove an hour for an emergency extraction because right now during this plandemic nobody is open. Thank the lord for comfort dental whitehall i felt like i was a part of the family and even though they told me i might have to wait a few hours because i was a last minute walk in they had me back and the extraction done in less than an hour! I couldnt believe it. I am now driving the hour to see them as my primary dentist office everytime. Thank you guys so much!
I moved to Columbus and needed a new dentist. I made an appointment with Comfort Dental because it was close and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Yee is great and the rest of the staff is too. Ive been there twice in 2 weeks. Ive been turned away both times. They have now claimed twice that my insurance is showing as inactive. After the first time, I called my insurance company and they emailed me a form showing that my policy is active. I just went there this morning and showed them the form. They even had me email it to them real quick. After a few minutes of waiting for them to call and check again, they came and told me again that my insurance is showing as inactive and my insurance even says they dont have my name or policy number on file. How is this when I just talked with them last week and they sent me this form?! I told them to bill the insurance company and they will figure something out from there. They told me it doesnt work that way. All theyre worried about is getting their money. I have just decided to go to another dentist that cares about their patients first, instead of worrying about getting paid first. Disgusting.
Dr. Jon Winnyk did amazing work. I am not a huge fan of the dentist, but I was at peace the whole time. Dr. Winnyk walked me through everything step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. I can not emphasize enough how much of a blessing he was and I cant recommend him enough! If you want excellent work in a relaxing environment, hes your man!
I am “not” a fan of dentists - was scared out of my wits, but when I tell you that Dr. Yee and his assistants (all of them!) made me feel “totally comfortable” before and during my procedure (root canal, fillings and deep cleaning in one setting) I am so thankful that I have decided to make COMFORT DENTAL my dental office of choice.I was telling Dr. Yee that one of the things that they do that I appreciated so much was the fact that they told you exactly what they were going to do and how it would make you feel “BEFORE” they did it and not “AFTER.”I have another procedure next week and am sure that they will make me feel just as comfortable then as they did today!
I am very happy I have finally found a dentist that I trust is doing a good, thorough job on my chompers! This Comfort Dental location has several seats in the waiting area, but I normally dont have to wait more than 10 minutes before Im called back. The dental chairs and area around always looks clean. Dr. Yee - Joshua Yee - was personally recommended, and Im so glad Ive stuck with him, and no other doctor in the practice. He has worked at this facility for many years, thus knows what hes doing. He gives thorough explanations of whats been found, the procedure(s) thats needed, and takes extra precautions to make sure patients arent uncomfortable or in pain. PS, Asia is my #1 assistant. Along with having a healthy blend of humor, her dental skills rock!The ladies that run the front if the office are also great! Denise is my go-to for ANY questions I have, or appointments that need scheduled. She always has a smile on her face. I love the reminder calls from these ladies - certainly keeps me on top of things, haha!

I recently went through a life altering procedure and felt like noone in the office felt my pain, physically or emotionally. Until I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jasmine. She comforted me through the entire visit. She shared personal experiences that made me feel so not alone. Her bedside manner was excellent. Received some of the worst dental services from this office. I went in for a cleaning and nothing was done. When asked why no services were being done at this time, I was told by the dentist that basically he didnt fell like doing the work today! I was told to make several appointments over the next several weeks, and that the first available appointment was several weeks away. Save your time and money and visit another location that will provide better service

Ive had nothing but a great experience with Comfort Dental. They took me last year, 2017, and Joshua Yee worked on my teeth. He is gentle, straight forward, caring, and soooooo professional. I love his service! And just so happened I had a tooth this week that gave me a hard time, and I showed up no appt set or anything, and they took me in as a walk in, on top of that my dentist Joshua Yee was in the office. I wasnt even sitting there for more than 15 minutes and they took me back, he worked on me immediately. I recommend Comfort Dental, and Joshua Yes to everyone. They are amazing!

I had 3 teeth pulled recently. The staff and Dr was great. Chrystal was awesome checking me in and reassured me it wouldnt hurt. Went in and had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed. I went in under the impression that I would be leaving in a lot of pain and my mouth swollen. However, I went in and the surgeon and staff created a comfortable atmosphere, which allowed me to relax. The IV was put in my arm and that is all I remember. I woke up feeling like I had just nodded off and was told I was all done. I couldnt believe it! I was not dizzy from the drugs or anything like that; only felt numbness in my lips and chin which went away after a days rest. Overall, it was a great experience and actually calmed my nerves about going to the dentist again. Thank you Comfort Dental!
Started out not being called my legal name. Seemed slightly hostile to transgender individuals. The original doctor and assistant were fairly nice and decent. Had three teeth pulled and 9 fillings. After that things started to go downhill. When I finally got the top plate and bottom partial, yNeither fit top plate is an easy fix but they forced the partial on even though it was causing extreme pain and was ignoring me telling them that. It may be just the lab but now Im hoping they can fix it. If they can will rerate. Saw Dr.Fife and he was very receptive and tried to fix things. So I amended my rating to reflect that
I found everyone to be courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The offices were clean and the atmosphere warm and comfortably inviting. Andrea, was especially good at putting her patient at ease and very capable. Her ability to fashion a temporary crown was quite artistic. Dr. Abbey Wise was efficient and knowledgeable and , I felt trustworthy.
I had a absolute great experience, nest experience I have ever had with a dentist. I had Dr. Jonathan Winnyk he was so caring he was so nice and I feel like he geniualy cared about me/his other patients. I came in as a wak in my first time being there due to my front tooth breaking in half, I was there a total of a hour in a half, and this included waiting time, x-rays, and him discussing what he thought was best and what would work out, as well as me getting my tooth pulled. I have really high anxiety, but Dr. Winnyk made all of that go away, I hardly felt any of the 3/4 shots I was given, and my tooth being extracted was a breeze litterly took 5 minutes he was great I def. Recommend comfort dental to any and everyone they accept most insurance including government insurance which is a plus and they treat you like a person and care about you and your opinions, the staff and assistants was also amazing. I will def. Be returning, Im so glad I went there no regrets. I am getting all my teeth pulled and a big bounus is they have a oral surgeon at the location once a month who can/will put you to sleep and pull them all or however many, they also having laughing gas, for only $35 which is very cheap, compared to other dentist locations, and another bonus is they make dentures there, they do everything I am so happy I found them and didnt listen to the horrible reviews on here they was great and definitely knew what they was doing, I cant wait to go back and get my new teeth, I have never been so excited about a dentist before. Thank you Dr. Jonathan Winnyk and the others the assisted me, thank you for taking my pain away, he was so gentle and caring I didnt even need pain meds like I normally do, a little swelling but that is normal. Do NOT come here. I am still suffering to THIS DAY! Even today my tooth broke in two because of their overstuffing with filling. I have two teeth both on my left and right side that I had root canals done for a few years ago. Lets talk about how first off the dentist didn’t even do anything. It was a student and she drilled out a piece of my gum and tried to play it off. The root canals the did or should i say didn’t do weren’t done properly and I still have nerve pain today as well. But not only that, because my teeth are so messed up at the moment I can’t eat any solid foods. Only reason I haven’t went to another dentist is because I am too scared to. Now I just have a piece of my tooth with filling still attached to it as a souvenir. I am just glad I didn’t let them take my wisdom teeth yet. Their words exactly were “The are coming in perfect, but we still need to take them out because it is a common thing to do.”
I really like this location. I’ve been here three times, and every time everyone I encountered was super nice. The dentist that does my work is super cool. He’s funny, makes sure I’m comfortable I really couldn’t ask for a better dentist office.
I found everyone with whom I interacted to be patient and professional. Dr. Winnyk has an outstanding chairside manner. He actually listened when I told him about my concerns and explained my priorities.Everyone at Comfort Dental Whitehall made my experience easy. This is now where I go for all my dental services.

We went to comfort dental to get cavities taken care of after getting cavities filled, my teeth are in even more pain. It was medium size cavities.Do not go to Jimmy Chou (Asian dude), he will make your pain worse.
I had an appointment scheduled for over a month to get my wisdom teeth out. They called me 2 days before the appointment to reschedule.So I made a 1pm appointment for the following day. Arrived at 12:45. Waited until 2 before I left. Sketchy environment. If you have another option, take it. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
I went to this location for years and although the place wasnt the cleanest in the waiting area I never had anything bad to say until this last time I went in for teeth sensitivity on my left side I was told that its normal,but I had a cavity in between my teeth on my right side. I told them that they could fill it even though it never bothered me. An assistant came in to do the work which I really didnt agree with, halfway through the work the dentist came in to check her work once she was completely finished I asked if the dentist could come back to check the completed work I was told that he already checked it and if I had problems to just come back went on my anniversary trip the next day and for a whole week was in a different country in so much pain I came back and went in a dentist fixed my bite a few days later same thing I went back in and the dentist was completely rude and told me if it wasnt fixed that time not to come back and gave me a referral to go elsewhere needless to say Im still in pain because of the terrible work they did on top of all of that I called corporate they were even worse! I give up dont waste your money or your good teeth on this estavlishment!!!
It was my first time here because my insurance changed. They got me in and out within about an hour and 15 minutes that included a short consultation with the doctor, x-rays, and a teeth cleaning. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Dentistry has always been a bit of a phobia of mine, so going in seems like a bit of a nightmare. Im fortunate enough to have become friends with my dentist, Dr. Winnyk. He makes you feel like youre coming in to catch up on life, and while youre there, you might as well get your teeth cleaned. The staff he works with is just as amazing and funny as well. This is the difference between being comfortable and having work done. I would recommend Dr. Winnyk to anyone like myself, who work themselves into a nightmare, mentally. You deserve comfort. I am in my 70s and a recent cancer survivor. In 2016 I was having vision problems one night, ran into a wall and cracked my front tooth. From there I went to Comfort Dental (4545 East Main Street, care of Dr. Brian Fife) to have work done on that tooth. At the time they put a temporary cap on the tooth and it seemed to be fixed; they then replaced the tooth with a permanent. Days later, whenever I ate, I noticed my bite was off. Im sure this a result of them not readjusting my bite. Soon after, I started noticing extreme swelling in the gum area around the tooth.I went back to Comfort Dental, they gave me an oral antibiotic as well as an antibiotic rinse to reduce the swelling. Shortly after, the swelling came back. I made a third visit, he (Dr. Brian Fife) then suggests that I have a flipper (appliance) added to the tooth. I declined the flipper, which prompted him to suggest a bridge as an alternative fix. I declined to have any more work done by Comfort Dental. The assistant performed most of the work for him, which I believe her to be inexperienced. They have since offered to fix the mistakes. I went back to them in trust and they pulled my tooth. Comfort Dental has done me a grave disservice.
I will never visit this dentist again. Three of my good teeth completely destroyed because they put too much filling in my teeth. The teeth ended up breaking and now they both have to be removed. Worst dentist office I have ever been too.
Dr. Wise is simply amazing... Not to mention HANDSOME!!!His team is even better. Two nurses cant remember their names (sorry). Thinking ones name is joy.Comfort dental keep doing what yall doing. This dental place is the best. The doctors were great and very respectable. I was in there no more than 30 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone. If you want fast, clean service, go to comfort dental.theyll get the job done.
I called several times before I came, despite asking I wasnt informed until arriving that my son couldnt be with me so I paid for an uber there for absolutely nothing. And it wasnt lost on me that the receptionist kept taking his mask down to joke with his coworkers... but my 5 year old couldnt sit out of the way with his mask
I dont want to even give 1 star!!!! I just left with only x-rays done after being there for 2hrs only to hear I have to have a deep teeth cleaning @$75 a section and I need all 4!!!! I havent had the means to go to the dentist before medicaid accepted me after a tremendous fight and now I have the insurance and It does nothing!!!!!! The doctor was rude and once again I just feel like a poor number!!!!! Thank you Comfort Dental for making me feel worse about my teeth than I did before!!!!!
This was the best experience as far as going to the dentist that Ive ever had, I was very nervous prior to going but the doctor that I had and his assistant Tina was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I went in for a cleaning and needed some fillings as well. They are open longer than other offices and I could fit in an appointment after work. It was really easy and absolutely painless. Dr. Winnyk and his staff were quite professional. I will be back in six months for another cleaning.
Great experience.I was really skeptical to get couple of filings and a crown but Dr. YEE was just wonderful.He was courteous patient and very informative. He answered all my question and was really respectful. The procedure was real quick and he took time to explain all the cost and after care. This was the best experience I have had at any dentist, not that I have been to tons. I, like most get a little anxious when people are messing with my teeth. Aysia (do not know if I spelled it correctly) did my X-rays. She was such a joy to be around. Smiling, cracking jokes, and explained every single detail. I am sorry but I can not remember the Dentists name. He was awesome. Nice guy and straight forward. He was an older guy, but you can tell he likes what he does. That brings me to Jeannie. She is a saint. You know you can not really tell someone is smiling wit their masks on, but you could see it in her eyes. She was genuine, gentle and was really a joy to be around. I told her I was going to “live a little” by picking bubblegum toothpaste. (Might I add I am in my mid-thirties). It made her chuckle. We talked for a bit before and after the cleaning. She told me about her mom and I told her about my health issues. It was like GOD knew I needed an ear today. After the exam she said “can I just hug you?” She had no idea what I had endured before I got there, but at that precise moment she just knew I needed a hug. GOD bless you all. And Jeannie, never dull your sparkle. You truly are a gem!
They are always so friendly and great prices. They make sure your comfortable when nervous and always ask if you’re ok. I don’t even live in the area anymore but drive out of my way to see only them for my dental work:)

Words can not express the disgust I felt during my first and last visit at Comfort Dental. I can say with no hesitation that the facility offended all five of my senses. Lets start with my the visual experience. Upon entering the office I noticed that the location is in dire need of rehabilitation. The chairs were cloth upholstered, stained and discolored. Given that the clientele were coughing and sneezing adults and children, Im sure the place might have been crawling with germs.On to my sense of smell. Typically, upon entering a dental office one expects to smell dental office smells. I like to smell dental offices (yes, Im a weird one) but thats what I have smelled every time I have visited a dental office since I was a child. So, you can only guess how sickened I was at the repulsive smile of McDonalds permeating throughout the facility. (I actually smelled like McDonalds when I left the office!) It was HORRIBLE!After waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room, I was finally led back into a room in which I waited another 10 minutes without any sign of a dentist! At this point, I am fuming and searching the internet on my phone for another dentist! So, on to the offenses against my hearing....After 55 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask the staff what the eta for my dentist would be. A nice girl said she would check. I returned to my room and waited another 5 minutes. She returned and told me that the dentist needed me to be in a chair, so I followed her across the office, full of people chowing down on McMuffins and hashbrowns to an old, grubby looking, dental office chair. By now, I am already on the phone with Marion Village Dental Office booking an appointment for Monday.My sense of touch and taste were offended simply by not getting the examination and x-ray I signed up for. I wasted an entire hour of my life in a grimy dental office! I do not recommend this office to my worst foe.
Dr .Yee performed an extraction on me. He became impatient when things didnt go easily and even after I tried to warn him he was hurting my neck he cracked the whip and jerked my entire jaw out of socket. The tooth came out but for over 6 months I have been in agony and no oral surgeon will touch me, cause they are clickish like that. For anyone to fix the cartilage caught in my jaw hinge they would first have to admit a fellow dentist messed up. Stay away from this assembly line dentistry or you may suffer permanent damage and no one in Columbus will touch you after that. Update: After I finally got to a real dentist I found out how bad they were. The new dentist gave me extra gauze, an irrigator, steroid pack, ibuprofen, something for pain and full instructions. All comfort Care did was leave me fighting for 2 days just for ibuprofen. Nothing else, no follow up. Never go to these animals.
While waiting on my daughter with my four year old son I was asked to leave . The part that gave me pause is my son is autistic and only four. They sent a guy out whose exact words he needed me to leave their office because some of the woman who worked in their office complained he was being too loud. My son has a legit disability due to that he often plays a little louder than some other kids his age but nothing outrageous. I felt they should have pulled me to the side and discussed the situation with me. I will never ever again patronize this business that treats small children with disabilities in this manner.
I seen Dr. Jonathan Winnyk. He was nothing less than amazing. Quick took care of my pain and removed my teeth. He def has a new patient! I cant say thank you enough
Did walk in for pain need extractions fills root canal and nothinggot done butscrift for infection that he gave me before and Doc Whineck doc green replacement is so lazy avoids procedures with delays reschedules talk of infection mutiple times refuses care cause he dosent wana do the work or even prescribe real pain meds to hold u over til u get to diff doc im never coming here again
These people are horrible. I woke up during my surgery and Im trying to tell them Im not numb and I can feel them ripping out my teeth. They chose to ignore me. Then today the idiots pulls my cousins wisdom teeth and gave him a pain medication prescription but didnt put their dea number on it so guess what a kid who just had all his impacted wisdom teeth pulled will be in Extreme pain for the next 2 days becuase they are closed. Complete idiots. I do have to say my actual dentist was awesome very helpful. But the surgeon was a joke

This place i have been going to for years now and normally have really liked this place but just yesterday went in to only get one tooth pulled and my front tooth fixed. Well ended up getting 3 teeth pulled and not getting my front tooth fixed until my crowns get approved. Well i have been in major pain from getting 3 teeth pulled and the dentist i went to only perscribed me tramadol which has not been helping me with my pain at all. So i called this morning to see if there was anything i could get that is stronger to help with my pain and was told no i couldnt get anything else. I have known people to get teeth pulled who got something stronger then tramadol before. The nurse that i talked to was pretty rude as well. I shouldnt have to be in so much pain like this when there is something they could do to help me.
I have to say every time i have had to make a appointment and or get work done at this location it has always been a wonderful experience !!!the staff is very friendly and the doctors are very professional and do what they say there going to do. Chrystal always makes sure I get in for my appointments to get my work done. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !!!!
This is the best Dentist office I have ever been to! Honestly, they are always friendly, courteous, and professional. They make me smile and laugh the entire time that I am there. This may be the fist time I have written something like this and meant every word of it.
I had a temporary crown placed in from root canal treatment with a previous dentist that wasnt from Comfort Dental. I told them I just want to have a permanent crown back in place. They instead redid the temporary crown the previous dentist did and put in their version of temporary crown. Their temporary crown fell within 1 week and i almost choked on it. I called the dentist to have it reattach but seriously the previous dentist was way better cause the temporary filling before laster for MONTHS (i had to switch since i had to move states). In any case, I dont recommend this place if you want a proper secure tooth.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Asia and Dr. Fyfe. Both should compassion, comfort, empathy, and kindness. I was in full blown panic attack and Asia talked me through it and I was able to relax. Ive had a horrible experience here before and contemplated on not coming back. Im glad I did. Thank you Asia.
Went in this morning to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was an absolute mess because Im terrified of dentists but he was so patient with me and he had my tooth out in literally 30 seconds, I highly recommend this place, especially to anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist.

Fantastic!!! Great staff, friendly and informative. Clean offices. First time there and will go back. During exam found some issues and was able to treat them while I was there so I did not have to make a return visit other than a 6 month follow up. A++++ in my book!
Was reluctant to go here due to the recent reviews, but I can say with confidence that everything was fine. To make a few points about the prior reviews:First, there isnt a dentist office smell. Its because iodoform (this is what causes the hospital smell) is rapidly falling out of use; it is no where near as effective as other disinfectants which also kill funguses and other nasties that you really dont want around.As for the upholstery: yes its cloth and theres some dirt and staining. Ive only seen picture perfect furniture in expensive care offices. If you are willing to look past the cosmetics, the pricing is very very fair. I paid attention to the hygienics of the staff and the tools (you know, the important, non superficial stuff), and they are very careful to use clean tools, gloves, and masks.Yes there is wait times. Ive never been to any kind of health facility that did not have wait times. Its part of the industry, scheduling is only approximate, and sometimes the procedures of those ahead of you can take longer than anticipated. Remember, in the health industry, you get to pick two: good, fast, cheap. Im patient so I dont mind good and cheap if it means I need to wait a while.Finally, the staff were all courteous, but were definitely serious about their work. I can see how the might offend some people as they can be a little distant, but remember, if you want the red carpet rolled out, youre going to pay a lot for it, simple as that!So in closing: pricing and service are very reasonable. There might be a couple areas that could use improvement, but its strictly superficial.
Horrible experience I had a root canal done and they burned me with a chemical . I had blisters in mouth my face was so swelled up that my family couldn’t even recognize me ! During the process my nose starting burning and felt on fire. I told them it’s on fire he then injected me with more numbing medicine . He informed me that the infected tooth mixed with their chemical... mysteriously ! He said he may need to reschedule and put me on a antibiotic since the tooth was so infected but he decided to just continue on with the root canal anyways . He knew it was infected and sent me home on no antibiotics I was full of infection . I had to go to the emergency room where I was then prescribed a antibiotic to help me. It’s now been two weeks swelling has went down but I’m still in a lot of pain and have a knot in my gum . I paid $600 I dont have insurance and that’s why I believe he continued giving me a root canal with an infected tooth . I’m seeking leagal help soon . Please beware .
I am so glad that i came to this dentist office instead of going to alpha dental not that alpha has done wrong by me ive never been there. I was actually going to go to them but something just said to call comfort dental and im so so glad i did.. Ok so i walked in with an emergency this morning a cracked tooth right smacked dab in the front of my mouth just devestated me completely. So im there i meet the guy at the front desk he was kind he didnt laugh at me too much for trying to come through the dummy door i thought it would open i was distraught remeber i wasnt thinking clearly so anyway im then taking into the back room the doctor (whose name i forgot but he was awesome thanks doc!) comes to see me and guys he was attentive right away he saw the distress on my face and assured me i would be taken care of. My wait was not long at all before i knew it i was in the chair getting xrays given options on the work i needed the staff was absolutely amazing the one lady came back to me broke down the prices of everything and baby when she told me i could leave that day with a partial also known as a flipper i was shocked amazed and grateful bc i didnt want to walk around looking like a carved tooth pumpkin oh no.. So i got numb up tooth pulled fitted for the partial and was told in a few hrs i would be able to smile again with confidence.. This has been the best experience i have ever had at a dentist office and they completely have my business. Call them they will not let you down.
I recently received a bridge from Dr. Green and it was a long process. He gave me a option to pay on my bridge which was awesome. He had a professional assistant Kea, she was very nice and knowledgeable. Great place overall

They get 5 stars I was having some very uncomfortable pain all night called this morning they take walk ins for new patients never would I ever thought I would have gotten seen that quick I didn’t even sit down in the lobby straight to the back got in & out in about 1/2 hour The longest wait was the numbing medicine I’m sure not complaining I’m grateful they took there time didn’t even know my tooth was out first time going to a dentist and didn’t feel nothing even with the medication I would recommend everyone to go here all the staff was very friendly I found me a new dentist he name is Dr David Wise thank you all

I had a long day at work, but had scheduled a Root Canal at the end of that day, I was fortunate to have Ms. Tina, Shanice, Mr. Christian the aide, and My Fav Dentist Dr. Fike!! Awesomeness, I didnt feel a thing, and I got to relax, like I was at the spa, Comfort Dental really lives up to its name, REAL TALK!! Thank you Guys so much, I will not forget this!!

2022-08-05I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Denise in the front office is probably the best person in the dental industry that Ive ever known. I called her once in intense pain, not only did she check my insurance but she assured me that everything was going to be okay. She scheduled the appointment and then FOLLOWED UP! I was delighted by her demeanor, she is a sweet person and if I was her boss I would probably triple her salary. It is employees like this that make us take the time to give reviews such as the one that Im giving now. Shes friendly, outgoing, compassionate and very caring. It is been my privilege to know her while my dental work has been completed. I recommend this office highly. I also would like to recommend and commend Asia. She is a conscientious and very outgoing employee. She made me feel comfortable and is practically a doctor herself. I cant tell you how many times that Ive asked her questions and come back with competent answers. I think she is an asset to Comfort Dental and I hope that she goes very far in her career. 2022-03-10This has by far been the best dental experience I have ever had. Aspen dental was nothing shy of a disaster and they ruined my teeth and dentures and gums…..shout out and a BIG thanks to the great team of caring people who ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME AND NOT THEIR POCKETS (unlike aspen dental) Never thought it was possible to say, but I’m not dreading the next visit, rather looking forward to it so I can finally eat right and with no pain. Thanks again, y’all are seriously the best :)

2022-04-23Jon Winnyk was incredibly helpful looking at my son’s X-rays and recommending me to an oral surgeon for an impacted wisdom tooth. After having already t contacted a couple other oral surgeons, his referral was much more reasonably priced and we scheduled the surgery. Without knowing Jon personally, he really looked out for us and we are so grateful!

2022-03-23Had a deep clean done on one side of my mouth a month ago. Was scheduled to come get my other side done today when I checked in the stated they have to reschedule me because my doctor no longer accepts my insurance. I never got a phone call advising me of this. They weren’t apologetic or anything with the fact that I drove in for my appt didn’t try to get me in with another doctor. Unprofessional which is sad because the lady that did my deep cleaning was amazing.

2022-04-09Ive been going to Comfort dental for over 7 years, and sometimes we cant make an appointment for life reasons. So the next day, I called to reschedule and Im told to go to another Comfort dental, that Im unfamiliar with because their not taking any appointments, which is a little disappointing. This is the worst unprofessional business, that I have ever been to. To treat thier patients who have been coming to them for all this time is beyond ridiculous. Ill be leaving this business for good.

2021-05-11My experience here today was absolutely wonderful! Not even a couple months ago I had work done at this fancy upscale dental office that charged me $700 for 3 fillings and I was scheduled to do the other side for $800. I just couldn’t afford to do that again. Turns out my insurance care source does actually cover fillings at comfort dental.I can honestly say my experience here was even better than the one I paid $700 for. Even out of pocket, the prices are SO much better at comfort dental than other offices and their care was better too. Loved my dentist and the tech. Everyone was friendly and they worked quickly too. Will definitely be making this location my primary dental office.

2022-04-09Ive been using Comfort Dental for awhile now. Im a person who is terrified of the Dentist! But I will tell you that Dr. Winnyk is really good at making me comfortable when doing work. They use the numbing gel first before they inject the novocain. The assistant who does the novocaine is absolutely amazing when you dont feel the needle going in. He will also stop if you think you are having any pain while hes doing the work and give an extra boost of novocain. This part makes the experience a whole lot easier for me and less afraid. I would definitely recommend this place if you are afraid of dentists like I am.
