A few days out of surgery and my experience couldnt have been better. The entire staff there is fantastic and the day of surgery they answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Centeno is very professional and makes sure youre both on the same page with what youre trying to accomplish. Highly recommend them!
So glad I chose this location. After doing years of research on the procedure that I wanted, I decided to have The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery perform my breast lift. After meeting the staff and surgeon, I was positive this was where I would be having my surgery. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful the office girls are. They are very sweet and will help you with any questions you have. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for appointments, they get you right in. I was very nervous at my initial consultation appointment but after meeting my surgeon, I wasnt worried at all. He explained step by step how the procedure would go and allowed me to pick the type of procedure I wanted. Dr. Centeno is very kind and thorough. I had been to a few other consultations at other physicians offices throughout the years but they didnt make me feel like I had a say in the procedure that I wanted. I felt rushed through my consultations as well. But at the Columbus Institute of Plastic surgery, it is nothing like that at ALL. Every step has been so wonderful, from my first consultation to the surgery, and follow up appointments. I was originally supposed to have my breast lift on July 10th and leave for vacation July 15th but Dr. Centeno was concerned with me being 9 hours away from his care that soon after surgery. (I hadnt mentioned to him I was going on vacation until after my surgery was scheduled) he went out of his way and rearranged his schedule to move my surgery up to a sooner date, so I would still be able to go on vacation. I thought that was very cool of him! My surgery went great. All follow up appointments have been great too. Even when you are arent looking your best during the weeks after your surgery (bruised and swollen) the girls in the office still make you feel like you look perfect! If you are looking for a staff that truly cares about your needs, this is the place to go. I will have all future procedures done at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery without a doubt!
Absolutely Amazing! I had a tummy tuck surgery yesterday by Dr. Robert Centeno and today Im feeling wonderful, Dr. CENTENO is AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL AND DEDICATED TO YOU SO YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST RESULTS! I highly recommend Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. The ENTIRE staff is so loving and caring. Dr. Bivik Shah is a GREAT Plastic Surgeon Doctor as well, All the Nurses and Mrs. Mary Beth took great care of me before and after surgery. Karolyn is Awesome too!! I am so grateful for them making my dream come true! Thank you Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery!
Dr.shah is a great surgeon. All the girls are really nice and honest because I over payed and they gave me a check for the difference.
Had a breast augmentation and 7 years later it is holding up amazing still. All of my friends say that they look real other than the fact that they are so perfect.
Great staff, they made my experience so much better, Dr. Bivik is the best, very happy. 😍
Horrible job on my sisters breast lift...
Just got off the phone with them and they couldnt help me because no one there knows how to help someone with post Bells Palsy Synkinesis. Hmmm...

2022-01-26I went into my first consultation extremely nervous not knowing what to expect, OK how was a big smile on my face need to schedule my surgery. Dr shah New exactly what I wanted and what I would need. My recovery has went really well and every visit has been extremely pleasant. All of the staff is completely genuine and such sweethearts. I highly recommend and if you are second-guessing your decision stop and make an appointment you will not regret it .

2022-02-02I have honestly had the best experience with CIPS. From the moment I met Dr. Shah, he was confident and calming and helped me make the best decision possible. I originally thought I needed more procedures than necessary and he didnt try to convince me to do more. I went for differing opinions at two other local plastic surgeons, and lets just say I booked immediately with Dr. Shah and COULD not be happier with the results. I had had implants placed in my early twenties and it was time for an upgrade, I thought I was happy before but now I wish I had found this place sooner! Everything is absolutely perfect! Dont hesitate, from the support staff to the top, my experience has been nothing but incredible!! 1000% satisfied from DAY 1.

2022-06-09Dr. Shah and his entire staff are amazing. I had a great experience recently and will highly recommend them to anyone!! I’ll definitely return in the future should the need or want arise! Very knowledgeable, great at listening to my concerns/wants, and Dr. Shah is an amazing surgeon. Definitely worth a visit/consult if your considering having a procedure!!!

2022-01-26I called for a consultation sometime in May of 2021. My goal was to have an abdominoplasty in December while off work for the holidays. When I went in for my consultation, all surgeries were booked out until February. Dr Shah recommended I be added to the wait list in case something opened up that worked with my schedule. Well, in October I got the call that there was an opening for December 23rd! I will be 5 weeks post op tomorrow from an abdominoplasty and lipo of the flanks, and when I say I cannot stop looking in the mirror, it’s not an exaggeration. I cannot believe this is my body! I’m SO. IN. LOVE. Dr Shah did a phenomenal job, and his team is absolutely wonderful. From working with me to schedule a surgery date, to answering my texts when I have post op questions, overall I could not have asked for a better dr or experience.

2021-05-27I just had my surgery today. Doctor Shah, his staff and anesthesiologist were all so wonderful. I was a little nervous going into it because of some heart issues but I was reassured and was told what would happen if anything went wrong. If you’re looking to be happier in your skin & you’re choosing plastics.. this is the place to go. I couldn’t be more please. By far the easiest & best surgery experience to date! I’ll update once I’m healed ❤️

2021-06-04Dr shah is undoubtedly the best plastic surgeon in central Ohio, I was referred to him by a friend for a breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, they turned out better than I imagined I get so many compliments the only people who can tell I had them done are the people who knew me before.That’s not his only talent.. 8 months after my breast augmentation I had a large fibroid removed from my uterus that distorted my abdomen leaving a large vertical scar. I opted to have a mini tummy tuck and 4 areas of liposuction. He was able to completely remove my original scar and hide it under my bikini line. At 28 years old I’m more confident with my body than I’ve ever been. If your looking for a sign to choose Dr shah for your procedure.. THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

2022-01-07Dr. Shah performed brachioplasty, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and lipo of flanks two weeks ago. I cannot stop singing praises for his professional and personal touches. He is talented, smart and down to earth. The office staff is also fantastic. Communication is good from consultation to surgical planning and through the recovery. Their NP Erica is an absolute angel! Very happy with my results so far and cannot wait for the full recovery to see the ultimate results.

2021-08-26I’m sure Dr. Centino is a good surgeon, but not good for me. I had 3 surgery’s at one time. One had to be redone and it was very painful to have done. Was done with a local and cut fairly deep. My breast are horrible. Not the same sizes and they are sagging already. It’s only been about 3 years. They would redo the breast surgery, but charge me with a slight discount. I was to be a c cup, but was a DD. No reduction at all. That being said. I’d rather have my saggy breast back.

2019-05-29About 10 years ago I got breast augmentation. So far they still look and feel great. They look so natural. Very pleased, but I worry about how long they will hold up or if and when I should have it done again. Dr. Shah and his staff is very professional and very easy to talk to. I was treated with great care after the surgery.
