Very professional and consistent! The Doctor and nurses are helpful, always kind and patient.
After my accident I was contacted By Columbus injury and rehab center to come in and get an evaluation. I didnt realize how much pain I was actually in and how much of my range of motion was affected. Upon my 1st visit I was welcomed by Bianca who is always so pleasant and helpful. Doctor Hesson was extremely helpful and greatly helped me with my symptoms. If youre ever in an accident make sure you give them a call.
The team here is great! They take care of you and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Dr Hesson and her staff are great to work with! I have had back pain on and off for years and it was affecting my posture. Dr Hesson set up an easy to follow treatment plan and not only am I feeling better, but my posture has improved in a relatively short time too! I highly recommend this office!!
Started physical therapy here after an accident. The staff is very friendly and effective. Its a fun environment to get my physical therapy, and Dr Hensen kept me updated with my healing progress all through the treatment in way that was easy for me to follow and understand.
Dr Jean and her staff are absolutely amazing. From willing to help you with transportation, and being warm and welcoming from the time you walk into the door until you leave. The care is by far amazing from the whole team! If you need a place to go after an accident or just general care...definitely check them out!

Dr. Slaven is absolutely amazing ! Very personable and professional. My very first visit he was at the front desk waiting to greet me and my mother. He is very punctual and educational. I know he will take great care of me as he has been in my position as well. The staff is also very friendly. I have been to a few different chiropractors and I have to say this was my best experience. The doctor and staff were great. They treated my family and I with respect and went above and beyond to meet our needs. For example I’m considered high risk for Covid-19 so they fit us in during times that were less busy and were very sanitary . I highly recommend this place.

I just recently began treatment at the North office and Im so glad that I did. The staff is AMAZING. The office is very clean and most of all I feel comfortable with my treatments knowing that the ultimate goal is to help me get better.

Absolutely amazing experience. I am very cautious about any kind of back sugery. Dr Jean Hesson really knows how to treat my back, and avoid potential damage, that could lead to sugery. Highly recomend.
I was referred to Columbus Injury and Rehab North from my attorney. This office was very close to home and had flexible times available for me. The staff is very nice and respectful. Every time I went in for an appointment they were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. They answered every question I had with no hesitation. The doctor was very informative and made sure to thoroughly examine me each time I came in. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable or rushed when it came to my care.

I have autism and I fidgit alot. My back hurt too before I went to Columbus Injury and Rehab. Dr Hesson has helped me with my pain and my teachers say I am calmer. I feel calmer and my back pain is gone!
Besides my kids pediatrician, Dr. Tyson is one of the best doctors I’ve met thus far! He does a very good job explaining everything that’s going on with you at the time of care! His personality is awesome. Oh and did I mention how great the staff are there!?

I’m a new client at Columbus Injury and Rehab Center (North). I’ve never had to go to chiropractor before but after my car accident, I needed one. They made me feel very welcome and made my experience extremely easy. They thoroughly went over all the details of what I needed to do for my auto accident and laid out all of my options. The staff is great, friendly, and very easy to talk to. I would recommend this center to anyone.
Wow! My wife and I were in an accident, and bombarded with offers to come in for this and that. We decided to look for chiropractic care, and screened my calls to those who were courteous enough to call once and provide direct information. Thus, we spoke with Ian at Columbus Injury and Rehab, who recommended us to Dr. Tyson. And boy are we glad we chose Dr. Tyson for our care. He made sure to throughly examine and explain to both my wife and I, each issue and how to correct them. The staff, and Dr. Tyson, are both wonderful to work with, and make the visits that much more reassuring. We have young children, who lets be honest don’t make office visits too easy, but everyone at Columbus Injury and Rehab Center showed the same courtesy to our kids as they did us. The facility is absolutely wonderful as well, with more than I had expected.My wife and I had also wanted to speak with an attorney in regards to our accident. Dr. Tyson was able to recommend an attorney, who was available within the hour for a consultation. I couldn’t have asked for any thing more!

Dr. Slovan and his staff are very friendly. The customer service is great and they are willing to work with you. Dr. Slovan is very knowledgeable and holds good conversation during treatment. The facility have good equipment to get you back on your feet and make sure that you are good to go.
After receiving tons and tons of calls after my auto accident, I decided to go with Columbus Injury Rehab Centers because the guy I spoke with was as polite, professional and not pushy. I was referred to this rehab after my car accident and they have been nothing but fantastic. They do everything they can to make me comfortable and flexible with appointments. A few times I just showed up and they took care of me quite well. I recommend very highly.

Very helpful and personable people at this office. When I came in after a car accident I was in a lot of pain and very anxious to get the help I needed. Everyone was accommodating my needs and walking me through every step. Everything has gone so smoothly from day one and my pain level improved after every visit.

Dr Pottinger, Lisa Marie and Shayla are all so warm and welcoming to new clients. They are knowledgable and helpful in navigating the insurance/legal aspects of your injury/claim and they are proactive in doing what needs to be done on their end. Dr Pottinger is well versed in chiropractic as well as other techniques and Shayla and Lisa Marie work well with each other the Dr. I feel like Im part of a family when Im there and I know other clients do too I highly recommend this office!
I have never been to rehab before and I came here with lower back pain due to an accident. I felt the pain like I will need a surgery but Dr. merriell work with me for five days and I feel so great. I will not hesitate to refer any to this place thank you very much

Great!! Was in a car accident and they really helped me. I always used to drive by and see their sign, so after getting in a bad car accident, i went there in 2017. The therapy really helped, the doc and staff were great.

2022-08-01Excellent experience and service! I came in after an auto accident and also had some chronic issues. I have not felt this good in a long time. Dr. Hesson is very knowledgeable and the targeted low force techniques she uses have made adjustments comfortable and effective. I also appreciate adjustments are done in a private room instead of a big open space. The traction table with heat and estim therapy feels so good helping stretch and open up the torso. Her assistants are great ladies as well, making scheduling, therapy, and treatment very efficient. You are in and out and feeling taken care of each time!

2022-08-09I had the best experience here! After my car accident I wasn’t sure it was even severe enough of an accident to seek care but I’m glad I did. At 28 I was rolling out the bed because my back and neck hurt so bad but after being treated I feel like a completely different person. My 11 y.o daughter was experiencing headaches after the accident so she too began treatment. I never even knew chiropractic care could treat something like a headache but it really works. She doesn’t wake up with headaches in the middle of the night anymore and when she plays volleyball it’s not triggering anymore either. Not only was the care great but the staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Hesson is very knowledgeable and helped walk me through all the ins and outs of recovery. Scheduling is also super flexible which I love. You get in get out and really feel like a better person afterwards!

2022-03-16Professional care, they do whats needed and everyone is nice. they get you in and out and feeling better they dont make you wait, as soon as you walk in they get you started, they dont waste any of your time. They give you great items at home to use to get you better. they also explain every detail about the treatment plan that way you know why you need it , that makes it better so you have a reason. They are honest about what needs to be done and give a honest time frame. I will never go to a different chiropractor.

2021-08-10From the first moment I walked in I knew it was different than where I had been going for my injuries from my car accident. The Doctor wasted no time in explaining their treatment and therapy options. She sounded knowledgeable, capable and most importantly she explained things they do here I wasnt getting at my previous care center. After just ONE session I could feel the difference in my back, I cant wait to go back. The staff is warm and friendly. They take sanitizing the office VERY SERIOUSLY which definitely helped my comfort level. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help after a car accident.
