The staff was very friendly and helpful . The place was very clean as well and I really enjoyed my experience.
Horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ive been trying to get in contact with someone since the 17th & no luck. No place to leave a message nor email! Columbus City Schools is a BIG let down. I now see why my parents paid so much for me to go to private school.
This place is a joke! The city definitely needs to have more than 1 enrollment center! Just moved my daughter up here at the end of the summer and now she is missing the first week of school bc they had no available appointments until August 30th. I think thats illegal. While parents are out there complaining they want their kid to switch schools, mine is sitting at home begging to just go to school.
I was told they took walk ins. I get down there and they tell me I need an appointment. The next available appt to enroll is 3wks out. So I say, are u telling me my kids hv to miss the first 3wks of school and she nods yes. I couldnt believe it. This is why Im just now even considering Columbus city schools, they were my absolute last option.
I thought leaving my home an hour BEFORE our appointment time would be more than enough time, well after circling the area I could not find the place (using GPS), after finding what I thought was the building... It wasnt. Another building- that wasnt it either. I seen a women walking to her car asked for directions, she tells me to drive through the construction area, after doing that and parking in a hard hats only area it was 20 mins passed my appointment and a quarter of a tank of gas gone... And of course we were late. I called repeatedly to get the same bogus messages and unable to speak to anyone... Smh
This place is an absolute joke! Its been over a week since enrolling 4 kids and only one is able to go to school and no one will answer phones or even tell me why the other kids cannot go. This is a piss poor excuse of any kind of education establishment. I have been ignored, hung up on, disrespected, treated like crap, and my kids have been lost and no one there seems to care one little bit. This is the worst school Ive ever come across. Its not even the school, it is the enrollment place. Im sick of dealing with these people. If I do not have a call back in the next 20 minutes, I will be heading straight for Columbus City Board of Education.
Everyone is nice and was in and out for my physical fast.
Awesome staff. Even with the pandemic going on i was still allowed to bring in my documents.Thanks for the help at a difficult time.
Was able to accomplish what I attend for. Service is pretty slow and was not crowded at all
The time it takes to enrol a child here is a joke. You would think with the high taxes we pay to the schools that they could afford a few more people to get kids enrolled. Its going to be 11 days, til I can register. 11 days....

Very unorganized for new transfers and enrollments. Im having the hardest time getting my kids schools changed over.

2022-04-07How is it there is never an operator no one ever answers the phone then when you drive down there they give you an even harder time or tell you can’t do something, we’ll had you answered the phone I can have my questions answered. Columbus is just failing all around and no wonder the children don’t want to work and have bad customer service cause the adults in Columbus that work for the school system don’t want to work and have bad customer service. I bet when you call any other district enrollment center they at least answer the phone Columbus is a terrible school district and this is why everyone is removing their children out or having to used different addresses to get their kids in a different district this is the worst. All the schools are failing Columbus City Schools are one big epic fail

2022-02-02TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. My child isn’t even properly enrolled come to find out A YEAR LATER !!!! They suck and Columbus city transport does too didnt bring my son home until 6PM !! Yes that’s rt 6 !! Columbus school are just worthless

2021-03-22They had me upload documents online to say they “didn’t receive them” made an in person appointment. Arrived and they couldn’t get my name correct and thought I didn’t have an appointment. Gave them my application number and they still say they don’t have the documents. I’m just trying to update custody info and they are trying to change her whole school information. This process should no be this difficult and I’ve been trying to get this info updated for 6 months. She can’t go to school because they won’t give her a bus route until they update her info correctly. The lady assisting doesn’t even know what she is doing and keeps having to call other people. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.

2021-08-16They were very helpful, and answered my questions, they were very courteous and patient, I did have to wait for a little bit but, that was because they were trying to help so many parents get the children enrolled.

2018-01-18First off, the phone directory is painful. It took multiple calls to finally get to where I was looking for. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails for the person I need to talk to over the past couple month and STILL have not heard back. I went down there and will say, they get 5 stars for congeniality. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, but heaven forbid you should have to call. My child has still not been enrolled--1 year later.

2018-06-01Walked in a bit earlier for appointment and was greeted so awesomely. From the front desk, who so kindly guided us to enrollment room to gentleman who was checking in. But my best experience was with Jessica who helped me with enrollment. True Sweetheart and so helpful. She is AWESOME!
