Customer service is still trash at the door. I assume either my brown business isnt wanted since its been this way for years. I cant even be greeted when I walk in. Ill go back to The other place from now on.
I told them I was getting the washer/dryer set as a Christmas gift for my daughter and they wrapped it! Great prices and service!

It was an amazing experience working with them. Delivery, customer service and quality of the appliances was also brilliant. I would recommend everyone to give them their business. They deserve it!
The man who owns this place is incredibly RUDE. He has NO Customer service. Takes personal calls and talks on the phone while he has customers. Speaks to ppl rudely. Delivery is not professional. On top of all of that, my dryer and stove stopped working in less than 2 months!!! DONT GO HERE. A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
Extremely helpful! Got a cord for the dryer and even sold me an old hand truck (not something they usually keep in stock) he had handy. Got home and had to call to install the cord properly. They went out of their way to help at every step.
A service call yesterday reminded me of the followingIve bought several appliances over more than 10 years. All were a great value, and they all still work! I appreciate their honesty. They listen to what I need and when I ask, give me recommendations that meet my needs, instead of trying to sell me more than I need. Service is prompt, thorough and economical.
BEWARE IF THIS PLACE! My washer broke one day & my husband went down to talk to them. He returned & we had to load it up & he took it down. Went back a few days later & he picked it up brought it home & we hooked it back up. Well guess what it did the exact same thing as before they fixed it. They did no repairs to the washer at all! If it was fixed why was the same thing wrong???? They offered no refund, no bring it back in, nothing! How do they stay in business with such bad deals going on. They are so overpriced & all of the things I looked at before this incident were junk & worthless. This place needs a good cleaning also, including the employees who could also use a few lessons on customer service & compassion. Instead of not repairing things. If you repair it you try it out to make sure its fixed. They do nothing & get away with it. Its sad that people who need appliances & repairs are taken advantage like this! I didnt even want to give it one star.
I called CBHAP when we were looking for an applicance parts store open on a Sunday. Our dryer had stopped heating and we wanted to replace the heating element. The woman was very nice and helpful on the phone and said to bring the part in and theyd test it for us. We brought in the part and she and her father shared so much knowledge on dryers and parts, and knew exactly what part we needed. They were 100% right and we got the dryer working again! They were very kind and patient with explaining the repair to us. The girl even gave us her their personal phone number to call if we had issues and even said we could bring the part back if it didnt work. Highly recommend!
Horrible! I dont usually write reviews, but this merits a warning to other potential buyers! Take your business elsewhere! I just bought a used Kenmore washer from them on Thursday 5/8. They delivered the washer the next day. That same day, I tried to use the washer and it was already broken; it wouldnt complete a cycle and leaked water all over my floor. I called them that same day, trying to be reasonable even though I was miffed they had just sold me a broken machine. I had hoped they would honor the warranty and get someone out here to fix it. They wouldnt schedule a repair man till Monday (today) 9:30-1. I said Okay and expected them to be here today to fix it. ... Nope. I waited patiently and called them at 2:30 and they hadnt even sent someone out! I had to reschedule them for Friday, so well see if they show up. Not sure what Im going to do about my laundry until then; I have a 7 month old baby, so its really going to pile up.
Terrible customer service. I waited a week for them to fix a dryer, they took two weeks to deliver it, then it worked for 3 days and broke. They then were closed for three weeks straight because of a death in the family, and when they finally started answering the phone again, they said they were under new management and couldnt honor my warranty, so that was 200$ down the drain...Very unprofessional, unclean and and unreliable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, THEY WILL ROB YOU!
Columbus Appliance & Parts came highly recommended to me from a patient. My office needed to replace two appliances in two separate properties. They were very helpful in providing photos of the available appliances and worked within our budget limitations.They have been amazing in how quickly they helped us with service calls and the staff are always extremely polite and helpful.Our office will be contacting them first every time we need help and wholeheartedly recommend them.
Currently Closed for business. Im told that this establishment will reopen July 19th under new ownership and management. The previous owner passed away last month. Im not sure how long this business was in operation, but I do know it was a viable business in the Linden area. There is a large variety of used washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. This is a good place to acquire used appliances...
I got a refrigerator from here a year ago through a nonprofit organization who paid for the refrigerator because ours prior to this one was going out. I was promised that it was a great running refrigerator even though it was used......well this refrigerator only lasted a year!!! Now Im stuck trying to figure out how to get another refrigerator because this company wont do anything about this one. And when the guys came to take the old fridge out and put the new one in, one of the guys broke the turn knob that turns the water off to the ice maker and didnt say anything so now we have a leak from that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Their attitudes suck and they can be pretty rude at the mouth. Worst place ever to get a refrigerator from!!!!
They have some great used appliances at a great value with affordable pricing. Service is top notch. They even sell parts for your appliances too! They even went as far as to clean the dryer vent leading to the outside of my house. I was very impressed!
They helped us out a lot when we were in a bind. the person we originally bought a fridge from never showed up. we called the Columbus Bargain House, not only did they find us a great fridge, they delivered it 2 hours later since we were in such a bind. Great people, I highly recommend!
I have been shopping here for years. I purchased a washer and dryer 14 years ago and its still working...no problems. I purchase appliances for myself as well as my rental property and am satisfied every time.
Worst experience ever I went and bought my stuff was supposed to have it delivered I had a few things on the porch that need to be moved over the owner was delivering that day the owner was cussing screaming then took my stuff back to a store and said I need to find another way to get it so unprofessional and very very sad that people have to act this way Especially an owner
Worst place to shop for appliances, their mission statement is a lie, their customer service is out the window and they dont care how they talk or treat you. I bought a stackable Frigidaire washer and dryer set that I had to pay $50. dollars each for the top and bottom just to cover the warranty because they said it was not one machine. Then to get my appliance home and it leaks all over my floor during the draining process (even though all of their appliance have been tested.. RIGHT!!). What they didnt say was if I picked up my appliance the warranty wouldnt cover it unless I brought it back in and they wont even come to my home to fix it! A lady named Ronda who was clamming to be the owner (even though clearly on the web site it says Ron) was very mean and rude, she said there was no one else who I could speak to get this issue resolved and then was rude enough to hang up on me when I was telling her Im a mother of six children and I didnt have the means to bring the machine back in. Not to mention they wrote on my receipt a whirlpool and gave me a Frigidaire and know thats the one they want to replace the one that I have with even though it has a smaller bowl and I still would have to come pick that one up and drop the one I have off if I want to get this issue resolved. So all that money basically out the window as if I can afford that with nothing in return!!

Ive bought refrigerator, stove, washing machine. Never any problems with them. Good prices. And they haul the old ones away. And nice people.
Some stuff doesnt work i bought a portable dishwasher for 350.00 i asked them if they had tested it before they sold it to me bought it home by myself they where gonna charge me 75.00 to deliver it got it home i had to find the right part for my sink called them and asked them if they had the part they didnt nor did they have a sink to test it so they deceived me and they dont want to refund your money but i will go to attorney general to get my money back because they dont have another portable dishwasher in their shop anyway it leaked from the back they said they would be here between noon and 4pm no show so i would think twice before i buy anything else from them with their no refund policy im done
We went their to buy a washer and their selection was very limited and the rude homeless looking lady who I assume is their sales representative was not friendly at all. The whole place was a red flag not to spend money there.
Owner is very knowledgeable. Always has any part I need for my washer or dryer. And open Sunday. Highly recommended
I cant describe how awesome these people are , if you need a part that you cant find anywhere call these guys they probably have it , I came all the way from Indianapolis for a fan motor for my refigerator that I didnt have time to wait for shipping anywhere else with , they hooked me up and made me a great deal that was cheaper that ordering one anyway with my travel gas included , recommend these people to everybody that needs help with appliances

2022-05-04The dryer I bought here, over 8 years ago, is still working great. Im adding this review to let others know that I agree, this is a great place to by used appliances. I also have a washer, bought years ago, as well.I will be going in soon to replace washer, not because it has stopped working or anything, but, I used bleach in the bleach dispenser for so long that it has rusted out. Soooo, I will be heading back to your store ASAP to do shopping for another great deal on a washing machine.Everyone I met, that helped me was kind and considerate. Thank you.

2021-12-22We have been to the Columbus Bargain House multiple times and have always had amazing service! The most recent issue we had was our dryer stopped retaining heat, so we took a trip there to look for a new dryer and while browsing a lovely woman working helped us figure out the issue to our current dryer, showed us how to fix it and told us what parts we needed. We took all of her advice and the dryer works like brand new after replacing one small piece that we bought there. Previously we had purchased several other appliances and never had issues with them! Love this place!

2021-11-01When our 20 year old Kenmore washer lost its spin cycle we called a trusted Columbus authorized repair company. Their tech told us the cost of repair exceeded the cost of a new washer. Which brand of washer would you recommend? we asked. He gave us two names; Kenmore and Maytag. But then he added I wouldnt buy new. Id buy re-conditioned from an established dealer. Those new computerized brands are very expensive when they break and they break a lot more than the older stuff. We found what we wanted (a newer Kenmore) at Columbus Bargain House in the early afternoon and it was delivered by mid-afternoon the same day! They set up the new washer, removed our old one and were in and out in about 45 mins. And the price was about 1/3 what we would have paid for a new model and as of this writing Ive probably run 20 cycles through it and its G R E A T !! Turns out theyve been around for 35 years and everything about our experience with them was great. Highest recommendation!

2021-10-26Excellent experience. I hate shopping and I was able to go into the store and make a quick decision. Prices were half of a new washer. Owner was there to help me but wasnt high pressure. They were very accommodating to my schedule for delivery. I would recommend.

2021-08-01I bought a washer/dryer pair. Staff was professional. Transaction was quick. Delivery and set up team was awesome. They had some difficulties getting the washer in to the basement but they were fully equipped to deal with the situation. They demonstrated that everything was hooked up and functioning before leaving. Fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend and I will go there for future appliance needs.

2021-10-15Went in to look at washer and dryer and they had a whirlpool set (used). Good price and in great shape. Promised delivery on Monday and was great. They had to bring behind the building to basement. They set up and I used them yesterday and they worked perfect. Thanks.

2020-09-23I bought a washer here recently thats in great condition and cost significantly less than the retail price. Delivery was reasonable at $45 and I scheduled a couple weeks out. Only reason Im going with 4 stars is because the delivery was an hour late and the phone number went straight to voicemail that wasnt set up, so I assumed they werent coming. Had I been notified, I wouldnt have minded! Service during checkout in the store was very friendly and helpful, though.

2021-06-30Purchased washer and dryer set about 4 months ago. Washer stopped spinning after about 7 loads. When trying to get repairs from company, was told I had to bring it in to get repairs. I found this to be unacceptable and regret spending $500 at this business. Under these circumstances I would not recommend this company.

2019-11-23Met new owner Ali tonight while looking for some refurbished appliances. Ali was friendly and helpful and gave me an excellent deal on a clean and good functioning refrigerator and electric range. They actually had functioning pairs selling for under $500. Ali was very transparent with me about the condition and history of the appliances and refused to sell me the first fridge I inquired about when he realized it wasnt cooling as well as it should. I doubt I would have realized this without him pointing it out. I was very impressed with Alis honesty and felt very comfortable dealing with him. Many of the fridges have thermometers in them, I presume as part of his testing process. They had a decent selection of both oven ranges and refrigerators, as well as washers and dryers. Being used, many of them had a nick or a ding here or there but nothing you wouldnt expect for a second-hand store. Alis appliances also come with a 3 month guarantee. Their delivery charge is great too, only $45 for delivery to the west side. I will definitely continue to do business with Ali and highly recommend them for anyone looking for budget appliances.
