I lived here when Management 1st switched over to the guy and he is legit the worst landlord I have ever came in contact with. He treated my biracial daughter like complete trash and even called her the N word at one point in time because of her so called behavior. She came home from the park and told me what the guy said and I lost it... I do not recommend renting from him, unless you have a high tolerance for ignorance. They deserve 0 stars for Management alone...

I just called the manager to ask about pricing for my nephew and he hung up on me. Who conducts business like that? I called him back because I legitimately thought we were just disconnected, but he picked up/hung up again. Rude guy...he will look elsewhere to rent.

The guy that runs this place is very unprofessional and threatened people kick them out ,bragged how he doesnt spray for bugs, doesnt replace things always puts eviction notice on door Even when you made arrangements,cusses walking through hallways horrible human being kkg management are the hartless Corp that owns them and Beuna vista stay away from them Im not even listing all bad stuff.
