Once i walked into the festering open sewer/ ash tray they claim is a room I began searching for bedbugs and it didnt take me more than a minute to find a decent amount of them on the back of the mattress on the head of the bed. I immidiately went back to the office and told the lady working and the shirtless man standing behind her about the bugs and was called a liar. I got my refund anyway but probably only because i paid cash and was prepared to cause a huge scene. This place needs to be torn down, the remnants burn and the ashes shot into space on a rocket. A feral cat would want a refund from this dump.

I didnt notice any bed bugs but I use my own blow up bed and sheets water pressure is very good place is very old and dated carpets need to be replaced but it is quiet and very cheap

Nasty, I now have bedbugs. I called asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not there, I asked for a refund due to the bedbug issue he then told me he was the manager and they dont do refunds. Next time Im in Lima Im gunna stay there just so I can take the TV and microwave as payment.

Dive..Avoid this place; please send Allen County Health Dept shut this hole down. Found dead bugs along the sheets and pillows. Took pics of bed and sheets , will be sending them along to Health Dept and State For Code violations. Very unsecure area around doors. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere, this gives Fleabag hotel a whole new name.

The Colonial Hotel owner is a very rude old man who Praise on the less fortunate or if he believes he can get one over on you he will after I personally fixed a lamp that was being held together literally by a McDonalds rapper I turned it off to allow the maintenance guy to deal with it further it was throwing Sparks in behind the wall shock myself in the process and this was at 3 a.m. so instead of bothering them knowing Construction I just cut the power to it he tried to charge me for the whole entire fixture and pull the wool over my eyes as to the condition the maintenance guy told my wife that the owner would kill our cat if it was seen there after we left and he charged my wife $15 for the return of our belongings after holding it a couple of days in an unused room

Too expensive for a one bed. And the TV I had in my room only had one channel on it. Not worth 190 dollars for 3 nights in my opinion.

Manager here has a horrible attitude. Very disrespectful. With a 2 bed room he would not allow a 3rd person (couple) to stay, no ac etc... horrible. Horrible. horrible

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been in I could not go in the Room from the stanch Once I open the door $80 a night and I slept in A pick up Truck I would give it a 0 but you have to give it a star After not being able to stay in the Room they still wouldnt give me my money back

Bed bugs Super dirty and charges almost as much as one of the nicer motels spend the extra 20 dollars and go to super 8

It smells funky. No fitted sheets, no HBO as advertised, no breakfast, no air-conditioning.
