I lived in colonial court about 3 years and I will recommend it to anyone. Quiet and safety real estate, clean apartment when I moved in, affordable rental, friendly managing office (Susan and Dave are really great) and they promptly answer any issue.

These apartments are perfect size for people just starting out, heat is included, the management is good about taking care of any maintenance issues, close to bus lines and businesses are within walking distance, clean hallways and laundry rooms. For the price they are very affordable and convenient til you can purchase a house or condo.

Do not move in!!me and my wife have been here for 3 years ,at first it was good and then waterbugs starting popping up and doors starting coming off track, and the ceiling above our shower was about to collapse. we gave the landlord numerous chances,even moved up to the third floor and left for a week came back and we now have bedbugs, this place is Terrible. they are sweet people but they are too incapable of running an apartment complex. please dont waste your time

Still a ghetto ass apartment complex. I thought the new management was cool but no shes a grinch too. Me and my wife are leaving come summer time but seriously people do not waste your hard earned money on this dump. All the electrical sockets are like loose in the apartment and probably the whole building seeing as to how the entire complex is duck taped together not to mention the rodent problem they have. I killed quite a few since Ive lived at this complex . 435 a month for a one bedroom p.o.s. no thank you!!! Please look else where

With how much im paying rent for only a one bedroom i dont think i should be waking up to it being 60° and even colder at times. Shouldnt have to turn my danm over on so i can get warm. Stop jipping us its what you did last year to.

Its a good location. Just a bit pricey for what you get... This place is terrible about bed bugs. Be sure and get your apartment treated before you move in.
