Im over this place. Ive been waiting approx 6wks for them to complete paperwork that my Dr office has sent over atleast 3 times now. Ive been more than patient and Im not booking another counseling appt. until my forms are returned to Summa.And as far as counseling services go it hasnt made an improvement on my life tbh. Im going to start looking elsewhere.

They dont care about their patients or their families. Theyll let a patient of theirs OD and almost died and not accept any information about it or talk to the family because they dont care and they throw out the HIPPA card. Carolyn is one of the counselors that works there that encourages this behavior.

When I first started coming here I thought that they would help me. But every time I walk into this place I always leave here feeling the same way or even worst. The case mangers here are so lazy at they job. If u have a client u should not just half call them back I understand u have a lot of other people but it shouldnt take days on and weeks on almost turning into months to call me. So Im done with this place! They can have they services they make things so much harder here for people.

Super nice and therapy and Jenn dont feel like The hour flies by, like having tea with a friend.

I tried to walk into this place with a positive attitude and an open mind, but that mindset didn’t last for long. All this place is good for is pill pushing. I feel even worse after I leave here. I’m really trying to improve a lot of things in my life and this place definitely does not help with that.
