The staff here is always wonderful. Very friendly. Unfortunately lately they have been out of many of the items I normally get such as iced coffee and cold brews.

First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived, and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, at least three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items, being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, its a half hour plus line at any point they are open. We will absolutely be back, even though it is across town from us.

I usually love this Starbucks, have been here many times but tonight I went and got one of my regular drinks, the tall iced caramel macchiato with extra flavoring but was charged 50 cents per pump of vanilla. I was told before that if it is the same flavor that is in the coffee that there wouldnt be any extra charge, but she insisted that she had to charge me for it. Sadly I was on my way to work so I needed the caffeine, but when I went to get my drink she just threw the straw at my drink and said have a good day. Not sure if I want to visit this Starbucks anymore after this!

Every time I go there at ten they have been closed even when it says there open I really enjoy their drinks so now I have to drive across town by the university.

The atmosphere in Starbucks is relaxed. I enjoy getting a frappacino from time to time and the whipped cream on top is the best part. The music they play is good, and Starbucks is my most preferred coffee shop in all of Bowling Green. A variety of people go there, and I feel safe and enjoy every time I go! Also, the snacks you can buy are delicious. I hope they bring the unicorn drink back that they once had...I would really like to buy one!

Have had bad experiences at other starbucks but NEVER here!!!! They get it right every time!!!!! I am a frequent customer (gold card)and this is my FAVORITE store!!!! Great crew, wonderful service! !!!! If you need your coffee fix stop in to see them!!!!

First-time customer ever to any Starbucks wasnt sure on what to order the younger man behind the counter was very helpful and nice the older lady working beside him was very rude and wanted to charge me extra for everything she said because I didnt order it right
