This is an edit specifically for the Chester Road in Avon OH location:They are out of things CONSTANTLY. The lines are super slow and I have to wait at least a full minute before I can even put my order in. The staff is extremely nice but whoever is in charge of ordering products is NOT doing their job properly. PLEASE get more staff to help out and get your product ordered!Moore Road Avon Ohio Location:Love the Butter Pecan Iced Latte! Definitely my go to when it’s in season. The hashbrowns are also amazing! They have their stuff ON POINT. Delicious food and drinks are perfect. Keep it up!
I just left the drive through (9/29/2021 @ 6:55 pm) and when I tell you that the ladies were so kind I’m not even kidding. They were a bit busy so there was a slight wait, however the ladies in there were absolutely fantastic and sweet. I included the date and time so the lovely employees that were working tonight get the recognition they deserve.This is by far the best Dunkin’ that I have ever been to!
Go to a different one, very slow when busy and something is wrong with my order every time. Last time the easiest order in the world: two Carmel frozen coffees... Drive away, they are both French Vanilla. Amazing too because I was the only person in the drive through the entire time.
Unfortunately, this Dunkin donuts doesnt have anything positive. If u cant order cold brew, you can only pay in cash. Management is very inconsistent and the workers are different every day. I love Dunkin Donuts but the franchise needs to burn this location to the ground.
The people at this place are so rude! I have been here 3 times and left all three times.You can’t tell if they’re ever open either.They never have any hot food either. My boyfriend went in there to get a gift card and the woman inside snaps at him “we are only doing drive through orders”… so we went to the one around the corner by BJ’s.
We stopped at this Dunkin while traveling on I90 for a quick breakfast. We were told that they couldnt make us any hot food at all because their night crew turned the ovens off. Very frustrated and disappointed. The staff didnt seem interested in providing good customer service. Would not recommend.
WORST dunkin ever!!!! They never ever have hot food, if you get a bagel they throw it in the bag they dont cut it and they put a little cream cheese in a coffee cup, its one thing to not have hot food but you dont have a knife either?? You have to wait in the long line before they tell you that! Put a sign up! If you order on the app 9 our of 10 times they forget something. I only punish myself and go to this one because its on my way to work and its close!
This store has been opening at 6am i think for quite some time. Pulled through at 6:10 and was told, very politely, that they were unfortunately not opening until 6:30. I had 20 minutes to spare so i staying in the parking lot till 6:35. Pulled through to be politely informed that they werent opening till 7am. The staff was polite and i dont know what exactly was going on, but it was still incredibly agitating.
This is probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. I used to frequent this one a lot, but for the last few months. It has been nothing but bad. It’s always closed, the ovens/grills are never on. Bad customer service.I will drive out of my way from now on to avoid this one. Sad.
Usually I order on my app here they always have it ready very quickly not sure if this time was time I tried the signature pecan sundae iced late but it was really good I always add few things to my stuff I usually get iced coffee with bunch caramel in it and sugar and cream light ice. I love their munchkin donuts! Also maple donut and the Boston cream yummy. Everyone there is really nice. Although sometimes they forget to check the app online orders that come in im not sure if they just dont get alot of those.
Terrible. Went to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Drive thru had a ntoe it was closed so my husband went inside. There was nobody working. Two girls working there sitting outside smoking told him they cant make food and that the circle K has coffee. Seriously, why are you even there? Go to a Dunkin for a coffee and told to get it from the gas station because the employees dont want to work. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be back.
The girls are really nice and friendly...but this location is always out of items...drinks..donuts. Idk who does the ordering but theyre not very good at it. If the drive-thru is open the inside is closed...if the inside is closed the drive-thru is open....u never kno which one its gonna be.
I enjoy this location because their services have been so good. Then the other day 3 clerks had their masks on but below their noses. If you are going to wear your mask that way there is no reason to wear it. Fortunately there is Starbucks and other DD places nearby that follow the law. Wont go back for awhile.
I am not one to complain but this definitely needs to be said. This place is awful. I always get iced coffee with cream and sugar plus whatever flavoring I choose and it NEVER tastes the same when I order it again. I even pay extra to get extra shots of the flavoring and it still tastes like watered down cream. I am so disappointed with this location its not even funny. I get coffee every morning and spend quite a bit of money and I would expect my coffee to pretty much taste the same if I get the same thing which I do and it never does. On top of that, they double charge my card! The first time I could let go but I checked my bank account after that and they double charged my card the same day 3 days in a row and it wasnt even the same amount. The manager gave me the money back but thats besides the point. Honestly, I will never go back to this location ever again. The only positive is that the window girls are nice but unfortunately that is not enough to make me want to continue going there.
Very slow. They were out of hash browns. Handed us only part of our order and then came back to window thinking we were the next car in line. When we finally got the rest of our order, they gave us the wrong coffee and the sandwiches were cold. On top of that you could hear employees inside complaining about their jobs and not wanting to work the drive thru. America does not run on this Dunkin.
This location is a joke. The last three times I’ve been here they say they are out of food, other than donuts. In reality, the girls are just too lazy to cook. Don’t waste your time if looking for anything other than coffee, or donuts. Never spending another penny there.
I stopped in there about 4pm. Service was slow, seemed like only one person was working. Ordered two iced coffees. The coffee tasted horrible! Ive had other dunkins mess my coffee up before (which always taste like burnt coffee) this one was the worst! That was the first and last time I will go to this Dunkin.
At first, we had a bad expirence. Our food was off and tasted weird. We called nicely and told the manager what had happened. She immediately reimbursed us with 6 donuts (we only had three at the start) a new coffee, and a sandwich. Im really impressed on her customer service and way she she gave us so much more than we had before. Great customer service, Thank you Alana.
I love DD coffee and i stop frequently at many stores when im traveling. I have had better experiences in this location before but they are always out of something. Today it was English Muffins for there sandwich deal i wanted to get. The last time they were out of cheese. They had 3 employees on this visit and to what i saw only one was working. They had a drive through person just talking away with another employee. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and took my order and then proceeded to make my order then give it to me at the puck up area. I was getting my straw and watched her do it again as the other 2 employees just stood there and talked to one another.
Look i very rarely give less than 3 stars but i stopped here this morning to get a coffee before work and when i went to go thru the drive thru there was a pick up truck blocking the drive thru entrance, so i went inside. I told the gas attendant about it then went to wait in line at dunkin while waiting the gas attendant went over to tell the dunkin manager and she said i know its mine they can get over it we need to get our stuff together. Now im sorry but that wrong and rude to boot. I watched 3 cars leave because they couldnt use the drive thru. Im just glad i left early for work and had time to go in. I work customer service have for 15+ years. This is not okay. No matter how busy or behind you are. Customers come first. Without customers buisnesses make no money.
I want to give this zero stars but was unable to. I have never experienced worst service, and been treated so poorly as a customer. The staff is slow. Staff has filthy shirts and uniforms. I have placed orders and received wrong order. Hot Food has been served to me ice cold. I have heard staff fight behind counter in front of a long line. No management ever to be found in store. How this place stays open is beyond me. Today was final straw. I was second person on line as 3 people helped the customer in front of me. There were 5 people behind me. Finally a staff member comes to counter and says to the person on the back of the line are you late for work? He responds yes. She says come over here I will get your order. Everyone was so pissed. I used to tell everyone DD better than Starbucks. This place has destroyed any good feeling I had about this organization. IT DOESNT matter what time of day either. The CEO needs to read this. Shut this place down before it ruins your reputation. WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. FRANCHISE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AND FIRED. Is anyone thay matters reading these reviews
Have frequented this location many times because its on my way to work. I have decided to not buy my coffee and donuts at this location due to rude staff. They dont have the common courtesy to thank you for your orders and never smile. Thats the good news. If you have an issue be prepared to be treated with disrespect and disgust. Ultimately I blame the management and owners for tolerating this sort of behavior. It has been going on for years. I only tolerated it because I love the coffee. Lol
If I could give this shop a zero I would!!! I went through drive through a week ago, ordered 6 donuts. The girl took my card, had trouble running it, stated it was on the house. The next day I was charged $85.79 for the 6 donuts. When I called, the assistant manager had no idea what to do, store manager ended up stating that after speaking to regional manager, there was no way to refund my money and that I would have to retrieve it from my bank. I asked for the regional manager to call me with an explanation, was told I would get that call, still today I have yet to get that call. I called corporate and told them what happened, was supposed to hear from the franchise owner within 2 days, still nothing. I would tell everyone to stay away from this place!!!
I wish I could leave zero stars. I want to preface this by stating that I was an assistant manager of a Dunkin location for 4 years. I UNDERSTAND that things go wrong sometimes, doesnt make the experience great for the customer, but you do your best to remedy the situation and do what you can to make sure you that mistake doesnt happen again. BEEN THERE.However. Out of the probably 20 times Ive gone here (always drive-thru) I think theyve actually made my drink right THREE times. I understand some drink orders are complicated, however, mine is not. The wait in the drive-thru is SO LONG, regardless of whether theyre in the middle of a rush, or not. Ive gone there anywhere between the hours of 9am-3pm, from being the only car to being the 7th car, and the wait is always ridiculous. Once I asked them to please remake my drink (because the past 2 times before, it was incorrect). A manager(or assistant, they were wearing dark blue shirt, which typically designates managers). Was not friendly, and said You wanted ___, ___ with ____ RIGHT? And continued to say well that was what was made and then proceeded to yell for someone to remake it, her and an employee were saying things like Well I GUESS it was made wrong, and She (as in me) doesnt know what she wants with a rude here you go as it was thrusted in my face. (The window is open this whole time so I can literally hear everything).9 times out of 10, the order isnt even rung in. When I get to the window, more often than not, they ask me to repeat my order. Or what did you have, again? IF they even put the label on my drink, it just says md latte with none of the specifications (almond milk, half the amount of flavor, again, nothing crazy,) I mentioned. Hence why it is probably wrong so often.Today was the experience that finally made me write a review. Got to the window, with a reg employee, paid, immediately got my donut, my latte will be right out. Cool. Now Im waiting... and waiting. Manager comes up that will be $5 and I just look at her for a sec and start saying that I already paid. Before I finish the sentence, she clicks her teeth and goes oh youre waiting and immediately turns around. Then they all proceed to be confused as to what my drink is, then ask me ... again... what I got. Then the one employee goes oh, there it is. (I assume they bumped the order before it was completed.) I wait some more. They ask me to pull forward and wait there. (Which btw is an air pump for the gas station , not a designated wait area at all.... what if a patron needed to use it??) Then I wait. and wait. ..... and wait. I literally start pulling up their info on my phone to call them to tell them I need to go, to save my receipt so that I can get it later because it has been almost 10 minutes from the start of my order to now. Before I pull it up, an employee finally walks up with my latte, and does apologize. It is the wrong size (a size larger, so no complaints) however.The.freakin.drink.is.wrong. Again.I try to go to starbucks when I can, but I genuinely do like Dunkin. However its so unfortunate that this is the only one on my way to work because it is so.awful.(Btw. You need to clean the turbochef/ovens and WIPE UP ALL THE CLEANER or run a cooking cycle through after cleaning because the one and only time I got hashbrowns, they tasted like the oven cleaner... come on, for real.)
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I would give 0 stars if I could. ALWAYS out of bread items, Young, obese, lazy staff who move slower than a turtle stuck in molasses. Filthy hands, sneezing, just unsanitary and wreckless. I started going to the Dunkin on Nagel Road; you should too! You will have much better service.
The last few times I have been there the cashier was out of it. First time I had to tell her I didnt pay for my drinks yet, then a few says ago she never give me back my charge. When I went back in letting her know this she told me the Manger would call me the next day but never did. So I guess unwilling I left her a $10 tip. I will never be back to that DD.
I never complain, especially about coffee shops because I work in one and I know the struggle... but I had the absolute worst costumer service tonight. I went in about 6:45pm and there was a empty cafe with two employees sitting at the tables. I walk up to the counter and the girl sitting down looked very annoyed she had a costumer. Instead of greeting me with a hello I got a, “what do you want,” and when I started to order she told me to “hold on” and yelled to the manger in the back to assign her to the register because the one sitting at the tables wouldn’t get up and do it. Once I told her my order she proceeded to talk over her headset and make jokes with her coworkers. After cashing me out I said “thank you, have a great night” and she said NOTHING. She then left the counter and sat back down at the tables... just gonna say it, If that was my cafe and that was how we acted we would get fired. Absolutely horrible service from a employee with two MANAGERS standing by...
Horrible. Just left the drive thru at 9:32pm. The girl at the window was ON HER CELL PHONE and was bothered because she had to take care of us . Then I blew the horn to get her to come back because she gave me no creme and sugar for my old coffee she served me. She was totally not happy serving customers. I will NEVER go back to this location again.
Products are fine, customer service is horrible. I think the employees are not appropriately trained. I come every morning on my way to work. They do not repeat your order back to you nor do they tell you your total. Then when you get to the window, of course they missed some of your order. This morning I received the wrong coffee and donut, but couldnt wait to get it fixed because I had to get to work.**UPDATE**1 year later and this place still has the same problems. Go to the Dunkin on 611 or Nagel. Youll save yourself a headache.
Ive been to this location probably 20 times on my way to work. I have never written a bad review in my life... But this place made me do it. I wait far too long in a line that is either just me or maybe one or two cars... And when I FINALLY get my coffee, its wrong. I even got a coffee with a label that said Jeff. I am a woman with long hair... Why would you give me Jeffs coffee?
Drive through takes only one car order at a time...the slowest drive through Ive been to. Also, most of the time they get my order wrong. The one time I even asked the worker when he handed my iced coffee if it was Carmel flavored since the carmel wasnt visible as usual and he insisted it was. Of course it wasnt. Hope you dont want a doughnut, They are always out of chocolate frosted donuts.
Just sat in line at the drive through for almost 30 minutes. I was thinking maybe the guy in front of me had a large order. Nope. They handed him one singular bag. No drinks and the bag looked maybe half full. Glad I was late for work. Should have gone to Starbucks. They have more customers and I still probably would have gotten our quicker!I have also been here before and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone noticed me. To bad a drive thru person noticed me to tell me they cant help me but didnt get anyone who could.
Wow, this Dunkin is pretty depressing. I just came on here to review it and I see majority of reviews are also 1 star, regretfully, since they do not offer a zero stars option. No wonder the place is dirty, understaffed, and always out of products.. the owners must not care! I just went in to get 2 medium iced coffees and 2 bagels with cream cheese, but I ended up walking out with only 2 iced milkwaters and no bagels because they cant make food today because were understaffed. Meanwhile, I was looking at 2 dozen bagels right there on their racks.. Thats fine, this place has let us down repeatidly, so Ill take my money elsewhere for now on!**drops mic and drives to Rio Coffee Brewery or Barrys Bagels
This location is on my way to work I stop there multiple times throughout the week to grab coffees for myself and coworkers. This morning was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced there! The drive-thru worker talked about me right in front of me as I was sitting at the window, complaining about my order. I never knew there were restrictions on drive-thru? I apologized to the woman and she ignored me and continued to complain about me in front of my face. I get to work to pass out the drinks and none of my coffees were labeled. We have no idea whos is whos. Thanks a lot for ruining my good mood this morning. Worst customer service ever!!!
Wanted to give them more stars but honestly I cannot . The wait is always too long and today I went there and they messed up my order. It blew my mind because there was just one other person in the drive-thru. When I got to work I saw that they gave me the order for #397 and my order number was 476.Not going to stop there anymore.I posted the pix of receipt and the coffee I was given under photos.
My wife just worked here the past three months. She constantly complained of the bad attitudes of her co workers, the laziness of the staff, the immaturity of the staff, the gossiping of employees and customers, the employees and management constantly going in the back room to sit and talk instead of work. My wife was constantly left to not only take drive thru orders, but also make drinks, work the breakfast station, and be the donut runner. There is supposed to be an employee for every station but they would rather sit and talk so that is why the drive thru is slow. No one wants to do their job. Behind the counter is filthy. They leave the lid to the breakfast food constantly open which is beside the oven, they make bagles and other food on a dirty counter, they lie to customers saying the equipment is broken when its not, they blame the customers for orders THEY screw up, they are constantly running out of items because no one seems to know how to do the ordering, the floor is constantly wet from the ice and they have zero safety measures in place. They dont require non slip shoes, they dont have rubber mats, nothing to prevent slips and falls. The workers wear their hair hanging down so it could get in the food and the workers rarely wash their hands. The spoons used to stir ice coffees are left on the counter and rarely rinsed off. The place is beyond disgusting. The workers have bad attitudes, and the manager does not care. Worst place to work for and worse place to establish.
Went in this morning to get a medium coffee and a dozen donuts. The girls behind the counter were more busy talking about walking out because somebody got fired for changing their schedule than paying attention to their customers. Good customer service is hard to find youre not going to find it here go elsewhere.
The people are friendly. They get to know each customer and what they usually get. A lot of the customers they start making their regular orders as soon as they walk into the door. At least during the night hours. I dont usually come during the daytime so cannot speak for those shifts.
Just went and ordered a med iced coffee and a bagle with cream cheese and hasbrowns. The woman I ordered from at the drive through was incredibly rude and did not have any patience while I was ordering. Then when I received my food the iced coffee tasted like it had been watered down, and the bagel had little to no cream cheese on it. If I didnt live in Westlake, I would have driven back. Point is what a unprofessional establishment with such immature workers working there. Never going here again. Disgusting I wish there was a option to not give a star because I would have.
Last month was my first time ever trying dunkin donuts. I went to this one and I guess it was a terrible mistake. I ordered a glazed donut. Simple enough, right? Wrong. It was so stale and squished that I tossed it right after I left the drive thru. Walmart has better donuts than this place. My brother told me that I just had one bad experience so I went back two days later and ordered another glaze donut. They put it in the bag, everything seemed good until I opened the paper around the donut. It was the wrong kind in its entirety. It was powdered and cream filled. Over looking that, I took a bite. It was hard and you know how an powdered donuts have some sugar falling off of them? Not this one! They need to rotate their donuts or find a better way to keep them fresh. Please dont tell me that all dunkin donuts are like this one.........
We went to the drive thru this afternoon, and instead of getting a polite “hi, how many I help you” over the speaker, we received a “what do you want” over the speaker. I put my car in reverse, left, and went to Starbucks in Avon commons instead. Shame on any place that allows their employees to greet their customers like that. I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts often because I grocery shop for my family at Walmart next door, but I will never stop here again.
America runs on Dunkin and Im America! Almost always fast service except when you buy a hot food item, usually a few minute wait, still fast tho. I love to get a plain bagel with butter, then i tell them to put a fried egg on it. 😋 Also, i love to buy 1/2 dark roast, 1/2 regular, its a nice blend that is much more enlivening! 🏃♀️💃Oh, and have to mention i Always get $1.00 off if i use my Cash App debit card. Just go on the app and select what savings you want to use for ur card. The one i use is $1 off any coffee shop that is mainly a coffee shop. It works for Panera Bread if ur wondering if that counts.You can change ur savings at anytime. Right now you can get $5 off any grocery store, $3 off AMC, and a couple other good little deals.Back to Dunkin...wanted to say I love their new veggie sausage sandwhich. You dont notice that its not meat bc they somehow made it greasy and spicy like sausage!! I give them 2 Thumbs up for that. Please buy so they dont disappear on me ok. Im not vegan anymore since our family is severe anemics and O positive (we need red meat almost daily) but its good to have non-meat meals about 80% of the time. So yay for Dunkin catchin on with an alternative! 😊👍
Former employee. Couldnt possibly think of a worse company to work for. The laziest workers I have ever encountered. They sit in the back and talk including the management. Not to mention the managers are rarely even there and leave for hours at a time. Worst service. Terrible customer service. And the most degrading job Ive ever had. Not to mention I havent gotten paid still. I hope this location shuts down so no customers have to deal with the disgusting service provided.
I didnt even want to give a star. Literally the worst dunkins. Ive never been to without them messing up my order. And the food tasting like chemicals, Theyre all teenagers and are extremely rude. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin. I much rather drive to the nagel one than this one. Very displeased.
We gave this place several chances and they got something wrong in our order every single time. The staff lacks even general professionalism. I dont understand how an establishment that serves the same things day after day could mess up so many orders. If I could give zero stars that would be my true rating.
Coffee is delicious, but customer service is awful!! Not one employee, all of them. I come here alot as it is on the way to work, all the employees are crabby and you can hardly get a word out of them. I gave them many chances , thinking maybe they were having a bad day but it is every single employee that works here, every time I come. I leave feeling as if I was bothering them. After I give my order they just say , pull around , when I get to the window I get no hello, or good moring, or even the total. I say hello, I say good morning, and I say thank you. Sometimes they are having personal conversations so lour you can hear them swearing and youwill totally get ingored. I actually said one time , isnt it kind of early for f bombs the girl gave me a dirty look and handed me my coffee an walked away , I was trying to make a joke and try to Crack a smile on one of them. This location is down right awful!
This place is horrible. I took my son here after our er visit last night. He was sick and only wanted a bagel and I was not arguing .First, they served me an expired juice, the bagel was disgusting and my son wouldnt eat it which I dont blame him. The kid working was rude, now Ive been calling this morning and no answer. Do you people not check your products to make sure they arent expired?
If you have to be at work (on time) don’t even consider coming to the Avon location by bjs. I have tried several times to come here thinking that maybe they are training and the people are just getting used to how things run. That definitely is not the case. Every morning I’m waiting in line behind maybe three people and it takes about 20 to 25 minutes every time Or just a coffee

This place is ridiculous 7 employees and I stood in line 10 min and didnt even get to order. Ive never seen so many employees work that hard to look busy and not do anything. I hope management reads this cause this seems to be the way a lot of customers are treated here is think its time for a store wide retraining customers should be first priority
Im a New Englander, that now lives in the area. This is not New England. The drive thru is painfully slow. If there is more than one car, dont bother just head inside. I know of DDs that have a coffee only time at their drive-thrus in the morning. This location would benefit greatly from this tactic. Even though I gave it two stars Im still glad there is a DD in the area.

I usually pick up Dunkin Donuts coffee about 3 times a week that used to be on a daily basis but the store here in Avon Ohio consistently has long wait times even when there are no customers in the store and when you order coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar its hit-and-miss if youre going to get the right consistent 3 cream and 3 sugar from the machine that dispenses it more often than not their napkins are always out the dispenser seems to be empty every morning... every other Dunkin Donuts store that I stopped at is always consistent but this one fails miserably despite me having emailed customer service regarding the store nothing has been done to fix the simple little problems 1} acknowledge your customer and take his order as soon as he steps up to the register 2} fix the machine that dispenses cream and sugar and 3) always make sure you have napkins out for your customers... by the way Im not complaining because I want free stuff its just the basic things that the store needs to have improved for better customer service
Placed my coffee order and asked for a muffin as i had a coupon. I was told by the clerk they were out of muffins. I said thank you and as I was pulling away from the speaker I heard the girl mocking me. I pulled up to the window, cancelled my order and told her I heard her. Wont be back.
Service is horrible...I usually go here because I work near it...Also I work nights, so I stop here on my lunch break...I was told they do not serve chicken and one of the guys working there would not sell my co-worker a bagel that was just sitting there collecting dust, because apparently they do not sell food till 5 am...They complain when they have to take orders, this is the worst establishment I have been to...I will be going to the dunkin across from the lccc in the mornings, they are really nice and the place is really clean.

2022-03-22Chocolate croissants were HORRIBLE. Unbaked, gooey, mushy mess. Was told they put it on the correct cooking temperature, if that was so it should be FULLY BAKED and look like a CROISSANT, they need to reevaluate how to bake croissants.

2022-06-26The drive through employee must’ve woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Greeted us with “go ahead with your order.” Then I proceed to order two sandwiches and she says “I don’t have any hot food at the moment.” No apologies, nothing. If she didn’t want to be at work she should’ve called off. 😬

2022-06-25I used to work at a dunkin so I know how this should work, everytime I come here they dont have muffins or cant make food or dont have this and that, clearly need some new management and maybe try to hire some people with brains in their head bc you guys are incompetent and lazy. sick of waiting in a line just to not even get my order right, my drink has been forgotten twice and half the time I cant even get a breakfast sandwich. sad excuse for a dunkin

2022-04-29I have worked in the food service industry for 11 years, but never in my life have I been to a place and the lady get mad at me because I said something about the change she gave back. I go to Dunkin almost daily and know how much my coffee is everytime I go& how much I give in cash if I don’t use my card. For her to turn around and say “come deal with this because I’m about to get an attitude. she’s saying I’m not giving her the right change” is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this Dunkin in the future and I hope she gets something said to her about her attitude with guests because I was calm about it till I left.

2020-10-23With 2 other Dunkin Donut locations close by I am amazed that this location is an unorganized mess everytime I go. They either have a sign stuck somewhere telling you you cant go inside, must drive through..or 4 people working the window and no one taking care of customers at counter. I patiently waited at the counter, it wasnt busy inside or out..but apparently there was an online order all 3 girls were working on.2 guys went over to pick up window to get waited on..then finally I asked nicely if someone could please just get me a couple donuts..well..I got them alright..tossed the the bag..I wasnt rude..but does it take 4 woman to look at a phone and find an order..il be going to another location from now on. Even if its 5 minutes further.

2021-11-12I ordered a toasted everything bagel, munchkin donuts, and 2 normals donuts. I get a text from my dasher saying that ran out of all of their donuts. The name of the company is literally dunkin’ donuts how are you not about to have donuts. Then my dasher drops of my food and they threw my bagel in the bag cold and not even cut. awful service.

2022-01-19If I could rate it 0 I would but I can’t so I give them a 1. This is the most disgusting Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The customer service here is terrible. The managers here are unprofessional & lousy. They told me they were closed due to computer issues & I ended up seeing them in their vehicles smoking . They never serve hot food , latte machines are always broken apparently. I don’t know why it hasn’t been shut down. Protect your health & avoid this place.go to Moore rd .

2022-01-12Please avoid this Dunkin. Just go to the new one in Avon on Nagel. I placed an order on the app at 9:20AM, got there at 9:27. My Caramel Craze latte was okay (tasted a lot thicker than usual?) I got 2 orders of hash browns. One was alright, other one was burnt, hard and cold. My sandwich was cold too. And they forgot all my donuts 😔. I tried calling and it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I called again 5 minutes later and it rang once and went to voicemail. So I think they’re just declining my calls? Just overall bad experience I do recommend and based on the other reviews I don’t think anyone else does either.

2022-04-10The husky white kid with the curly ragged hair walked away as soon as I came to pick up my order. He was hiding in the back so he didn’t have to work. You guys should hire new staff!
