This is the best boutique around. Erica and her husband give excellent customer service. I have been buying from her even before they opened their boutique. She has sizes to fit everybody and styles to fit everybody. She has so many other items in her store besides just clothing. She is awesome and gives you suggestions and ideas when you ask. I absolutely love it there. Go and visit. Trust me you will not be disappointed at all.

I visited Coffee and Chaos for the first time on Saturday. I purchased a cream colored top with animal print sleeves. I found a necklace with animal print to match. I was very pleased with the purchase. They had a great selection of clothes. I will go back. The owners were very friendly. Avon Lake needs a clothing store with accessories thats close by.

2022-05-14Stumbled upon this shop and I will keep coming back! Erica was so friendly and helpful. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they carry sizes S - 3XL. Its so rare to find a boutique that has clothes to fit a plus-sized girl. There are tons of cute items to buy as well and the coffee was great too! Support this small business!

2022-03-30I happened to walk into the shop in Avon Lake one day and I FELL IN LOVE. I made a purchase that night and have shopped the boutique repeatedly ever since!They offer a wide variety of clothing styles and sizes, and the quality is amazing! I love that I can order online and pick up in store, but I equally love that I can share the boutique with my friends and family all over the US and they can shop too! The app is a great addition and makes shopping/staying up to date on new releases so easy!Erica and TJ are amazing - seriously such kind people! They do several interactive live sales on Facebook, the website and the app every single week which makes shopping even more fun and is a great way to get your questions answered and see how the clothing looks on a person.Another awesome perk to shopping in store is that youre always offered a free cup of coffee while you shop - cant get better than that! If you like to support small businesses, you wont be disappointed! I highly highly recommend this boutique!

2022-07-16Owners of this store have a billboard of changing extremist slogans (gun control = Holocaust) and propagating the big lie about the 2020 election outside of their home. Think about who you give money to before you shop.This review is not an attack. Its factual information. People have the freedom to express their views, and people have the freedom to spend their money elsewhere.Also, Im glad the store owners claim to love the country but cant even spell it correctly.
