The only place Ill call from now on!! Clarence was promt, polite, professional, knowledgeable and very fair. There is nothing more you can ask of a service provider! He repaired my upright freezer issue quickly and correctly on 1st visit. Have a problem, do yourself a favor and call Clarence 1st!!!
Clarence and Isaiah were thorough and professional. They knew we were having issues with our refrigerator for several days and were booked up but came out after hours (7pm) and fixed us up. Highly recommend!
Clarence couldnt be Better especially after trying to talk to the Big Box Stores. Hes knowledgeable with 15 years experience and went above and beyond to solve our problem basically 24/7! I would recommend him without hesitation. We need MORE companies like CL Repair who actually provide excellent customer service!
I appreciated that Clarence came out to fix our large microwave. When an on-site repair did not work initially, he took it back to his shop and replaced the components until it was fixed and did not charge us for the extra parts and labor. Very professional.
Clarence was awesome! He was able to come same day and was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my problem, he went out bought the part and returned and fixed the problem. And this was all on the day before Christmas Eve!
He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about my ailing dryer. He endured all my questions and made sure I understood what he was doing and could do for preventive maintenance. I will call him again if I experience any more issues.

2022-07-19Clarence is the man!! He came out on a Saturday and fixed my dishwasher for me! He charged a reasonable price and made sure everything was working properly. I was impressed by the price and quality of work. I will definitely use him again knock on wood nothing else goes bad. Its hard to find professionals these days who wont rip you off but this is a legit business worth the try for any repair needs. Thanks Clarence.

2022-08-17This repair service was a blessing to find because I was about to lose a freezer full of meat. Several weeks later my oven element burned out. Both visits were great. Very happy to be a customer of such a good repairman.

2021-10-20Clarence is an excellent appliance repair man! Our microwave went out over our oven and he was one of the only repairmen who services microwaves. His communication was great and was prompt! Clarence did a thorough examination of our microwave and tested all of the possible reasons for it failing. Highly recommend!

2021-07-11Called for upright freezer repair. His schedule was full, but he offered to call if there was a cancellation. He ended up being able to come the next morning. He was punctual & professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired with a new part he had stocked in his truck. He left no mess behind, and he charged a fair price. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend to a friend. His business card says they repair a wide array of appliances, as well as computers.

2020-09-10Extremely professional. Repaired dryer and after 3 days it stopped working again. CL came back and fixed again and we discovered the issue was in the way my HVAC company ran my dryer vent. Even though not his fault he still didn’t charge me for his visit or time to fix. No wonder he gets amazing reviews. Amazing customer service will never use anyone else and will recommend to everyone I can.

2019-10-14We called CLs repair service Saturday morning to get our dryer repaired. He called back a short time later and scheduled an appointment that afternoon. He had a 2 hour window and stated he would call ahead to when he would arrive. He arrived on time and was very polite and very professional. Will use in the future for any appliance repairs. Great work!!

Clarence went out of his way to ensure our fridge was looked at as soon as possible, coming out the same day we called and sacrificing his Friday evening for us. He showed up on time and was very and respectful of our home. He is knowledgable, efficient, and professional. If we have any additional appliance troubles in the future he will be the first person we call.
