The front office was so helpful in helping me find an apartment in the Ohio City area! They showed me apartments at Mariners Watch and Clinton West. They were truly genuine in making sure I was able to find the apartment I really loved. I loved Clinton West- but I really wanted a lake view and the unit at Mariners watch was perfect!!
Everything is pretty expensive but it depends what you’re looking for. My 1/1 is over $1700 per month, and I pay $85/mo for internet and $175/mo for parking.There’s not much amenity-wise, but there’s an offsite gym in an office building you have access to.I wish the carpets were cleaned more regularly.
I had the pleasure of living in one of the corporate furnished units at clinton west for 9 months and it felt like home. The building itself is beautiful with high end finishes, HUGE closets, balconies, super high ceilings, CLEAN underground parking garage and more. The staff was incredible and always super friendly. The building is maintained to perfection. The location couldnt be beat - walking distance to coffee shops, a terrific deli, brewery, juice bar, workout studios and restaurants. There were also monthly social events which were a welcome surprise and it was a great way for me to meet my neighbors and I must say - everyone in this building is so friendly!Also...the apartment was furnished to be comfortable, stylish and modern! I had everything from linens, kitchen accessories, blankets and etc.
Great location. Very up to date ammenities and layout. Friendly staff and maintenance. Ive loved living at Clinton West over the past year. From in unit washer/dryer, to the underground heated parking garage, large bedrooms and bathrooms, this place has everything you need. Maintenance is very quick to respond. When I initially moved in I submitted a ticket for 3 minor fixes/adjustments. I received a response from maintenance within the hour and everything was fixed immediately the next morning. Couldnt ask for anything more.
I highly recommend Clinton West to anybody looking for a luxury apartment in Ohio City. From the time I toured it was a Class A experience. The staff is always available and is quick to respond to maintenance issues. The grounds are kept immaculate and all the other residents are respectful. There is secure underground parking (big plus in this neighborhood and also in the winter), same day dry cleaning service, monthly tenant events and access to an amazing gym a few blocks away. Walking distance to Saucy, Juke Box, Title Boxing etc. Very safe and quiet building in a great neighborhood for you and your dog if you have a four legged child. I enjoyed my year here, and if I were staying in Cleveland, I would not be leaving. Highly recommended complex!
Cannot say enough good things. First of all the management team is so kind and quick with responses. Any minor issues are addressed practically immediately! They always have everything nicely decorated, mail well organized... phenomenal garage parking. The ammenities in the units are perfect. Each unit also has outdoor space which is enjoyable! Pet friendly and perfect location. Right around the corner from Saucy brew works and near all major freeways. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments but this one truly is worth it and couldn’t ask for more!
Clinton West has been an awesome place to live. Very convenient, safe, and fun. Its located in a very walkable area and there is always something to do. Management handles all of your needs quickly and theyre very responsive. The building is great and the amenities have been such a plus! I look forward to renewing my lease.
I’ve lived at Clinton West for the last year and I can honestly say the management is the best in Cleveland. I lived at other buildings in Ohio City (the quarter and edge 32) and my experience has been amazing here. The way the staff takes care of the property and addresses every question I have is top notch. It’s hands down the best place to live in Cleveland! I have made so many great friends while living at the building because of the amazing regular events the building has. The dog park is wonderful and my pup enjoys playing there so much.
I have been living at Clinton West for about 6 months now. Not only was it a smooth process to move in and get settled, but they have remained incredibly professional and vigilant during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really appreciate how warm and welcoming everyone is and its located in a great neighborhood. Overall, a great place to live!
I highly recommend Clinton West to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Cleveland. Clinton West is a Class A building with an excellent management company. The building and grounds are always kept in excellent condition and the staff is friendly and professional. It is also in the best location in Ohio City!!
Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Management is incredibly understanding and accommodating and quick to respond! Great location and abundant street parking. Safe and quiet area! The unit I lived in was incredible and was super happy living here.
Ive been staying at Clinton West for almost two years now. My experience has been nothing but positive here, from the maintenance team to the folks in the office. Every issue minor or major Ive had with my unit was always resolved immediately. They keep the building extremely clean and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay short or long term. Youll enjoy the social gatherings here too :)
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Being in Hingetown provides you with walking access to everything you need. The building is beautiful and our apartment perfectly met our needs. Our pup loved it as well. Underground parking is a plus and the building services and building community exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Clinton West!
I have enjoyed living at Clinton west! It has been my best experience in Cleveland. The convenience that the property gives its tenements makes life a lot easier and more enjoyable. Perfect location to experience all cleveland has to offer since I was new to the area; not to mention it is constantly evolving and new things are always popping up within walking distance!! The owners and management are great and I appreciate all the help they have offered.
The best apartment complex Ive lived in in Cleveland. Perfect location on a quiet street, but still close to everything in Ohio City and Downtown. Management company is responsive. I really enjoy living here!
Clinton West Luxury Apartments are a hidden gem! Firstly, the location is unbeatable. I love that it is only steps from the unique shops on W. 29th and a short walk to the W. 25th strip. Its a short ride to downtown and edgewater beach as well. The apartments are spacious and the interiors are modern and sophisticated. The management team is quick to respond to any maintenance concerns and are friendly, accommodating, and truly there to make your apartment your home. They have complementary events monthly and are SO pet friendly (even installing a dog park!). I couldnt recommend this place enough!
I have been a resident there for almost 2 years. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient. Parking is available underground so theres no worries for shoveling in the winter. The building is new and maintained fairly well. The manager team is responsive and follow-up issues in the apartment very promptly. Overall highly recommended.
Ive lived here for 3 months and have fallen in love. The building is new, clean, safe and every resident is wicked nice. Jill, the leasing director is fantastic to work with and Mike, the building engineer is always around and willing to help. I encourage anyone looking for a new space, in the Ohio City area, to check it out!
The apartment is just as advertised: modern immaculate and comfortable. Quiet and friendly residents. And the Ohio City neighborhood is perfect with plenty of restaurants, running/biking routes, the lake and downtown nearby.
Perfect dog friendly neighborhood and apartment complex, tucked away off of main roads, and within walking distance for all that Tremont and Ohio City have to offer!
Seamless movement through the leasing process and moving-in process! Whenever I had an issue (toilet not flushing properly & garage tag not working adequately), the help was quick and thorough. Very happy so far
We lived in Clinton West for about 3 months transferring to Cleveland and ♥️ed it! Definitely walkable to all the activity on 25th in Ohio City, great eateries, coffee and tea shops right around the corner and superb people to work with. Every request we had was attended to quickly!!
I’ve lived at Clinton West for over a year, and the experience has been nothing short of delightful. The facilities are clean, management is responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet, with restaurants, coffee shop, and bars just a block away + within walking distance!

2022-07-02This is a review for the leasing office. They had a two bedroom apartment available that I was trying to view. I called the leasing office at least 4 times before giving up and signing a lease in a different building. Each time I called I spoke to a different person, who took my information each time, promised to get back to me within a day about times to view the apartment and never did. It’s a shame because their apartments look really nice and I would have really like to live here.

2022-04-28Clinton West is located in the heart of Hingetown on a beautiful, quiet street. The building is also very quiet, which I definitely appreciate - the perfect location for young professionals. I love being able to take walks through Ohio City, pick up morning coffee at Rising Star or juice at Beet Jar. The heated garage is a major plus and all common areas are immaculate. Management will often host get togethers for tenants with food and drinks provided, which I have not seen at other apartment complexes. I would definitely recommend living here!

2022-05-01I’ve rented from My Place Group for 3+ years including different properties. The owners are amazing!! I loved living at Clinton West. Super dog friendly, Maintence workers are super friendly and always on top of their game. The area is a prime location as well! You cannot go wrong from renting at any of their locations

2021-11-09Fantastic location on probably my favorite street on the near west side of Cleveland. Building is clean with great amenities such as a super nice and secure heated garage, nice fitness center, management-run social gatherings for the residents, etc. Rooms have high ceilings, great windows and balconies and really nice finishes. ALL in-unit laundry. One of the few buildings around to offer furnished suites when they’re available AND it’s family run.

2022-07-031) A/C breaks in the summer2) Heater breaks in the winter3) Impossible to reach property management; theyre never in the office except when they want your business4) There are NO amenities at the complex except for a puny gym with broken equipment5) Packages are thrown all over the lobby and stay there for days6) Internet is $80/month; you have to buy through them so they profit7) Water pressure is ridiculously low; good luck showering8) Outlets are finicky and electrical plugs do not stay in9) Once you sign up for garage parking you cant remove it until end of lease (even though the weather improves by April/May) - another profiting scheme10) In January 2021, management paid tenants $50 to write 5-star review on Google. Check it out yourself and youll see them clumped together.

2022-03-11It’s discouraging that Clinton West paid residents $50 in 01/2021 for positive Google reviews.Packages are always thrown around the main lobby area and residents dig through them to find their packages.Heater breaks every other week during the winter.Noise travels easily through the walls.I do like the tall ceilings.

2021-01-14Clinton West is a great place to live! The apartments are new and updated but also spacious; the small details really stand out. Laundry in-unit, electric plugs everywhere, large bathrooms, and lots of closet space. Living in a 1-bedroom apartment, there still so much kitchen space for storage and I love the large kitchen island. Pet-friendly! I have a cat but most everyone here seems to have a dog and there is a dog walk right next door. You also cant beat the location- I am in a front facing unit and my balcony looks over the street and feels very family friendly and like a true neighborhood. As someone who has lived in Tremont, Lakewood, and other areas in Ohio City; this location is my favorite and is within walking distance to restaurants and local coffee shops. Would highly recommend as a place to live!

2021-11-07Beautiful apartments and clean property. The units are spacious. I didn’t ever hear my neighbors next door. Nice neighborhood. The package delivery system was inefficient. Delivery people just drop off packages in front of the mailboxes, and you end up having to dig through the boxes to find your own. Make sure you ask about the cable/internet packages before signing. May main gripe is I just think the property managers (My Place Group) could be more attentive especially for the price of rent you pay- and there is a fee for everything. It wasn’t just one instance. I found it impossible to get a hold of anyone even on the weekdays. No one answers the phones. Hardly anyone in the front office. On the weekends you won’t be able to get a hold of anyone. For example, there was a big storm one Friday all the units power tripped or something and many appliances weren’t working. Elevator alarm and main door alarms were going off. I spoke to many neighbors who placed maintenance requests and tried calling the management group. No one came to even check on the property until the following Monday.Would also beware of reviews submitted around 1/2021 because the management group offered up to $50 for positive Google reviews. My Place Group manages many other properties in this area.

2021-09-26This is our second year living at Clinton West, we love it. The property is well maintained, the management is accommodating, reactive and friendly, the staff is professional. Love the location as well: Ohio City is our favorite neighborhood, its walkable and lively, and Clinton avenue is a nice and quiet street.Update, changing my rating : after a few months with new neighbors, we realized that the sound insulation between floors is quite poor. We can hear people in the units above and below ours walk, talk, watch movies, listen to music... This is very annoying, and one of the reasons we are not renewing our lease.
