These guys can fix anything! Ran over some debris on the freeway and destroyed my radiator on my Audi A4 right before I had to drive 2400 miles across the country. I knew if I took it anywhere else it would be in the shop for at least a week.. but Cleveland Diesel came to the rescue and had it fixed the following day! Thanks a ton guys! Highly recommended!!
I come here reading the reviews their fair, honest, and quick and they are very friendly people when I came today to change a few filters & replace with a new seal on my oil pan and new oil change on my white kenworth w900 being from New York and all. They definitely won me over and will recommend them to anyone thats in the trucking will definitely becoming back in anything thanks
Andrew saved our asses. My husband and I rolled into the shop with our newly-purchased 2002 International school bus — a last minute accommodation on Andrew’s part. We wanted her to have a look-over before starting the journey to FL. Sure enough she needed more work than we originally thought but Andrew and his team took the best care of our Bessie (yes, we named our bus). He was so eager to help and make sure we had a safe journey! Andrew, if you’re reading this, I’m writing this from the hills of West Virginia as we make our way safely back home, thanks to you!
This is the only place I take my dump truck for repair, they are honest and the staff is very friendly. In and out service.
These guys came and rescued me when my trailer brakes locked up in below zero weather and wouldnt let me pay them. Very friendly prompt service. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks guys. I wish I had gotten their names.
This shop is the best in Cleveland great service and a lot of experience. True professionals at what they do and couldn’t be more pleased in the result of my Duramax. Would recommend time and time again. Wish I had a shop like this in Nashville!!
Ford 6.0 was running rough. They did a quick diagnosis and repair was done quickly and at a very fair price. Super folks who are very accommodating. Highly recommend!!
Had an alternator go bad as we were driving down the road on our way to the 100th Indy500 from Syracuse in our RV with a Cummins ISB engine. I called these guys in Erie and they had the part in 20mins and guys standing by when we pulled in two hrs later. Extremely professional attitude and expertise for a good independent business. Their shop is hidden in an oltime factory in the middle of an industrial neighborhood but theyre just off Interstate 77 so easy to get to. And they even stayed opened late to get the job done! Highly recommended this shop.
I highly recommend NOT to use this mechanic shop, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We had agreed on truck was going to be fixed in a week at x price. Truck wasnt fixed until ~two weeks later at ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed on even though we had agreed to x price. The shop constantly lied about when the truck will be ready, constantly stated Truck will be ready tomorrow. The shop has horrible customer service, the mechanics/representatives were extremely rude. Being foreigner in Cleveland, I was lied to and forced to pay ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed or else I wasnt going to get our truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
They got me in and fix my brake asap. They have a great atmosphere in there shop.
I took my VW gold TDI here when the alternator broke, and they got me to the nearest autozone to test the battery, and got me a deal on the parts i needed, and put them in for me even though they dont usually work on cars. Friendly guys, great service, and great price!
Excellent customer service and skilled mechanics. They were communicative and efficient, and had my car in and out repaired within a day.
They are fairly accommodating to out of town truckers or diesel owners. However are somewhat lacking on speed as far as local folks repairs.
I brought my truck in there with a pretty significant engine issue. The service was great and they finished the work fast. Didnt kill us with cost, I recommend this place. Thanks again guys!

I was hired to do some plumbing there. While I was working, I overheard and watched them work with numerous customers. They work real hard and are as honest as they come. They also pay their bills on time. Thanks again guys.
I spent over $14,000 for an in-frame on a big cam 4 just to get it back with it pouring oil out of the heads he refuses to answer my calls and will not call me back will definitely be getting my lawyer involved stay away from this business they are a bunch of liars and do not know what theyre doing when it comes to engine work

2022-08-17We have been using this shop for work on two Cascadias with DD15s , and 3 of box trucks, two of which have C7s. So far, there hasnt been an issue they have turned away, and have always done the work properly. Using them for a rebuild shortly on C7.

2020-06-11These guys really go above and beyond. They can fix anything and are quick to help when you need. Even when they are slammed they find a way to fit you in because they actually care & also are extremely talented. My SUV was feeling unsafe and I called up there to ask To schedule a time for them to look at it, knowing they were diesel repair, I took the chance anyways! They said I could bring it up right away and were able to tell me what was wrong quickly. They got me a deal on my parts and they were quick with the service. They deserve an A+. Highly recommend! PS – they even got my car detailed!! Thanks guys !!

2018-02-07The guys at Cleveland Diesel Repair went above and beyond my expectations. We had an issue with one of our lifts, the guys took in the van right away and started working on it. Andrew kept me updated throughout the whole process as what the issues were and what was needed to be done. 2020-01-25CDR saved our life. Our diesel Sprinter Motorhome list power on our trip from Boston to Steamboat Springs CO. I searched for diesel repair and we were only 4 miles from us. They were about the most competent mechanics I have ever run into. The found the leak in the Turbo system then Ubered in a part 55 miles away. We were back on the road by the afternoon and the bill was only $382 including the Uber! I wish I had mechanics like these guys in Boston. I love my diesel mechanic in Boston, but CDR is exceptional. I wish them a very successful business.
