Very disappointed with the girl on the phone. Learn some customer service skills. Answer my questions. Dont give me an attitude instead. There was no way to let you guys know I was in an apartment and I specifically asked for an unattended delivery for a reason. Apartments are filled with security cameras and if you can leave something in front of a garage door, I dont see why you cant leave something by my apartment front door. There was nothing that said I would need to be there if this was an apartment or that they wouldnt leave if it the residence is not a private single family residence. This policy needs to be addressed and should be very obvious when expecting a delivery that they will not allow unattended delivery to apartments

The driver was suppose to call with an estimated delivery time and did not. My garage door was damaged by the driver and when I called the company I spoke with T. Wagner and he gave me the run around and wouldnt return any of my calls. Then he had me send him pictures and basically accused me of lying. I sent him pictures of the damage and they still wouldnt pay for the repairs that his driver caused. This is very bad company and I would not recommend anyone use them.

Two business days in a row they sent a box truck in for a load that requires a full dry van after I told their dispatcher Brian to send a van only. On the second day i call over and get stuck on hold for 20 minutes trying to find out why and have to leave my number for Brian to call me back. Couple hours go by, no callback, I end up calling again and finally get him on the line and hes got an attitude about me trying to find out what happened. Hangs up on me. Great job guys!

The people here are very friendly and accomodating. I was able to pick up my ltl shipment without an issue and the fantastic staff helped me load up without a issue. Call ahead if you need to pickup a ltl shipment and they will pull it aside. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. I called in the morning and I went in the afternoon and they had my shipment waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you!
