Had a great service visit today from technician Jacob! He was friendly and professional and took the time to check in with me before and after applying treatment.My household has been able to enjoy the warmer weather pest free, so Im confident were getting effective preventative services from CDPC. 🙂
Tanner Nicholas conducted our regular quarterly inspection and treatment of our home on July 26. We couldnt have asked for a more professional and quality service. He want above and beyond our normal treatment in an effort to eliminate a significant increase in ant activity. The treatment he developed worked perfectly. Tanner was very careful to inform me of exactly what actions he took and to assure me that we looked to be in good shape.
Tanner@ClearDefense did an amazing job. He was very thorough with explaining everything that he did outside. He cleaned the cobwebs off of the house and sprayed the house really well. He was very quick and polite. I highly recommend Tanner for all of your pest control needs.
We’ve had ClearDefense Pest Control for a few months now and I’ve been impressed. They do a much more thorough job than Orkin ever did and we’ve never had to call them to come out extra. Gregory has been our technician several times and he’s always professional and polite. We’ll keep having them come out! They do preventative quarterly bug and also monthly mosquito spray in the summer for us.
Id highly recommend ClearDefense Pest Control. The technician, Gregory with CPDC, came to my house and did a phenomenal job treating and servicing the property. Gregory was prompt, courteous, efficient, and extremely personable and knowledgeable. Every question I had, Gregory was able to answer and he made sure to treat the areas I was specifically interested in. Cant say how happy I am with my service and highly recommend others to use it as well.
I have been using Clear Defense now for several years and I can count on one hand the number of insects I have seen in my house over the past 4 years. Also amazing, because I live on a wooded lot. Jacob was the tech who did the most recent treatment, and he did great work.
We have been with CDPC since they came to the area and the service has always been amazing. This time Gregory was our technician and he put us over the edge in finally reviewing because the experience was that good. Such a nice guy, He was so kind and knowledgeable and did a great job of humanizing the company for us with his warm smile and fun personality with our kids.This company has been top of the line from the time we started until now and their techs are so kind and courteous.We have 5 small kids and I can count on one hand the amount of bugs we have seen in our house since we started with Clear Defense over 2 years ago.Keep up the good work Gregory and Co.
We have been so happy with ClearDefense Pest Control since switching last year from a different pest company. They are extremely thorough and 100% professional. DeMario has been our technician twice now and is a model of professionalism--on time, polite, friendly, and very careful in his work. Desmon accompanied him on the most recent visit and was great as well. The cost is a bit more than the company we switched from, but the quality and service make it worth every penny!
Demario was our technician today and did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. He was extremely polite, friendly, and considerate throughout the treatment today! Just moved into a new home and noticed a couple insects so I reached out to a few companies to start a general preventative pest control plan. Initial phone call was with the manager who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They were able to have a technician out within the next day. Brant was our technician today. He was very polite, relatable and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and answered any questions myself or my husband had. Overall a great experience with this company so far!
John and Seth from Clear Defense were excellent. They came out for the initial visit and were very informative. They walked around the house with me and explained what they would be treating and how as well as when to expect any follow up visits. Very professional. The technician, John Lansetto is very nice. He is very courteous and professional. He knows what he is doing. I just had my first treatment today, nothing yet to say about the result yet. But based on what they did today and how John explained everything I will highly recommend them.
I called on a Friday for possible mice in my wall, they got me an appointment next day. I was calling around to other places and they were giving me over a week minimum just for an inspection appointment. Which time is of an essence when it comes to unwanted guest in the home that’s not paying rent! Brant was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. We built our house next to woods and have used CDPC for over a year. They have been great with keeping the house spider free and clearing any webs from outside of the house. Jacob H was very professional and walked around the house to discuss any concerns. He did a great job!
Dominique (CdPC) was very professional and explained the procedure. I appreciated his attention to my questions. Initial treatment has definitely cut down external traffic around the house. Because my back yard is all woods, I am curious to see how well it holds up over the next month. Overall I am happy with the first application. They also cleared under my eaves.

Dominique of CDPC did an awesome job with every aspect of his work. When he came to my door to conduct the treatment, he was well presentable, professional, clear, concise, and skilled. He asked me areas of focus and told me exactly how he would do things and when he would perform the treatment. He left me with a few tips as well as what to expect with the company.Normally I dont care for the door to door salesmen companies but what CDPC offers seems to be a lot more and for about the same price as others. Clear Defense is legit! Desmon was the technician that did the application. He was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. Extremely punctual my appointment was at 12-5 and he showed up at 1200 on the dot. He applied the chemicals to the inside and outside and he listened about not using the product around my conure. I was extremely pleased with his application and he cleaned all the spiderwebs on the outside of the house. A1 an a amazing job Des!!

He offered some advice and even added an extra trap and some other products to an area where I believe mice are entering. When he left, I noticed that he even closed up my fence gates and locked them so that my dogs would not get out. Excellent service!!!!

Great work by Demorio, Dillon, and all the staff Ive had the opportunity to meet. They are very thorough in their inspections, professional, responsive, and timely. I have owned a few homes and worked with multiple pest companies, and these guys stand out.They investigate where the pests might be entering the home and make recommendations for how to address it. They follow up often to assess and make scheduling convenient. They have been knowledgeable and diligent.Additional review:At todays follow-up, Jacob returned with Brant and they were stellar per usual. I was impressed that Jacob recalled certain personal details from his visit a few weeks ago, and he was prepared for and informed on some of the more recent pests I had reported. He did a thorough treatment indoors while Brant treated the outside, even going as far as to pull back some overgrown ivy in order to get better access. Jacob made sure to tell me there might be some increased activity in the near term as a result of the treatment, but theyd be ready to return soon if any needs arise.Review for 5/25/2022:DeMario returned today and, per usual, was upbeat and positive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

DeMaris wiped down all spider webs, broke wasp mud homes, and sprayed. I asked him to be careful with his hose so that it wouldn’t break my flowers. He was not upset and tried hard to be careful. He reviewed the services and time frame I could expect moving forward and reminded me to call if there were any pop-up problems.

Clear Defense Pest Control has been great. They are professional and timely. Never had issues with scheduling, they are very flexible. We use them primarily for pest prevention, but when we did have some minor issues with ants inside our back door, they were great about following up to make sure the problem was resolved. Our house tends to get a lot of spiders throughout the fall and winter. I have not seen one spider this entire year since we started using them. The mosquito treatments are effective too. DeMario is thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Clear Defense!!

Today, on this Veterans Day, I would like to thank Trey and Clear Defense Pest Control, for the excellent service he provided. Trey, a military veteran, came out in the wind and rain, and sprayed outside our home for the quarterly treatment plan, as well as inside, including traps in the garage, spraying the basement and the upstairs and downstairs of our home. Clear Defense is always throurough, and friendly. Billy has answered the phone and been very kind if I need to update my file or make a request to reschedule. Also my first service was provided by Zach, and he did a wonderful job as well. The service representative provdied me with excellent information, the treatment leaves our home smelling clean, and it safe to use around people, and pets. Having a small senior dog, I appreciate this so much. Thank you again for all your hard work, and excellent service.

Chance and Clear Defense did a fantastic job today and the past two years using their service. We are always happy with the professionalism. We live by the woods so we get quite a few different insects. Since using Clear Defense the insect problem has decreased significantly.

We used Clear Defense for years with no issues, they were dependable, we didn’t have bugs in the house, etc.We switched to a competitor after getting a heavy sales pitch about how much better they were, that they sprayed six feet out from the foundation versus three feet…dumbest thing I’ve ever done. We found we had more spiders in the house, webs, etc. The competitors spraying of the interior was spraying something on the window sills, that was it! I was so dissatisfied with the new firm, I paid $200 to get out of the contract!Patrick, with Clear Defense spent a good amount of time on the interior of our home, and even more outside. From previous experience I know we will see very few insects in our home.Lesson learned…stay with Clear Defense!
Being a very skeptical person I was highly dubious about hiring ClearDefense pest control because I was only going off of reviews that I had read online at various sites. Chance came out, listened to what I the problem was and proceeded to dust the nesting area for the yellow jackets which were in the walls of our house. He then came into the house and sealed up some areas where they may have been coming into the rooms. He then went ahead and did his routine treatment for the normal household pets. Before he left he said it may take a few days for the yellow jackets to die off but being impatient and skeptical I wanted them killed immediately. After seeing a few the next day I called in and Billy explained that the powder they use to dust the nest takes a few days to work. On the second day after treatment I have not found any yellow jackets flying in our house. Am I happy with the service ClearDefense has provided YES would I recommend them to anyone YES. They are very customer friendly and they proved it to me that customers are important to them. Being the non-trusting skeptical person that I am I am sure I came across a little harsh and for this I apologize. Not only did they take care of the problem, they also put up with me. And, to anyone reading this review if you think this is a fake review it is not. As a follow up Chance from ClearDefense came back for a follow up treatment and removed the nest that was behind the soffit. Excellent customer service by a great tech and company.

Wonderful company, highly recommend! After the 1st service, we could go outside mosquito-free!!I signed up for Clear Defense’s annual pest control program and mosquito treatments since we recently relocated. We couldn’t do a yard project without swatting bugs or getting tons of mosquito bites. Nothing major inside, but a few more spiders than I’d prefer. I just finished second service courtesy of Israel and CDPC, who was professional, timely (even gave notice running a few minutes behind) and the office manager, Billy is always a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend based on results after only 2 treatments!

Travis from Clear Defense was our starter technician, meaning he was the one who did the initial investigation and evaluation of our problem. We moved into a new house with a litany of pest problems. Travis was so patient in listening to our issues, examining the areas of concern, telling us how he would treat and address the areas (as well as what we can do after the initial treatment) as well as what would happen in the next week/month after this treatment. he spent almost 2.5 hours at our house treating all the areas, showing us the entry points and how to rectify them in the future, as well as explaining exactly what he did in summary. I found him to be extremely professional and thorough, as well as educational in explaining to me why I was seeing the pests in my home. Great experience, and for the peace of mind the cost was more than fair.
We had our first visit from ClearDefense this week and I must say that our technician, Zach, was extremely neat, polite, and professional. He worked quickly but did a thorough first application to our whole house (inside & outside). I was very impressed with our first treatment and I hope that the service continues at this excellent level.
They solicit in people’s neighborhoods and lie about their company. They went door to door telling our neighbors that “everyone in our neighborhood uses them” when in fact, no one does. Several of us have no soliciting signs yet they continued to knock on doors.
Just bought a home in a new community and I’m using Clear Defense for the first time. Their first treatment was 3/23/21 and the technicians were Billy and Terry. My next treatment was completed on 4/28/21 by Eric and Justin. All four technicians were polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products used by Clear Defense. I am very pleased that Clear Defense uses environmentally friendly products since I have a dog who enjoys being outside in the yard. Since the treatments I have not seen any bugs! Looking forward to being on the quarterly cycle so I don’t have to worry about scheduling appointments. Great job Billy, Terry, Eric and Justin!

I have been a Clear Defense customer for a little while now and cannot say enough great things about them, their team, and the service they provide. The reason for my review today is to acknowledge Chance + Clear Defense. He called upon arrival, asked if I am experiencing any new problems since my last service and made sure my concerns were addressed. He was polite, professional and efficient. He cleared cobwebs inside my garage and also did a sweep of the outside and sprayed the outside for pest, along with the other scheduled services due this quarter. He also made me aware of other offers from Clear Defense. Clear Defense, in my opinion offers way more services during their visit than one of their competitors I used in the past. Happy Customer!
Our technician Chance was excellent. Chance treated our yard and everything I ask him to do inside. He was here for a long time and was extremely thorough. Our old pest control company wasnt this good at all. I hope all of ClearDefense technicians are as nice and polite as Chance.

2022-06-03DeMario from clear defense, knowledgeable & thorough with treatment. They always start with a text to make sure dogs are inside & knock at the end when finished. We have DEFINITELY noticed an improvement since treatments started. No more ants, & a rare stink bug or carpenter bee & our garden still thrives with bees and butterflies!

2022-04-22Dillon and Gregory were great! They were professional and so kind to my kiddos. It was a beautiful day out today and we were playing outside while they were working. They offered my kids a bug book, which my son absolutely adored! They did a great job with our service also! They made sure to warn us if we needed to move some while they were spraying to keep my kiddos safe! Couldn’t have been happier!

2022-04-30I have been using ClearDefense for over a year now and am very happy with them. They communicate very well before their arrival, when they arrive, and when they leave. I can call them anytime I want to discuss pest problems I have. One time there were mice in my house and they immediately offered to come out the next day to treat it. I can send them pictures of bugs and they are Knowledgeable to tell me what type of bugs they were. I really like Jacob, he’s always very courteous and professional. He helped to treat some ant problem we had in the house. He’s very friendly and detailed with his treatment inside and outside.

2022-08-19Huge shout out to Dominique C from ClearDefense. Wasn’t expecting him today, however he was kind, courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. We had something on the interior of home (we thought), but he explained the issue (and didn’t make me feel like an idiot). The ACTUAL technicians have all been good, he is an asset to this company & I hope he’s recognized for it. As I said, today was not scheduled——but we worked through it. It wasn’t his fault he was not notified dynamics of our service. Did I mention I spoke to the office THIS MORNING? Communication is key.
