Staff is wonderful and rent is cheap but dont have a nice vehicle Ive had both my Honda and Dodge ram broken into or parts stolen off from it crime is high here good if your really tight on money but bad if you arent.
My window has been broken for months and everytime I go in to ask about it they say, we have people measuring windows today. Every month for 4 months straight. They also closed my pest control request without actually visiting. Stating they came in at 7:50 am, when I was home. My neighbors have also entered my apartment without being invited. Do not sign a lease with these people.Update: my window was never replaced. Despite what they said. My window is still broken, with wasps and other insects coming in.The fact that they are trying to state my window is fixed is not surprising either. First of all Issaru Hollows is my cosplay name. I cant figure out how to change it on my Google account. So how would they have known what window I was referencing in this review. My work order for my window is placed on hold since my first day that I moved in. These people are liars and are disgusting.
New management is terrible , they stole many peoples rent . They never answer the phone , never respond back to emails . Terrible area . And overpriced , not worth the price at all Will not be renewing my lease .
I serve very badly I am a tenant of 1 year and months and I have never stopped paying and they send me a receipt with a fortune that I do not owe they are thieves, These apartments are very expensive for what you live in, you ask for something to be fixed and the maintenance staff that they send is terrible and pretends to fix everything well, another thing the very dirty laundries seem like piggy banks full of garbage and without maintenance. so much money that is paid here ..
When I moved in there was an awful roach infestation. Two weeks after I reported it they sprayed, but it did not work. The problem became worse to the point that now the roaches walk out in the open with the lights on! The spraying occurred almost a month ago and they have not sprayed since, nor inquired about the state of the infestation. I have tried to contact them about many issues but they are unresponsive and difficult to work with. I sent an email with a simple question a week ago and still have gotten no response. I have only been here for two months and I am leaving. I do not recommend living at Clear Point Gardens.
There is a mice sitting in my kitchen as I currently write this, stuck on the traps I bought. This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life. Actually disgusting doesnt even come close. Mice, roaches, bed bugs, spiders, 8 legged bugs...there is nothing they dont have. The apartments are FILTHY. Ive called the health department and theyve given them a warning. If only I was smart enough to read the reviews before I signed the lease. There is nothing I would recommend less than this place. If you value yourself, please go somewhere else. I havent slept since the day I moved in. I am either trapping mice and getting rid of them or I am killing roaches. I have never lived in this kind of filth. I could not have imagined in my worst dreams that a place like this exists. I recently graduated school and thought this place would be nice since I didnt have much money. But now? I am willing to pay as much as I can to have to leave this place. I am physically, mentally and emotionally sick from having to deal with living in this filth. If you value your sanity, double, triple think before you think of living here (Believe me, you wont be doing much living). I keep all my dishes and food in the fridge, there is ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I plan on getting rid of all of my furniture once my lease is up. Also, the people that work at the leasing office are extremely RUDE. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. The manager has refused to speak with me while I was sitting in the office crying because I sleep in my car. They have refused to cancel my lease and also to move me to another apartment. They treat people so badly...actually no, they treat white people very nicely. If you are a person of color or any religion other than Christian, please go somewhere else.

For starters, I have never went out of my way to write a formal compaint letter. I got mistreated and taken advantage of which drove me to this point.I hope that the information that I will provide today will help others decide whether or not they wish to rent at this establishment.I truly hope that future residents do not have the same issues that I have had or any issues for that matter, and I hope that Clear Point Garden management and staff will be able to collect this information and be better as a result.I have been a resident at Clear Point Garden for a duration of 1 year. During that time, there was old management (Shay) and new management (Kristi). When I moved in there were already a few red flags.There was and still is an awful sewer smell from the bedroom. I had asked maintenance to check it out for me. His response was that every place just has a distinctive smell and it isnt mold. Mold or not, I should not be inhaling sewer smell while Im sleeping, they should also be more concerned with finding out what it is. Then the ceiling in the bathroom started to crack and had a brown stain on it. Maintenance proceeds to take down the ceiling and fix a leak. However he left a big mess behind, such as paints, dry wall materials, and gunks. The cherry on top, was him leaving the ceiling covered with only plywood. Being hopeful, I assumed he was going to come back and cover the ceiling properly.3 months went by and my bathroom ceiling was still not complete. I called the office several times to tell them about the situation because leaving a voicemail or email at clear point garden office or maintenance will go unanswered. You will have to keep calling and calling. It is best to talk to them in person where you will treated like you owe them, at least they cant ignore you.The original answer I got about the ceiling was that they will look into it and the parts were being ordered. That was definitely a cover up as it has yet to be done.Another major issue, that I still currently deal with is the infestation of roaches. Clear Point Garden charges you a monthly fee to pay for their pest control whether or not you call for bait traps or sprays. With this fee in place they should be taking care of their pets issues.The most important issue I want to address is billing. For those of you that are early birds and like to pay the bills early, I advise you to not do so. I made a mistake once because I wasnt aware of the process. If you like to pay your bills online, log on to pay only on the 1st of the month. Because the utility will not be on there yet so the amount isnt correct. Since I paid incorrectly, I was fined a late fee. Now if you pay your bill in person at the office, keep the check book copy for proof of payment. Always check your bank statements at all times.The issue for me was Clear Point Garden didnt clear me in the system when they cashed my check which was paid on time and handed to Dee (whom had poor customer service with a bad attitude). I never got a courtesy call or any messages from Clear Point Garden about them not receiving my payment. I called them when I noticed a double charge on my next bill along with a late fee charge. I called the office and inform Jericho of the situation. I read my check number and he was able to locate my payment. And he said that things like this happen. No apology was given. They made a mistake on their end. And as a result of their mistake, I have been honoured with an eviction notice.You have been warned.
Absolutely DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Roaches galore...no matter how many times they their “Pest Control come out” and it doesn’t matter how clean you are it doesn’t matter. 90% of your neighbors are refugees that don’t understand how to clean their apts so you will battle a pest problem regardless of what you do or try. The office says they take complaints “very seriously” and that is a lie. They could careless. The only thing they have done is raise the rent, redo their office, and move in a bunch of shady drug dealers. Yes the rest of your neighbors are more than likely dealing drugs, sit on your porch and watch it go down. I’ve seen people selling drugs, shooting heroin, and pissing in the stairwells. Your car will get broken into multiple times, every week someone is getting a window busted out of their car. This place is a joke!!! You are better off staying in a hotel if this is your only resort....seriously DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Nobody move here, i have problems with my air conditioners every other week, floors sound like I’m gonna fall through any day and on top of that mice everywhere. It’s disgusting. I’m lucky to have a cat that catches them because the cheap mouse traps they lay down don’t catch anything. I have been here 2 months and have found 2 mice so far. Well my cat has. Also they add random fees to your rent like pest control and don’t tell you about it when signing the lease.
My 2 year lease is almost up and it hasn’t been that bad, neighbors are quiet. Safe place for me and my kids, management was TRASH at first but since it’s been under new management the new workers are pretty cool. Maintenance is SAME DAY.But within this last year the pest has been horrible, roaches EVERYWHERE- the exterminators they have are useless and just makes them worse. Then they have the nerve to add a 2$ pest control feel on our rent as if I brought the roaches with me. It’s so unsanitary and I don’t even feel comfortable eating in my own house as the roaches are in the refrigerator, microwave, oven.. I will not be renewing.

Have had the worst 2 years leaseing at this place. I had the worst upstairs neighbors and management has done nothing to remedy the situation. I have called the onsite security and the police (Ive called both more than 5 times each) and the neighbors will not turn down their music and they play it for 85% of the day. Management have told me to do what I have been doing and nothing helps. Most of the time the neighbors turn up the music and play it until 4 am. They also constantly yell at each other and other people in the complex.I also have had to send in multiple requests for one thing to get fixed. Maintenance wont get to it once they feel like it.

We knew signing a lease with low ratings was risky, but we were out of time. Our house sold and we needed to find a place quickly. Insert Clear Point Gardens. There were roaches in our apartment and it took awhile before they would send someone out. When they did, he was told only to spray two areas(roaches migrate). There is geese poop everywhere and Clear Point refused to pick it up (by law all common areas in apartments must be sanitary). Our apartment smelled. We were in 1627 apartment 1. The space is nice and it was a roof over our heads.. for 4 weeks.. thats how long we lasted.. it was THAT bad, people.. We paid a buy out (2 months rent) and left. I feel so bad for the people there (mostly immigrants from Nepal and Somalia). From what Ive gathered, they just wanted a better life, and its sad to see them and their children have to walk through poop to get to their apartment . Shame on you, Clear Point .Update as of 9/24/2017I went to patch the holes from our picture frames tonight to ensure clear point cannot charge us for the condition of the apartment . I arrived tonight to my locks changed! AND my air conditioner stolen! Really clear point? My lease has not ended yet, and you have the audacity to illegally enter my apartment , change my locks so that I cannot enter my apartment , AND steal my air conditioner ?? What is wrong with you? Have you no knowledge of the law ? Let alone human decency?? Please people , stay away from this apartment complex .Comment and I can direct you to some places my friends and my family have rented in the past and present who will treat you with dignity and uphold integrity, An apartment complex Who will not take advantage of the poor and oppressed. I have had two visits from pest control and one visit from maintenance. I was never given any type of notice of arrival. When I asked the office about they told me they didnt need to supply any notice at all. That a 24 hour notice was a convenience that wasnt necessary. Broken bottles all over the sidewalks and trash all over the parking lot too. I hope no kids step in it. My window has been broken for 5 months, hornets and other insects are coming in through the particle board that was put up. Dont move here or waste any time visiting. The office staff does not value you after you sign the lease.Im sick and tired of talking to your manager. She is wont do anything. I have called numerous times and been in the office just as many about my window. She simply doesnt care. It is lie after lie about, they are measuring windows today or this week we have technicians measuring windows. Month after month and no results. The office management is a complete joke. They all need to be fired and replaced due to incompetence.I had a fly infestation and it took 3 weeks for anyone to come. I keep my apartment clean and take out my trash every other day. My neighbors leave food outside and I saw the flys crawling in through my broken window, as well as wasps. The complex closed my pest control request before anyone came. I had to leave a poor review on the maintenance request in order for them to actually send someone. All the pest control did was leave roach glue traps.Here is a picture of my buildings laundry facility. Its a disgusting mess. They also charge $2.00 per load for the washer that fits not even half a regular sized basket.No one answers the phone at the office. Ive only lived here for a few months, and its already been a terrible experience. The staff is not friendly or helpful (especially Tristan), and the buildings are infested with cockroaches and bugs. Because the buildings are filled with bugs, someone enters your apartment once every couple of weeks and you have to clean out your cabinets. It doesnt even help. I also cannot stress enough how rude the staff are. Theyre condescending and the only thing they care about is taking as much money from you as they can. Avoid at all costs.*Edit: Theyve recently come under new management, but dont let that fool you into thinking theyre better than they were. This company is still greedy and manipulative. They have repeatedly ignored all of my voicemails and my messages, and they are claiming that they sent out notices which they never did, all in an attempt to extort more money from me. This company is evil to its core, and they will try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. A truly terrible experience. I cant wait until my lease is up in September.
Two days after moving into my apartment we found a mouse. The front offices responce was to act like they had no idea, once realizing they had mice i also realized they have huge white mouse traps outside on the ground in front of every apartment, meaning they have known for a while. Once putting in a request all the front office did was come and put $1 sticky traps everywhere. I am extremely upset, not only because i now have uninvited guests in my home but my son crawls around on this floor & they couldn’t care less to fix the problem. my suggestion, do not apply to these apartments.
They will have an incredible deal of $300, $200, then $100 off your rent for your first three months (thats what got us in here) but no wonder they can give you such a good deal, these apartments are cheap and run down. Our outlets and entire breakers quit on us a lot. All of the drains are connected to one so the pipes get clogged VERY easily. The garbage disposal will shoot food into your bathroom sink. The neighbors are unfriendly and just stare at you when you are outside. If you are of caucasian decent you will be made outcasted and extremely uncomfortable. They are bad about answering maintenance calls. And they lose your rent money often and then try to fine and evict you for not paying when you actually did. So if you do decide to live here, keep your receipts!!!!The quality of the apartment was cheap as well. The closet doors are hung on tracks and they come off A LOT and get stuck. The kitchen cabinets are hanging on barely and the knobs fall off frequently. The AC unit that is attached to the wall is not properly installed and so there is holes all around it which lets bugs and cold air inside. When someone moves out painters come in and repaint the apartment. Well they do this will some type of spray gun and they dont properly paint and/or cover unwanted painted areas and just spray away so outlets are covered in layers of paint as well as the heating units on the floor which covers the knobs and indicators so you dont know where to turn it.The ceilings and walls are VERY thin. I can hear babys crying, music playing loudly, cars going by, the people above me walking around, and people walking and talking outside. There is a pond/sewage thing across the street which attracts A LOT of geese that come over and block the roads and leave goose poop EVERYWHERE. There is trash and glass everywhere that doesnt get cleaned up.Overall, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND SO IS THE STAFF, MAINTENANCE, AND EXTERMINATORS (all of which have a master key to your apartment and if they come knocking and you dont answer quickly enough they will enter without warning or without permission)
I have lived here for about a year. There is a roach problem but from what I can tell all affordable apartments in Columbus do. They spray continuously but they are still here. I took matters into my own hands and havent seen any in months. They are clean and office staff are nice. Maintenance is exellent, usually dispatched in 24 hours. They have private security which is nice.
Make sure this gets seen. WARNING!!!!! do not give these people your money. The way this complex is run is reprehensible and my experience here was by far the most unpleasant, and unsatisfying. First off, they will not allow you to pay more than up to three months in advance 😯😯😯 WHY??? Next, the insect rodent issue is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING. You WILL accidentally step on the dead bodies of mice, you WILL see and abundance of insects from, spiders, ants, bees, fruit flies and most importantly bed bugs and roaches. The staff including not only maintenance, and management but also the extermination company and security ALL have master key sets that open EVERY apartment door. If you get a knock at your door, and for whatever reason dont answer, you WILL have someone enter your home without permission. The exterminations DO NOT work AT ALL. Lastly is the environment surrounding you. If you are not of foreign decent, getting subsidized government assistance, or white on a fixed income, you WILL be made to feel uncomfortable. The staff WILL treat you as outcasts or disturbances. You cannot be even a week late with rent or you WILL be evicted. Dont believe Loris lies, dont believe her fabricated smile. She is a bigot, and a racist. All clear point gardens cares about is money. Please do not throw your money away. You have been warned thoroughly.

RUDE!!!* welcome to ROACH land* Be ready to buy security lock and camera for your apartment. THIEVES are not excluded* Dont try to CALL THE APARTMENT OFFICE ON PHONE for any complaint. Nobody will pick your call except you drive down there.* If you place for any WORK ORDER... expect them to show up 48hrs.The only good thing about them is that there is accommodation there....BECAUSE!!!THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THE APARTMENT
Edited: Property management blatantly ignores tenants rights laws and will enter your apartment without notice or request, despite a minimum 24 hours notice and a good reason to enter required by law, which has been pointed out to them numerous times. I submitted a complaint to the leasing office about this and a couple days later at about 9pm they posted a notice they would do an occupancy check (whatever that means) the following morning, 12 hours short of the minimum 24 hours legally required, just to show whos boss.A few days ago I was in bed and heard a knock on my door. I didnt answer because I was in bed and didnt feel like it. Despite Ohio state tenants rights laws being posted at eye level next to my door they unlocked my deadbolt and tried to enter but were stopped by the inside chain lock. If I wasnt there they would have broken the law yet again and let themselves in for no reason that was ever made known to me.The apartments are okay for the cost otherwise but know that the property management has no respect for their tenants legal right to a reasonable expectation of privacy.
The two ladies at the office was amazing. Answering every question & concern I had. They worked together to help me. I loved the energy, professional setting, the respect they gave myself & each other. You ladies ROCK!! I was so pleased today.
Ugh turning in this last check will make me so happy!After having to deal with someone who is beyond unhelpful-(I went to the leasing office to obtain a document related to what I need to have done to move out, i was told we do not provide such a document I then asked, would someone be willing to do a walk through with me, his response was no, no apartment would do that )I knew this place was bad but I never realized how bad until now:-Last year during the freeze, sewage was pumping into my apartment though my bathtub, flooding my bedroom and living room. Lucky it didnt reach my furniture. After fighting with them after it happened twice, I was moved to a third floor remodeled unit, but my rent was increased by over $100. This resulted after I CCd the Columbus Health Dept on one of my responses, which then forced them to move me.-Mid year we receive a notice that we are to pay $4 more a month in rent due to the gas bills for the winter - the units are not automated, so if you have the heat on it will continue until it is turned off.-Bugs, Ive had to buy multiple extermination tricks to keep the bugs that came into my unit at bay. Their solution was for me to clean out my entire kitchen, (sometimes) come and spray/bate.Maintenance is not routine (checking the fire alarm and the filters doesnt count).-Stairwell lights or apartment lights constantly burning out.Near the end of my lease Ive heard several gunshots or pop within the area.In regards to the other tenants that ive seen destroy their units, I dont think id have a problem getting my deposit back...... heres hoping for the bestIve had my fill of terrible apartment management from clear point gardens - Managed By: Foresite Realty Partners, LLC#ForesiteRealtyPartnersLLC#ClearPointGardens
Apartment Quality: The closet doors were hung on tracks and fell off, the bedroom door was attached with too-short screws that were in crooked and fell off, the bath faucet fell off, the walls are thin, uneven floors seem as if there was floor damage that was repaired improperly, there are cockroaches which return despite very clean conditions and treatment, the air conditioning was poor quality and ineffective, leaving the apartment nearly unlivable in the summer, although our neighbors had a completely different type than we did, so maybe some are better.Property: There were a lot of geese and a lot of goose poop came with them. There was always garbage and broken glass all over the place. They dont seem to clear snow or ice, as the parking lot was covered in a layer of ice for most of the winter. The wooden stairs outside are rotted and my fiance once stepped on a stair and three large termites fell out. The laundry machines often dont work. There arent a lot of per owners, but some dont pick up after their dogs and some walk them without a leash (my dog and I were chased on several occasions by off-leash dogs).Neighborhood/Community: Theres a lot of noise. People blast music and sit in the lot and honk for up to an hour. There were several fights in my parking lot while I lived there Police, fire trucks, and ambulances were around pretty often. Cars were hit in the lot a couple times with no one taking responsibility. There are a lot of kids running around and playing in the street without anyone watching them. Parents who do go out with the smaller kids usually dont move them out of the street when a car is coming.Staff/Management: Once I went out of town to see my family and had to mail in my check. I called and left several messages to see that theyd gotten it. I was never contacted back and came home to eviction notices on my door. I was never contacted about this via phone or email, despite having left messages about the check I had sent and saying I was out of town. I was out of town again due to a serious family emergency several months later when we were trying to submit the written notice that we would not be renewing our lease. My fiance was there at that point, so rent was handled. When I called to ask if an email would be sufficient for written notice since I was away, I was told for the first time that I needed a specific document. I asked that it be faxed to me, and didnt receive it. After five hours I called back and an employee named Tristan told me she would try to get it to me by the end of the day but that she was the only one working that day and hadnt had time. I found out later that she was lying, because when my fiance went in to sign the document the same employee directed him to another person in the office to help him. I felt like she was trying to stall us so that we would be a day late to turn in the document and could therefor be charged a fee. When we went to move out, I called several days in advance to schedule a walk-through and was told that they dont do that. The manager told us that it would be physically impossible to do scheduled walk-throughs with tenants, which I dont believe for a second, since its a common practice of most apartment complexes. I was also told that the person who would be walking through our apartment was out of town and wouldnt be able to do it until August 30th (we moved out August 19th). I was told to expect my final statement around the 6th. I called on the tenth to ask about it, and was told it wasnt finished. When I asked why it was taking so long, I wasnt given an answer but was just told that they had 30 days to get it to us. When I called again today, a full five weeks after my lease ended, I learned that they had finally sent it, but that they had completely disregarded the forwarding address we provided at their own request and sent it instead to our cosigner in Colorado.Overall, my entire experience here was miserable in every possible way, and I would NEVER recommend this disgraceful business to anyone.
Everything you are reading is true as far as bad experiences go. I have not been here a month i wish i knew better. I just paid rent suppose to be $581 i go in there and im told $595+ when asked why was told i didnt pay insurance when i paid rent and sec when i moved in ok i should have ben told this before now but ok. Then i was told next month you will start paying your bills i say what bills i pay electric to aep.she say gas if you have and water now i had no clue water was not included in the rent if that was the case i could have moved somewhere that cost the same with better reviews and water included or they would have let me know it was not included. I was also told i would be charged for pest control WHAT! Look that was the main issue for me when asked what was a must have i said NO BUGS never had them dont want them now i have to pay pest control this is not ok. Yes there are bugs here yes people have their music blasting all hours and beeping the horn. Yes there are a lot of kids out until late on school nights unsupervised. There is a security guard that i dont see other then the car parked near the office. So now before i pay rent every month i have to go see hiw much i owe this is crazy not to know how much rent is every month. I feel i got dooped. NEVER AGAIN lesson learned
Ive been living here for the past 13 yrs and today I got the worst experience ever. My lease has recently expired and no one at the office has notified me like they have in the past 13 yrs. So they automatically put me on a month to month lease which is an extra hundred plus increased our regular rent by 140.00. I just think it wasnt fair to be treated this way after 13 yrs.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! omg its absolutely disgusting here!!! It seemed so nice at first, then I started noticing roaches here and there.. They started doing exterminations and it only made it worse. Most recently Ive noticed mouse droppings and even bed bugs!! I really wish I would have researched this place more! I dont even understand how theyre still open! The staff do not work together well, Ive called multiple times trying to get things done and call back for follow ups After it wasnt taken care of and they claim it was never written down on my account.. The staff are absolutely rude and will cut you off mid sentence and everything. Literally Ive never ever experienced anything like this in my life. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON PEOPLE! Also, some other non important stuff, we tried to go swimming at the pool and I guess they didnt have reliable life guards so it was closes most of the summer and they do not care at all to find replacements. Also, i live on the 3rd floor and have the police called on me for being too noisy in the morning getting ready for work.. I literally tip toe.. You can hear people banging through all the walls and even conversations going on.. You will be horrifyingly disappointed if you ever stay Here. Please listen to the reviews.
The rate a person pay is way to much especially for an one bedroom apartment. They teenage in contracts. The carpet is extremely cheap. The air-conditioning and heat ERs should be condemned for they only work the half of time plus the air conditioning does not cover the whole apartment. The cabinets are so messed up a person can not use unless you want wood particles in your food plus the drawers rest on wood not rollers
I have made a rush decision to move to clear poiny i wish i never had. Josh is a lier he works in the office and are making me pay $200 plus for a one bed room. At first I thought they where helping me because it was my first time renting but, they screwed me any way they could. Neighbors are noisy its like they dont sleep and always having the whole neighborhood over in ther apartment. roaches is problem. PLS LISTEN to the people and reviews they are a 100% right. I dont recommend this neighborhood, unless your from Nepal then you would like it. If not dont because they are the worst neighbors Ive ever had they will have no respect for you if your a different race.
Really wish I could give 0 stars. If you are thinking about moving here DONT do it. Biggest mistake ever. The management fails to tell you that many units are infested therefore pest control has to come to your unit almost on a weekly basis and everytime they come, you have to completely empty the kitchen and bathroom. Ive lived here for four months now and cant completely unpack my kitchen. They also do not treat or clear snow from the parking lots or sidewalks, making everything an ice rink.

Thats just in one day and a couple min, just imagine everyday ugh! Caused depression, anger etc... Now why didnt I move earlier well see I locked myself into a 13 month lease and couldnt afford to pay two months worth of rent to leave so I tried and prayed. Were finally moving lol.PS. Yes they spray for bugs; what do they spray umm maybe sugar water. I could hear one of my neighbors snoring at night and another neighbor puking Everyyyyy morning for months. Oh and security every now and again, never the same group so you never know theres even security until their walking around which is close to never.Great advice is to NOT MOVE HERE!....My family left with only giving them a 10 day notice and they were absolutely rude saying we shouldve gave them a 30 day notice and that theyll be charging us for the next month.. We didnt care until we received the bill. $1200Like really? It was placed on our credit so we had to pay it. HORRIBLE!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND NEVER I MEAN NEVER MOVE HERE. if you are already here put your money in Escrow!😂
These apartments became under new management and they suck. I called 10 time in a row and no one answered the phone. I have a child and they wont come look at my air unit even after i call earlier in the day when it was high of almost 90 outside. The old company came 20 mins after i called.. New security and ppl have been breaking in to cars left and right casue the security people are not aloud to park and walk have to stay in cars at all time.. I used to like living here but i will be moving out very soon.
So I called in week in advance to look at a Place, made appointment. Went to the appointment, they left the Rental Office early, did not text or call me. I called and waited 30 minutes. No one showed up! Call the Office left a vcml, no call. Very tacky and unprofessional. This is not the Place for me to live.
My experience with this office has been very helpful, it was a smooth transition moving from another state, and I even got a special too. Jericho and Kristi gave me a an upgraded One bedroom apartment, with wood floors which is what I really like.

Do not deal with this place. Its a rip off . They take your money and tell you no. The application fee is a hype during something this serious as the pandemic.. And rude staff... to rushy rushy because they have no interest in helping. In this pandemic you would think more compassion would be given. They dont even get 1 star from me. I had no option for 0. SMH
They will say anything to get you to apply and take your application fee and deposit. Eric seemed like such a nice guy too. We told him our situation and he said there wont be a problem. Then to find out we got denied hurt. He lied straight to my face. Such a disappointment....
The two ladies in the office is so wonderful they stopped what they were doing and helped my situation out the office was closed to the public and they still let me in with all this pandemic going on and listen to my situation and understood me and is willing to work my situation out Thanks for all the help and lead to what needed to be taken care of I also put a work order in they were there the next business day the maintenance has done a wonderful job to fix the need of the order Once agin Thanks again ladies

Its 4:34 am and Im literally typing this from the back seat of my car. I WAS JUST BITTEN BY A ROACH!!!!!!!!!!!Firstly,Ive never seen a roach but because I received a letter hanging outside of my door a few days ago saying to remove the food from cabinet because theyre spraying for roaches on the 4/29 I assumed thats what it was and also verified with Google.I AM MORTIFIED!My third day living here a mouse was in my house!It was cold out when I moved in and they claimed the mouse was probably just waiting near my door and ran in.Ive never had mice before so I just figured theyre probably right.Then about 5-6 months ago there were bed bugs attacking me so I sprayed my bedroom and bed myself and stopped sleeping there all together.For the past three weeks Ive been staying here,sleeping on my couch because Ive been packing to move out of this disgusting place and tonight takes the cake.I had on loose pajama pants and suddenly I felt a bite close to my knee.I immediately reached to touch the area only to feel something huge in my pants which I started screaming and took the pants off.Even though I just recently resprayed for bed bugs(dont want to take anything to my new place),I was thinking omg this has to be the biggest bed bug ever to live...until I saw the insect laying dead on my notebook.After spraying it with bug spray just to be safe I put it in a bag and hit Google to see what a roach looks like and if they bite.The people above me are always making food and jumping around at all times of the night so Im pretty sure thats where the root of the problem is.DO NOT MOVE HERE!They dont treat anything,THIS IS THE OLD BRECKRIDGE, and the apartments smell disgusting.Worst experience in my life!
A friend of mine lives here and has had issues since the day he moved in. No one seems to want to do their job and fix anything.
So the manager Lois and some Indian named Han are very unprofessional. The apartments ARE TRASH! Too many low-income people trolling around. Lois needs some training in customer and Han..the Indian..might not want to skip out on those English night classes..ROACHES EVERYWHERE

Mice roaches half do job when they need to work on something and also don’t respect your home no shoe covers or clean up after there selfs but they do come and do the work after you call office and request what needs to be done office workers are friendly management is no good

I did a tour of the community and the apartments look great. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice and really helpful can’t wait to move-in.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Dangerous area (my car has a BULLET in the back door from a fight that happened here. and they randomly charge you money with weird explanations. They dont help you with anything. Very dirty place DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will screw over your bills , your credit score, your security deposit. They take advantage of immigrants and dont communicate. They are never in the office and rarely answer their phone. Expect surprise fees after youve moved in! Worst place ever. Dirty, cockroaches. Got a bullet in my car from living here.

2022-06-02As a first time renter I did not have the greatest experience here. When I first moved in towards June of 2021 the rental office was under different management I guess, not really sure but they were easier to get in contact with. However my unit was dirty especially the carpeting and the cabinets were scratched up & still are on the insides. I had to extra deep clean, when I felt I should only have had to do a light clean. Fast forward to a month in I started seeing roaches which I assume were left behind from the last residents, I purchased my own sprays & bombs thinking that would solve the problem until I began seeing more & requested service for pest control. The pest control people came once, sprayed in the corners, left their bottles, came back to get their bottles, then never came back for another inspection & there’s still roaches to this day. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not infested but I’d rather see none than some. I didn’t buy any furniture for this specific reason. Moving on, my microwave went out in early January of 2022, they came to look at it while I wasn’t home, then left a paper saying it’ll be fixed in January of 2023, oven still works so honestly I didn’t even feel like battling them on that situation. Now it’s June 2022, & I am definitely moving out, I gave my 60 day notice in April & this month I got charged two $20 month to month fees, extra water/sewage fees, and $71.90 extra rent but my lease isn’t even up yet. I went in the office June 1st and asked why I’m being charged extra the answer was “you didn’t renew your lease.” If I’m moving out, why would I renew my lease.. that doesn’t even make sense to me. I’m not sure if anyone else experienced this but personally I am now really disappointed in the “new” management here, they’re hard to get in contact with over the phone & for a while their hours didn’t match up with the website or the paper on their door. Maybe everyone else will have a better experience than I but I felt I should share my story.

2022-05-02I am not sure what is going on with the new property manager. I have called several times about how my rent is currently being calculated. I even sent an email, and the response was just pay what you normally pay. I tried to call because the water bill is included in the rent, so how can I pay what I normally pay when it Fluctuates each month. No return email or phone call and when I call I’m put on hold by the phone system then after five minutes I am disconnected. This is exactly why I will not be renewing my lease. I have also experienced pests and maintenance that still is unresolved.

2022-07-01I am still currently living here as I write this review. People...DO NOT RENT HERE! They take forever with any maintenance issues you have and they are INFESTED with roaches. When a super big issue with the mainline pipe bursting popped up sure they did something and put me and my (Pregnant) wife up in a hotel for a few days. Today was the check out date for said hotel ( as I write this) and I called the leasing office to ask when me and my wife would be able to come back home. They claimed We have not been able to get in contact for any updates yet now have started to go quiet. I have called several times (since writing this) and now they are rejecting my calls ( I was mildly upset in the voicemail I left)

2022-05-20This Is Daejanae Pernell, i moved in about 3 months ago and they have not yet came to fix my air condition. They’ve came didn’t fix it, came again didn’t fix it, came said they was going to replace it. It’s been about a week in a half since i’ve last spoke to them. It’s 80 and i’m paying to live like this. it’s sad.

2022-07-18In 2020 I had first rental agreement with this place they asked 1946$ for deposit in the end of our rental contract they told me that I didnt paid my rent but I did and I have a proof for it all that was for fraud my deposit money and they sent me 192$ check and I said this is not my money and Idont take it I want my full amount of my deposit thats 1946$ and the office clerk took my paper and she said I will tell my manager about you and I will let you know until now they didnt help with nothingAnd they now told me there is new ocompany have contract with the place I still try to reach them and the is no help I dont reccomend for anyone to live in this place in the future and I wish if there is less than 1 star to review it

2022-01-01I’m living this appartement almost a year the office was amazing. Answering every question & concern I had. They worked together to help me. I loved the energy, professional setting, the respect they gave myself & each other. Maintenance fast anything my house thanks guys .❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏

2021-08-29FilthyThe parking lot and grass is littered with trash, the smell and rodents are hazardous.Dog and goose feces covers the sidewalk preventing tennants from walking safely.The laundry facilities real of drugs and the machines do not work.The washer machines do not drain the water and the dryers do not dry the clothing.There is trash and broken glass along with paint inside the laundry room. Seriously, even the lights dont work in the laundry room its a horror scene.When you advise management of this they respond dismissively stating they do not reimburse for ruined laundry and to contact the number on the machines. Of course there is no resolution or accountability.The apartments are old and facilitate mold and other bacteria.The insulation blows out of the bathroom air ventsThe wall heating will have you freezing in the winter and roasting in thesummer.The ac units allow insects to enter your apartment.Management refuses to change the carpet in apartments.The rental office associates are rude dismissive and unsympathetic.They leave notice on your door that mysteriously go missing before you see it.Maintenance and management routinely enter your apartment without you being present or notified.Lastly crime, check the police reports for this place, I will just leave it at that.These are just a few of my experiences with this place, there are more... please dont disregard the other negative comments they are valid and verified.This place will try and draw you in with specials and staged apartments do not be fooled. I care about other renters well being and this place is a terrible choice.

2021-08-16It’s so much I can say that I wish someone would’ve said before I moved in. Infestation of mice and roaches are the first thing I’ll say was terrible. The traps they set around and overcharge you did nothing to stop them I personally bought my own and had to dispose of the mice. First moved in there was a broken glass window that never got fixed after staying 14months, Maintaince never put in a smoke detector till six months living there stove was ancient and wires was messed up which caused an electric fire they never replaced the stove. They have security walking around the property which is no good the kids in the neighborhood damaged my car numerous times. The office staff is so rude and inconsiderate during the pandemic loss some hours on the job when the whole city shut down got some assistance with the rent but they refused to take the money, instead they slap it and all these bogus charges on my credit. This place needs to be shut down
