Coming from my eye doctor me and my family have had for decades, who genuinely cares about his clients. I have nothing but bad things to say about this clinic, they want any money they can get out of you. It was my first time there and they basically tricked me into paying for an eye exam I had never asked for or wanted. When I expressed my concerns, they did not care at all! This clinic does not care for individuals only about the money they can squeeze out of you and we will not be returning! I tried explaining why I felt like it was unfair for them to charge me and they have no remorse for their customers, there is no “the customer is always right” here and I genuinely felt mistreated as a new customer. In the end I paid for the eye exam because they would not take the charge off even though I did not ask for the exam and I did not want it to go in collections due to nonpayment, Unacceptable.
I must say very friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door 😊 The doctor and staff are very supportive and understand your eye problems ! ✌️
I love this place I love dr Mahoney she 8a awesome she figured out my eyes and helps be keep dry eye under control . They are the nicest people and so helpful
Im very pleased with the service that was provided by Wendy today. My daughter broke her frames and we stopped in minutes before the office was closing. The frames could not be repaired but they did have a frame that met with our insurance. They switched out the frames and my daughter was very happy with her new look.
I absolutely love Novus clinic. Dr Mahoney helped to save my wife’s vision in an emergency. These people are the best! Thank you so much. Wendy and Dr. Mahoney Also fitted me for the best pair of glasses and contacts I have ever owned. Great prices too! Jim
I had my first visit here today. From the moment I walked in the door that staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Reiss was so kind and very informative. I am so glad I chose to come here for my eye care!
I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted recently. I am not a patient of theirs but they treated me like royalty anyway. I loved the glasses selection and the staff was amazing. I will definately be back to get my eye exam and get my next glasses here! Thank you Ashly for taking great care of me.
This was my first time here and I loved the staff and Dr Reiss. I was not rushed. The staff helped with picking out frames and fitting my contacts. Will definitely continue coming here.
My wife has been in need of new glasses. She was due to get new ones in April, but they told her she had to come back in July. When she called to verify just a few days ago, the receptionist was very rude to her and short. My wife was confused on everything she was saying because there was no explanation. They told her to call insurance, so we did. Finally found out she was eligible for new glasses, she calls back and the lady rudely told her she didn’t need to make an appointment and just had to come in. When she went in, she felt rushed on picking her glasses, and then when she went back today to get them, the lenses were cracked and the ear piece plastic was as well. Luckily she noticed 2 minutes down the road.
I enjoy the people that work here, so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of frames and it was a pleasant experience in dealing with them.
The entire staff is very friendly, accommodating and efficient! The only eye care office my entire family uses!
I love everyone here. They are all friendly and helpful. Ive been coming to this location for years (even before they were novus) and have never had a bad experience.

2022-08-17Order a pair of glasses 2 months ago and still havent received them. Everytime I called to check on them I was just told the lab was working on them. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy
