I would highly recommend Clark and Sons Moving. They worked with me to get a date, had fair rates, called the day before to confirm and the driver called in the morning to let me know they were on the way with an arrival time. Frank and Anthony were friendly, showed me the estimate sheet which was exactly as quoted, and quickly started the move. They worked efficiently and respectfully with my belongings and took care not to damage walls or doorways. At the destination, they unloaded and moved several items more than once when we realized they weren’t going to fit in the original location. They were always helpful and friendly. The price at the end was fair and I was impressed by the honesty of this company. I would definitely call Clark’s again!

Yesterday for the Bierman job in Mt Healthy, four very hardworking, perfect gentlemen moved our entire old house to the new one. It was a big job and took 11.5 hours and even though they were nearly exhausted, they never once complained or grumbled about the work. They worked their butts off for the entire time. I was very impressed and 100% satisfied with their job

Tyler, Mike, Chris and Mike were the absolutely awesome! I was dreading the move from Columbia Tusculum house, with the challenging driveway and 3 floors of nothing but steep steps but they handled it like rockstars. They didn’t quit! They were very professional and general pleasure to work. And even with all those steps and tight curves did no damage. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased and how fortunate I feel to have called Clark & Sons for my move. I had just cancelled a disastrous contract with a broker out of West Palm Beach FL. I called Clark and he told me they would take care of me. Craig and C.J. arrived on time Wednesday morning - and worked 10 hours in the heat with almost no break. But the thing that was the best about the move was their friendliness, openness and honesty during the process. At one point we feared that all my stuff would not fit on the trunk. Clark and his team of Craig, Jeremy, and Tyler were fantastic. They moved us from cincinnati to Minnesota. They were timely, careful, efficient, and responsive. Craig must play Tetris professionally the way he fit our three bedroom house in one truck. Tyler had a bounce in his step even after a full day of work. Jeremy was nice as could be. They are fun to talk to and great to work with. I hope to never move again but if I do I would pay a premium to bring them up from cincy to move me wherever life leads me.

Ralph and Dan showed up right on time and just about an hour after I scheduled my move. The guys crushed the move, damaged nothing and went out of their way to communicate, accommodate and include my input at every turn. I don’t want to move again any time soon, but when I do it’ll be with this crew.

After calling around to several moving companies I found Clark & Sons Moving, best decision we made! Craig was very informative and quick to send over a quote and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Brad and Stephen were great! Clark and Sons saved our butts when another mover cancelled on us day of. This was our first time using a professional mover, and we went through two other movers who booked us took our deposit and cancelled on us.I would highly recommend Clark and Sons as the crew was super positive (they were happy to be there) and overall gave wonderful tidbits of information along the way. I have moved 10+ times over the past 30 years with 5 moves in the past 6 years and Clark & Sons are by far the best movers Ive had the pleasure to work with. Moving is stressful no doubt, but the team of Frank, Isaiah, Steve, and Jake made it actually enjoyable. They were prompt, polite, personable, and completely focused on ME! Their entire focus of the day was to carefully and quickly move my things to my new home and ensure that I had everything the way I wanted. It was a 9 hr move (2 truck loads) and then did not stop once. A few of the guys were actually running the entire time. They said at the beginning they were on my clock - no breaks, no lunch (I hopefully made up for it at the end of the day). I have never experienced such a professional and polite team of movers. No swearing, no smoking, just positive vibes with all 4 guys. I recommend them without hesitation! Thank you Mr. Clark for instilling a strong work ethic and customer focus with your teams. I will ALWAYS come back to you and recommend you to whomever will listen!!
I can’t say enough good things about the crew for our move. Craig, Tim, and Howard were friendly, hardworking, and conscientious. They let us know when they were on their way and were right on time. They had a lot of big furniture to move and did so without any damage to any of the walls etc. Clark and Sons also has very competitive pricing. I would definitely use this crew again!
Best movers Ive ever had. They called to let me know they were 15 minutes away from arriving. They lifted a heavy and awkward elliptical out of my parents basement, then into the basement of my new house. They moved all my items from a 2 bedroom condo on the second floor to a 3 bedroom ranch - no issues, no problems, no damages. The 3 guys were on time, nice, courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Clark and Sons Moving and would use them again for my next move (although I hope to never move again).

I used Clark and Sons to load a moving pod in my drive way. Isaiah and Anthony showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job taking care of my furniture and loaded the pod perfectly. I would highly recommend these two for any move you need done. I used Clark and Sons to move out of my apartment in downtown Cincinnati. They arrived on time, were very efficient and careful with all of my belongings. I initially reserved 2 movers but they kindly brought a 3rd person at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely be giving them a call again next time!

I’ve never moved before and I was nervous. These guys made it look easy. They cared for my stuff like it was their own. They worked extremely hard and the price is very very reasonable. The past 2 times I have moved, I have used Clark & Sons Moving and have had a wonderful experience both times. Amazing service! Steven, Jeff, and Adam went far beyond the call of duty to make me happy. They were careful will all of my stuff, and were very careful about not leaving any scuff marks on the walls of either house. I was simply amazed at their attention to detail and devotion to the customer. They are simply the best!

Clark and sons called me ahead of time to let me know approximately what time they would arrive. They were early. We received a lot of snow in the area recently so my driveway was covered in snow. Both movers helped me shovel so the pods could be delivered. There were some challenges with the pods being on time so movers left and came back later the same day. Because of space issues one of my pods had to be parked 3 houses down. I was concerned it would be an issue for the movers. They politely and professionally accommodated. All my stuff was moved in on the day promised. If anything was damaged they showed me. Both movers were friendly and professional. The manager was polite despite the pods being late. I highly recommend Clark and Sons. If I move in the future, I will be a returned customer.

We moved quite recently with Clark and Sons. We had a three man team who did a phenomenal job. I had been their second job of the day, and they didn’t complain once! Very reasonably priced and it was done within a few hours. Definitely will be using them again for all moving needs.

We had to push the move back one day and they easily accommodated us. They were on time, professional, and organized. We picked up at one spot and had a drop off/pickup and then a final drop off. These guys were amazing to watch. Extremely efficient with each trip to the truck. No scratches or dings on any piece that was moved, in my opinion thats pretty tough to do. As a side note my 4 year old was trying to help out and the guys really allowed her to participate which made for a great experience for her. These guys are good at what they do! I had originally booked another company to move me and they dissolved their company before my move date. They passed along my information to Clark & Sons and I am grateful that they did this. My whole experience with this company was good from the first call until they pulled away from my new place. I had the crew of Martin, Jeremy and Raven and they were a pleasures to work with. They called when they were on their way. Arriving a bit before the scheduled time and were all friendly and did a great job moving all my things. It was a hot miserable day and they just kept going. This was challenging for 3 reasons: 1) Covid-19 and adherence to necessary and complex safety protocols, 2) timing (it needed to be done quickly), and 3) the emotional stress of dealing with the impending death of our dad.Clark and Sons did a fantastic job! Jeff Braden and Joey laid waste to moving our old fragile furniture three floors expediently, but also as if it were their own! They also were able to step in quickly and get us in after another local moving company no call/no showed us, which was really priceless after we planned our whole moving weekend all around the no call no/show movers. After previous movers said they would be unable to complete my same day local move on the day of my move, Clark and Sons showed up within an hour to help me out. They had me packed, loaded, and unpacked for my move within 3 hours. Saved the day and did a great job. Would use for any move again.
Clark & Sons is awesome ! Had them deliver about 16 pieces for us. 2 of the pieces had to be over 500 pounds each. NO complaints NO damage just , where would you like it and , is that okay for you there. Took their time not only being careful but , we got a 8 piece catnapper sectional. Took their time setting it up right. Making sure thats where we wanted it and making sure everything worked properly. They have made two trips to our house. Both times was great. I would definitely use them anytime I had something to move. They care about you and your property and your home , there are courteous , they are right on time. Clark and Sons Moving company was great with coming when they said they would. They made sure to bring my furniture up three flight of stairs carefully. What a wonderful experience! Sonny and Josh were professional, efficient and careful. They worked so well together. It was good to get a call to let me know their timeframe for arrival. We had a local move but with a few locations; and with extra items/tasks added on. They dove right in when they arrived and didn’t stop until many many hours later. Highly recommended!
I dont know who needs to hear this...but if youre looking for a good moving company, Clark and Sons Moving is one of the best that Ive used! They have delivered furniture purchases for me 2xs now. Both times they called me 20-30 mins before the delivery time frame to let me know theyre en route, theyre courteous and very cognizant about your floors, walls, bannisters, door frames, etc! While it was raining, they made sure to keep the furniture protected. Ive spoken to the owner, Clark, the manager/supervisor, Craig, and office manager, Brittany, and theyve been pleasant and friendly to deal with. Today Matthew and Isaiah were my movers and they were absolutely wonderful!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was supposed to be moved by another company, who wound up not being able to move me. That company then called Clark and Sons on a Sunday morning (same day as the move). The owner, along with two of his staff, moved me on short notice. OMG WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! They were personable, friendly, courteous, professional, and careful with all of my belongings. They moved me and my daughter into our new home in about 5 1/2 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR MOVING NEEDS. I will NOT hesitate to contact them again.

I just wanted to leave a review, Nate, Luke and Scott came to my home to move us, I had to go in to work for emergencies with work, these guys were amazing, my wife was incredibly stressed because I wasnt there to help, Nate, Luke and Scott literally told my wife she could relax, that they were there to take care of the move.I cannot tell you how incredibly happy I am with young men being respectful of not only my belongings but my bride and making her feel better and they worked insanely hard to move all our belongings.Thank you Nate, Luke and Scott and Clark and Sons moving.

Odd experience. This felt like their first day on the job. I just needed one upright piano moved. First off, they propped my front storm door open before they even had a plan on how to get the piano in the house. I expressed that I have a cat that likes to run out and they didnt seem to care. They also took apart the hinge of my door without asking, as well as moving white furniture with dirty hands. I had to come up with the plan for them on how to get the piano inside since they acted like they have never moved one before and seemed stumped. On top of that, they needed my husband to help them. The movers i highered years ago had shoulder straps and got the piano in and out within minutes. Thankfully, I did not get charged an extra hour for these guys lack of efficiency.After the piano was finally in the house one of the movers sat down and started to play. Such an odd experience.Pros: on time, piano was not damaged, and they tightened the legs of my piano bench.

Moral of the story, DONT DO A DEPOSIT WITH CLARK & SONS UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY ARE SURE YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEIR SERVICE.I did a deposit of $50 to have them do a move because I was desperate. They were referred from another moving company that failed me. I cancelled my move with Clark & Son with in 1hr on the same day. 1 week later, i called to get my deposit back and the guy on the phone argued with me for 5min about how im not getting my deposit back because they dont refund. They did refund, but it wasnt until after a Spirited conversation of business practice.
I was moved by Martin and Ralph on 5/29. They were proactive in communicating their arrival time and even came two hours early! Despite being on the third floor with steep stairs they remained friendly during all their hard work. They even helped me take apart a difficult bed. They EXCEEDED all of my standards and made the process of moving so much easier. Please reward them for setting such a high standard!

I originally had another company booked, but they canceled on me last minute and referred me to Clark and sons and I am glad they did! Sonny, Isaiah and Andrew did a excellent job, was very professional and polite and super careful with all my belongings.
Horrible experience. Several hours late. Small truck that required 2 trips. Inexperienced movers. They set my mattresses uncovered on a public sidewalk before loading. Several items were dirt stained and damaged. At the new location we had the movers put most of our stuff in the garage because we did not want them moving the rest of our things. We moved it ourself along with a couple of things they refused to move at the original location. The owner agreed to discount the extra trip and come back and clean and fix our items, but who wants to go through that?! We still paid a boat load and we had to fight with them about giving us a receipt for our cash. We had to wait over an hour after it was over for the owner to come and give us a receipt.
I move a lot, 8 times in the last 5 years, yesterday being the second in 2020, however, I purchased a new living room set after my last move. I also use plastic tubs to move. That was the only difference between the two moves. This was the worse experience (and I once had a mover show up solo when I hired a duo...and solo he was faster). The problem with this move was the guy in charge (apparently the operations manager btw). He called me at 9:34 am, to tell me they have arrived (not exactly 9:30 as he told his boss on the phone). When I met them in the lobby to let them in, I didnt even get a hi or good morning. I dont even know their names! They didnt have a dolly or anything. I told them I had went ahead and relocated most items to the hallway to make the walk to the elevator a little shorter. I moved all of this in 30 mins just myself, no dolly, before they arrived. We get to the apartment and the guy in charge told his helper to go get a dolly (seemed kinda silly to not have it, but okay). After signing the paperwork, the guy in charge had his phone ring. He was talking about another move and how my love had a long walk. Nearly everytime I saw him, he was on his phone. He had his helper doing almost everything alone...he kept saying that this was easy, they were almost done, and its not even an hour, that theyd be done an hour 15 tops. Well two hours later...they still werent done. I have a 1 bedroom small apartment. I drove ahead of them as they were wrapping up. The distance was 90 mins. I made it in 95 because I stopped at the rest stop. They took nearly two hours to get to me. When they pulled up, I hear that was so far. Like what? I just drove it with a gps..its 90 mins!!! As they again, slowly, bring my stuff in, the guy *in charge says its going to be closer to 6 hours instead of the 5.5 I wanted (usually takes them 5 hours but I gave extra for the hall with the new set). The guy in charge is only barking orders to his helper and bsing around. He was so lazy. I move $150 my coffee table to find that a leg is BROKE! They werent even going to tell me! Had it sitting up like it was fine. Its a storage table, so it had cables stores inside, as it has for the 6 months Ive owned it. It didnt magically just break from that. They put stuff on top. They said they didnt but they had it in my house with stuff on top! After that, they still didnt care and thought Id just be cool with it. Well, they took 6.5 hours. Reduced the charge to 6 hours, and left. The 30 mins difference doesnt wasnt compensation enough. Mr in charge is a joke and the real trooper was his helper. As a property manager, I asked more than anyone who to use as movers. Absolutely will not recommend them and I will let thee employees at my old building know the same (since they are based out of that city). Mr in charge only wants to be nickel and dime you without breaking a sweat. Mr in charge --i suggest investing in a bluetooth if you cant stay off your phone (and yes, personal calls too--since you had to repeatedly tell someone you was *working.***Response to owner*** How would you know if someone went above and beyond? You werent there. But I was there and if what they did was above and beyond, that is sad. Also, a 9:34 am to 2:30 pm move is not 4 hours. You didnt give me anything off...your guy in charge broke my furniture! In fact, I should have paid less than I did. Someone had to move me into the building you moved me out of...dont try and play me just because I am a woman. I am very competent, thanks. Prior to that I lived in a townhome with a distance to the truck as well. Trust me, to anyone reading this, they will try to make it take longer than it should and the operations manager is lazy. I felt terrible for his helper who actually worked his tail off. Please spare me your phony business gratitude.

Jake and Frank did an amazing job for us! They were professional, respectful, and did no damage to any furniture or structures. I would absolutely recommend them.
One of the movers was on his cell phone most of the time making personal phone calls with what sounded like his girlfriend. I could hear both men hitting my furniture on the brick walls leading down the staircase. Once they left my new house, I found where they had broken a wheel off a drawer and placed it on a bookcase shelf and put the drawer under the bed where it belongs. So they knew they damaged it and chose not to say anything. Several pieces of other furniture had scratches. My bed was not put back together properly and will have to replace now. Overall a poor experience. Would not recommend this company.

Hello, may name is Pat and I would like to state how good these guys are. They showed up on time, do a complete walk thru of items in your home and discuss any details before starting. Everything is padded to protect furniture and walls from any damage. They let you know up front of any potential problems they might incure. The men are very polite and respective of you and your home, they even ask you before using your bathroom. Dont think you can find a better moving service in the Cincinnati area.
I gave them deposit, had problems with new place so cancelled. Yes they kept deposit and rightfully so. Actually tried to help me. I fully intend on using them & ten stars. Owner Clark is a gem. Finally, customer service is back!
Nothing but good things to say. They came after normal hours, which other places wouldn’t do. They moved my furniture very quick, with no damage at all to my belongings. And they were very easy to work with. I would recommended to anybody looking to move. Saved me a lot of time, effort and money!

Ive used their services in January of this year when the first company that I chose fell thru. I realized then, that Im a lightweight hoarder. Those guys came thru and did the job extremely well, so much that I chose them again when moving my Mom earlier this month. The costs is also reasonable compared to others. Id recommend them any day!

They picked my furniture up and delivered it in a very timely manner. They were moving a bedroom set into my room and finished in about 10 minutes. Very nice and friendly too. Customer service was great over the phone as well.

They did a great job packing and loading. However when they unloaded they were careless and took forever to do their job. Boxes were placed in the wrong place and they didn’t look at the labels to see where they were to place them. They were good guys and worked hard but careless

2022-03-25My wife and I bought a new couch that was going on the second floor, but we couldnt get it up there ourselves because it was very heavy and long and our stairwell is narrow. We called Clark & Sons the next morning and about two hours later our couch was upstairs and in its place in our living room. The movers were professional, careful, and got a tough job done on a quick turnaround. I recommend them for any moving job, big or small.

Guys showed up on time, worked at a brisk pace, and made my wife and I feel relaxed and secure in trusting them with our belongings. Ralf and David were good dudes and I recommend this company. 2022-07-04I just moved from Ohio to Colorado and was very impressed with the service given. I called 5-6 other companies and all of them were asking near $20,000 and would give a two week time window of when my stuff “might” arrive. These guys told me what day they were picking up, the exact day its getting dropped off, and was $7,500. Everything arrived in good shape and on time, nothing broke! Would highly recommend to anyone moving.

I especially appreciated their help in arranging the furniture when we werent sure it was all going to fit.
