My sister lives in the condos here and it is a very good place. Condos themselves are roomy and very well set up. Maintenance can be a little better for certain things but nothing crazy. The pool for the condo is pretty nice and clean. Could use a few more chairs and a couple of tables to make sure people have a bit more options. The HOA fee is a bit on the higher side but I suppose nothing outrageous. A couple of things here and there and this is easily a 5 star. I dont directly deal with management so my experience may be limited but it is usually very positive here.

There was a very dark complected man in a wife beater talking about roofs there the other day. Not sure what his deal was?
