Hands down the best overall Dentistry experience! The interior is super clean and updated. All of the staff is very friendly and prompt. The filling specialist Nikki did a great job replacing my fillings! The dentist really took her time and seemed to really care that everything was done properly. If you want a trustworthy dentist that gets the job done the first time, look no further!

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. If you fear the dentist or have bad teeth - this is your place. I never felt judged or less than. I have more work to be done but I got 2 wisdom teeth out 3 hours ago and I feel amazing. Even during it, I felt no pain. It was fast. It was cheap. I had a panic attack about 5 minutes in and she sat me up, let me cool down, got me some orange juice, and gave me as much time as I needed to get myself back on earth. Awesome place. Very direct without making you feel silly. Cant recommend them enough. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.PS no im not a family member nor did I get paid to type this lol. Im that ecstatic about how great the experience was.

By far the BEST dentist Ive ever gone to! I cant say enough about how great Dr Al-Aish is, shes nice, not judgmental and she does excellent and thorough work. Shes got me for life! The staff here are also very friendly and professional and the facility is clean and updated. If youre not happy with your current dentist for any reason try City Dental, I know Im glad I did!

A family member recommend City Dental Care to me. Growing up I always a had a huge fear of going to the dentist, leading me to neglect going for many many years. Im glad I decided to come here. This office is extremely gorgeous and super clean! The dentist was very gentle with me and really took her time to make me feel comfortable. I ended up having to have some extractions, and to my surprise I didnt have any pain afterwards whatsoever. I wasnt even sore. I actually felt better. Ive been telling everyone I know how amazing they are here. If your looking for a dentist, this is the place to go!!
Dr. Sandy is great!!! Her staff is great as well. I was looking for a dentist after leaving the ER and they took me in right away. She is very good at what she does. Not only did they take care of me immediately they were also able to see my husband the same day. I have already recommended a few family members to go check her out. Not to mention the office is in a great location and super clean and updated.
Wow! There are many dentists out there in the world and this is by far the best one I have been to. I am so grateful for this place. From caring staff to a very CLEAN facility, I would recommend this place to anyone. Dentist walks through every step with you which is comforting and everything is state of the art. I’ve never left a review to anyone in my life but i had to on this one , THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST YOU COULD EVER GO TO , no matter what your situation is don’t go here , i had an emergency and several issues and we both agreed on something and she completely did something else , yes i’m still in pain and it even feels worse , all she cares about is how to get money off of you in any way possible . WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I absolutely love her and her staff they didnt get upset when I had to bring my baby to one visit ,the secretary actually held her and Helped me out a lot when she got fussy.sandy is always pleasant and considerate Ive never been to a better dentist and I am terrified of anything to do with my teeth. She got me approved for my deep cleaning which others could not do in the past and she is always as gentle as possible. since discovering them out from a friend ,my children and my husband now go to her as well. The office is always very clean ,very professional ,and dr sandy takes the time to explain the procedures ,gives you options and works with you in whatever your needs, They really are awesome !

The best team in Cleveland. Dr. Al-Aish Is my favorite and I will follow her everywhere she goes. We were her patients in North Olmsted, when I found her here I was the most happiest person. My self my husband, my son we all come here, lately I suggested to my brother, my mom and I will suggest to all my friends. I am so happy with all of them, starting from reception amazing people. I will never go somewhere else , I trust her so much. I used to work in a cosmetic company and she made my smile perfect fixing my front tooth. That day I wanted to cry because I love having beautiful smile. Don’t relate to negative comments, give it a try I promise you will be more than happy. Just totally discounted me. Will never go back. Had severe issues and would not recommend anyone with sn emergency to expect anything but apathy from this dentist. Totally cold and non caring didnt listen to what I told her... Never again

I need oral surgery. You were supposed to fax my X-Rays over to Metro TWO DAYS AGO. When I called to ask why they havent, the grown man CHILD you let answer your phones yelled at me, refused to tell me his name, and hung up on me. I have never been treated so incredibly unprofessionally in my entire life. Let alone by a person working at a MEDICAL OFFICE. This person needs to be FIRED. You need to call me at the phone number you have for me on file and let me know when he is fired.

THE MAN who is the receptionist english is very poor. he was rude and hanged up on me when i inquired about my charges on my care credit, cant believe i spend thousand dollars there and he has the nerve to be so rude! its too bad that one bad apple can ruin it for the rest because everyone else there is very nice, but once i had a issue with what was billed he just yelled and hung up on me.. EXTREMELY RUDE!! it looks like this isnt the first time they talk to their customers this way either... be prepared and beware!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ...these people are rude and careless....i appealed a decision from my insurance company and they wouldnt help me get it done. They are lazy, unprofessional and didnt want to go the extra mile for me....told me to go to another dentist...so i did.... I went to another dentist the NEXT day they called sent in the proper information to help me with my appeal and im getting my teeth fixed. THE OWNER HIMSELF told me he didnt care about helping and me hung up on me twice.

2022-05-28The dentist were very nice and service was fast, but the male receptionist is very rude and difficult. I was scheduling appointments for me and my children and he was trying to schedule them one at a time. ( I have 5 children) I asked him if he could get at least two at a time and he said no. I then asked to speak to the actual dentist about the issue and she said she would do it no problem. I ended up scheduling our next appointments with Hudec dental because one time I called to reschedule and he hung up in my face. So I went to a place where I knew I was going to have access to great dental care and great customer service

2022-04-12I made my first appointment about a month ago and I knew right away that I wanted to bring my toddler here for her first appointment... She had her appointment this morning and it could not have gone better... Joella has such a great approach with kids, I almost couldnt believe that was my kid😆 The doc was just as warm and overall awesome. I highly recommend this place.

2022-08-06I’ve been going to city dental for almost a year now and every time I leave I feel a lot better about my dental health. Dr. Sandy and her team do a great job and make me feel very comfortable. I’ve always been scared of the dentist but not anymore.

2021-11-17I went to City Dental Care today for the first time due to a bad toothache. The staff was amazing and friendly I felt comfortable and relaxed which is crazy for a dentist office. The dentist was great she found the problem extracted the tooth with me bearly noticing it. She was amazing I recommend City Dental Care highly to everyone and I definitely will be returning and also my kids this is now my dentist office.

2022-08-16I had a appointment with my granddaughter and he didnt find the custody document in the system and I was not going back home to get them I said never mind I will take her to her old dentist so he got angry and threw my documents to me and I said that was not nice and I demanded to talk to the lady and she also got angry and said that she will no longer see us I think it was very rude

2022-05-02Horrible experience just on the phone! The man answering phones is beyond rude, hard to hear and understand, not helpful at all and refused to answer my questions. I have extreme anxiety and just wanted to ask a few questions. Neveind Ill go somewhere else! This person should not have a job answering phones thats for sure!

2021-05-10They are absolutely amazing!! I was an excruciating pain from my wisdom on top of being 9 months pregnant. I called at 9 am and was seen by 1pm the same day! The care and professionalism was phenomenal. I was tears of joy once my tooth was out. If it wasn’t for COVID I literally would have hugged her. I recommend 1000%.

2021-03-04We love city dental! Super patient with our 6yr old son, made him so comfortable with explaining things in a way he could understand and not be scared. Dr Sandy and Zarah the hygienist are his favorite! Combined with a clean modern clinic and top notch covid protocols, couldnt ask for a better dental office !

2020-12-08Short Version: Amazing staff. Covid-19 SAFE. Modern. Very clean. Affordable.Long Version: My wife and I are both high risk for COVID and so despite having agonizing pain in my jar, I was trying to self treat at home because I was afraid to go to a dentist during a global pandemic...especially now as numbers are rising due to holidays.This office put my fears at ease. They take every precaution imaginable, and even some I didnt expect, to make sure staff and patients are safe.When I started calling around to find a dentist I was put off by reviews as well as the receptionist as they made me feel as if I was interrupting their day by calling. From my initial call to the dental hygienist to the actual dentist, this staff was super welcoming and immediately made me feel at home.I almost didnt call this dentist because I figured with a 4.8 review on Google, they were probably out of my price range. I was shocked when they told me they accepted my insurance. In a year that has been a nightmare, the good people at City Dental Care have put a huge smile on my face. Thank you for being awesome!
