Came into this store every day, only reason i was so consistent was because of Amy. Fired the kindest worker there. definitely worth the extra couple minute drive to the dollar general around the corner over dealing with the empty pit this store is now.

Fired one of the hardest and caring workers there, Amy was the glue to that store and she made everyone she came in contact with feel like family. everyone I know will not support a company that does that to a person like her. to fire someone cause you dont like her is Ludacris. Shes the only one there that went above and beyond, needless to say Im very disappointed with this company and location. itll never be the same.

Used to be a Regular Customer until today, The Manager didnt know how to put in a Coupon and assumed it was fake, so she threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. Go down the street to the other circle K, Trust me. she didnt know how to scan a coupon, and somehow that makes me in the wrong? If it was a fake why did it scan at the other Circle K? Who would even print fake coupons 💀 Save your time. When she quits or Gets fired I might be back, but I couldnt consciously support this store if they are going to be like this. Unacceptable

Stopped by and the doors were locked, the lights were on and there were cars parked outside. unfortunately this is the closest gas station to me. Id much rather make the drive to marathon down by McDonalds, at least their staff isnt rude. ridiculous.

Things have went downhill. I used to love this place but even before I was fired it started to become very toxic. I miss my customers and old Co workers but some things will never change.

This is one of the better locations in my opinion. It offers multiple ways in/out of the drive, it also is a bit larger than the other stores and the single most important aspect to me is the fact they stock cold 12/15 packs of soda. Very friendly staff always greets me as I enter and depart.

The bitter old woman named Carol that works here loves to mutter bad things about you as she checks you out, then pretends like she didnt say anything when you confront her about it. She has no place in customer service, maybe a nursing home would be better suited.

So Ive been going to this store every morning on my way to work. Well I was having trouble with vehicle and asked if I could let it stay there until I could get a tow truck to pick it up. I was told NO ! It needs to be moved now. So I almost crash my vehicle because the manager wouldnt let my vehicle sit there until the truck could pick it up ! Congratulations on the great customer service . I will never come back to the store again.

Well just wanted to say first I work at the Amelia circle k. Yes at time employees are rude and sorry for that but the thing is we had a great manager at one time pam Smith , she never got mad when given at twenty for a purchase of a fountain drink , never slap a coupon away from a customer so they couldnt use it. Its a freaking coupon not like they are stealing something omg our manager now freaks out over every freaking thing and its not funny either. And whatever you do dont eat her food she will call you a... G. D. T. I would know first hand. And we are understaffed , and I can understand why even I dont want to be there and its not the place or the job itself. And well you the customers are the one reason I stay some have become friends but if you come into our store you will understand why we are not the least bit happy.. We get treated like idiots we cant do anything right only this manger can do it all.. I have been there 4 years and sorry dont get paid but $9.40 a hour no overtime and to feel like I cant do my job , not worst it. we get no discounts on anything you want to eat well you have to eat while waiting on customers right no breaks . sorry it use to be a happy place to work not now ... And if this gets me fired oh well..

Bought a roll of smokeless tobacco this evening and realized an hour or so later the employee, younger guy, gave me the incorrect product. I had opened one can out of five upon realizing his mistake. Made a trip back to the store and explained he had given me the wrong product but would not worry about the can I opened, just wanted to switch out the four unopened cans he had given me in error. He promptly stated that it was my fault you didnt check what he gave me and refused to switch out the UNOPENED cans he gave me in error. When I asked for the store managers name, he replied Im not giving you anything. I will never visit this store again and stop there a minimum of every morning before work and many other times throughout the week. Customer service is a lost art and these businesses suffer greatly because of it.
