Nice, clean place. Dont live anywhere near it, but willing to drive the 40+ minutes to see a movie here without the hassles of going to the movies in the city.
Nice theater, comfy seats, but there are only one set of bathrooms right near the lobby, so its a long way from the further theaters
I am not much of a movie goer. Top Gun was great. Theatre okay. Did not open on time even though employees were there.
The ace is super clean but the concession stand is super slow. Make sure you fey there early if you want snacks.

The people were nice and helpful. I didnt know what extreme d was; I thought it was like 3d. I was a little disappointed with the extreme d nothing like what I expected. Uncharted was great though!!!

I normally go to a much smaller theatre so I was surprised at how big and clean this theatre was. The surrounding area is lively as well, Ill be back!
This theater still does not offer drink refills. If it was Covid related they could give a new cup for a small fee.
This is my favorite theatres. The seats are amazingly comfy. I still think of the snack were a little cheaper more people would come more often....but will never happen. So 4 stars....snacks to high. Everything thing else is good. Its clean, comfy, and friendly employees.

Literally 30 mins of ads before the movie starts. Taking kids on time is not an option. Kids were ready to leave before it started. No joke, 18 movie previews. Dumb. My kids wont be back until they are old enough to understand $50 for 3 people is too much to leave before it starts. Sing 2, sorry but we wont see you until youre on netflix in 2 years. Be more kid friendly!!
Easy to get to, reasonably easy wheelchair access, the door to the individual theater was a bit narrow and difficult for a gimp to hold open AND then propel their way inside.Once inside navigating the ramp was easy, its not steep and the carpet surprisingly easy to roll on. The seating is good, BUT the sound system, OMG if I wasnt deaf going in, I am now. The sound level was painful, my wife spent most of the movie covering her ears, luckily, I am fairly hard of hearing, but even for me it was uncomfortable.
This has been my primary go-to theater for the longest time. Came here to see Spiderman on Dec 17th. Sat in the XD theater. Seats were broken. No mask required. No spaces for social distancing. They were out of souvenir cups/buckets.I saw ghostbusters at cinemark in canton and the experience was far superior. I dont know that Ill return to Cuyahoga falls cinemark again in the future. Experience was far too poor this time around.Only positive was the fact that every employee I came across was very nice, helpful and respectful.
Went to see Spiderman. Loved the movie but was disappointed in the theater. Why make you choose your seats if they are not going to allow space for social distancing? I tried to choose my seats ahead of time as to not be around others, ie. at least a seat away. However, once the movie started, someone had bought the seat on either side of my husband and I. Luckily we wore masks so that made us feel a little safer but masks are not required and many were not wearing them. Fully vaccinated, just worry about the Omicron variant being more transmissible than the others. Shame on you, Cinemark.
Great screens! Seats arent up to par with other theaters like Movies Bistro in North Canton which has heated reclining seats...But Im spoiled after going there.

Caught an early Saturday matinee. Just under $12 for the both of us. Staff was nice and helpful, the facility was clean. Movie theater was not busy and plenty of seating available at the time we went.Highly recommended checking out a matinee here.

This place takes you back to a time where going to the movies was fun and exciting. It is really cool inside and I really love the XD theater. So happy they built this in the Falls. Since joining the movie club we have definitely taken full advantage. Highly recommended this theater.
We’ve been here twice in the last month! They unfortunately don’t have recliners, but their extra butter machine is a plus!!!

Nothing special about this cinema, although I havent tried the XD theater yet. I was expecting more comfortable seating. Cleanliness was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable and in line with other cinemas. All in all, I would probably venture to a different place that has lounge/recline seating to get a better overall experience.

Great cinema, so excited to finally be able to go back into a theater and enjoy a good flick. This theater is exceptional. Its an XD theater, and has comfortable reclining seating. Got to chose my seating on fandango which was very appealing as I got prime choice and it wasnt overcrowded. 5 stars for sure, only theater that comes close to comparing is Tinseltown.
It was so exciting to be back in the theater finally and the building was super clean, the staff friendly. The big issue was the ridiculous wait time at the concessions.. without very long lines to justify it. My sister I law ended up taking all of our kids in to the movie while I continued to wait in line and I missed the first 10 minutes of the movie. It was frustrating. Cant imagine it on a super busy or crowded night if the wait was like that on a slow weekday.
Had a good time. Seemed packed when I got there but there wasnt many people in lobby so we got our snacks quick and made it in the theater. The seats beside us were free of people. The movie was great, not too loud. The chairs are comfortable and it was not too cold inside either. I will return more in the summer.
We rented out a theater to watch the Black Widow premiere. I suggest doing this while you can and while it probably costs easy less than usual! Im assuming this is because of the pandemic, a new-ish option and/or price because I was surprised at how little it was.Everyone was very polite. The chairs are very comfortable and recline. Everything is clean and all employees were wearing masks and taking extra precautions. We had a great time. It really is fun sitting wherever you want, moving if you want, even standing - and interacting with your group however yall want to.

Always enjoyed my experience at this theater. Tool my daughter to a movie a few weeks back. I was impressed with how clean the facility was. We were all spaced out accordingly in the theater. Definitely will return. Also wasnt busy, which was a plus!
The hotdog was terrible. The hot dog was old and the buns were dried out. The popcorn and soda were good.

It was a wonderful movie experience, the seats were very comfortable and roomy, nice and clean, not too cold, not too warm, the screen was very clear and I truly enjoyed the movie.

Went to movies in Cuyahoga falls cinemark. Sucked as of all do in Ohio. Ohio the only clowns still ripping people off on refills. Bunch of THIEVING clowns making that much profit ripping people off charging that much plus NO combo discounts. INSANE. I donated to taking 5 kids not going anywhere cost $200. Not problem seeing kids happy just what u get for cost
Love this theater. Handicap seats are perfect! Only issue is paying with a credit/debit card for tickets and food unless you have the correct chain.

One of the only theaters that actually takes COVID concerns seriously. They have no contact concessions, lots of hand sanitizer available, and plenty of disinfectant wipes. Highly recommend.
A little pricey but great seating
Wouldn’t even give a star rating. I don’t understand the point of reserving a seat when everyone sits wherever they want to anyways. Didn’t get any safety precautions for COVID. People say right next to us. Couldn’t even hear the movie due to a couple of teens constantly talking throughout the movie. Not one “employee” did they’re job. Theatre was a mess as well. Will never waste my money at this establishment again.
The staff is really nice. I had a family member in town and we went to a matinee. I said 2 adults ( because I didnt want to say a senior since she was my mom.😁) and the girl changed it for me when she wasnt looking. She was extremely friendly. That and the theater was clean and relaxing. It was a great experience.

Son and I went to see Kong vs Godzilla. Everything was amazing. To purchasing tickets and goodies, to seating. Loved FINALLY getting back to the movies. Nothing like FEELING the sound in your chest.
First time going back since begining of the pandemic. Very clean, spaced out seating. No mask is needed if you have your covid shot. Employees still required to wear masks. Multiple hand sanitation stations down the main walkway to theaters.

Awful website experience trying to log into Cinemark website, and also to purchase tix online, both failing badly. Ended up buying at the theater.Also, first time this ever happened to me. The audio volume was so low I had to strain to hear some of the dialog. Usually, volume is too loud, but opposite this visit.I appreciate focus on safety during pandemic.
Nice theater. Comfortable classics seat. Ticket prices are not bad at all. I actually enjoy the assigned seating. Makes It easy when buying a lot of tickets at once. Concessions prices are still outraged but I understand thats how a theater makes their money.

I was leery because of Covid, but they are doing a phenomenal job! Love the comfortable seats. You choose them online. However, I witnessed a disagreement because someone sat in the seats that another customer chose. Petty? Yes, but its the principle of the thing.
This was a very clean theater and the seats were comfortable. We watched Ford vs Ferrari and the quality was great. My only complaint is they do have reserved seating and we had to guess to find our seats. I could not see the numbers. Other than that, great location and I would recommend.
I came for a movie showing tonight, having bought my tickets online early. When I arrived I realize that I had actually bought them for yesterdays showing instead! The manager, Mr. T, was it very gracious and very patient and kind and let us see the movie tonight anyway! I was really excited that I did not have to let my little sister down. Thank you! The theater was very nice and clean, as well.

Its very flashy and big, feels like an experience. The seating is where they didnt save money for. The staff is always nice and friendly, and prices are reasonable. But with the recliners and cheaper pricing at the Hudson theater, its rare I choose to go to this theater instead. I gave it one extra star just for the effort into the flashy style.

The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Today they were understaffed due to 2 projectors going down and did not have enough people at concessions. So the man had to sell tickets deal with that line of people and then go over and give concessions. He recognized me as a customer who is in several times each month and due to my wait allowed me to just take my concessions on the house. This is one of many reasons that I will always continue to go to Cinemark they have my business for life.

Theaters are always near and clean. Love that its assigned seats and I can buy online. Staff has always been nice. Seats are ok, they tip back a little and the cup holder can be moved up to give you more space. Not as comfortable as the theaters with power recliners (would be a nice update) but theyre not the worst. Concessions are a bit pricey but to be expected.

Fantastic movie going experience all around. Staff is very easy to converse with and incredibly polite. Theaters are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the facility. Food and snacks are readily available and served quickly. Snack attendants could do with a bit more focus on the costumer as they are often in conversation and ordering seems to be an inconvenience to them.
Im always a little bit nervous to go to a theater that Ive never been to before, close to a major city, like Akron. What concerns me the most is what the crowd is going to be like, and if there are going to be any obnoxious people. That being said, I went to go see Joker at this movie theater and it was a pleasant experience. The crowd was polite and I saw ushers in the theater, monitoring the large crowd. Id like to think if there was anyone rude in the crowd, theyd be escorted out. I saw the movie in XD, which really had great sound.Parking was easy, ticket buying process as well as concessions was fast. Everyone did their jobs right and I had no complaints. 4 stars for everything running as it should...only reason why I didnt do 5 is because it wasnt a out of this world kind of special experience.
Great deal on Tuesday with $5 movie tickets. Saw Unbroken the Path to Redemption. Powerful movie! I liked that you got to pick the seats. It wasnt crowded so we had fabulous seats. It was a little too cold in the theatre so Im glad I had my husband to snuggle.
Nice clean lobby and theatre, courteous staff, tasty popcorn and drinks, nice sized screens. Cant ask for more out of a movie theatre. Only downside was the abundance of people which slowed dad, lil bro and I for ordering our snacks and getting into the film, but thats more from it being the day after the release of the new Star Wars film than anything else.
The staff is always super friendly here and there service is great. The theaters are clean, and comfortable. This is honestly my favorite place to go. Its also nice that the cup holders fold up on the seats, and they can rock a little.
Love the huge curved screens in every theater. Seats are comfy and they keep the place cleaner than any other theater around. Seat assignments help make sure in advance that there’s enough room for your group to sit together, and it helps avoid the awkwardness of searching the rows for seats on the busier nights. Never had a problem with someone else already sitting in my assigned seat.
Cinemark Cuyahoga Falls - Crazy Rich Asians - Tuesday Discount Day. Got a great price on tickets and signed up on their website so got discount on medium popcorn and soda. Love the seats (Luxury Recline), however you have to select your seat before you actually see the layout of the theater. As a senior, I walk with a cane. I selected a seat in the back on the end of an aisle, thinking it would be easy to get to. I discovered I had to climb steps to get to those seats. It would have been helpful if the theater employee at the ticket booth would have mentioned that to me. I was using my cane when I stepped up to buy the tickets. If she had just asked me if I could easily climb steps, it would have alerted me about the stairs and I could have selected other seats. Hope that tip gets passed along to the staff. Love how big and clean this place is. Lots of parking spaces. Special ticket prices on Monday and Tuesday and first showing every day. Great place. Loved the movie, Crazy Rich Asians. Remembered my trip to Singapore. What a beautiful place!
We ALWAYS have had excellent service & experiences here. Especially enjoy being able to select our choice of seating and purchase tickets with our cellphone. Clean theaters, top notch sound systems, pleasant employees, oodles of choices in snacks & liquids. We enjoy that they have a bucket & cup deal (yearly) that you only pay a small refill price for each. Very economical.
Went on Saturday for matinee. There were quite a few people. App was convenient for purchasing tickets. Chairs are comfortable and recline somewhat. There are assigned seats, which I didnt really care for but nice if you like to sit in a particular spot.

I would like to give 4.5 stars because of over all cleanliness and this theater has a birthday party set up. Very unique idea for a movie theater. Also the movie rooms have plenty of seating and really nice surround sound. Even though you practically have to take out a loan for snacks they have a pretty good selection. If you want to see a good movie stop on and have a good time.
Wow. Staff and the theatre were great but I came outside to get some fresh air, went to walk back in and realized they locked the doors! So now I just wasted $24.50 on food plus $12.50 on a ticket JUST to watch 50 minutes of my movie. Wow thanks for stealing my money and locking me out!! What a waste! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!

While I object to the price of concessions at most movie theaters, this theater is impeccably clean and well kepti and staff is friendly and helpful so its easy to justify costs. They have one assigned seating theater which is THX certified or whatever it is. General seating in every other one which is kind of refreshing nowadays.
The movie theater and seats were nice. But the labeling for the aisles and seats is terrible. Why arent the letters for the aisles illuminated??? Theyre just right on the stairs and part of the carpet. We watched as everyone came in and didnt know where their aisle was. We didnt know where our aisle was either and just sat wherever. That definitely needs to be fixed.
Went to see Dumbo here, what a beautiful theater. The services there are great. If you get popcorn and you want more butter, they have a table with the butter there. Ive never seen a theater have that before. They also have the most comfortable seats anywhere. We will always go back to this theater.
While this theater seems to be crowded constantly, I still would choose this theater over any in the area. Always clean and properly staffed - even when you have lines out the door the employees work to get you through the line as quickly as possible. The seats are comfortable and large. This is definitely our go-to theater!

Theater is very nice. Parking is decent, workers are very cordial and friendly. However the seats are extremely uncomfortable. Aquaman was a long movie, and it seemed longer due to my back and bottom becoming sore. I would have loved to give a 4 or 5 star for this theater.

I am not a person that goes to movie theaters. Im a rent and watch at home. Theaters are cramped, uncomfortable and just unappealing. Well I was just blown away tonight. My niece kept telling me that this was the best theater, she is ten, what does she know. Right! Well the kid taught the adult tonight. Very comfortable seating, great sound and picture. People were friendly from start to finish. Plus being able to add your own extra butter is a cool treat. Thats according to me niece. If you want to go to the movies, check this place out.
People were friendly, great deals on certain days, fun games to pass the time before the movie starts. And oh my goodness the seats are comfy especially with me being a bigger guy I can acutely fit in between the handles. I will definitely be spending more time there. But I also wanna give a shout out this this theaters sound system. It ROCKS!!!
I must say that this theater is pretty awesome. The xD sound is pretty impressive for a theater. Seating is comfortable, staff is friendly, everything overpriced just like any typical theater. Now you have to pick your seats when you buy your tickets. Never had to do that before, didnt really like it, but we got good seats anyway.
Very clean and well maintained. Only thing missing are the recilner seats. Other than that its a less crowded and cleaner multiplex than others in the area.
My wife and kids always want to go to this theater. I don’t have any complaint about it except the seats which are not comfortable for me to sleep while they are enjoying the movie. The seats in Hudson Are comfortable enough to sleep for the whole three hours, starting with previews and waking up during credits.
We as a treatment center had brought 16 clients ordered our refreshments and handed them a brand new gift card to cover it all and the card stated that it would take up to 24 hrs. They willingly took responsibility for us and allowed us to enjoy our refreshments. Thank you Jordan 💯. NOAH appreciates your generosity and hospitality. God bless you buddy.

I loved the respector of seats. We picked where we wanted to sit. It was handicap seating although were not handicapped, we had an infant with us, so the space worked out well. When we got there are seats were taken. We didnt know at first where are seats were located. The host saw us looking. He checked our seats and looked to. He politely asked the other couple to move. I said looked because I couldnt hear what he was saying. We were standing on the side by the wall, patiently waiting. It didnt seem as if they wanted to get up but they did. Then the host told us that we could have a seat. I was so grateful because we had the baby carrier with us and needed the extra room in the handicapped space. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, Cinemark!
Nice to be able to go to the movies again. They follow all guidelines to keep everyone spaced apart. The only draw back is the cost, its a bit pricey.
The XD experience was all that and a bag of goobers! Wow, incredible sound and floor to ceiling screen blew me away. Concessions are standard pricing for a theatre. Popped fresh popcorn at my request 🍿 At Cinemark it appears customer service is still King. Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nice and clean facility, but only one bathroom at the far end of the theater seems kinda crazy. Kids always have to go 10 min into the movie and its a good ways from one end to the other. Minor issue in the end but silly they didnt put in two or plan it in the middle.
Dont like that the bathrooms are clear down the other way when you gotta go and try to wait as long as you can it seems like forever before you get there. As much as they charge for food and drink couldnt they afford even a family bathroom down the other way? Seats were comfy, it was very clean staff was very nice.
I love this theater. You get to choose your seat electronically when you pay for your ticket at the counter. They have discounts on Tuesdays and the variety of food at their concession stand that goes above and beyond the norm. The people who work there are very friendly. The stadium style, large seats and large screens makes this one of my favorite Cinemarks to go to.
Quality movie theatre featuring a concession stand, comfy wide reclining seats, and top notch audio and visual components; however, due to personal preference Im subtracting two stars because of the forced reserved seating. Ill put it this way, dont expect to arrive early for good seats. If this is important to you then my advice is to pre-purchase your tickets well in advance.
My sister and I when to c cats. That was the worst movie I have ever been to. Plus we left a hour after being there. It was so boring kept repeat the song over. I have never walked out on a movie before until this evening. Nice costumes nice singing but boring acting
Very comfortable seats. Theaters are clean and roomy. We actually go out of our way to attend this Cinemark because its conviently located near several good eateries and due to its comfortable theaters, but mainly because it offers reserved seating. We are members of the Cinemarks Movie Club, so we order our tickets online and choose out seats concurrently.
Been forever going to the movies. Things went well not much has changed. No refills was something but I cant empty a large popcorn.All in all will try it again.
Theater is new so it was very clean. We didn’t use the restroom so I can’t comment on them. The prices at the concession stand are standard for a movie theater and the same as what you would pay at any other theater. I was a bit annoyed that the kid working the concession stand didn’t know how to apply a coupon that came from Cinemark. He was taking so long that i just said don’t worry about it. If they are going to have rewards/ coupon offers they defiantly need to know how to apply them. The chairs are awesome! My biggest complaint is that the theater was cold, so cold i actually felt my legs where going numb. I never took my coat off and I had my hood up.
The theaters are very clean and the seats are quite comfy. There is ample seating for people in wheelchairs and for those sitting with them. The concessions arent too expensive and they offer a wide variety of foods, including ice cream. They also serve alcohol.
Have never had a bad experience here. The seats are comfortable and screens are huge. The sound quality is excellent. Movie houses make their money on concessions, so expect to pay a bit for that, but its worth it.
The theater had a clean interior, clean floors in concessions, and respectful people.
The $5 Tuesday deals are pretty great, the seats are very comfortable, and i am very happy they adapted the assigned seating to ticketing. Unfortunately its hard to enforce without getting staff involved when people think it doesnt matter. Overall, great place to see a movie!
The auditoriums are spotless, and Ive never experienced a technical glitch while watching any films. Unlike most theaters the climate control is well balanced. You neither sweat from the heat not shiver from the cold. Recommended, except for the ads, which tend to destroy the entire experience. If your movie is set to start at 2 PM, expect the lights to go down, on time, then prepare for at least 10 minutes of commercials not related to the snack bar, followed by previews, interrupted by more ads, one in between each preview. This after you pay a small fortunes for admission and snacks. What a disappointment.
Clean and spacious. This place has the most spacious seating ever. I went to another newer Cinemark XD the other day and was shocked at how many seats they shoved in there. Never again.I go here almost exclusively and try to bring friends here whenever I can.
This is something the Cuyahoga Falls area was missing. I cannot reccomend this location enough. Always clean. Always well maintained and staffed. Staff is beyond friendly and excels in customer service. If you frequent Cinemark download the app to get extra perks!
I like this theater, quite comfortable. However I do not like the pick your seat requirements at all theaters now. It holds up the purchase line too much. I prefer the type of seats in this theater as opposed to the too large reclining seats at some theaters.
Verry nice clean theater. The staff was helpful. The seating was very comfortable with ample room and reclined. Couldnt hear sound from movies playing next door which hzppens frequently at other region theaters.

This is my favorite theater in the Akron area! I have a theater right down the street from my house, however I drive a little further to go to this theater as it is much nicer and has the XD theater option. The theaters are always clean and the staff is always friendly. They also have a good deal on an annual popcorn bucket and drink, which I have taken advantage of the last two years.
Was an ok experience, except the popcorn wasnt hot, didnt have much butter on it and tasted stale. Usually the popcorn is great, idk what happened there....
Friendly staff, great prices and very clean. Always have a great experience when we visit. The General Manager Kristina, went above and beyond for us when I had questions about ingredients for a family member with allergies. Highly impressed and will be back very soon!!
I love this theater. Its right by my house, people are super friendly, tickets arent to bad (go on Tuesdays $5 movie day) and very comfortable seats and super clean!
Clean theatre, friendly staff. Discount Tuesdays can get pretty busy but they also offer cheap matinee prices. Concessions are a bit pricey but I guess thats pretty much all theatres or entertainment venues. I signed up for weekly coupons, theyre great value. I like the reserved seating during busy times but literally have had someone in our seats everytime so its hardly enforced.
I love this theater!!! My only complaint is assigned seating. Due to the assigned seating, I have found myself going to other theaters. I do love it here though, especially when you can avoid the lines and order tickets online and go right past everyone.
The seats are great, concessions decent. The theaters lean more on the small side, so if youre more used to bigger theaters, itll be a little weird coming to this one. XD is about the size of a normal theater in a bigger venue, however the sound is top notch.
Nice theatre. What I dont understand is that if you order tickets online they ask what seats you would like to reserve and when the usher scans your tickets they will even tell you what seats you have but they never actually enforce it. People still sit wherever just like always.
I am in league with the other reviewers who dislike reserve seating. It makes very little sense, especially when there are hardly any viewers competing for seats. Even on a packed night though...just let the first come first serve policy apply. Other than that and the ridiculously high food/drink prices, this theater is decent. I would pick it over other ones in the area anyway.
Food and staff are fine - Being forced to choose a seat was horrible!!I ended up being seated near noisy, rude, talkers. It was a rather crowed showing. In any other movie theater (Regal) I could have gotten up and MOVED, but I didnt, for fear I would land in a seat that someone else was coming in to claim. This is small town Akron/Cuyahoga Falls. Theres no need for all the pretentious Reserved Seating. It should only be used for really crowed, or popular showings.
I love this theatre for many reasons. The major one being the reserved seating. I usually order my tickets through fandago which makes it super easy to pick your seats. The lines can get long in the theatre but they always go really fast.
This is one of the best theater that I have ever been in. This place is very clean and the seats are the best. The food is a bit on the high side but what doesnt cost? The staff is awesome and very polite. I wish I could give this place a higher rating.
Its one of the best theater experiences Ive had. Excellent, comfortable chairs, a friendly staff, and clean facilities. Worth every penny, except the snack bar of course, but hey, its a good theater.
Stadium seating means your view is never blocked. Everything is assigned seating now, which was strange at first, but it means we always get seats together. Everyone who works here is helpful and nice. Were very happy to have a cinema so nearby!
Sorry, peeps! I happen to like the reserve seating. If I buy my ticket online and I reserve my seat, there is no threat of me not having a seat should the showing sell out. Ditto for everything Alex: great service great seating but… The prices are ridiculously high for the small amount you get. Almost 5 dollars for two scoops of ice cream and they are small scoops that fit into a like it sized cup. I could buy a half gallon for less.
The best theater within 20 miles. Xd is awesome. Sometimes painfully loud depending on the movie. Blade runner for example left me with a pounding headache. Generally a very good experience.
One of the best movie houses around. Theres room , rooooom enough were I can sit back, recline a little , yes the chairs recline, and enjoy the movie .Theres drink holders on the side of your armrests . That must be why my sneakers didnt stick to the floor. The screens are large and the sound is thunderous enough when the movie calls for it. I love the Tuesday $5.00 deal CineMark has on its tickets. They dont have the ice cream anymore. Its a $6 shake, and its certainly not the $5 Pulp Fiction variety kind. The new pretzel bites are good. Still Tuesday is the preferred day.
A fantastic theatre, the reserved seating was extremely helpful in allowing me to request a day off of work and know that I would definitely be able to have the seat I wanted for the showing I wanted. The customer service is very good and the restrooms, lobby and theatre are always very clean.
The staff here are very friendly. Yesterday my sister , and I came here to see IT chapter 2. Well when we got there we missed some of the movie. My sister was having a medical problem , and couldnt walk all the way down the hall for us to go into the correct theather room. I explained to the staff what was going on, and they worked with us. So we were able to switch our tickets for the next show, and a closer theather room. My sister , and I are gratefully thankful for the staff great services. We just want to say Thank you, and well definitely get the word around on how great our experiences was at this Cinamark! 😊
The only theater I take my family to. The seats are recliners and very spacious. Place is well kept clean. And on bigger movie nights there is a officer to keep viewers safe. Great place to go see movies!

This is a cool Cinema but you might want to bring some earplugs for the advertisements cuz they literally blasted us out.Im not kidding I listen to hardcore rock and roll and I listen to it loud but when the advertisement came on it was unbearably loud.We were literally concerned that the movie was going to be this loud and we were not going to be able to take it but the movie was not as loud as the commercials as is usually the case with TV I cant stand this practice really makes me sick

Worth the drive for this nicer theater, even if you don’t live in Cuyahoga Falls. Not as good as the fancy recliner theaters, but the XD theater is great for visually stunning movies.

Clean with comfy seats. Its a smaller theater, so not a lot of selection. The reserved seating is an awful idea. We were in a 50 % empty theater and stuck seating next to 2 obnoxious girls. We moved, reservation or not.
Hello i walk in an smell freshly pop popcorn and i can tell this is a good es tableshment for cinima. i get my tix and the ticket rip lady says hi to me and it was nice . i got my popped corn and walk into the movie showing room and i sit down . then someone Yells at me be-cause i am in there seat !?!??!?!? so i go to custard service and they says that they have arrange seat ..... in this economy ??????? in this climate i have 2 bye seats in vanced.... never coming back . but good popcorn
I used to love this theatre. But the reserved seating is so insanely stupid. I cant tell on the screen how close or far Im making my seat. It makes it hard to pick the right seat. And how stupid is it that theres five people in the theatre and I still have to pick my seat ahead of time!! Do you guys not even read your reviews? No one likes this reserved seating!!
The reserved seating is a really terrible idea. It slows the checkout process down. In the XD theatre the row letters are in the carpet and are barely visible, which makes the seating take longer, particularly for people arriving late.The volume in the XD theatre is absurdly loud. I enjoy loud movies, but its really just uncomfortably, excessively loud for no reason.
Best theater around. Its great that you pick your seats so you dont have to arrive super early, but the carpet row letters are not easy to see or read.

Great seats with great support. Prices are high but thats normal for a movie theater. Warm in the winter air conditioned in the summer. Everything is great about this place.

2 things for previous patrons. 1, dont bring a 2 year old to a theater, youre ruining the experience for everyone else. Seats are great, reclining and large. This place does get busy on the weekends so it fills up. I dont like the reserved seating, but when its busy it does help.
The staff is fantastic and the seats are comfortable for the size of the theater. Highly recommend everyone use the theater for entertainment no matter the occasion.

All you need is a dark theater and a big screen and the magic can happen. This place is really nice and big, but its are so expensive. And thats saying something because all theaters today are pretty expensive. Seems like such a ripoff. But the place is really nice. Big seats.
Screens are AWESOME! The flow in the Theater however is bad. For a brand new Theater, they dropped the ball there. But it is always clean and the seating is super comfy!
The movie experience is great. I love the comfy seats. However, I am disappointed that they do not put up Bollywood movies. They will be able to get a huge International crowd if they do.

2022-03-23I like this movie Theater I came with my dad and my sister we watched Death on The Nile! It’s was really good and everything, but I just wished they were. Recliners in the seats I had to put my feet on the seats. And I also like how the stuff wore masks, there was no social distancing in when you set in the seats. I mean the movie was really good the popcorn was good and I got a Diet Coke! I will come back again the seats were Comfortable which I liked. But no where do put your feet

It is a fold up then the Canton Cinemark XD location, Opportunity knocking when I received an email last week which setup to finally see TOP GUN MAVERICK, long awaited sequel to the first one. I purchased my ticket, food and drink online. I picked up the ticket at the Box Office and skipped the line for my food and drink at guest service cart ready for me and went to the line then theater one and seat N1. I enjoyed the movie very much.

2022-06-19Nice clean theatre got movie room #6 and if you order your seat ahead of time make sure you get an upper level back row seat !! The room is small and the screen is right up on you trust me we were in the second row upper level and it felt like we were in the second row lower level. Other then that quality sound system and snacks were good.

2022-05-31First time visiting on May 27th, 2022. I seen Top Gun Maverick. It is a nice theater with stadium style seats. Good service and fairly quick. No complaints.

2022-06-10Average theatre, affordable prices. Due for seat upgrades though. Seats are cramped together and uncomfortable. Would be open to going back here once the upgrades are done. This isn’t 2012 anymore. Most Cinemark theatres now have the reclining seats.

2020-12-29Really clean and comfortable. The staff had masks and where polite when we checked in. We bought our tickets online so our seats where already picked. Normally you would select them on a screen at the ticket desk. There werent many people in our theater so we didnt really see the social distancing but they had rules in place.
