6/17 - They are beginning to ticket again. The parking guy I spoke to said they should have been paying meters during the quarantine. I asked him to give people notice before ticketing after 3 months, people have been out of work etc. He said to take it up with the city. What a guy.

2022-08-13Even when you park in the correct spot you’ll still get a ticket so don’t waste your time on these people, all they do is over abuse their power. Their never hold accountable for what they are doing to the people of OTR. Something needs to change.

2022-06-19Been parking on a street with no issue for a whole year. No restricted hours sign posted anywhere. Wake up one morning to a ticket on my car about restricted hours. WHERE?!

2021-12-15If you’re going to tow people for parking on the street then PUT UP SOME SIGNS THAT SAY NO PARKING. It’s not my problem you can’t put signs up and keep them up. Not my problem but it is my $200 you stole from me. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d pay if it was a real infraction and I actually was at fault. Do you idiots think I’m a mind reading god who can just magically know that there were signs there the day before? It’s highway robbery and blatant theft. Hope those boots taste good and you can’t sleep at night because you spend your days screwing over your fellow citizens.

2021-04-13They have plenty of signs that say “pay to park” on Race street, but no meters anywhere in sight. How can they legally ticket people for not paying when there are no meters available for them to pay?

2017-09-13The biggest joke of the city. All they want is your money, they will even ticket you for parking in places where signs have been removed. Once you go to argue the ticket, they are always right regardless of the circumstance. Biggest waste of my time. Its always great seeing the enforcers parked in marked NO PARKING spots, but they dont have any rules to follow. They just sit back and steal hardworking peoples money.

2019-06-26Its surprising to me that they have a 1.7 stars ...I thought that it would lower then that!! Cincinnati used to be a nice place it was one for people to visit and had a lot of things to do and enjoy....It has now turned into nothing more then dope central and if you arent selling dope on the corner or getting high on the street then you are more than likely going to be harassed by the parking enforcement or so called law enforcement... I recently received a ticket after relying on information from City of Cincinnatis website and after taking a half-day off of work and going through the proper steps to resolve it and even showed the lady on a link from their website where it states parking times and yet they still think Im going to pay it when there was no time on the meter screen itself or any info anywhere else on the meter...Just another perfect example of another reason people dont want to go Downtown!!!!

2019-07-23I wish I could give -0 stars!! I pay to park,I called because a motorcycle was sharing the last space with me, & when theparking enforcement came all he said was that technically hes not in my spot hes on the edge & motorcycles are zoned to sometimes park free. I said is this a free zone? He said no. I said so I have to pay and he never does? He said yeah hes not taking up that much room. all he did was get back in the car and drive off, no ticket, nor warning given.

2016-10-04I feel like the CPE has done a lot for this city. They are dealing with new technologies, and transportation systems. There is a complaint however about the due diligence and enforcement of teaching the agents how to process meters being paid for through their phone app. I feel like there are people who are receiving what amounts to an ignorance tax, or maybe just a laziness tax by agents who are only checking the physical meter without consulting the paid through process given by the phone app. Receiving a ticket after walking around, attending an event, or paying attention in class can be very stressful. I hope agents are being encouraged to be mindful of checking if the meter spots are being paid on through the phone app before typing up a ticket.

2018-06-13I had an issue with a ticket and I called and spoke to a lady , Sharon Patterson. She was very courteous and very helpful. I waited only a couple minutes before she came to the line, even though it was nearly closing time. She listened to my problem, understood, and clearly and slowly explained what I needed to do. I was very happy with her service. Thank you, Sharon
