I found this company in a Google search and was hesitant at first. I requested a quote and got a phone call almost instantly, quoting the cheapest prices I had found during my search. I booked with them immediately, called a week before my move (which was during a holiday week) to confirm, and sure enough the movers called me right at the scheduled move time. They were running a little behind, but I was very happy to have the update on timing. They showed up and helped me move out of a third floor apartment (with no elevator) with no complaints. The move took a few hours to complete and both of the guys were very professional and handled all of my items with care. I would highly, highly recommend using this company and I will be using them again in the future.
These guys are very quick and hard workers. They accomplished the job much quicker than I expected, and a reasonably priced. I highly recommend this outfit.
We have never used movers before and would never again if Cincinnati Movers would have to do it. We had them move us from an apartment to a condo. The two kids who were sent were not equipped or skilled to handle the move. It took them 11 hours to load and unload a 24 foot truck AND they had to come back and work another 5 hours the next day. There was damage to the wood on multiple pieces of furniture and broken dishes. When questioned about the damage they tried to imply that the damage was not their fault. Boxes were clearly labeled FRAGILE and where they needed to be placed in the condo. They disregarded the labels because they had to be told where items belonged. I’m not sure how many loads we brought in our own vehicle or how many items we helped them move. We were given a $60 discount for the damaged items and no discount for having to move our own stuff. My husband and I are 60 years old and moved all of this stuff on our own into the apartment two years ago and it did not take as long to move. I would never, never, never recommend Cincinnati movers.

The movers were excellent and worked under strict conditions without any complaints. They were about 30 minutes late arriving to the first location, but gave me call to let me know ahead of time. I appreciated that! They were quick in loading and unloading furniture and boxes. The owner Donnie was very accommodating on pricing and even lowered some fees. The only suggestion I have is to update the website and current phone number. A couple days before my move, I was trying to contact the company to confirm my move, and the phone was not working. Luckily, I had Donnies phone number due to him leaving a voicemail, so I was able to confirm with him personally. Also, Id prefer if the company reached out to me a day or two before to confirm. Other than that, the move was fantastic. Definitely recommend them.

Movers were 4.5 hrs late with no communication. Then they took twice the time to get to the drop off location. They said they stopped for gas but when they finally got there they had picked up a girl on the way so it was clearly a personal stop they made. So a move that should have been done by 6 wasn’t done till after 11pm. Then when I tried to discuss this with the supervisor he was rude and said I was lucky they even showed up… there is so much more to say but ultimately, they were awful.
The 2 man team that moved us to our new house did a great job. Professional, punctual, hard working throughout the time, and went above and beyond. Our family moved on a cold winters day and they took every caution to not track in snow, salt or dirt in the new home that has brand new flooring. Not a smudge on the floor, damage to any of the walls or our household good! A local Cincinnati moving company too, so happy to support our local business community!

Donny and his guys we’re great from start to finish! They did a full pack job, did so for a great price. I have an extensive amount of expensive stemmed dishes, and all made it safe and sound. He treated my family with respect, as did his team. His quote was the best in town, and he completed our two day, cross country move with no added stress to us. I would book him for my next move no questions asked!
The workers were a true pleasure to work with. They never tired and didnt complain about anything, not even when they had the most heavy items in their hands. The delivery was on schedule too!
This was the MOST unprofessional moving company ever. This was my first time ever using a moving service and thanks to them I will NEVER use one again. It’s not even a real company, they make up their own prices. There’s no contracts or papers to sign. They came 3 hours later than what they were suppose to, had the nerve to stop to get food, and some of our items were left in the truck and never retrieved. Once we arrived to our new location they were dropping random prices for things that was never discussed prior to the entire move. They continued to constantly ask and harass my mother and I for their money meanwhile they weren’t even done completing their job!!!!.Worst mistake of my life & I advise everyone to never work with this company! They will hustle you out of your money.

I moved end of May, they took my fireplace apart, once they moved my items in home I saw my cabinet still on theyre truck as they were about to leave which they brought into my home once I set everything up I noticed my screws and shelves were not in drawer or to be found anywhere, also my footboard to my king size bed was missing I contacted company they were to deliver items but never did. I emailed, left messages never called me back after they said they would deliver items service was fast tho
Spoke with Donnie a few days before I needed to be moved and really only needed a few things moved. Donnie kept me in the loop on what time to expect them, they were professional and did everything for me fantastic. Donnie gave me a fantastic rate and I would highly recommend them.
I was asked to revise my original post.So on the day of my move they were to be there at 10 am, no one showed up. When I called, I was told they tried to confirm and had the guys moving someone at 10 am last minute and couldnt be there. I was told they couldnt reach me when we have been in contact prior through text message. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, text messages trying to confirm. Yet I have the original texts setting up the move. I was told later they frequently overbook and may have just found an excuse to cancel.Dont claim you dont have record of my move if you dont have my full name. Please improve on how you confirm moves.

I would give zero stars but can’t. Movers didn’t show up with anything to wrap our furniture with or wardrobe boxes to put clothes in like we requested when we booked the appointment. Since they didn’t have anything to wrap our stuff they just left, didn’t even tell us, we had to call the office to find out they left. Didn’t offer to come back at a different date or anything. Now we are stuck with no movers and two days to move all our furniture out.

Scheduled a loading of PODs at 1PM. Get a call at 12:30 for being late 30 minutes. 2:00 PM rolls around and nothing. At 2:30, I call and the group is still doing the first job. Finally showed around 4:00 with a moving truck. I only requested help loading. I was charged for the moving truck. I cant recommend.

2022-07-28Tommy and his coworker (I didn’t get his name, I’m so sorry!!) moved a couch, wide recliner, 2 bookshelves, a large tote, a large vintage dresser, and headboard for us in under an hour!! They did a terrific job and handled with utmost care. Thank you guys so much for taking a weight off of our shoulders. We will definitely be moving with you guys again, should we move any time soon.
