I own an R53. Those familiar with these Minis know that they are a blast to drive. That said, combine Brittish and BMW engineering, well lets say there are a lot of quirks that need attention. I perform my own service which, once you get use to front end service mode, isnt too bad.Being a 15 year old car that I bought used, I have been doing a lot of work to restore my Mini. On multiple occasions I have contacted Cincinnati Mini for needed parts. The parts I need are never in stock and need to be ordered. Additionally, they mark-up parts prices 25-30% ABOVE list, whereas most Mini dealers with an online store sell 25% BELOW list.As a business owner, I get the need to markup products. However, since they dont seem to carry anything, I dont see the need to pay a crazy markup when I can order elsewhere for much less and get the parts faster. I have tried and would love to support my local Mini dealer, but have been disappointed thus far.Adding one star as the people I have spoken with have been nice.
I do not write reviews often but this 5 star review is well deserved. We recently purchased a MINI through the Cincinnati dealership and Matt Harless. Over many years we have purchased a multitude of vehicles, some of which for what we paid for one we could have bought multiple MINIs. Hands down though, and without exaggeration, the best service we have ever received is from Matt and the Cincinnati MINI team. From the initial sale through a few return visits, the entire experience has been professional and enjoyable. This is type of service which keep customers loyal and which every dealership and business should try to adopt. Well done Cincinnati MINI, Matt Harless and team. Thank you.
It was time for a new mini to replace our 2016 hardtop. Being from Cleveland, only have one local dealer and they did not have any selection of desired cars nor were they willing to work with us. Using the internet we found Cincinnati MINI had a car we were interested in. A unique sales experience since we wanted to have a least an agreed to rough idea of our trade in value as well as the availibility and price of a new car, before driving 3.5 hours. Through an internet inquiry we were connected with Paul Theobold - sales, who via text, emails, and phone calls was able to answer every question and provide all the information we needed to make the drive to purchase a new car. Paul was very knowledgable about his product, the buying process, patient, attentive and was very good at closing the loop on any question we had as we communicated remotely over several days. We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon, the car was ready for us to review, they were prepared to look over our trade-in, and we were able to achieve an agreeable price/trade-in very quickly. I cannot emphasize how organized Paul and the dealership was, it was the easiest car buying transaction ive every experienced. Lastly, Jemar Dubose in Financing was extremely profiecient, friendly, and understanding in getting us through the paperwork quickly so we could get back on the road. I would highly recommend Paul Theobold as a excellent sales representative & Cincinnati MINI as a top notch car dealership.
I have a 2020 JCW All 4 Countryman, it has 6000 miles on it and is already having issues mechanically. I called to discuss the issue with a service advisor and he was worthless. Cincinnati Mini should be ashamed to be part of BMW. No loaner cars available, no fitting people in when their car isnt driving and has safely issues because acceleration is failing. An advisor who either doesnt know or pretends that he has never heard of this type of issue. BS, my car issue is not a first and not unique. The treatment is deplorable. I began looking at other vehicles tonight to sump my Mini. The service on our X4 last week from BMW aas a completely different experience, they brought a car to us just for an oil change, service was great, but Mini is disconnected from quality customer service..
I originally bought my MINI at MINI of Louisville, which recently closed. I wasnt looking forward to having to travel farther to Cincinnati MINI but I had heard good things. I was satisfied with my experience, which primarily warrantied work. They also fixed a dent in drivers side door and its as if it never happened. They gave me a comparable loaner and even valeted my car back to me. Thats excellent service.
I drive over an hour from eastern Indiana to have my R53 serviced here. I have been coming here since 2010 when Todd Chumbley was a service advisor, before they had the new building erected. I am so happy that he is now the service manager. When you want it done right, this is where to come. Keep up the great work, Todd and team!
This is the second Mini I have purchased at Cincinnati Mini and, for our whole family, this is the 7th car we have purchase thru the BMW Store/Cincinnati Mini - we have yet to have a difficult experience. We also do all of our service thru the Cincinnati Mini/BMW Store Service department. Again, couldnt be happier with the attention and service we receive. For the purchase of our most recent Mini, we had Paul Theobold as our Motoring Advisor. Paul had all the knowledge and understanding of the Mini any purchaser would need when seeking a Mini for the second or even the first time. He was very friendly, grasped our requests and was patient as we made decisions. We would recommend Paul to anyone looking to purchase a new Mini.Buying a car is different in the age of the internet, there is little in the way of negotiation and truthfully, it feels more honest. On the whole, Cincinnati Mini just feels like an honest business, the facility is super clean, the employees are engaging, fresh and always helpful. We would recommend Cincinnati Mini/BMW Store to anyone looking for a Mini or a BMW.
Just had my Mini serviced and I couldn’t be happier! My radio screen had some bad pixels and Todd was able to get it shipped over night on a Friday!! I love how friendly everyone is and how easy they make the experience! I’m definitely a customer for life. Plus I love my Mini! ❤️
My first vehicles back in the 70s in England were 2 Minis. Roll forward 30 years to the first shipment of Minis into the US and I leased one of the first Minis out of the Cincinnati branch.2 weeks ago I bought a super Cooper S after excellent guidance from Paul Theobold - probably the best experience Ive had with a sales person ever!No presure, very knowledgable and a please to do business with
This is a compliment to both BMW an Cincinnati Mini BMW Dealership. In 2010 I bought a new Mini Cooper in Arizona where I lived at the time. I moved to Cincinnati just over a year ago and started using Cincinnati Mini to look after my car. It has been a wonderful car with only two problems in seven years of ownership.Long after my warranty expired it developed a seep at the thermostat housing, losing coolant and causing it to overheat. VERY expensive repair as it is very time consuming to get to and replace.About a month ago I got a letter from BMW saying that since this item was proving to be faulty but fail after warranties expired they were going to extend the warranty on this item and if I had already had this problem they would refund my expenses. My regular service advisor, Christina, at Cincinnati Mini BMW faxed my information to the home office for me at no charge and today, December 27, 2017 I received a check covering every penny of my expense for this item. Oh yes, Cincinnati Mini BMW loaned me a new car to drive while they repaired mine.I cannot overstate what a stellar company Cincinnati Mini and the BMW corporation is. They are both staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. They always treat me like I am their only customer, bending over backwards to help me and assuring that I am happy.Integrity is alive and well at Cincinnati Mini BMW!
I purchased a Clubman from Paul Theobald in the midst of the pandemic. Paul was extremely mindful that I was in a high risk category and after the initial meeting with him at the dealership, we worked together very easily by phone and he delivered the car to my home. Paul gave me all the information that I needed to make a decision about the car that I wanted. I appreciated his very respectful and professional demeanor. I now have the exact car that I wanted and find it a true pleasure to drive.
We had an excellent experience with this dealership. Travis was our sales guy, but he was far from typical. He was very low pressure just let me know what I can do for you type, which was great. He was also very knowledgeable with the cars and was ultimately able to find us the Mini we had been looking for. This, on the whole, was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
My wife and I love Cincinnati MINI! She was the first to get a MINI and I followed a few months later. We are a two MINI household. The folks at Cincinnati MINI have been great to work with. The sales and service are both spectacular and they even provide a loaner while work is being done on our vehicles. We have not needed a repair but have had them both serviced and had accessories installed.Every time we are informed of the progress and the vehicles are cleaned before we pick them up. They have the nicest customer lounge I have ever seen at an auto dealership. I love the Starbucks coffee. We will definitely be seeing them again when we are in the marked for new vehicles.
I use to own a 2007 Mini Cooper. Went to get my mini serviced many times at this dealership. Last two times the check engine light was on and paid over $1,000.00 to get it fixed. Drove it out the lot about a mile down the road, the light came right back on. 2 days later they wanted over 3500 to fix it. I went down to Mini of Louisville. They fixed the problem for less than $1,000. I promised myself I would never go back and deal with those people. Sold my mini and just recently the Mini of Louisville has closed down. My advice to anyone is to watch what they do to your car at this dealership. The best advice I could give you is take your vehicle elsewhere. I could only give 1 star. Honestly you should be able to give no stars.
In September 2012 I purchased a preowned 2006 Mini Cooper S (R53) from Darrin Penrod.Let me begin by saying that this was the finest sales experience I have ever had in my life, and Im a car salesperson at another major dealer in town!Any and every accommodation was taken during the sales process... Even little things, like an extended test drive, complimentary food and drink, and just the general demeanor and atmosphere of Cincinnati BMW/MINI all came together to be amazing. Darrin was patient and thorough in every step of the sales process, answering every question that I had and making sure that I was comfortable. Not only that.. but Darrin is just an all around cool guy.Even further down the road, Darrin made himself available to me for questions and quick tips concerning life with my new MINI. Its been a fantastic car that has blown me away at every turn (literally - the MINI has excellent handling!).That aside, the dealership and its staff are also legendary for their service. I had to make a service appointment for something with my car today, and even the woman on the phone was calm, cool, and pleasant, taking my information and scheduling the service appointment for me, and then sending it to my Gmail calendar automatically. Cant beat that...If you are at all in the market for any kind of vehicle... Come to Cincinnati BMW/MINI. Theyll make sure you leave happy!
This was our first experience at MINI, and we are happy to say that it was fantastic! We went through so many other dealerships, and had ok and not so great experiences. It is very important how your advisor makes you feel, and Chrissy was wonderful, she was great at following up with us without being pushy, which was a huge thing for us. She found the right car with exactly everything we were looking for, answered all of our questions and was patient with us.We are so happy with our new Cooper S and with the whole experience, in general everyone made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We will definitely recommend MINI Cincinnati to our friends and family.
I just purchased a Mini Countryman from Cincinnati Mini and really enjoyed my experience. I live in Louisville and had been to their Mini twice and both times received zero follow up from the sales people, so I decided to pursue my purchase with another Mini dealership. I currently have a 04 Mini and I needed a couple of replacement parts for my cigarette lighter and the service people are very helpful as well. But I was extremely happy with Susan Ward, the sales associate who helped me with my purchase. While the dealership does have a lot to choose from, I decided I wanted a color with options they did not have on site. She found a car that had EVERY small detail I wanted (but not on my need list) and they had it shipped to the Cincinnati dealership and I was able to pick it up within a week! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to do whatever it took to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend Cincinnati Mini and Susan Ward to any of my friends who have a Mini! Thank you very much for the great service!
I wish that I had bought my 2015 Mini from Cincy!!! I bought mine in Columbus, did one service there and didnt like it, so I thought I would try Cincinnati Mini service for the next issue I had. Holy cow... Christina was AMAZING at communicating and letting me know exactly what was going on. They actually fixed one issue that Columbus Mini told me that they would not fix under warranty! Seriously, I am going to highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I talk to and I may even lie and say I bought it there because the staff are so friendly and inviting and just overall amazing. They took a bad experience and made it awesome. And the valet that brought my car up to me (all the way in Dayton) was very prompt and super sweet. Great place, please keep up the friendly and helpful service!!! I will ALWAYS take my car to Cincinnati Mini for Service!!!
Today was my second visit. Christina provided great customer service. She was very professional, kind and thoughtful. She explained in detail what services my Mini would receive. I also had the opportunity to speak with Todd, Noah and Alex. I always like to know the people that Im working with. It makes my experience more personal. Kudos to the team at Cincinnati Mini. Thank you for a job well done!! 😁
This is the first Mini I bought from Cincinnati Mini, though I had my previous one serviced there while I had it. My MA was Eric Dannenfelser and he was great. My partner and I had stopped in to see about the Countryman and took a test drive. No hard sales pitches from Eric, just information and really listening to the things that mattered to us (room for two car seats, our stroller, etc). When it came time to buy it, the sales experience was great. Eric was able to find the exact car we wanted. Even signing all of the financing papers was a good experience!
We just finalized our Mini Cooper buy from this Cincinnati dealership. I must say that this has been the best car buying experience we have had so far. Very friendly and lively staff, no pressure sales and finance personnel. They definitely have my business going forward and I will make sure to refer them to to my family and friends. We cannot say enough about our Adviser TRAVIS HOLLEY!!! Great guy, friendly, patient, smart, and he knew what we were looking for. The car was for my daughter and he made her day very special. Travis has been really great and the transaction was closed by Chico with no hassle at all. I loved the transparency and no hidden agendas. That is the key!!! Keep it up guys!
Julian Lambert is an exceptionally wonderful Pre-Owned Client Advisor! He has helped us throughout our years owning our Mini Coopers. This year he helped us find my “new to me” car! I love my Clubman!! As always the service was great and the people really care about us and our Mini Cooper.
Scheduled for routine maintenance in Cincinnati after our local dealership went out of business. Initially was told that we scheduled appointment one day “late” and that the service would not be covered. Todd made it “good” after phone call to Mini. Great service! Highly recommend.
Outstanding Sales ExperienceWe started looking for a Pre-Owned Mini Cooper in a specific price range several weeks ago. At the time, we were considering paying cash and buying a car with higher miles and an older model year. There wasnt one currently in inventory, so since we were not in any hurry, Jay kept in touch and let us know if anything came in we might be interested in.As we got more educated on the cars, we later decided we would be better off buying one that was newer and financing the balance so this opened up a lot more possibilities. We decided on a car and went to meet Jay to test drive it and found it to be perfect for our needs. The process was by far the smoothest we have ever encountered at a car dealer. What we were most impressed with was the delivery. Jay spent almost an hour with us going over every detail of the operation of the car, making sure we understood everything from the sound system to the interior and exterior lights, to the proper way to fuel the car without having the check engine light go on. Ive never had a salesperson do that with a used car purchase before. He said at the end that our relationship was just beginning and we believe he really means that with his customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation sending a friend to this dealership, and to Jay in particular. We love the car.
I recently took my 2011 MINI Cooper in for its first service appointment since purchasing the car last summer. Todd Chumbley was my service advisor and he did a wonderful job! When Todd noticed that there was an opening in the schedule earlier in the week for me to come in, he reached out and made the change in schedule as seamless as possible. When I returned to pick up my car, Todd had taken the extra time to make sure everything on my car was taken care of. He walked me through everything that was checked on my car, the service that was provided and if I had any questions. The best part was that through the entire experience I never had to worry about anything, Todd was one step ahead of me the whole time!
We recently purchased a 2012 Countryman ALL4. Our sales person was Whitney Lott. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. This is our 2nd MINI as we also have a 2009 Convertible which has been serviced at this dealership. Our service advisor was Nick Walsh. Both Whitney and Nick are definitely assets to the dealership. The service on that car has been incredible as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a MINI.
Brittany Schlemmer went above and beyond to get me the perfect MINI! Love my new car! She was professional and very helpful! She really worked with us to get the price we needed and the car I wanted! I would recommend working with Brittany to a friend. Thank you, Marion
I worked with Susan Ward at Cincinnati Mini building a Mini for a combination Birthday/Anniversary for my wife. I backed out of the process and let Susan help my wife build whatever she wanted. Color, trim, interior, packages, options, accessories, whatever she wanted, fine by me. She really had fun throughout the all the decisions and choices making her car exactly as she wanted it to be. The updates from the factory along the assembly processes added to the fun and anticipation. She loves her car and has called at me least once a day for the last two weeks saying I really love my car! Thanks Susan and Cincinnati Mini for a flawless performance with help and assistance way above and beyond! We are both really happy! Job well done!
I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a brand new 2012 model and had it shipped out of state. I was given the run around about when the paperwork would arrive to purchase the car. I was also given the run around about when the car was to be shipped. Due to these hassles, they offered to install a center arm rest at no charge. They shipped the car with different wheels than were advertised, without floor mats (these were promised), the car was delivered dirty (inside and out, with trash in the door pockets), and the promised arm rest was not in there. Additionally, the delivery company, which they use all the time, did not honor our original delivery date and time. He instead offered to leave it in a tow yard for me to pick up when I got back into town.I asked them to fix these problems by writing me an IOU for the wheels and center arm rest, cut me a check to have my car detailed, and send me the promised floor mats in the mail. Two of these things took over a month to complete. I still have not received the floor mats almost a month and a half later.I love MINI and was thrilled to be purchasing a brand new vehicle, but the hassle of dealing with this dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth. Im confused by my experience, as the other reviews have been great regarding this dealership. Perhaps they just arent used to shipping vehicles out of state. This is not the service that should be expected from MINI. Buyer beware.
Ive had my 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman for 2 weeks and 1 day now and I couldnt be HAPPIER!! Eric Dannenfelser was awesome to deal with and was set on finding the perfect MINI for me. I spent a couple months shopping with quite a few visits with Eric. I never felt pressured. He really helped me find a MINI I could afford but with the must-have options I wanted. Hes called to see how Im enjoying my new MINI and even offered to set my clock for me after Daylight Savings this past weekend (though I remembered how to do this from my new car orientation with Eric and was able to do it myself). The Cincinnati MINI dealership is amazing, you get service for your new MINI for the first 36,000 miles and can get a free car wash every Saturday. I couldnt be happier with my experience and with my new MINI.
Last time I had my MINI in for service everyone bent over backwards to make sure I had a great experience. Todd Chumbleys my man and he has consistently put my needs and interests front and center. The day I was in my car was there longer than Todd, so Nick stepped in and backed him up when I returned in the evening. And because my car needed more service than expected, Todd offered my a loaner which Greg took care of with fantastic friendliness and care. A week later I needed to return with a follow-up issue and Christina and Greg took care of me without missing a beat. This team is great. I never write reviews - this is a first. But the team effort and my satisfaction deserved it this time.
I had an excellent experience working with Brittany at Cincinnati Mini. I started out looking for a new Mini but found it did not fit into my budget. Brittany suggested other options, including a year-old barely driven model. After a test drive, I ended up purchasing it and could not be more pleased.
We loved our experience at Cincinnati MINI! Jay Sofranec is the best salesperson with which weve ever worked. His expertise and willingness to help us through the process of buying our MINI was outstanding. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Cincy MINI for many years to come. What an awesome car!
Purchased 2010 Mini with extended warranty for my kids. Under warranty had troubles with their service with many visits. Just out of extended warranty. Oil problems and $5,000 to rebuild engine-they say. Otherwise they’d offer us $1,000 for trade-in for 2010 Mini under 80,000 miles.Purchased another Mini 2015. Ann Arbor Mini dealer replaces the engine without question though under warranty.Shame on Mini Cincinnati.
Ive been taking my 2005 Mini to Cincinnati Mini for many years. A few years ago, I moved 4 hours away from Cincinnati. Despite the distance, I STILL get my service done at Cincinnati Mini, scheduling my appointments for when Ill be back in town. Cincinnati Mini has great service, communication and service technicians. I had a bad experience with a different Mini service and Cincinnati Mini even helped me work through those issues with the other Mini service department. I want to especially recognize Todd Chumbley who gave me great advice, guidance and suggestions. Without his help, I would not have gotten this issue resolved with the other service group. Thank you, Cincinnati Mini
We recently helped our daughter lease a Mini Cooper from Cinci Mini. We worked with Louis Velazquez, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! He went above and beyond with his service, and efforts to assist us with getting a great deal for our daughter! I would highly recommend Cinci Mini, and Louis, for your car needs.
I love the service group - especially Christina - at Cincinnati Mini. She is so helpful and kind.I am taking my Countryman on a Spring Break road trip this Saturday and, as (bad) luck would have it, I hit a pothole and busted a sidewall last night. I called a couple tire shops who couldnt get my tire in stock by the time of my trip. I didnt think about Mini for work on my tires, until I was going through my roadside assistance paperwork. Im glad I called them!I called Christina, she got me in this morning and was even able to have a loaner on hand. My Mini will be finished TODAY - wow! And this mornings surprise snow storm didnt faze Christina a bit!My kiddos spring break trip would have been a wash if it wasnt for Mini taking such good care of us! Thank you Mini and THANK YOU Christina!
I was looking for two cars; one for my personal use and another one for marketing my business as a pediatric dentist. I thought the process was going to be challenging as I was working with a set budget in mind without sacrificing looks and quality. I left a message for Jay who contacted me almost immediately and worked with me on the phone. After reviewing the numbers and my list of likes and dislikes he gave me a couple of options and invited me to try them at their shop. By the time I went to the dealership, he had already worked all the numbers, gave me the chance to drive the cars from the Mini department but also coordinated a meeting with Susan Ward from the BMW department to consider other options. I ended up getting two cars that day in a matter of a couple of hours!!! Easy, professional, friendly....I am one very happy customer :)---Marie
This is not in reference to MINI of Cincinnati...MINI LEFT US STRANDED. We bought a $30K car from MINI in Louisville, KY fifteen minutes from our house, easy to drop off and get serviced. The Louisville dealer shut down without notice and now we are told to take the car to Cincinnati which is two hours away, so if we drop off the car and drive back home then return for the car it’s an eight hour round trip just for service. Right now the engine light is on, the rear signal is out, and the cruise control is giving an alert every time we come to a stop (third time taking it in for this issue and they usually keep it for a week or longer). The Cinci dealer was nice but their hands are tied by corporate, they offered to let us drop off the car and they would give us a courtesy ride to the mall! I can’t spend fours hours on the road and hang out at the mall all day, because, well I work for a living. Neither corporate or the Cinci dealership will budge, it’s just deal with it. I feel ripped off, bait and switch. #miniclubman #minicooper #miniusa #bbbtag
We are very excited about our new Mini. Louis Velazquez was our sales person. He was very helpful and accommodating in assisting us in factory ordering our Mini Countryman Cooper S All4. It was an all around excellent experience and I would highly recommend Cincinnati Mini and Louis.
The sales staff is very attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately the service dept is an over priced joke. They want $181 per hour. Surgeons dont get paid that! They wanted to charge $160 for a $30 slave cylinder. Yikes they arent even sort if compettitive and dont be fooled you dont have to be a mini expert to put a set of tires on a mini or service a mini. They are not hard cars to work on. Buy one here...Maybe... But DONT have your car serviced here.
Cincinnati MINI should be The Model for all dealerships.MY MOTORING ADVISOR (TRAVIS HOLLEY)Travis has a unique talent in connecting with his clients. He was always available to answer questions and assist in the purchase process. He has an excellent grasp on the delicate balance between keeping in-touch and pressure selling. I felt that he wanted to earn my business and valued my time; He always had a positive outlook and can-do attitude. Travis exhibited a high level of integrity and truly aimed at understanding my needs. Thanks Travis!
I like the car. The buying experience was the bad part. I bought a Mini that was purported to be $1,000 off sticker. The model I bought was obvious used as a demo so sticker had been removed, so it is my fault I did not ask to see it. I found it later tucked inside the glove box and it turns out I paid full sticker price. Plus, they managed to sneak in custom floor mats at like $250. The driver side mat lasted 4 months before the plastic ripped. I am about to have my first scheduled service, so we will see how that goes.
2 years ago in June I walked in and spoke with Eric Dannenfelser (sales Guide) I ended up buying a 2010 Mini Clubman S 6 Speed from him and can honestly say it was one of the best buying experiences I have had at any Car dealership (I am 42 and have bought a bunch of cars at dealerships across the country). I enjoy my Mini so much that when my knees started giving me issues I started looking at an Automatic Mini, I spoke with Eric on several occasions over the last few months and finally decided it was time. I stopped by and Eric was in the process of working with someone, but that didnt stop him from giving me the keys to a Countryman and letting me go look. I climbed into a silver Countryman and it was a very nice car but not what I was looking for. He then showed me what they had in Automatics and the car that sounded like the best fit was out as a service loaner. Well let me say this, I trust Eric enough that even though they didnt have a car in the same color on the lot it sounded perfect. I traded in my Clubman sight unseen on the new Countryman. I came back the next Monday to finalize the paperwork and was very pleased with the color and the car. I have had it for a week now and Eric called to check up on me and I know I talked his ear off about how much I am enjoying my new car. I had to drive from West Chester to Covington KY 3 times in one day for work and even in traffic I can say I really enjoy this car. I put 50k miles on my Clubman in 2 years with zero issues and cant wait to enjoy my Countryman as much. Eric, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the Mini community I cant wait to buy my next vehicle from you. Cosmic Blue is the best looking Mini color in my opinion :)
It was our great fortune to work with Susan Ward of Cincinnati Mini. We were in the market for a 2013 Cooper Works and were considering trading in our 2010 Cooper. We came in with a preset bottom line as to what we were willing to spend and what we wanted to get out of our trade in. Susan worked to make us happy and we appreciate how she treated us with respect and helped us with our purchase. We love our new 2013 Mini and would recommend anyone in the market to see Susan at Cincinnati Mini. With our 2010 Mini we always found Cincinnati mini to be a first class operation, and Susan Ward fits that image of excellent customer care. Susan also was very patient in helping us understand all the features of our new mini. Thanks Susan!
I was in the market for a new vehicle and liked the power and handling of the Mini Cooper Countryman. Jay Sofranec was extremely helpful in finding just the right Mini for me. There wasnt any pressure, only helpful education. Colon in the finance department was friendly and helpful explaining the details. I will be back to buy from them again. Thanks for a great experience.
Travis Holley is an asset to this dealership! He welcomes you and treats you like you have been friends forever and there is no need to be so nervous or formal. Down to earth and fun to talk with and that takes the edge off when your making a purchase. You dont feel like your being targeted or being a hard sell, just great conversation, good advice, input etc. My next car I would no doubt look Travis up and purchase from him! He keeps in contact and even drove to my workplace for one more issue to finalize the deal. Who does that?! Thank you Travis, never felt more welcome and comfortable at this dealership, I will see you again! Also shout out to Jemar Dubose who also guided me to what I knew I should do, but needed that nudge! Your the best!
Wife was interested in buying a car. We went and walked around the lot for 45 minutes period after 45 minutes of Milling around the lot we went inside, still couldnt get any help. We saw numerus employees that would just say hello and keep on walking by. Whole car lot is really weird setup its like on the side of the mountain. And its set up in tiers. That side is, the other half is across the road on the other side of a creek

2022-01-26Ive had nothing but excellent service from everyone Ive dealt with at Cincinnati MINI. I was lucky enough to be able to test drive the MINI Cooper SE all electric vehicle and was immediately sold. Paul Theobold great followup during the build process and since taking delivery he has been more than patient as I the various systems in the MINI.Paul has also been very helpful in working to resolve an issue with the MINI connect app. Ive read in MINI forums where the MA hasnt been helpful with this issue, my experience has been just the opposite.Purchasing my first MINI has been an incredibly good experience.

2022-06-21Our sales process was flawless! Then on the way home we had a blown tire and all they could say was the car is yours call the mini roadside assistance. Thankfully they were amazing! And BMW in Louisville was too! They were floored how we were left hanging alone on the side of the road!

2022-07-16We had a great experience buying our mini here. Alex Kelly, our MA, and Eric Fender, Finance, both treated us well! We love our MINI and recommend dealing with them for your MINI and/or BMW needs!

2022-04-06Alex was professional and attentive throughout the entire process. We had to wait for our car due to logistical issues and Alex kept us updated on the status. When we went to pick up the car, the car was ready, and the team was kind and thorough. Great experience!

2022-02-23My husband and I fell in love with a used Mini Cooper Countryman on sight. Alex Kelly explained all about the vehicle and we were further sold and ordered a brand new Countryman. It took a while to receive the vehicle as it had to be manufactured overseas but Alex regularly kept us updated as to the status. We picked it up a couple of weeks ago and it is all that we thought it would be. Alex is still providing excellent customer service by answering any questions we may have. We are completely satisfied.

2022-08-15I have brought my F56 here for service a few times as I bought it from carvana (terrible company btw). Every time I come in I am greeted as soon as I open my door and everyone there is extremely friendly. Advisors are knowledgeable about the cars and have very good communication. I do really enjoy the videos the technicians send me as it ensures they are looking over the entire car each time I take it in. I have another car so I have not needed a loaner but I do like that they offer that! The owners personal collection of the GPs and other modified MINIs is something I enjoy seeing when I am there. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will continue to service my F56 here!

2020-11-30I ordered a Clubman JCW through Cincinnati MINI in July and recently brought it home. Paul Theobold was a fantastic motoring advisor and very helpful throughout the ordering process, fielding my questions and providing timely updates on the car status! While waiting for the car to arrive, I ordered several items (floor mats, keychain, clothing, coffee mugs, etc.) and the team was very helpful in confirming orders and ensuring shipments were well-prepared. It has only been a week with the JCW and it puts a smile on my face every time I look at it. It is worth noting that Cincinnati MINI is not the closest MINI dealership to me, but they were respectful and good to work with from the first visit to closing the deal. I appreciate the knowledge and passion the Cincinnati MINI team has for the MINI brand, as well as the effort to create a great car-buying experience.
