Appointment was at 315, at 5 15 was still not seen by Dr. Left without being seen. Will not be returning. Anyone know of a better eye Dr?

Waste of time. The front desk was fine, but the doctor was all to eager to get out of there. Took one quick look at my eyes and said well they look good from where Im sitting so ill pass u off to the retina specialist. No reassurances. No well it could be this or that. He kept trying to make for the door but my asking follow up questions kept him there.My vision is hazy at night so tell me something, anything. Im not making it up! Also his assistant that walked me back up front didnt explain anything to the front desk, so when the secretary had to set up my appointment with the specialist she had to ask me why I needed to see them.

Dr. Bergmann is great! Staff is great! They explained the whole process for my surgeries and gave me the options and their recommendations and with all 5 appointments only had to wait a while (45 minutes) once. Otherwise, got taken within a few minutes. I am back to 20/20. Cant ask for more than that.

Dr Hudak and his staff were professional and kind. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty. The results are fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!

I called today with an urgent matter my husband had pieces of metal shavings in his eye ! The staff was so Comforting and so quick to get us in on a pinch ! My husband was seen within 45 minutes of me calling the office and making a appointment! He was very impressed by the staff and doctor! That’s coming from a man who hates going to the doctors!

Doctor was great folks in the office were great. Until.... I needed to pay what my insurence would not, the day after surgery. And that was ok I just needed to save a little. Then I asked if they accepted Wells Fargo Health Advantage. I was told they did. Great I had that card. The day before surgery I was looking at their website and didnt see it listed. Long story short, they dont accept it and I had to cancel the surgery. Now Im almost blind in one eye and have to find another doctor or wait.

After we made an appt a year ago, they call ON the day of the appt and tell me that the dr we are scheduled with cant take our insurance anymore so they had to reschedule our appt for another month out with the other dr. Walk into our appt today and they tell me that their optical doesnt take our insurance now. That is the only reason I drive 30-40 minutes to them. So we walked out and will find a new dr. Our appt last year, I took my girls out if school and were literally driving to the appt and thru call and say the dr is running 2 hours behind! It seems EVERY SINGLE TIME weve had an appt something went wrong. Last year they messed up my husbands glasses too. Gave him totally different frames then he had picked out. Just ridiculous!

Office staff were great..Doctor was very thorough and answered all questions! Very nice folks all around!
