2021-10-30Start to finish, the team at CCC was tremendous to work with. From the top down, John and his team truly take full investment into making your vison a reality. Everything was done very timely and professionally. From the initial stages of putting discussion ideas on paper and into 3D renderings to actually building and finishing the completed project the team was informative and always available. In a time when supply chain and other issues were causing difficulties across many industries, they were able to successfully navigate any surprises that might occur, figure out solutions and keep our project progressing on time. We are extremely impressed with CCC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a partner on their next development project. Thank you CCC.

2021-01-08Our company, Jamison Construction Solutions, recently completed the asphalt paving for the Atrium project at Jake Sweeny in Tri County with CCC. Robert, job super, was spot on with scheduling and and very easy to work with. Justin, project manager, was very professional, always thought about the customers needs first and we worked together quickly and efficiently to overcome obstacles that came up on the project. I have worked with several GCs in my 25 plus years in this business and would highly recommend CCC for any project that an owner may want to construct from ground up or rehab/expansion of an existing facility.

2021-02-18CCC completed our new building expansion project a full (6) weeks ahead of the anticipated delivery schedule. We were unexpectedly surprised and extremely happy about this as it saved time and money. The level of communication that we received throughout the project was second to none and everything that was done was completed to our level of satisfaction. We would definitely recommend CCC for your future projects.

2020-01-10As the Executive Director of Cancer Family Care, a small non-profit agency, I couldnt be more happy with our relationship with CCC. We moved from an old home in Mount Auburn to a CCC property on Red Bank and we havent had any regrets. The staff are excellent to work with and when there have been issues (as there are with ANY building), they are quick to respond and take care of them.

2021-06-02CCC completed the construction of interior office space for two of our tenants in our Middletown property. It was a significant project. They did a great job! Completed the work on time and within budget. Great communication throughout the entire process estimating through completion. I would highly recommend them.

2020-01-16We contracted Cincinnati Commercial Contracting about 10 years ago to refurbish a building that we bought. It was a significant project for a 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building. They developed the scope of work and made many recommendations that we followed. The work was done very professionally, and we continue to be happy with our building 10 years later and receive many complements on our building.I highly recommend Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for any building needs.
