When you are planning a wedding, you want your vendors to actually help you and want to make sure you are happy. Cibreo (mainly Ryan the event coordinator), DID NOT want our money. I was so excited for this place and had really played out how I would be married in a place that my fiancé and I truly fell in love with. I dont know what about us made them not care but even worse still, my fiancé sent an email to corporate detailing our experience with NO RESPONSE. I had to chase Ryan down to even try to give him my deposit and then receiving info realized he quoted the wrong deposit price which doesnt seem like a big deal but if there is no care given whatsoever, then why would we give them $10k+? I urge you to find a different venue. Oh also, valet parking is $60 PER PERSON 🤮
