Customer service was pretty good, I know they didn’t do the best inspection on my truck, for starters my coolant in the reservoir is almost to the minimum line with a lot of space between the max line. Coolant doesn’t evaporate so do I have a coolant leak? Makes me feel like the other stuff they inspected was probably not looked at either.
I had a great experience with Dee aka Dejanee. She didn’t force me into purchasing a vehicle, but she explained the benefits of upgrading my Dodge Ram. My car was old & constantly in & out for service. Why pay for service on my car when I can just lease a new one, is how she put it. She made sense, she validated my feelings & she also helped me feel a part of the purchasing process. Thanks Dee! Highly recommend 10/10.
Just recently leased a Ram through this dealership and it was by far most painless lease of a vehicle ive ever been apart of. Everyone in there was great I worked with Denny who I highly recommend, he had an answer for all of my questions and really made this whole process go quick and easy. I did not have high hopes when I 1st walked in to the dealership because every Jeep dealer that I had been to did not have what I wanted. Kyle greeted me when I walked in and asked questions to find out exactly what I was looking for. To my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. This car lot is amazing, especially the dealer I worked with his name was Edwin, he made sure I didn’t leave until I was happy. Great atmosphere and they offer cold or room temperature water, want find a better place! So if your looking for a vehicle or anything head there!

Awful experience. Very rushed to sign papers. No other vehicles to look at. Not aloud to walk the lot. Asked important questions. Was lied to about multiple issues with the vehicle we purchased. Brought vehicle back 4 times for a simple repair to no avail. Peggy had no clue what she was doing and no one else was available to straighten anything out. We feel duped, mislead and regret purchasing from this dealership

We bought our first Truck, a RAM 1500 Big Horn, and absolutely love it! Our salesman, John Howitt, was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient, letting us go at our pace as we test drove a couple different Models, as as during the time it took us to pick the right color and package options (running boards, wheels/rims, truck bed liner/protector, etc.), as well as decide if we wanted to trade-in our existing SUV. He worked very hard on our behalf to obtain the right vehicle for us, and at the right price for our first truck purchase. He even delivered the RAM to us, even offering to do it on his day off. Additionally and what made it such a positive experience, he is very nice and outgoing. with a great personality and demeanor rather than the sterotypical pushy sales person weve all encountered. So my wife and I enthusiastically endorse John if youre looking for a Chrysler/Dodge/RAM vehicle, without any high pressure tactics which makes it actually a pleasant, rather than stressful car/truck buying experience.

I bought several vehicles here…and after trading them in and getting a new one else where Mike M has still been there to help me. It’s not like at other stores when you need them for something in the past and they just brush you off. I will definitely be back to CDJR Willoughby and to see Mike m again in the future.
Awful experience. Went in for an appraisal of my vehicle in June of 2021 with no intention of buying a new car. Walked out with multiple hard credit pulls without giving my consent. Credit pulls were conducted without my consent due to my information being in the system already from a vehicle purchase in 2019. At no point in this process did I state I wanted a new vehicle or was trying to finance another vehicle. They simply pull my credit without my knowledge or me having to sign anything stating they could do so. Multiple hard credit pulls are now on my credit report. I was told they would reverse the damage that was done but we are now at the end of Feb 2022 and they are still on my credit report.
Mo was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job. Best car salesman I have ever encountered. I will be done with my bankruptcy in the next few months will definitely be going to do business with Mo my favorite salesman. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. The process can be overwhelming at times but not with Mo.
Ive bought numerous cars in my life and this dealership has been by far the best experience Ive had yet. Ive bought my last 3 vehicles from here. A charger hellcat, a dodge ram, and now a durango hellcat. I am extremely difficult to please and Ive been. Nothing but thrilled from the salesman to the sales manager all the way through the gm. Today I came in for an oil change, and I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism from everyone on your team. If I were in the market for a vehicle I would definitely come to your lot.I would like to make a suggestion. The link you sent me to leave a review wasnt a clickable link. I had to copy and paste it into my browser to get it to work, so you might want to supply a live link. Im sure it would result in more responses.
Dropped off my truck the evening before my appointment. Told the person in charge of my vehicle that I had the codes scanned which only took 5 minutes at Autozone and the scan indicated a faulty particle sensor for the emission system. My appointment for the next day was at 7:30am. Five hours later he said that their repair shop scanned the codes and it indicated a faulty particle sensor. Sounds familiar! That cost $180 to learn what I already knew. I was informed that the new particle sensor would take a month to arrive at their repair shop. I had to wait two weeks for the initial appointment and was told probably another four weeks for the part to arrive.
Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Beverly assisted me from beginning to end. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership, with the gas prices so high I didnt want to drive any further than I had to. Thank you to all that serviced my vehicle. Thank goodness it was a minor fix.
I had a great experience buying from CJDR of Willoughby! I went in to view one vehicle, but another vehicle caught my attention immediately that I thought would never be feasible for my budget. Long post warning… tldr at bottom….Let’s face it. Car shopping is stressful, it is one of those times when your senses are heightened and your main goal is to not get greased, or be taken advantage of. For this reason, I highly recommend that you stop in and ask for Mike Macerelli. Mike is one of the managers and sits next to his boss Tim. Both are great guys and they will most likely pair you with a salesman. In my case, I have purchased and sold a total of three cars with Josh Leutwyler, a salesman that Mike matched me up with.I like working with this dealer because they’re real people. They are everyday joes that love what they do. No conmen or swindlers here. Both Mike and Josh are true experts at what they do and you can definitely see their passion towards matching you with the perfect car.The biggest reason to buy or sell your car here is the deal. Everyone has a different situation and they are very proficient in figuring out the best route to go, weather it’s buying or leasing, or selling your car. They have relationships with the bank to get you financed regardless of your credit and income..TLDR…. This is the place you want to shop. They are big enough to get you an amazing deal, yet not too big where they don’t care about you or your business. Mohammed Mustafa , that’s the guy! Gave me a card as soon as i left with the first car i purchased ! if i ever needed anything, that’s the Guy! . I than went back last September and as of today, March 3rd as the snow is slowly coming to see an end i can say that car salesmen really took car of my winter for me selling me a 2020 Jeep! Different levels of sand Mode Snow Mode and also Mud Mode! It’s levels to work and that Mohammed Exceeded expectations forsure! Will be back for my daughter this summer ! 7 Star if i could! Charge me additional inspection charges after the initial diagnostics charge and didn’t tell me that checking other things in my car was extra. Also made an appointment for 9am and they didn’t even look at my car until the next day and didn’t finish it til the 3rd day.
This was definitely one of the smoothest, most positive experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mike, the Manager. He made me feel welcome and assessed my needs. He then turned me over to Peggy, who was absolutely DELIGHTFUL to work with. She was very personable, friendly, and open about the vehicles in the inventory. She helped me test drive a couple of Grand Cherokees, and assisted me in selecting the best one for my money.I will definitely refer anyone that asks to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Willoughby, and I will tell them to ask for Peggy!🙂
This was seriously the best dealership experience we have ever had! We were in and out within a couple of hours. Usually being at a dealership is an all day experience. John Howitt did an amazing job with handling exactly what we were looking for. The manager, Mike, came over to introduce himself and made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times. We will definitely be using this dealership from here on out!!
We leased our 20 RAM 1500 3/28/20. The sales staff was great. Now 2 years later I call for service. I cant get ahold of anyone. I leave a message and noone returns the call. I wouldnt mind being told the appointment will be a few weeks out. But no. Im going down to Fred Martin today to get my service done. I dont know if Ill be back for Mt next RAM.Just return a call it wont hurt.
Drove 3 hours to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk we found online. Spent 3 hours at the dealership also. Husband asked to have the bully bar removed before we arrived because we didn’t like how it looked. It was removed, along with the red tow hooks that were never put back on. We didn’t notice they were missing until we were home being that we were a bit tired from the drive and also trusted that the salesperson was honest. Contacted the salesperson, and she replies that there’s nothing she can do. How about you can put them in a box and ship them to us? We paid for them. Also, we explained to her that we liked this Jeep because it already had the black wheels, which would save us some money from having to buy new ones. She passed them off as being upgraded by the previous owner, but upon closer inspection once we got home, we found that the wheels were dipped and starting to peel on the edges. Again, nothing this salesperson is willing to do to make things right. $34,000 for a rip off Trailhawk that we now have to buy wheels and tow hooks for. Disgusting. Still waiting on that call from the manager. Spend your money where you’re appreciated as a customer, not just a commission. Once they get your money and you drive off the lot, your satisfaction is no longer a priority to them.
They are REALLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO! 01/06/2022 my brother negotiated a deal on my behalf with the dealer for $63,983.78 with plenty of MOPAR options to include the hard truck cover for 2022 Sarge Green Jeep Gladiator Vin number 1V6JJTBG6NL109735 via emailsI visited the dealer prior to see if it was available and the mileage. .My bank draft arrived on the evening of January 5,2022 .My brother contacted the dealer to see if its was available and to make a 9:00 a.m appointment. Dealer confirmed said he would arrive early to get the paperwork ready. I arrived and they did not want to send over the purchase order . There is no need in test driving a brand new vehicle if the number are not right.Dealerships all over the country have no problem sending you a purchase order to review before purchase.A detailed email was sent to several sales persons what was expected when I arrived due to my faith and health/disability . This would be the best wat to execute the sale. .I am a woman of Color , disable veteran who wears religious garments.I was ignored , allegedly treated unfairly and not shown the purchase order because in my opinion they had NO INTENTION of selling me that JEEP for that PRICE. . I WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY CUSTOMER ON THE DEALER LOT.The photo was taken while waiting on the purchase order. I was carrying on me a bank draft $60K cash , bank cards and credit cards I was video recording in case of robbery and to capture this moment.They have video all over their building its fair that customers can video their experience. I think it were other reasons why they chose to ignore me. I am making plans to purchase from a different manufacture and leave the Jeep fever alone . I am sooo soo glad I captured this on video .Other dealer had no problem sending my brother purchase orders but they were not in my budget. .
I purchased my lease a few months before maturity from CDJR of Willoughby and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman added a premium extended warranty of $3400 into the purchase price without asking if I would like an extended warranty. He also didnt send the payoff to the lease company and the lease company kept harassing me that I was going to be sent to collections and my car may be repoed. I still dont have my memorandum title after 2 months. I canceled my extended warranty and the finance manager asked why I got it in the first place. I told him that I never asked for it. He replied that I should look at my paperwork more carefully. Maybe your salesmen shouldnt be sneaking in warranties. Well, I thought the finance manager sent the cancellation for the extended warranty like he said he would do, but he never did. I had to call and send the cancellation to the company myself. This all started October 11th and it is December 11 and it is still not finished.
My first visit with Chrysler Jeep dodge was great not only did they help me get a better van for my business they made sure it was the best deal for me and my family The team was great but I could not have done it without the help from Edwin not only was he easy to talk to but he had great costumer service so a huge shout out goes to him thank u
As far as customer service. PATHETIC. I understand they were sold a few years ago, but that doesn’t justify what occurred. A previous customer called for a copy of their paperwork from their previous lease. The customer was told we are not Adventure anymore and they won’t help. The employee Matt was rude and not helpful. Matt is their business manager. Basically hung up on the customer. The customer in turn leased their new Jeep from another Jeep dealer. As someone who was in the automobile industry as a salesman, sales manager, GSM, and General Manager that is not how you run a business where customer retention is their goal! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Just remember, their are many dealerships in the area that would have helped. Stay away at all costs.
Hands down one of the best experiences with a dealership that I have ever had. Across 4 different dealers, Kyle Eddy was the only guy who took me seriously, addressed my questions, and really made me feel like I was part of the process. He even showed me other options and payments to make sure I was making the best decision. If you’re like me, you don’t want to spend hours at the dealer and you don’t want to feel like just another customer. Kyle will certainly show you that there’s a better way to buy a car. Will was our salesman for our 1st ever Jeep. He was extremely polite, thorough and made the process seamless. Matt in finance was great and again very detailed and helpful. We drove up from Cincinnati and it was well worth the trip. We will definitely shop here again.
We went in knowing we were in less than an ideal situation but we needed to get into a new car. The staff there were more than welcoming and our salesman Moe Mustafa went way above and beyond to make it happen! He not only got us into the vehicle we needed he got us into the vehicle we wanted!! If your like me youve had the dealer experience when they tell you this is all the car we can offer.... Not Moe or the staff here. You can tell they genuinely want you to leave their lot happy! Our salesman Kyle Eddy was hands down one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. He really took the time, energy and patience to address all of my mother questions comments and concerns regarding every vehicle that she looked at. Which trust me there was a lot. He had a vast knowledge of all of the vehicles and was incredibly charming and charismatic. He also helped her work out a payment that would fit her needs as well as went the extra mile to make sure she got the car she wanted in the color she wanted. We could not have been more satisfied with his efforts to make sure that she was happy and safe in her new ride. Went in for a diagnostics check for my rack and pinion and spent over $100 just for them to check it. No other service done just a check. The next day my Jeep shut down in traffic all of sudden and experiencing problems it never have. I called up to the dealership and instead of being empathetic and apologetic the rep who had been helping me and got smart. Said “We have to now squeeze you in and look at it for free” not a I’m sorry or nothing. Then was like you making it like we messed your truck up purposely. Like who says this to a person already in distress about their vehicle. It was a overall horrible experience and I will never go to them again for anything. Very rude and dismissive no empathy or resolution at all.
First off I just want to say, I got a decent vehicle I wanted here and am happy with my purchase. The reason I have to give a poor review is because I was put through the ringer by my salesman... three months prior I bought a new truck from their sister location in Wooster and was extremely pleased with the experience, I would go there again. But WILL DAVIS-HEREFORD my sales guy decided to lie about every single thing I asked him. First lie, does it come with a warranty? Answer yes it’s still under manufacture warranty. Second lie, I asked if they could ask to lower the price $500 from selling price to stay in the payment price I could afford. Answer was I’ll ask my manager, then yes. Once in the Finacial office signing to purchase vehicle, I read the paper saying it was not lowered $500 so the salesman was called in and denied he ever said yes. Then he turned his yes into, no I never said that, I said that if the banks would approve the lowered price and they would not. That literally doesn’t even make sense. Last lie, that wasn’t even necessary but he had told me I would get a full tank of gas and that didn’t happen either. Ultimately I have been taken advantage of, $3500 for a warranty and ,$500 more then I agreed to with my credit already ran, at that point what we’re my options? So here I am. Hopefully I can prevent Will from taking advantage of some people.

I’ve been looking to trade in my vehicle for quite some time, and I had many questions about how to do so. Salesman Kyle Eddy was very helpful and had an answer for any concerns that I did have. I felt comfortable, and do think when the time is right that I will definitely go back to this dealership, but especially to Kyle. They have many options to choose from, and some I didnt know that much about, but would consider. Very knowledgeable staff and fun to work with.

I have always done my research before calling to inquire on pricing or any current specials. I spoke with Kyle Eddy and I must say it was quite enlightening. By far the best conversation I have had from a car salesman Not only did he answer my questions thoroughly, but I could tell he was sincere. My experience was not the best. My salesman John was a nice guy, thats about it. The sales manager was incredibly pushy and down right rude. The finance guy misspelled my name, after telling him he said oh yea its fine I spelled it right for the loan. I was not told about Android auto, or walked through how to use it. I was not told about the jeep wave customer care package. Honestly I wasnt told much of anything about the jeep I bought. Thankfully YouTube exists. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership.... ever. The only bright side is I think with some coaching and help John can be a great salesman.
I was turned around on a vehicle loan and I didn’t think I would be able to get another vehicle. Kyle helped me through the process and helped me get into a lease. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I will definitely call Kyle when I’m ready to buy again!
On labor day of all days I decided to stop up at CDJR of Willoughby after receiving an invitation via USPS saying I was Pre-Approved. Thinking it was junk mail I almost threw it away, but I said to myself I was probably going to be denied for any kind of credit or financing because thats been my luck over the years. I put in my invite code online and received a phone call shortly after inviting me to the dealership to take a look at some vehicles I may be interested in. Long story short me and my wife stopped up there and i was greeted by the friendly team, and they were able to put us in a beautiful low miles Chevrolet Silverado and we couldnt be happier. The sales teams favorite words used that day were weve got better news. Ive always hated the process of car buying but they made it as simple and painless as ever, the team there went above and beyond all expectations I had. Thanks again John and Mike in sales and Frank in financing, you guys truly are a great team. You just made a life long customer. I really look forward to future business with this 5 star dealership. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! My vehicle was sent not once, not twice, but THREE times to be repaired and every single time I paid for “repairs” on my vehicle that were not needed!!! I was sent home each time with my car still experiencing the same mechanical issues that needed to be fixed. Additionally, I asked for my ac to be repaired and when I got the call that my car was ready the person on the phone confirmed that my ax was fixed! I picked the car up and guess what, STILL NO AIR!!!! Thankfully I used another dodge service department and they were able to find the problem. They were not just guessing and making me pay over and over!!!I’ve asked to speak with the service manager many times and left messages with no returned phone call. I’ve called many times to be rudely put on hold and eventually they started sending me to the voicemail.Seriously if I could leave zero stars I would! Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else for repairs!! They are incompetent and lack professional etiquette.
I stopped in on a whim, as my lease is up in January. I told the salesman what I was willing to spend per month on a new Jeep Compass. They didnt have what I wanted, so the salesman say what if I can put you in a Cherokee for $370 per month. I said okay, but not one penny more. He takes my info and walks away, then came back with a quote $155 a month higher ($525). I got up and walked out as hes walking behind me asking that I give him another chance.......Seriously? This is absolutely NOT professional. I wish I could give zero stars. Its tactics like this that give car salesman a bad name.
Denny Wereh reached out to me at a time I didn’t even expected. Was not in the market of looking for a new car. He brought me in and kept his word on the specials the dealership had to offer for trade ins. I was very pleased with my experience with Denny. He was nothing short of a pleasure to work with!
The oil change I had an appointment for lasted over 90 minutes from start to finish. This is unacceptable, especially being the first customer of the morning. This isnt the first time either, and Ill do everything I can to avoid ever having to return. All my interactions with this dealership since my vehicle purchase have been terrible- everything went out the window as soon as they got my money. New management, same disgraceful service.
Peggy was awesome and made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle as easy as possible. The Toyota Rav4 she had me setup to test drive was well worth the drive to the dealership. I would highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Ram of Willoughby to anyone looking for a good vehicle. Go see Peggy and the staff there.
Had a great experience with this dealership because of their excellent sales rep Mohammad Mustapha. He was very open and honest. He went out of his way to help me out with certain things regarding the used vehicle I wanted to buy (ex. Making sure all the diagnostic tests were done, making sure it was cleaned and ready to go for pickup, etc.) he was incredibly friendly and down to earth and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to ask for Mohammad.
Communication is terrible! He told me they would call me back 3 times, he never called me, I had to call each day to check on my vehicle. Had my vehicle towed there on Thanksgiving. Appointment was scheduled online for Friday at 3:30. They never called, so I called a couple minutes before close and the call dropped after I asked for service department. Called again same thing. Now it is after closing time so I wait until Saturday morning at 8:15, he said they will get it in this morning and call me before close. Never called. I called 5 minutes before close and call got dropped. Called back and he said he is not sure why it is miss firing so they have to get it in Monday to figure it out, when his other technicians are there. Said he would call mid morning Monday. No call! I call at 4:45 and told the lady that answered the phone I was suppose to get a call mid morning and never did. The guy gets on the phone and rudely says they had to order the part and it won’t be in until tomorrow so he will call me when it is done. I said ok and would appreciate a call tomorrow. Tuesday no call. I understand it is not done because of the snow storm but a call with an update would have been nice. Wednesday again no call all day, so I call at 4:25 he says they had to change a spark plug and I can pick it up tomorrow at 10. So they had my 2020 Jeep Cherokee for 1 week to change a spark plug! I understand that it was a holiday weekend and a snow storm so it was longer then usual, but I will not be going back there because they never called me.
Do not have service performed at CJDR. I brought in my Charger for an oil change, air filters and recall work on the air bag. After about two hours I checked on the status. I was told the work was finishing up and the car would be ready soon. Great, I thought as i went to pay the invoice. My bill for the non-recall work was the highest Ive ever paid for air filters and an oil change. Just unbelievable cost. I sat down to wait for my car. The work was not finished for an additional 1.5 hours. The technician could not get the air bag service light to go off. So, I encountered poor customer service, overpriced work, and bad technicians. Total rip-off.
I spoke with Kyle. I know the game of salesman and consumer but speaking with him I didnt feel that way. He was genuinely answering my questions and helping me make a good decision to my benefit. I wish all my exchanges with sales people could be this way. Thank you for your help Kyle it was a relief to speak with someone who actually cares about you.
The service was excellent. I took my car in for a open recall. My car was towed to them at around 11-12 and was finished by 1. Not only did they complete the initial recall there was another open recall and the did that one as well. Sharon was great and was able to answer all of my questions. Would recommend.
First of all I’d just like to say that Chrysler keep Dodge Ram of Willoughby has far exceeded my expectations when it comes to the car buying process.Kyle was my salesman or “k-dog” as I like to call him now. Guy was very knowledgeable about the inventory and reassured me that I had come to the right place. I’d go as far as to say that the purchase of my jeep may have been the single greatest day of my life and it was all made possible by Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and K-Dog the salesman.
DO NOT TRUST. FALSE ADVERTISING.Shady business practices and deceptive/false advertising.They advertised a 2020 Dodge Challenger for $39k. Comparable new ones run about $44k.Their site said it had 3,200 miles. All the pictures of the car looked like it was new. I figured it was priced $4,500 below comparable new car prices because it had the 3,200 miles on it.Once I told them I wanted the car and after I had sent them my license, SSN, and car insurance info, the sales rep sends me an email that says I just wanted to be upfront with you regarding the vehicle, and the reason why it’s priced so low. The vehicle since we took it in was a demo vehicle for the general manager, so there is some additional miles to it. Also, the previous owner did some damage to the rear bumper. Full discretion, here are the pictures. (By the way, the term is full disclosure but I cant fault them for getting it wrong since they apparently dont know what disclosure actually is because those issues should have been disclosed on their website - not after getting a customers personal info).He then sends me a pic of the seriously damaged bumper (which, gee, didnt happen to be on their site nor was the damage showing up on the CarFax because they hadnt repaired it). See pics with this review of screen shots of the pictures they had on their site. Note not a single one comes even close to showing the damaged bumper. Note: there are also no photos of the odometer reading. The CarFax showed no damage and no issues (see screen shot of CarFax attached to this review).Some damage? Really? Some? Take a look at the pic accompanying this review and judge for yourself. They did everything they could to NOT have that damage be visible in the photos of the car when they advertised it.And also the some additional miles was almost 2,600 MILES more than they advertised (5,768 actual vs. the 3,200 advertised - 80% more miles than on their ad). SOME? Seriously? That doesnt sound like demo miles. That sounds like the General Manager turned the vehicle into his daily driver.Additionally, they reported FALSE MILEAGE to CarFax. Note the second CarFax screen shot with this review - they reported they serviced the vehicle on 8/3 and that the mileage was 3,211. On 8/4 the sales rep sends me a screen shot with the 5,768 mileage reading on the odometer. Gee... so either they drove it 2,557 miles from 8/3 to 8/4 or the submitted false information to CarFax. Im going to go with the latter explanation of them falsifying records.I tell them I still want the car at the $39k they advertised but they have to repair the bumper for me to buy it. Not an unreasonable offer because they didnt disclose the damage or the 80% increase in the mileage when they advertised it.The sales rep then says The General Manager said we can repair it but then well have to add that cost to the cost of the car. Seriously?I have an idea... Ill just go buy a new car that hasnt been damaged instead of paying the same price as I would for your car that has been damaged and repaired (and lord knows what other undisclosed damage has been done). Ill also buy it from a dealer that doesnt lie on their website and submit false information to review and vehicle condition sites.DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Especially if theres a price drop. That means theres probably been undisclosed damage or additional miles theyre not reporting or falsely reporting.These are the shadiest business practices Ive run across in a long time.BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. Youve been warned.UPDATE: Even though the General Manager replied to this (Im sure it wasnt him and was instead some admin responsible for copying and pasting a seemingly responsive generic response so it looks like the dealer takes care of their business), there has been zero attempt to contact me. This is despite them having my phone number, my email, my address, my drivers license, my insurance info, and my SSN. Try harder guys.
When I brought my Jeep in for service before my warranty ended, I expressed the noise it was making when you got over 30mph. When I got my Jeep back you guys told me there was no such noise that you could hear. Don’t worry though because my mechanic fixed the problem which happened to be a bad front differential. I just think it’s crazy nobody could hear the noise I was referring to when it was still under warranty.
Excellent service from the entire dealership, and particularly Moe! He was awesome, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to guide my decision into buying my new car! Highly recommend this place!
Dont waste your time with this place people. There was a good deal for a 2017 Toyota Corolla, called up, asked to take it on a test drive and asked if it was sold. They said it was not sold and we scheduled a test drive that day. Took the 45 min drive all the way up there and right as I got there they said it was sold and proceed to try and sell me other cars. Typical scam dealership not caring about your time, just want to make a sale and take your money. Absolutely would not recommend.
Out of state buyers beware! This dealership will give you minimal assistance and usher you out the door really fast just to find out weeks later that you are responsible for thousands in taxes. This dealership used a chart and my trade ins tax credit to calculate these taxes and was off by 2400 dollars! After spending a lot of money on a brand new vehicle it was the least expected thing I imagined having to deal with. After calling this dealership about my issue they said they called the dmv and that I need to wait on a call back from them (which never happened). Needless to say they just pawned me off. What a way to treat someone after spending 64k on a truck. Besides that the truck is nice but you can get a nice truck at any dealer.
Working with Mohammed was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and I can be very indecisive. I went in knowing I wanted a jeep and was unsure of what to get. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was 100% before purchasing. The buying process of my Jeep Compass was an easy process which made the buying experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I were really impressed, and my husband actually went back a week later and purchased a RAM. I will not be going to another dealership! I highly recommend you talk to Mohammed if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.
Went to CDJR a few months ago and ended up trading in my car for a new jeep. Mo was great. He put up with my million questions and indecisiveness like a pro! Today, I went back to trade another car in and he worked his magic again. Got us into what we wanted and close to the payment as well. And...again....dealt with my million questions and what if scenarios and indecisiveness 😂. He even personally buffed a spot out of the first car I bought there that I hadnt noticed until after I got it home and had been too busy to call about. The staff at CDJR definitely goes above and beyond in order to meet your needs. We will be back Im sure!
I’ll be the 1st person to say my credit isn’t perfect, but this dealership didn’t hesitate to treat me with respect and 100% professionalism.I had an amazing experience with this location and highly recommend them.Three days before my purchase, I submitted an application to another Jeep dealer (Spitzer) I made 3 attempts to contact them. Unfortunately , they made no effort to work the deal. The only response I got from them was, “we’ll call you in the morning” after waiting and waiting I decided to try cdjr and their service was phenomenal. Matthew did the 1st portion of the deal and Dave finished up.If you’re undecided on which dealership to shop at, it should be pretty obvious which one you should choose.Thanks again guys. I love my new Jeep Wrangler!
I’ve been here twice to get my oil changed on my vehicle, and thus far I haven’t been disappointed. The staff have been friendly and respectful, and it’s a pretty nice facility to wait in. The head mechanic in charge was prompt and to the point, and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. All in all, good experiences.

Don’t take the bait! I drove 4 hours to the dealership to check out a van only to find out the price increased by $4,000. Josh pretended that he was shocked by the price hike and tried to blame one of his co-workers for entering the numbers wrong, but he knew what he was doing. Even though I had been in extensive communication with him prior to driving to the dealership, everything was different when I arrived. He failed to mention the car smells like cigarette smoke, the dent on the drivers side wheel well (conveniently missing from the pictures) and the egregious price hike. Josh and his team wasted my time and were hoping my long drive had created an emotional investment deep enough to take the bait. So gross and unethical. I recommend you take your business ANYWHERE else!

She made the experience so much easier she was so pleasant and understanding.. she didnt mind that I was indecisive! I went into this car dealership not too long ago, to buy a new car after my last car got totalled. I walked around inside and outside the dealership for a half hour, and the mediocre salesmen that they have couldnt even be bothered to finish their conversation so they could talk to me. Im not sure if it was my age (Im 23) or how I looked but I had full intentions of buying a new car that day. Thats the nice thing about a free market society, you can spend your money somewhere else and not give it to these wastes of space.
The only reason we finally purchased the used vehicle from the dealership was because it was the make and model we wanted. We tried to purchase through the internet but received no response from the salesman and no appreciation by the sales team when we finally closed the purchase. There was no customer relationship created, just another sale. Would not recommend.
Service Center lacked customer service as well as advanced techs to fix my cars problem in a timely manner. They had my car for 3 weeks starting no techs and a big job. Could it be they placed other cars before mine based on it being a manufacturer problem, I would think so and after being told my car would be ready they failed to communicate otherwise tech on vacation, only 2 ppl that can handle job, extensive fix only after I called no communication when they looked over putting car on lift then upon me asking for a simple delivery of car they though best to take lunch and push this out further dispite a dissatisfied customer, lets just get her real angry and tell her we have other things planned how about I planned on getting my car back when told and communication if unlikely would have been the right thing.
I found the car I wanted (used 2020 Subaru Crosstrek) at this dealership on cars.com. it was advertised as having less than 300 miles. In actuality it had over 800 miles, which I understood to mean that someone at the dealership had been using it. I purchased it, and was assured that I would get the second key as soon as they located it. It has been over two months, and despite many attempts to get the key, and many excuses, I have no second key, and no one has taken responsibility for resolving this problem.I do not recommend this dealership.
Its a awesome place to get a car ..awesome sales and service ..they replaced my breaks /rotors ....did an oil change and I took it back for the tires ...even though its an hr or so from my house but it surely worth it ...I would recommend cdjr in Willoughby..if you live close or far ..Thank you all at cdjr WilloughbyYou guys are a great bunch of people ...

8/5/20 Took my jeep in for an oil change. Pulled into service department to find NO ONE WEARING FACIAL COVERING, AS MANDATED BY OUR GOVERNOR. I asked why arent you wearing a mask? When the service man approached my car (closer than 6 feet) The Service guys response was, I dont believe in them. Especially with a 99.6 recovery rate.Well, I understand your right to believe in it or not, but... I thought it was a requirement for business open to public for employees to wear facial covering.Listen, service guy. I wear a mask to PROTECT OTHERS as much as possible. This is not about you, its about your customers!

Bought a 2015 chrysler 200 from them back in 2017. It loses oil way faster than it should, but that was when the dealership was still owned by Adventure. New company, so I cant blame these guys for that.So I take it in to hopefully get it fixed on warranty. They said they found a leak, but dont have any rentals to loan me while its getting fixed. Said theyd call when they had one available.Its been over a month. Called twice since. No rentals.Took it to another chrysler dealership and they cant even find a leak, so I dont know whats going on. And now my warranty is up and if its serious, then I cant use it anyways so they kind of screwed me out of a repair.TLDR: Staff was nice, but ultimately didnt do anything. Dont come here to fix things if your warranty is almost up. Theyll make you wait it out.
Set up an appointment to look at a truck. Drove 350 miles only to be told in person that the truck is now 2000 dollars more than what I was told. Nobody informed me of this before I made the trip. They had no problem misleading me and then trying to get me to pay the higher price when I arrived.
Went in knowing I was in a tough spot. They handled everything with care, truth, and knowledge. Made sure I was comfortable with my choice and gave me an out if needed. No forcing a car on me at all. I was in and out in less than 3 hours happy. I highly recommend! These are new owners too!

2022-02-01Would recommend! I brought my 2019 Ram Rebel into the shop for an express oil change a week ago. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience! As soon as I pulled in, the service hosts went above and beyond to meet my needs. While I’m the waiting area, I was greeted with smiles and hellos from service techs, mechanics, and salesmen that worked there. It truly says a lot about an organization when they make you feel comfortable because they seem to love their job and the people they work with! I know I will be taken care of every time I take my truck there!

2022-02-26I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and the service I received when looking for a new car. I was helped by Kyle who was extremely sincere and personable. I am often reluctant to go to dealerships and deal with pushy salesman, so it was refreshing to finally meet with a salesman who was patient and genuinely answered all of my questions. If I ever need a 2nd vehicle Im taking my business straight to kyle! This dealership gets a 10/10 for the atmosphere and salesmanship of the employee. Always ask for Kyle. He makes you feel more like Friends & Family rather than a customer.

I will not go anywhere else from here on out, thanks to Josh. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and polite.
