Talked to a salesman named Jacob who was very nice.
Brianne Baden was my sales lady, she went above and beyond to assist me, even keeping her and her staff over on a Saturday just to accommodate me. Ill never forget that and I promise Ill shop at this place only and I live an hour away. Thanks Christy Chevrolet staff, you guys are awesome!!!
We worked online (We live a couple hours away in Michigan) with Travis Holland. While we didnt end up buying a vehicle from them, Travis could not have been better to work with. Hewas quick to respond to any and all questions and I never felt any pressure from him at all.
Would recommend highly were bought a used car from their salesman Troy. Very credible and friendly. Had a problem with the vehicle brought it in to service who also were very friendly they worked it our with me even though we bought it as is.
Went to get a new key. Very helpful.
They were only supposed to flash a ecu, they messed with the door panels and ruined there clips, they stole a electric testing tool out of the car, and the car no longer was getting any power at all. Thank you for giving back a vehicle in worse condition than it was brought too you and stole a tool, on a simple ecu flash.

The guys at Christy Motors provide very good service, theyre all around nice people ad they will treat you right. My experience with them has been pretty good.

2022-01-31Purchased a Used Chevy Travers and had bring back three days later to have a headlight replaced, tire monitor sensor replaced and new windshield wipers. They say they do an inspection on the vehicles safety items...I am pretty sure these are all safety items. By the way. It is only a week later and now my other head light is out.

2022-02-18My husband called to inquire about a new motor for our vehicle and was told you couldnt afford it anyway by one of their service technicians after theyd told us not to replace the bad timing belt until it breaks. The technician proceeded to tell us it would cost $20,000 to replace the motor, refused to provide their name and hung up on us.In the past the technicians have been disrespectful and dismissing to us, and I absolutely refuse to give them business because its obvious that we cannot trust them with our vehicle.

2022-06-18I had looked at a couple of equinox’s there. And both were sold to other dealers. It seems as they are only in the business to sell to other dealers rather than customers. Website is never up to date.

2021-07-11I just recently bought a 2017 F150 limited from the Christy dealership and wanted to thank everyone for the great experience I had. I was able to work out a deal over the phone with my sales rep Jacob before driving 5 hours to their dealership....I had other trucks closer to look at and buy but Jacob worked hard to earn my business. When i arrived to get my vehicle I had the additional pleasure to work with Hunter and Logan as well who finished the deal and sent me on my way in my new / used truck. This all happened on a timely basis. Since i had driven a long way to work with the Christy dealership, Hunter kindly filled my gas tank up in my new truck before leaving the good old town of Archbold Ohio....Oh and check out the Doughbox a local bakery with great reviews.....per Mr. Hunter!Thanks guys .....love my new/used Truck !!Highly recommend this dealership..

2021-08-16I was in from out of town for funeral arrangements and had car trouble. The funeral home director highly recommended Christys and I went there at the end of a Friday afternoon. They took excellent care of me. Now I highly recommend myself!

2020-10-28Best place to get you something nice to drive.. All the vehicles are nice and clean and ready to go.. Trust me they have what you looking for and they have reasonable prices.. Me and my brother was just there 10-26-20 and we left really happy with what we purchased... Go see for yourselves.. Its going be a great experience💖💃💖💃💖
