The burrito bowl was good fresh and delicious. I enjoy my experience at this restaurant. I have plans to return for another visit in the future....
Got a steak bowl which was very good. Service was very good. The chips and guacamole were very salty and could not eat.
As a contractor hired to complete roof repairs, I see a lot of back end operations and kitchen. What I saw and experienced on my visit to repair the roof above chipotle, was impressive to say the least. Super friendly and helpful managers and employees, amazing training protocols and cleaning routines, clean and organized kitchen. Nice job!!!
Customer service needs revisiting. We bought burrito bowls and were told they were out of lettuce. We asked if they could replace the lettuce for another item, they said no, that they would have to charge for that item. When we expressed that it was not the best show of customer service, an employee in the back started to make disrespectful comments. And to make the experience worse, when we got home and opened our meal, they served us carnitas instead of the chicken we asked for. 1/23/2022 @ 5:00pmish.
The service was amazing. They really showed true care about how my food was created. When I got home and took my first bite, I literally got happy!! Excellent!!

Wilfred at the Lima, OH location is an absolute GEM! I had been on the phone 3 days straight with 1-800-CHIPOTLE trying to get my catering order cancelled with no luck and no call back. This one of the better chipotle locations throughout Ohio I’ve visited. The food tasted really good and the portions were decent. Some of the locations I no longer visit because the food is become very bland but this one definitely reminded me how much I love Chipotle. The service was good and extremely fast.The dining room is open but very limited seating. Plenty of parking and easily accessible.
I got a bowl, and for the money you pay I guess I was expecting more than a bowl only 1/2 full. Got the Prime Rib. It was cut into such tiny pieces it was actually burnt and she only put 1/2 a spoonful into my bowl. When I said something she rolled her eyes. It was busy so I was not going to make a scene. Disappointed. 😥
I had to pay extra for the cauliflower rice and couldnt even tell there was any in my meal. Other than that, my food was pretty good. The food of the others in my family, not so much. Didnt receive half the toppings asked for and what we did receive was mediocre.

Gave you a good amount of food when they first opened. Has gone downhill ever since. Got it tonight asked for extra rice even, and could still see the bottom of the bowl, whereas other locations you cant hardly stir the stuff together and you feel like you got your moneys worth. I would not recommend the lima location you only receive about half as much food as other locations even after asking for extra.

Rude staff and too many people jumping in, then they mess up your burritos. Rushing customers and not focusing on what they want and ask for, then messing up 3 burritos, after driving 20 minutes across town, 20 min back home, then having to drive another 40 minutes there and back again because you guys messed up AGAIN- ridiculous! Second time this has happened at this location. Slow down and chill guys, speed is not more important than quality..One worker should make one burrito, its not that hard to focus and listen..
The stars are hard to decide. The food taste good thats not the problem. The serving table gets pretty trashed out during a rush and as Im standing there this male server pushes the rice from the table back into the container of rice to continue serving everyone. My food was already dipped but I did get sick that night so its my guess that it was not the first time or there was another nasty habit that is being done. Its all young people in there maybe they need guidance to help them keep it cleaner. It also would not hurt any of them to be friendly. They must all hate their jobs.
Very filthy restaurant in Lima. I understand that it was lunch time, but I did not see one person the whole time we were there wiping anything down. Definitely not protecting their customers from COVID. There was trash, food, and spills everywhere. If we had not had a wet wipe to clean the table ans chairs we would of been eating in our car. Very sad for a chain restaurant. On top of that the steak taco & burrito we had were overloaded with salt and my husband loves salt but it was too much for him. Otherwise the staff was nice and service was fast.
The food is definitely fresh, and if you order online it is great and you just walk in and pick up your order not have to waite in line
Well, Ill start off by saying I have never had an issue with Chipotle until today.I ordered online, placed my order then realized that the receipt did not show my full order, just the chips and queso. So not wanting to pay the small order fee, I called Chipotle on Elida road to see how I can cancel that order and reorder. The guy who answered finally told me Id need to cancel at the site where I had placed the order.Of course after searching the online order site (Doordash-Chipotle) I did not find anywhere where I could cancel that order. But by they I got the text that they were on their way with my order. A $4.40 order(plus tip) was now $16!!!
Ordered quesadilla a few times , its either hit or miss. Everytime except once Ive had to wait longer then the pick up time given. Sometimes up to 15 minutes. Need new management, starting to go downhill.
Do not ever order online, always go in. I asked for a burrito, they gave me a bowl. I asked for brown rice in 2 items, both had white rice. They didnt even send a tortilla and we asked for an extra tortilla and not 1 was sent. The put the BURRITO LABEL on a bowl.Food is super good, just order there.
The food here is great and comes at a reasonable rate! Make sure to watch how busy they are around when you want your order. This place seems to always be packed!
0* stars but made me select 1. Been to a lot of Chipotles. First time at the lima location and easily the last time. Dirty beyond belief and ending up walking out after waiting in line to find out they were out of bowls. 🤷♂️
They were out of chips, and used aluminum foil for the tops of the bowls but the employees were so very sweet
The food is great, but the last 2 times I have ordered for pickup, I have not gotten my full order. I paid for the items I did not receive but did not get them. Ugh!
Ordered an hour in advance before closing and they messed up the entire order. They added things into my bowl that I didnt order and under cooked the meat that the steak is still pink. My friend is allergic to guacamole and they put it in the wrong bowl while adding things that he didnt even want. Previously, before this order they burned all the meat and were low staffed. Save your money, dont buy here.

Prices arent bad but there just isnt enough protien. I wish they had larger portions of meat without being charged for double meat.The idea of the atmosphere is good but very uncomfortable.Food is hot before they put cold salsa on it. Not a fan but I know some people are.I also always feel pressured to go as fast as possible. Probably a good thing since they are so busy during lunch.
Love this food. Everyone is hustling and friendly. Owner might want to hire another person or two though as the dining room and service station frequently need better attention.

I ordered online, the portions were extremely small. I normally eat half than save the other half. But this sitting i was able to eat it, and still be hungry. I was very disappointed with the portions and the overall experience at the Lima branch.
I have never been here before in NC but I have been twice now in Ohio and this place rocks. The bowls are AWESOME and the atmosphere is great! Plus its healthy if ur watching what u eat. Will continue to go here till I go back home. 2 thumbs up for me!!

Man it had been so long since I had a bowl that I forgot what I was missing. This to me is healthier quick food. I love the fact I can determine how healthy I want it. I can make it how I like!! If you have never been here before do try it.....I recommend the bowl with brown rice, chicken, black beans, lettuce, salsa_mild n corn, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese of course. Soo sooo yummy
Bland dry rice and meat, the cashier kept the line waiting cause she was in the restroom apparently.Didnt bother apologizing but she sure brought along her attitude. Place smells like weed.
Came in for a late lunch and the place was packed. The line moved quite quickly. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I will definitely return to this location and enjoy the food again!
Fast service, for both internet pick up orders and walk-ins. The woman who helped me was very talkative and friendly. There seemed to be a bunch of new people doing and orientation or a group interview of sorts. Very cool to see. Food was good and the order was correct.
Ordered online, I got a chicken burrito, sour cream, lettuce & cheese with white rice. I got all of that. But they put chili corn salsa and red tomato salsa on my burrito that I did not ask for. Absolutely disgusting.
They under portion heavily. The rice didnt even cover half the bottom of the bowl. I had to order double meat just to fill the bowl at all.
1st time there, out cooked steak, the guy in front of me asked for cheese and got it. I asked for cheese, they took the pan after waiting several minutes they said they didnt have any cheese.I picked the chicken it was burned my Burrito bowl tasted burnt. Not sure they even deserve one star. Needless to say I wont be back.

The line is always long at this Chipotle, which is normal for most Chipotles, but the workers always have that dazed and confused look. The employees always seem to be new and not quite sure how to make a burrito. The food is great as usual but be prepared for a long wait. From my experience ordering online with large orders from this Chipotle, many food items will be prepared wrong. But again the food is good even if its not made exactly correct.
I have been to this location several times with no issues until today. This place was absolutely disgusting. There was trash everywhere. Prep tables covered in food. Workers were unorganized and rude. If I could give it negative stars I would.
Have been very dissatisfied with Chipotle lately. The food has not been tasting the same the last three times Ive been in. Today there were big chards of black debris from the grill. This is a gluten free zone for me but disappointed I wont be eating here for quite some time. One member of the staff today was not very friendly. Everyone else was very nice

Chipotle has made me a lifelong fan of their brand in the way they make it easy to order in person and online, everything is fresh and tastes amazing and everyone who works there is super friendly and looks like they’re having a good time. (Hard to find in food service anymore) I love having you in Lima!
Prices are high for no more than you get.. oh and they are out of hot salsa ..if they woukd make there stuff there they wouldnt be out.. there is another place down the road that has no problem having hot salsa and you realy get your moneys worth there..
Good food. clean and very efficient staff. Even at times when the line was out the door I didnt have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes!
The menu is delicious. I do not prefer to both say that they offer but I do like the salad bar with a menu item. The steak is delicious and moist even if you prefer a well done steak.

This is by far my favorite Chipotle. The staff is always professional and quick. Some of the best food in Lima comes from this Chipotle. The GM Dan runs a stellar restaurant. He deserves a promotion!
26 dollars for 2 little quesadillas? Wow! What a rip off! Plus food was cold and when food was delivered the condiments were just thrown on top with sour cream everywhere! Done!
Slimy greens and one staff with her face mask under her chin, exposing her mouth and nose as she walked around the food and into the kitchen, chatting it up with staff. Did not purchase a meal as it was all too gross!

Dont order online. Just go inside youll get your food a half hour sooner by waiting in the line than waiting on the one person doing all online orders. Im also suspicious that my extra steak was not lol

I have seen cleaner and better ran Chipotle restaurants. I used to work at one and this one ok at best. The guacamole dip is not as good as other Chipotles and the lettuce is sometimes brown. Cleanliness could be much better elsewhere. Food overall is ok.

Never really had a bad experience ever.Lima is always out of stuff or doesnt have it cooked yet!!! Skimpy on portions!!! And the chips are the worst!!! Cant believe the have never got the chips right!!! I will never go back now. And a warning to anyone else dont let it ruin it for you, try chipotle in another town!!!!

They keep changing up their staff and now half the workers there dont know how to properly wrap a burrito but you deal with. The food is amazingly seasoned and filling and worth little gripes.

It started a revolution, and now it sits, like a Roman emperor at the arena. I understand business needs. Your chicken is burnt and dry, the pork is bland, the steak is very hit or miss. Vegetarian option, is the one that never fails. However, its not as dismal Hot Head Burrito.
I eat at chipotle atleast 3 times a week and I’ve been doing that since I started college since it’s one of the only “healthy” fast food restaurant options. That being said, I’ve been to A LOT of chipotles, and this is hands down the trashiest one I’ve ever been to. Its food quality pissed me off so much I had to write a review about it, that’s how bad it is. Half the time the meat (chicken) is not cooked properly, and 99% of the time, the guac is disgusting. ITS DARK GREEN! It’s supposed to be lime-greenish when fresh, NOT dark green! This location is just lazy and cooks/freezes stuff like guac over night or they just don’t know how to cook overall. Idk if you guys in the area are just used to this, but this is NOT how chipotle is supposed taste like. 👎🏾 Started going to subway now cause I’m not paying $7 for a bowl of undercooked trash.

2022-07-12One of the best I have been to! They are most generally in a very pleasant mood making for a great atmosphere! They are definitely willing to help you if you have questions. And overall service is pretty fast. I would say they are most of the time faster then some drive-thru service in lima. Overall love eating here when I can!

2022-07-21Made a 70 dollar door dash order and the meals were made completely wrong. Three of the bowls were completely made wrong with the ingredients randomly put together and not at all how I ordered them. If I am paying so much money for food I expect the orders to be made right.

2022-06-01I mostly order on their app... It was hit or miss with kids meals for awhile. Always was missing something. But lately they have stepped up their game and Ive had consistently better and more accurate orders.

2022-05-30I really love Chipotle it is always delicious! But I am very sad to say that this particular place forgot 6 things in my order. They forgot two drinks, three sides, and steak in my burrito. I am very disappointed that we had to go back in and gather the things they forgot. If I read the reviews right many people had these same problems. This is not a one time problem but a regular problem.Please check the orders before you give them to the your customers. Thanks for the delicious food!

2022-06-05Lima Chipotle SUCKS. Period. Thats putting it nicely. We arrived today at 4:30 pm with our family of 3....the first person ordered and was served scraps of fat from the bottom of the pan of barbacoa, the second person was told they were bringing more. They brought back out the same pan with SCRAPS and we were told BY THE MANAGER the Barcabcoa had been STRAINED!!!! The hunks of fat [no meat] was literally what they served us and had the audacity to expect us to eat it. Never again and we will be taking this further than a Google review. Thats not even sanitary.

2022-08-16Burrito bowl to go. Picked up the bag and it had leaked out juice and the bag ripped apart spilling food everywhere.

2019-10-10Food was fast, tasty, and fresh tasting. Service was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. And they accommodated for my vegan needs. I got a salad with brown rice, blackbeans, sofritas, veggies, and rojo sauce.

2022-04-11I guess ordering on line for pick up means u cant watch them add what u actually ordered so u get ripped off. I had 2 pieces of meat in my burrito bowl...not acceptable for the price I paid!! 😡 I have never had a problem when I order there. Very disappointing!!

2022-05-30It probably was just a bad day for the guy making my burrito, but this was smallest one Ive had made by any Chipotle...LOL. I stopped through as I was traveling from Dayton to Grand Rapids. Everything else was a normal Chipotle experience.
