The young man bagging the to go order put the kids order in the bag side ways. I had to ask for another bag but the food had spilled over the other two orders. Food was cold and seemed like they were out of stuff. It was disappointing, this is the first time food wasnt good. The employees didnt seem to want to be working
The worst experience with this location. Takeout wasnt ready at promised time but I give them a little slack these days. However, this is the second time being this late like this, and they were fully staffed tonight. After 20m I had to ask and they had to reprint the order; guessing they missed it. After getting it back home was missing a few small things like corn on the side, but was also the sloppiest made Ive ever seen. Like they were inconvenienced to have to make my order out of turn...
Every place is under staffed and I understand my family eats out often. Wish the portions would be just a tad bigger. The staff would at least try and smile for the duration of us going threw the line something they just look very angry. The good has not been to bad. Just wish we were getting a little more for the price
Ordered a chicken bowl through door dash got charged for extra chicken didnt get any chicken or rice tryed to call the store like 12 times and no one ever answered so I tryed to act like I was gonna place a pick up order thinking someone would answer then but no one did I love chipotle but I would not recommend this store to anyone I spend probably 60 bucks a week there this is the second time Ive ordered through door dash and have had my order messed up will not do it a 3rd time
I ordered dinner through grubHub the driver was great, but we didnt get half of our order not to mention 1 of the bowls we got had a hair in it and the other one had a piece of glove in it. After trying to call the store and getting hung up on 4 times we were told that we could either get our order replaced at a different time or we would have to get grub hub to refund me . Wouldnt you think that we would get some sort of extra compensation for having such a awful experience. with that being said 10/10 would not recommend going through this store unless you like to eat from a garbage bin
Honestly, this place has gone so far down hill. It used to be really good and always have the orders correct. Unfortunately they always mess up the orders, never provide enough extra protein or anything else you try to get. And highly advise you avoid doordashing or UberEATS unless you want your order to either be completely wrong or completely different. Dont recommend.
Save yourself the trouble and visit another store!!! This store will never get your order correct, they will never be courteous and make it right. I totally understand they dont have enough staff and having to wait, its their attitude and every single order is wrong! This chipotle is horrible when it comes to getting your order correct!! Visit one of the other stores unless you dont care what you ordered:)
I once had a friend who pronounced the name of this restaurant like it rhymed with Tip ONeil (Chip O Till). I tried to explain so many times that it was Spanish, thats not how it was pronounced, but he wouldnt listen. Its been 30 years, but I bet that if you searched him out today, he would still be someone I made up just for this comment.
Restaurant was out of things.Ordered five bowls and 6 tacos with white rice they literally tried to give me a half a scoop of rice because I said they were almost out.I told them I would wait for new rice and they got an attitude.I ended up with five bowls that was equivalent to what two bowls would normally be.
I order from here very frequently usually for pickup. There have been a few times where they have messed up and I didn’t really worry about it. But tonight I ordered a double chicken bowl with extra sour cream and a double barbacoa bowl for my Fiancé and it was the most pathetic excuse of a bowl I have ever seen. Literally maybe four pieces of meat on each bowl. And as for my sour cream it was basically nonexistent. So I called the store to file my complaint. Took me about four or five times until I finally got someone to answer and when they did I was answered by a very unpleasant manager. When you are a manager and I’m calling you to report about something I PAID for and I’m very displeased with you can’t have a bad attitude with me. I will never be back to this location because when I pay for extra I better get extra.
The last 3 times I’ve ordered a salad, they forgot the dressing. Also, don’t ever order online.... said it would be ready at 6pm, wasn’t ready til 6:50pm. Would’ve been faster to drive there and wait in line. Didn’t compensate for it or give a notification that it would be done later. Didn’t abide by the social distancing either with the building packed. Couldn’t have a been a good experience for the people dining in surrounded by the frustrated people waiting to get food.
This chipotle is pretty hit and miss, but they went all online which is extremely inconvenient. Portion sizes are always skimpy with online orders and the last time they didnt even get my choice of meat correct. Not sure why this is a challenge since there are no more in store orders. Wont be spending any money here until things are back to normal.
These chaps are extremely rude. There is poor customer service and the manager is plain unprofessional. I made an order a few days ago, which I was charged for and then Chipotle refused to deliver my order. I placed a call to them regarding this and they berated me and said they will deliver my food when it suits them. To this day, i have not received my order nor have i been refunded. Who wouldve thought ordering food would be so difficult. The manager refuses to deliver my food as it clearly is not profitable to deliver my food for free. Disgusting service and tbh the food isnt much better.
Definitely one of the most disorganized Chipotle’s I have ever been to. Never enough parking spaces, and if there isn’t any parking spots up front, the back driveway to the overflow parking is one way in the wrong direction if you come off of 79. Food is NEVER ready on time for online orders. I ordered an hour ahead of time and literally waiting in the seating area with 14 other unhappy guests... Even with ordering way in advance, food was 25 minutes late. Trash overflowing as well, zero social distancing for people waiting to pickup food
Just left the Heath, Oh Chipotle. Ordered the salad and it looks good, fresh lettuces, generous portions but no vinaigrette. I wish they had informed me before beginning to build my salad, almost walked away but didnt.Staff was efficient if rather one note blah but, granted this is my biggest pet peeve, I despise being honeyed. Especially when the one addressing me is young enough to be my granddaughter, very disrespectful. She wished me a good day but no thank you. Save the honeys for middle aged to elderly men who might be flattered although their significant others might not.
I understand this chipotle has its flaws, but every employee works very hard to get everything for everyone. online orders get backed up because of the massive flow of orders due at the same time, but their workers work fast to get them out as soon as they can. problems with their systems occur too, orders won’t come up and sometimes won’t even be in their system which causes angry customers, but understand they are doing what they can, especially during this pandemic. as for the front line, chipotles put their trainees on front to get them in the habit of fast pace food making, this helps them learn how to keep a line moving at a consistent speed. please be patient with these trainees, they are nervous.
I order from Chipotle frequently - mostly from door dash from the 21st street location and picking up there has never been a problem. Tuesday, Oct 6 2020, I ordered online for pick up from the Heath, OH location. I ordered myself dinner to pick up at 6:15 PM - more than enough time to get my food and get to my 12 hr night shift job at the hospital. I arrived at the restaurant and quickly realized there was an enormous set back on pick up orders as there were at most 20 people waiting in the restaurant for their orders to be filled. Many people were upset as they had been waiting 30 or more minutes. I waited patiently for my food with the others and stayed until 6:50 PM when I could no longer wait as I would have been late for work. I tried going on the Chipotle website and see if I could cancel my order - I couldn’t find a way. I called numerous times to the store only for the phone to be picked up and hung up multiple times. This was an hour to two hours after me being there so I would imagine the busy ness had subsided. It took a long time and multiple hang ups to get someone to answer. When they did they said to go on the a site and get a refund. The only thing I could find was to fill out an experience thing online and I did. Skip forward to Thursday, I call the Heath location again only for a girl to put me on hold twice and leave me on it for 10 minutes. I eventually hung up because I knew they probably weren’t going to help me or it wasn’t a concern to help me. I then called corporate.Long story short, I understand being busy and things happen but to hang up calls and totally disregard someone is extremely rude. What’s makes me even more upset is that I went 12 hours without eating and I had used my free entree reward which takes a lot to earn. I don’t think I’ll be using or going to Heath again.
Everytime i come to this Chipotle, its incredibly unorganized, they are extremely slow and the parking lot is ungodly small for the amount of traffic they bring in. The online ordering system is a joke because I ordered online for pickup at 6:15 and showed up at 6:15 to pick up my order and there was nobody in line and 8 workers behind the counter stocking items when there was 8 people in the lobby waiting more than 10+ minutes waiting on their pre-ordered, online order. its embarrassing that people can come in to order and get their food faster than someone whose pick up time for their online order was 15-20 minutes before that. Not to mention they under serve all of their portions especially guacamole that costs more than a drink.
Never ever order delivery from these people. They have repeatedly forgotten our items and they are not easy to work with to get them to fix THEIR mistakes. The guy on the phone was so rude to me.I will never order delivery again, we have tried 4 or 5 times and each time, there is something missing. Horrible!Also, dont pick up, either. Orders get stolen every time Im there.
If you dont have a location that does delivery which this one doesnt the online ordering is rough. If anything they more expose you to risk of virus. All the people with online ordering are centered the same place as the live orders. The online orders were all messed up so it just meant more people standing around in an already small area. No drinks had to ask for all 3 drinks. Got 1/3 chips. Asked for extra meat got none. Should have just went through the line. If I left with any less I would have left with an empty bag. Its not the people that work there risking their lives. Its the terrible company processes that cant be fulfilled properly.
I dont think i have ever had a good experience from this location. We door dashed dinner from here and the driver was great. The order was botched as I expected. Paid for more than we got. I dont understand why its difficult to read an order and make what is ordered. We will make sure to go out of our way to not go to this location anymore.
The ambient noise in the Chipotle is always loud due to the industrial style of the restaurant. However the food is very good and the portions reasonable. I like that they arent afraid to make things spicy and you can make it spicier by your selections and the addition of the hot sauce that is provided to take to your table. The staff was pleasant cheerful and efficient.
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and always had excellent food and customer experience. I had my first mishap after 5 years of coming here (thing a happen, no big deal), and called in and spoke to a manager named Devan. You could tell she was very apologetic and took care of the situation professionally. After ordering and eating here hundreds of times I would never expect to have a problem, but even in the one-in-a-million chance you do it will be handled promptly!
This chipotle has really gone down hill in the last couple years. The past few times Ive ordered things have been messed up (yes the make it up if I call). But today I waited over 15 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be done at 615, both the bowls I got were steak which was fatty and not cut like usual. I will be taking my business somewhere else due to these continued issues.
Went here yesterday and the girl making the burritos kept scooping rice and then using her hands (gloves on) to compress the rice into a ball. She would than touch her face and mask with same gloves and go back to doing same thing on next order. I watched for 3 orders while waiting my turn. Couldnt believe noone said anything to her but when I got up there I told her she needed to change gloves and not handle my food.
Food is always exceptional here and I come here whenever I get a break from work. Lately Ive noticed that their portioning has gone way down. Any time I ask for beans or chicken they give me less than I normally would. Every time I have to ask for more because of how little they give you compared to other restaurants. Also, I really like their mild salsa but I dont want too much of it so I order it on the side. On 3 occasions now they have charged me an additional extra fee just for having it on the side. If they continue to charge me extra for this Ill start going to 21st Street instead. If you can fix these issues I will give you 5 stars. If I had to rate this place on parking alone though it would be 1 star. I have to pick a time a day that wont be too busy because Im afraid I wont have a parking spot when I get there. Its ridiculous to have only 10 parking spaces.
I love chipotle and i eat there all the time, but this particular location has messed up my order almost every single time. either gotten it entirely wrong, missed items from the order, given me stale chips / soggy tortillas etc., has taken ages to deliver (i know they use doordash but i have never had doordash take so long with any other restaurant), or whatever else it may be. i genuinely can’t afford to eat here anymore because every time the food is basically ruined or i literally don’t get what i pay for. i hate giving places bad ratings, but this one really does deserve it.
Good food and quick service. Ordered take out today around 5pm, and the chips we received tasted stale, as if they were leftover from lunch. My mother attempted to call to place a complaint, and no one answered the phone. Also the website to let them know how they are doing doesnt work. (The one found on the receipts)
Absolutely incredible service: the employees made so much food so quickly, it tasted fantastic, and they were all super friendly. I couldnt have asked for anything better. Ive done both catering and in-store orders, and they were excellent at both. I highly recommend this place!
This location is not worth your time or money, unless you like wasting money and your time. The portions are child-like and when you ask to get more of something as simple as rice, they act like its coming out of their own paycheck. The personalities and friendliness of the staff are incredibly lacking.My office orders carry-out online from time to time and never once has every single order within our online order been correct. When there is a FORM in front of you, stating specifically what should be included in that order, there should be few to no mistakes made here.There isnt much parking and you have to park way out behind the Chipotle building 94% of the time. The in arrow is no longer visible on the concrete and people go out the in and vice versa, causing quite the headache.Ive finally learned to stop going here.
Not a good Chipotle to go to. Small portions, thrown together. Not only do you what you eat put who puts it together. There is no uniform in portion control. Different employees, different portions. Then get upset if you ask to add a little more or less. I dont go to Chipotle for speed of service but quality of food and service. Something this store lacks. A store is only as good as its management.
I ha e never ate at Chipotle before. There is not one in Parkersburg, West Virginia. I was up in Heath Ohio and saw it. Decided, what the heck I will give it a try. I was not disappointed! I got the crunchy Tacos with chicken and steak,(the steak was way to chewy though, that batch was over cooked), but everything else was great. It is like Subway but for Mexican food. Totally different from Taco Bell in every way. Authentic taste of Mexican food. Highly recommended!
I have been eating at this store for some time now and typically do not leave reviews. First off I want to say that I have had very minimal issues with the food quality and service of any chipotle franchise that I have ate at. I have noticed over time of eating at the Heath Oh, location that the portions progressively get smaller and smaller. I have ordered the same thing every single time I have ever ate chipotle and I pay for double meat . Well today I go to this location and order the same thing I always get and got double meat burrito as usual. Well instead of turning around and grabbing the fresh chicken that was ready and waiting I got the last half a portion of chicken and still got charged for double. The burrito shell that I got was not edible, very hard and just not good . The meat I got today was very chewy and overall not very good. Typically I would leave a 5 star review because this location is typically always great food and great service but I am leaving a 4 star because the experience today was deffinatly not the usual 5 star that I am used to. I didnt even get to eat half of my burrito because the shell and the meat was not very good today and also the chips that I got with my meal were crushed little pieces of chips in the bottom of the bag. I will say that when I went in the store overall was pretty busy but I have been when they are tremendously busy and never had an issue like today . I would say 9 out of 10 times this store Is exceptional but today the food just wasnt as expected . Even though the food wasnt very good today the service was still good I was just upset how below par the food was and ultimately that is why I eat chipotle is for the good ingredients and great food.
Employees are currently harassing a customer who had issues with their order on social media. Completely pathetic and childish. After asking her name they went out of their way to look her up. not a good representation of a business by any means. (Megan Mohler and Kyla Diley)
Service has been horrible the last 3 times that I visited. 1st time I was over charged. 2nd time I asked for extra rice, and was given less then the normal amount. Today they had a new employee, and she was treated very poorly by other employees. On top of being treated poorly, it was done in front of customers. I will be visiting other locations from now on!
Ordered a bowl with the new meat they said it would be just a min while they cut it up watched em pan it put it out n then the girls kept making other peoples food while my bowl sat exposed getting cold waiting on the meat that was sitting right there I finally had to speak up n ask if they were gonna finish it
Very disappointed as we eat here 1-3x weekly...food was great service and then mgmt were horrible. First one of our meals wasnt put in bag and went unnoticed until I got home. I called they said come back up so after not getting home from work til 7pm...then making multiple trips to chipotle I was a little cranky to day the least. They charged me for additional bowl. Mgmt wouldnt come back and talk to me. Corporate offices handled situation by sending gift cards. Just aggravating.
Visit this location all the time. Food is always excellent, except one time which happened to be my last visit. Chicken was over salted, I used to run a grill there, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. Was also a little burnt. I wouldn’t say I was dissatisfied thou. Very friendly staff... lots of eye contact.
Was seriously hesitant to go after staying away for a few years.. very good service and product! We had the chicken tacos, large chips and queso with corn salsa as a side, and a barbacoa bowl. Of course the food was prepared per order, the products all looked fresh and presentable.
The employees here look and act like high school kids, and every time I go they some how mess up wrapping a burrito, or the line is out of something. The food (what they seem to have actually prepped and on the line) is usually pretty good, but the service is super slow.

2022-06-28Ive given this location enough chances. I avoided it for months due to the empty bowls youd get when ordering online. Decided to give another chance today, which I regret. I placed an online order, over 30 minutes before the pickup time. Walk in and was told they arent doing online orders today. Thanks for the call. A door dash driver walked in after me and was told no door dash orders. Apparently no call was made to them either. So I got in line and ordered. Double steak, which amounted to a single order, at best. The steak was simply not edible. It was impossible to chew. Purchased and paid for a side of guac, which never made it into my bag. Of all Chipotles, this location has some issues they need to work through and I recommended they start with quality and customer service. Oh and I just checked, you can still order online...

2022-07-14Great food just had a bad experience when asking for extra sour cream. We got dirty looks. Also the kid put chicken on my husbands bowl without asking because he wanted steak then we got a dirty look for that too. This was the heath location.

2022-03-11If you are Inorexic than this is the place to go. The portions they will give you will only hold you over for a little bit. I paid 12.60 and should have actually told them Im not getting it and dipped out. I even asked for extra but even that was skimpy. This Chipotle dont cut it!

2022-06-12Bad experience. It seemed like every employee hated their job. My wifes steak bowl was mostly fat and gristle instead of steak. The cashier disappeared when the line wrapped around to the door. Everything was dirty.

2022-01-29I ordered online and picked it up. My barbacoa burito bowl had almost no meat on it and was missing the sour cream. I ordered chips and salsa but only received the chips. Its been awhile since I ordered from there and it will be a very long time before I go back.

2022-03-09Ordered and paid for double chorizo. Got zero chorizo. Wouldnt have been too awful if they had maybe put on some extra pintos and rice to make up for it. But no. We stopped ordering from the Heath Chipotle roughly 6 months ago because of incorrect orders. Tried them again a couple weeks ago and it was good. We thought they had fixed what was broken so we added them back to the rotation. As luck would have it, our very next order was lousy. Well try again in August or September.

2022-02-19Ive ordered online quite a few times recently and everytime the burritos are so tiny and LOADED with sour cream even after requesting light. Im so sick of paying $12 for a steak burrito thats tiny. Not wasting my money anymore!!

2022-04-24Food was great but one boy there was very rude, they forgot my ranch dressing and I went to tell them and this boy that works the front got it and basically threw it at me like I inconvenienced him. Ill still eat there because the food is great but Ill never get served by him again
