Consistently inconsistent. Beware when doing a pickup order specifically, youll be let down. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, what should have been double chicken was a single serving, and the burrito was folded - it wasnt even wrapped and fell apart immediately. It takes a lot to annoy me when it comes to the food service industry but after repeated issues at this specific location well be going to Eastgate from now on.
Stood in line 42 minutes to place order.. now dont get me wrong this is one of my favorite Chipotles there was one girl working the front line that meant making the orders and ringing them out I dont know why they didnt pull somebody from the back but Im going to tell you I watched five people walk out Ive never had to wait that long.... Also when I got home and ate my salad I bit in to the salad and the rice was not completely done it was hard.... Thought I broke a tooth... I got a side order of guacamole but they had no chips so when I bit into the guacamole with the chips I had from home I bit into the core of the avocado I have to say this is probably one of my worst salads and visits to this Chipotle!!! somebody needs to talk to the manager there... this is nuts... not a way to run a business... Needless to say I was very disappointed in my favorite Chipotle!!!!
This Chipotle is not good. I placed a carry out order, then arrived twenty minutes later, then waited another ten inside while people who went into the normal carry out line ordered and left before I got my food. On top of that, they hadnt cleaned the dining area for a while, the trash cans were overflowing, and it just seemed like no one was running the show. I used to go here often, but now go to the other locations which dont seem to have those issues.
This place has become so run down and awful. They were out of straws and lids for cups & also out of drinks. The bowl they gave me the other day was literally laughable. I was actually offended and my husband is non confrontational or I would of told them to toss it & walked out. I’m 105 pounds and portion control/diet and ate my bowl in one sitting and have never in my life. Also it was THIRTY TWO DOLLARS. We could of went to Texas Roadhouse and got lunch entrees. They charged me double meat and it most definitely wasn’t. I remember why I quit coming here for so long and decided to stop back in, decided I won’t be coming back to this location again for quite some time. They’re employees need some serious training and to take care of the restaurant. It’s literally embarrassing to pay 35 bucks for a meal between two people and not even be full. Like I would of been embarrassed to even sell the food to someone if I had been on the other side of the counter. Kudos chipotle, this review probably doesn’t matter bc you’re a chain restaurant but whatever.
Ordered delivery through the app. Twice in a row the order has been severely incorrect. I tried using the online resource pepper to atleast get compensation (although Id rather they just re-deliver the food I actually ordered) and the bot you chat with only adds a BOGO offer to your account. Tried calling the store directly, and after an infuriating back and forth with another automated system, I was transferred to the store. No one answered. I dont know if its the company as a whole, or this store in particular, but I know chipotle used to be way better.
The Amelia location is completely disgusting! The windows, doors, door handles, floors and drink dispensers look as if theyve not been touched in months. Food scraps from customers all over the place. No clean tables hair, food and fingerprints covered them all.The plastic dinnerware was scary as well. We noticed liquid was sitting at the bottom of the containers and once we noticed that, my kids and I decided to leave and eat at home. We will not be back!
2 years ago I made a review for this place with 5 stars. Since then this place has dropped to 0 stars. This is absolutely terrible. Multiple times the service has been bad, rude, and overall careless. Inside of the restaurant is closed for God knows why, place is always out of stock in items, needs to be taken care of. Soon.
Ordered 1 hr before picking up, paid also, when I got there not only was order not ready but no record of the order. Every time I asked to speak to someone on charge I was told too busy filling orders. Never again,wasted hour of my time and missed my lunch break. I am totally done with Chipotle and the worst customer service ever.
Chipotle is one of my favorite. But im sorry Im really disappointed in how much they give you these days on your burrito bowls. I hardly got any meat and way way too much sour cream. I think you guys need to jus slow it down a bit. I know its been hectic but spread the love care for one another be alittle more with alittle more on the burrito bowls next time! 😊
Place my order online I got there to pick it up the lady says will your orders not ready yet and its not due to be made for 20 more minutes I said wait a minute I just placed the order like 15 minutes ago and I put pick up time is ASAP she said well its not due for 20 more minutes so were not even going to start it till then! With a bad attitude
As I sit here and ponder my whole future as I wait an hour for an online mobile order. I wonder what led this location to be so unorganized. I will give it to them it’s a Friday and tensions may be high as they all think about their plans after work, but my belly is rumbling. I eat chipotle 3 times a week at least and I just moved here and it’s unfortunate how badly managed this one is. I really am in awe, it’s comical almost. I’m a slow typer and guess what still here waiting for my food ! One hour down , 500 years to go !-UPDATE: It was my mistake to even give them a second chance! I got a chicken bowl with rice, chicken, sour cream, and cheese. THEY LITERALLY FORGOT THE RICE. Also I know they had as the second part to my order (a burrito) has plenty of rice in it. I cant even believe this still has 4 stars.
I love there tacos normally but this time was horrible they over packed them and pushed everything together. I couldnt eat them because they was so wet when I tried to pick one up it just fell apart. I think they just rushed to leave since it was at the end of the night. Horrible
Went in tonight. This place is completely trashed, felt like I was at a trashy McDonalds. The entire front line is completely a mess food everywhere. Out of chips at 7:50 PM no straws. Tons of employees standing around when they could be making the chips they are out of.I dont even think there was a manager even there and if they were they should be fired, because they cant teach their employees how to do their jobs.
We love Chipotle. My daughter loves the cilantro lime rice with the cheese quesadilla and I prefer the burrito bowl. Lately I have ordered the tofu option (not a vegetarian) it is a healthy way to reduce my meat intake without missing the meat at all. The tofu is seasoned to perfection. The Amelia location was trendy, spotless, and had a good vibe. My only complaints is that on occasion in stead of the staff joking and smiling each other (which is ok) they could put an effort to do that with the customers as well. Sometimes I feel like Im breaking up the party or conversation when I order or go back up for a lid. On our last visit they were completely out of medium salsa (I like a lot of) I wish there would have been a sign or stated before ordering.Bottom line , nice Chipotle and Im sure well be there soon.
Unfortunately this experience was below expectations. There was a wait on chicken, there was a few food items they was out of, the prep counter was nasty,, and one of the employees was rude to another customer. I shared the experience on the Chipoltle website and to my surprise I got a response within 10 minutes. She told me she was including the management of this location in the email thread and assured me steps would be taken to help correct the issues. She also applied a free entrée to my account and apologized for my negative experience. Sad that this happened (Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat) but pleased with the quick response and actions to correct the issue.
This location measured up very well today. Though it was the busy lunch rush we did not have a long wait in line. The crew were moving quickly and communicating with one an other very efficiently, which was impressive. As I came up to the first station I was greeted with a polite Hello, how are you today, and what may I prepare for you? This must be protocol here because the same etiquette followed me all the way to the cashier.I payed and definitely tipped and since the weather was so nice today I took advantage of the outside seating and enjoyed the generously proportioned chicken bowl. Great job guys!
I give 3 stars. A customer should be able to expect consistency in quality and quantity. Every time I eat there something is different/off about the food. Sometimes the chips are over salted and have to be scraped. The steak is fatty and needs trimmed. Sometimes the steak is cut small and other times its cut in large chunks. I always get different portion sizes, nothing is consistent with portions. Too much sour cream will ruin a burrito. And today I got the smallest burrito Ive ever had. It was rolled to the size of my fist, had very little steak, and was mostly rice and burrito wrap. YOU NEED TO GET MEASURING UTENSILS SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN GET WHAT WE PAY FOR AND NOT GET DIFFERENT PORTIONS EVERY VISIT.Ive now lowered my rating to 1 star. Price increases and smaller portions are not acceptable. And someone there never cuts the fat off of the steak, Im tired of having to gnaw through my burrito like Im chewing gum. Several times over the last couple months the brown rice was not cooked all the way and was crunchy. And they are constantly running out of food items. We will not be back. We will drive the extra 10-15mins to Eastgate or Anderson and start trying our luck at those locations.
This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had they were out of absolutely everything no chips no lettuce no dressings no napkins no nothing not to mention the fact I asked for double meat on my burrito and she was so skimpy that I cant believe that I paid that amount for my burrito .the place was dirty every single table was filthy and the corn salsa that they put in mine and my husbands burrito was frozen solid we had to wrap up the food and just go terrible experience....
We come here all the time but they’ve been pretty poor in quality lately. They made our kids quesadilla.. without cheese? The only thing I put on for it & they put nothing in there. We ordered online & they were 20 min behind, to the point where we could’ve been put in 5 min if we had gone through the line. Not the first time they messed up an order but the most annoying bc our 4 yo was pretty upset.
Food is fantastic but they are chincy with the protein ingredients.i could eat it everyday .I eat it at least 2 to 3 times a week .I tell everybody I talk to how damn good it is I absolutely love their food steak bowl point on all 3 sauces no guacamole no sor cream but everything else heavy heavy yummmm
If you come in past at 9pm or later they will make sure you know how irritated they are that you’re there. I think we’ve given up on this chipotle after this last visit. Online ordering has been down forever now and something is missing or out of stock literally every time we go. I miss our old Chipotle.
Placed an order tonight at 6:50PM for pickup at 7:20PM. The app allowed the order (would have even let me choose an earlier time) and I came at 7:15PM to wait for the order. When I came in, there was already like a dozen or more people waiting for orders. My order was not complete until 8:10PM, 50 minutes after the expected pickup time. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened. In the past couple of months, this has happened three times, and it really defeats the purpose of ordering online or through the app. If they are backed up, then orders should not be able to be placed; I would imagine the Chipotle system has ways for the manager to stop accepting online/app orders for certain times when they get backed up like this. Probably going to be ordering a lot less from here because these issues are getting really annoying.
Chipotle..... although I only have tried it once it was pretty good. The food is good quality and fast too. Pretty nice that it can also be delivered from multiple apps too. If your a burrito lover this is a place to go since they dont really have anything else other than burritos.
I have been going here since they have opened this location and I guess they have gone through a lot of management because they use to be awesome food use to be fresh went in a couple weeks ago and they were out of lettuce and today out of black beans people making chips at 215pm thought those were supposed to be done in the morning and the guacamole it use to be bright green and fresh now its a dark green with a little brown to it have to say prices going up and the food is going down only gave 2 stars for the employees because they were awesome as usual .
Usually do ok service, but this weekend ordered food online and picked it up. Got home to discover there was no chicken on my chicken burrito! Had to take it back up there for them to make me a new one. I understand mistakes happen. Hopefully they can fix it so it doesnt happen to anyone else.
A worker with the nametag Ross called me a numb skull, banana brain and slapped me with a large tortilla across my face. I was then forced to eat a vegetable only taco and five cubic pound of topsoil aka chipotle steak. I will not be returning for the foreseeable future.
I usually love this location but tonight they were out of sour cream and did not bother putting up a sign or telling you before you start your order. Im sorry but sour cream is a must have and I would have liked to have known before I waited in line and made my whole bowl just for them to say at the end that they are out of sour cream! I walked out and left my bowl!
The last 4-5 times I have been here, several of my favorite things have become overly salty. I love salt, and usually my issues with restaurants are that they under salt things, but the cauliflower rice and the soffritas are practically straight salt. I would love to have these healthier choices, but I have found them to be inedible.
Do not use the app when ordering here. I ordered using the app yesterday to be picked up at 12pm. I arrived at 12:05pm. When I get there, there were about 20 people standing in line waiting to get their order. One of the workers comes out and tells us that something happened with their system and we have to order through the line. Being that I didn’t have time to wait, I left and went somewhere else. I have reached out a few times now with no response yet they charged me for my order. So if you want to gamble with your money on the app, fee free to lose once in a while. Maybe I can get a response this way when it’s public
My husband and I have been to this Chipotle several times and left less than impressed. We gave it one last go today and somehow the chicken was overcooked, the rice was undercooked, and the tortilla was hard. The only good thing about it was that the staff was friendly. We both ended up throwing out half a burrito, which is very unusual for us. I dont think well be eating at this location again.
Went to this location today with a young lady with Celiacs disease and all gluten must be avoided! The employees washed their hands, put on new gloves and dipped the rice out of a fresh pan to avoid cross contamination. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! It meant a lot to us!
I went in to order food to go for everyone at home, well they were out of chicken which they said would be about 15 mins or so. Then they were also out of white rice which they said would take about 30 or so mins. Im not exactly sure why they wouldnt of already started the rice if it takes that long when they seen they was getting low. They asked if I wanted something else or wanted to wait um no thanks, thats ridiculous yeah maybe 10 or 15 mins but im not waiting 30 or more mins and then what have to get back in line and hope they dont run out again. The line was already out the door when I showed up. So I already waited for what seemed like 30 mins alone before we got up there and they was out of food. So I wouldnt reccomend going to them on a busy day, they dont seem to have their stuff together very well. And if your going to I guess always order online so that your food gets done and you dont have to wait again in a long line.
They can’t ever have a pickup order on time. It’s like 5th time it’s happened. AND now they messed our order up. Gave us sides of chips and queso when we ordered large. And no salsa either. This chipotle it awful. AND now that I finally get to eat my food after it being an hour later. They messed up my actual bowl. I would MUCH rather drive to any other location. Absolutely awful service. Will not return.
I love this spot! They prepare fantastic meals, their menu is nice, The cook in that place is a real pro, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The food is always good, the service towards the visitors is agreeable. I go often to this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend this place.
The man taking my order wasnt listening to me and just continued talking to his co-workers ignoring what I was saying for my order. Our food was extremely cold despite the woman who was temp checking everything while I was ordering. The kids quesadilla was overcooked and there was no cheese inside. The tortillas were stale, the rice & beans were undercooked.
You know what youre getting here. Decent food at higher prices. Food is good. No complaints on quality. My issue has always been prices that continue to climb over the years. Ordering from the app is easy and makes walking in to pick up your online order the best and fastest way to get your food, hands down.
This location was terrible. Gave me probably a tablespoon of rice because they were out of it and just sent me down the line without offering anything else. Also no queso and didnt let me know until my burrito was basically done so I couldnt do anything about it. Waste of money
Lol this was the most bland, weak, disappointingly flavorless taco Ive ever had. I love chipotle...typically. Im from out of town so Ive only tried this one once, and wont try it ever again. The portion sizes are exceptionally low. For example I didnt even get a spoonful of salsa on my tacos. I asked for extra and it was still below the average chipotle amount. The people were okay so I gave it 4 stars. I guess the only reason Im rating is because I hope some quality control happens soon. The people of this town deserve good chipotle too!
I always get their steak, brown rice, fried vegetables, both hot sauces, cream, cone, cheese, lettuce all wrapped with a tortilla in a bowl. Which is always amazing, fresh ingredients and delicious. The staff are quick to get me in and out, super friendly and always taking the cleanest seriously. In case they mess up on the order they start all over again.
You can never go wrong eating here. The price for the food and the quickness is superb. I used to frequent this place almost daily it seems when they used to offer half-off for veterans however they decided to put a stop to that even though they still honor it to local police which doesnt come to a surprise.
The food at Chipotle is always delicious. I love the fact that you can choose what to put in your burrito, bowl, quasedilla, etc. The lids fit the cups so that they dont fall off and the drink selection is very wide. The only complaint I can say I have with Chipotle is that some of the employees either have a very strong accent or are foreign. Which makes it very difficult to understand what theyre asking. For example, they say What size? You say chicken see not the most ideal situation. However, to end on a good note I would like to say that Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants.
If I could give a 0 start I would, Decided on chipotle for dinner tonight, doordashed because we didn’t feel Like going out. Ordered our food. A chicken bowl for my wife with sour cream, a chicken bowl for myself with no sour , and my sons bowl of steak and rice. Theirs waaaaay perfectly fine and accurate, but mine on the other hand was smothered in sour cream. Why would you do this chipotle???? I didn’t even ask for sour cream!! Called your store and your “manager” in charge could and wouldnt do anything but offer a credit!!! I still don’t get dinner!!! So here I am ordering again another 16$ wIth delivery!! This is why I’ve stopped going to your fake Mexican food, your quality and customer service have both shrunk quite a bit since you opened. This will be the last time ever eating here again.
Excellent food. Typical Chipotle. I had the burrito bowl with vegetables only so the Guacamole is included! Everything was very tasty. Air conditioning was set quite cold and was not comfortable. Windows were fogged up from excessive air conditioning. Overall though a good job the staff and store..
Well, it was Sorta busy, a line of MAYBE 8, I was right past the side door if that tells you how long the line was. Everyone was frantically running around acting like it was the Lunch Rush! When I got to the counter the girl doing the rice actually listened to me when I said extra rice so I didnt have to say it 5x. Next was the sauce... I had 2 bowls, while I was telling what I wanted on the one, the guy asked the guy behind me what was going on MY BOWL. I was focusing on my one bowl so didnt notice this until the guy went to put the top onto my bowl. Good thing the guy behind me only said cheese! I had to get my sauce on the side because the normal Green mild sauce was BROWN! I asked if that was their normal cause I have NEVER seen it brown before!? Of course I was told it was fine. And honestly, when i got home and tried it, it tasted fine!Lady behind me also got lettuce put on her bowl and she didnt even ask for it. She realized when her bowl was pushed next to mine and she thought it was someone elses. She said she was in a hurry and just forget it, Ill take it off myself.It was a mad house and there wasnt even a rush! I didnt even stop to get forks or napkins cause of the chaos! I understand its kinda Fast food but the experience was really stressful thanks to the workers freaking out over nothing, trying to rush and messing up repeatedly. Calm down, its just food! If everyone wouldve took time to actually listen to the customers instead of trying to rush and get us out the door it wouldve been a better experience. I was chill before I walked in and walked out a nervous wreck lol! Im giving 3 stars cause the food was still good but minus 2 stars due to the mad house environment and all the mess ups.
Food is fine but the lines are always LONG. Used the app to order ahead, and they hadnt started my food when i got there. Ive had to wait for pre-ordered food 3 times. Even when i get there after the scheduled pick up. Theyve only had my order ready on time once. In fact one time i watched, and i could have actually stood in line and gotten my food before they made my order from the app.
Love chipotle but here recently I’ve had such a bad experience with the mobile ordering service it’s unreal this is the second time this month my order has been messed up and the response I get from the store is worthless I’m not wasting more gas to drive all the way back to get a re made meal so I get told we will make sure it doesn’t happen agin??? Moe’s is starting to look better to me more and more
Big fan of Chipotle but unfortunately this location was pretty bad. Went there tonight... Usually they have the salad dressing by the lettuce I didnt see any so I asked the lady when it was my turn to order if they had salad dressing.. She said yes they had it by the cashier, which I thought was different but I said ok and proceeded to order my salad. They were out of cheese so we had to wait for about 5 min for cheese. Finally got to the cashier once the cheese arrived only for her to say she was out of dressing.. Which was very annoying since I had asked when I first came in. I asked her if they were planning to make some and she said no because they were too busy making cheese. I had to change my order.. All the tables in the dining room were dirty and the floor was a mess. I had to use the bathroom and they were out of toilet paper there was towels all over the floor and blood on the toilet seat. I let the cashier know so they could get it taken care of which she had plenty of down time to go clean it but she decided not to do so. I was there for about 30 minutes or more while we ate our food, I tried going to the bathroom once I was done eating hoping someone had taken care of the bathroom situation and it looked the exact same as it did when I first tried to use it. Absolutely terrible.. What an awful experience!!
Really long lines but they are fast. Everything is really good except the steak is fatty and hard to eat. I have found that true in a lot of Chipotles. Im still going to eat it I just wish they would remove some of the fat. Chips are a must, I dont know whats in them, but I am addicted.
I love chipotle. But yesterday my wife and I ordered online pick up. We get there and wait...and wait.....and wait. Finally our food is ready so we take it home. I get about 5 bites into my burrito bowl to find a long black hair on my food! My hair is not even to my shoulders and red and my wifes hair is about 3 inches long and purple....this hair was a good foot and a half long and jet black! The chips had giant clumps of salt on them that we had to scrape off before we even ate them. And lets talk about the different portion sizes between our bowls. My wife opened hers and it was overflowing with food! I opened mine and it was barely to the top of the bowl. The last few times we have gone to this location we have been disappointed. I think Ill try the one in eastgate and see how they are.
Extremly disappointed with the pick up service. Ordered extra chicken and queso and got neither.. also it was cold when I picked up my order right at the exact time I scheduled it. If they are going to make my order sooner than when I arrive. They should at least let me know through the app so I can pick it up and have it not be cold...
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.....This particular location is notorious for not staying true to an extra serving of ANYTHING. If I order chipotle 5 times a week , I guarantee 4 out of 5 of those orders will be incorrect. Ive even went as far as changing the name on my order to [ EXTRA CHEESE PLZ]. Still they lack the ability to read or acknowledge those details. And today to top that off, my order requested chicken and I was given pork....Way to go Amelia chipotle...
This is a bi-monthly pleasure for us both, but my wife could eat here on a DAILY BASIS...something about the rice she says. And its always the same for me a Barbacoa burrito and my wife gets the Chicken burrito with a side order of Chips & Salsa and all for a great price.
Ive been coming to this Chipotle for years and Ive never had any real issues except for today. I cam in and three or four of the ingredient bins are near or completely empty which means I get skimped on as far as the ingredients go. The girl who is taking my order is in no big hurry and when I asked her to double wrap the burrito I get serious attitude was her slamming the burrito around slamming the bag around. This is not the Chipotle Im used to.
Chipotle has gotten pricier of the past year or two and this location has made us all sick once before. Apparently other people got sick as a health dept. investigation was performed around that time. Pair that with the multiple national chipotle ecoli outbreaks and I make this a place I visit only as a last resort.
Horrible service! 5-6 customers b4 me got 2-3 scoops of meat, without having to ask & without being charged for double meat. When I got to the counter to order, a young thick girl left the register to wait on me, instead of the young man that was originally at the counter. She was barely putting anything in my bowl. She put 3/4 of a scoop of steak in my bowl, so I asked for a lil more. She said no, were only allowed to give u 1 scoop of each thing. I said Ive never been told that b4 & I come here 2x a week. She wouldnt put more steak in, until I said I would pay for double. Then she put 6 small pieces of steak in the bowl. I was charged $3 for an extra scoop & didnt get 1 full scoop all together. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. This girl has done this to me 2 other times before. Im not sure of her name cuz she never has a name tag on. Apparently a manager is never at this location either. If this is how u run your business, u ran off a paying customer. Ill take my money somewhere where the service is better & a paying customer is appreciated.
Ive had some bad expedites with this store, but last night set me off. Honestly, Im just done with the whole restaurant chain. Horrible chicken (fatty and burnt) and the employees just dont decide to tell me that they had to charge me for something until AFTER i paid? Yeah, great customer service my butt.
Slowest chipotle ever. Stood in line for 25 minutes the other night. Employees were taking their sweet time. When I finally got almost to the register, oh by the way, were out of guac. Would have been nice if they posted a sign on the door like literally ever other Chipotle does when they are out of something. Rice wasnt cooked all the way nor were the veggies. Will go over to Eastgate or up to Cherry Grove next time. What a joke!
While making my bowl the employee stopped what she was doing to grab her coffee her co worker had just bought her & then stood there and talked and continued to drink her coffee. They also do not give out military discount when the one in eatgate gives 50 % off. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
Im going to go ahead and say that this used to be one of my favorite places to eat but lately when Ive been getting their shredded beef burrito bowl there has been big chunks of fatty gross meet at it now I never used to receive those big chunks of fat which was great but now they are so I dont know if theyre not checking their meats as well but if they approve and prove that there is no problems with them Ive never been into one that Ive got horrible service either

2022-03-05The woman making food was super fast. Check out- not so much. The girl put a scoop of fresh chips on top of burnt ones and I had to ask for another bag because they were not edible. Otherwise the food was great. Overall not a bad experience and I will return.

2022-05-10This was so disappointing because I love Chipotle. This Chipotle is a busy one but it is also dirty. I wouldnt even go to the bathroom at this one for fear that I would never enter another Chipotle again.

2021-11-30What a phenomenal disappointment, nothing would bring us back. Entire dining room littered with random food debris and trash, out of tomato salsa, straws, one of the meats, and dressing(which wasnt mentioned until paying, the salad was poorly received). Smallest portion of beans and rice weve ever gotten, rice was disturbingly crunchy. We were there around 7:30, no line in front of us. Now I know why. Was hoping for a no-star option, perhaps a negative for this review.

2022-06-27Spare yourself the disappointment. 3 entire pieces of Chicken, hardly any rice and the portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. The rice is also undercooked. I would not place an order for pick up, I wouldnt even place an order to dine in. Go to another location and skip this one.

2022-03-07Just witnessed two beta males getting in a passive aggressive verbal scuffle. Every word spoken on egg shells kindly taking the others feeling into account. Both of there man bun wearing barnacle boys left me with everlasting gratitude as I thought to myself. I’m glad I’m not them! Calm down boys F$&@ it out later! 2021-12-28EVERY TIME i have ordered from this location, they never fail to serve to the absolute worst customer service possible. the workers are rude. they food is always cold. the portions are TINY. my bowls are never more than half filled (even when ordering extra of everything in it), they don’t fulfill the entire order. the delivery bag is never sealed. i do not recommend ordering delivery from this location, it’s a waste of time and money.

2022-01-01Not only was my order “stolen” and not ready when I got there to pick it up, this is the most disappointing excuse for a bowl I’ve ever got from chipotle. The bowl wasn’t even halfway full.

2022-02-12They never prepare online orders. Youll stand there for an hour waiting. You usually end up having to go wait in line anyway and giving them your order to fulfill. Ive had them say this ones on us.! No its not i already paid on the app and you never made the order, so after standing around for 30+min i have to go and wait in another line to get the order i placed for pick up. The workers never acknowledge you standing there and typically its a large group of us. People get frustrated and leave almost everytime we make the poor decision to go back here. Years ago this was one of the best stores, whoever the manager is now should be fired.
