Chilis Grill & Bar in other cities:
I like Chilis. This one in North Olmsted is a staple. We like their Southwestern Egg rolls and Chicken Nachos. They have some great specialty margaritas! I would only give it a three star rating but waitress Erin makes up for their shortcomings. To better your experience, definitely ask for Erin! Shes friendly, fun and efficient! She seems to always be there!! The place is very dated. When they can they should try to update. Also, the entrance is a trip hazard for sure! The bricks there are extremely uneven so be careful!!
Havent been to a Chilis in a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food we recieved. It was delicious! Highly recommend the cheese curd appetizer! My only complaint (which is a silly one) is that the food came out too fast - appetizer, salad, meals - all right on top of each other. If I was in a rush I wouldve appreciated that but I just wanted to enjoy. For a chain restaurant, this is a good one to pick.
I really hate what theyve done to the fajitas. What you are served isnt remotely close to whats advertised and its really a shame because they used to be great. They must have gotten a good deal on precooked chicken and shrimp because they certainly arent grilled anymore. See menu photo verses what was served.
Service isnt great. The young workers dont seem to want to answer questions about how one can order a meal. And when checking out the young female cashier walked away in the middle of completing the transition, just to look outside. Had to run my card through once more because of her not following through on her end with the transition the first time. All of the tables were filthy too: had to clean my own table. Garbage can was overflowing with garbage. Will never go her again.
Bartender was rude because her table behind us had issues. Which I understand. She became a lil more friendly as the bight went on and the other table left. Her margaritas were perfect but the shrimp in my shrimp tacos was gross and slimey. Id go back for drinks for sure.
If I could give zero stars I would! Yesterday my family and I ate at this chilis for mine and my fathers birthday. When I received my food it had a maggot in it. They comped our food and gave us free dessert but when my sister bit into it, she got a mouth full of plastic. This place is disgusting, DO NOT EAT HERE. The food that my family did eat made them terribly sick.
I normally get carryout of I use this location. Me and my wife rarely get to eat out we have a toddler. So we figured wed use a giftcard here. Was so disappointed. Boneless wings were cold amd just had sauce thrown on some chicken that was sitting around at room temp. I made the mistake of getting a steak. No choice of sides. Ordered it medium. Came out well done, gray, tough, and devoid of all flavor. It was just a peice of meat slapped on a flat iron grill too long. Season it with atleast salt and pepper at a minimum. this is texmex, it should be seasoned. The worst part was it was floating in some liquid. It wasnt juice from the dry steak either. It took like 4 napkins to absorb the weird liquid. It was all over the bottom of the steak too. Is looked like suds. Potatoes were old and brownish colored. Broccoli was wilted and gross too. My wifes chicken wasnt good either. Just bland chicken. They dumped salsa on. Kid got macaroni. Look like Kraft in a chipped up gross bowl. It made me glad we just cook food and eat at home. Wont proably go back for carryout anymore either.
Last night I was at the chilis in n olmsted. Ordered a hamburger, it came with a steak knife stabbed thru the middle as I pulled it out it sliced my finger about a 1/4 bleeding slightly I asked the waitress for a bandaid, 5 min she comes back and says how was your food. I looked at her said did you get a bandaid, she tells me we dont have any. Unbelievable
What a bunch of cheap corporate fat cats. Spend $100 in food but no free WiFi? Wont be going here again. Its loud as hell...food was good...floors were dirty...bathrooms trashy..sticky floors ..forks on the ground..no napkins provided.. ..just plain dirty...if I wanted that kind of trashy place, I could of gone to Dennys
We almost never go here, the food is a bit much for its quality, but it is good quality nonetheless... The host was a great help, we got our order fast and the store was clean. It seemed busy but the atmosphere was upbeat. Overall good not great... Not much to be helped, its chilis itll never be five star dining...Sorry.Four stars, wouldnt recommend...
The food was great, and the service was as well. The building is well used and has been around for quite some time, and suffers from deep down grime. Well not being unclean, it definitely is a far stretch from a newer restaurant. I had a good time and an enjoyable experience. I would recommend and would also return in the future. The Chilis chili burger was amazing. I havent had a burger that good in a while.
Always a great experience, this time my steak n shrimp were super salty and the manager cooked a whole new plate for me, himself .I Was not expecting that at all. I might add it was delicious. I never like sending back food but steak needs to be enjoyable 😉 good service too.
The food was good and the awesome blossom had extra awesome.I will have to be honest that going forward through this process were living with it will take time to get back into being around a busy area. The spacing was completely covered, including signs that stated that. Its more like a personal life journey from my experience with working in the business and the new normal of being a customer now.The only thing I can say is continue to enjoy the food that you want.Go out there concisely and eat.
The 3 for $10.99 is the best deal out there anywhere! They also have email coupons and app rewards for free appetizers and desserts that you can sign up for...even better! We always get SOMETHING for free when we come here and the food, service and atmosphere are great! Way better than Applebees!!
Get in the car b*ches. Were going to Chilis! As many times as Ive heard Landon Romano say this lately, Ive been wanting to stop back into a Chilis to have dinner. I popped in for drinks and appetizers and it was just as good as I remembered. The wait staff was super good and attentive, the cocktails were as good as any craft cocktail bar in the area. The fried pickles were great. I wasnt hungry enough to get their signature fajitas, but Im sure Ill be back soon for them.
My wife and I visited for lunch and while the food was good, it just wasnt a wow experience. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 on a Thursday. We were seated promptly, but waited several minutes before our waitress, Susan, came past the table. Even then, she just said, Ill be back in a moment. It was another minute or two before she came back to get our drink orders.I ordered the bacon avocado chicken sandwich and my wife had the combo meal with a salad and half a turkey club sandwich. Both arrived relatively quickly and were very good. My sandwich was big enough that I took half of it home and ate it for lunch the next day. There were a couple things which completely eliminated the Wow! factor for me.First, there was a waiter working there who had absolutely no sense of purpose as he moved around the restaurant. He seemed to be perpetually in stroll mode, not get it done! mode.Second, our waitress, Susan, never introduced herself. She was competent, but just not particularly friendly or welcoming. At one point, I wanted to salt my fries, but the salt shaker was completely clogged. I got another shaker from a different table and used that. When Susan came by, I told her that the salt shaker was clogged, but she left it sitting on our table for our entire meal. I have to wonder if it ever got replaced, or if the next people seated there ended up with the same problem.So... meh. We had a gift card for Chilis, which is the main reason we went there. If we get another gift card, we might go back, but... meh...
Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for dessert, waited a solid 50 minutes for food. It’s already closing time now and no one is coming to refill, clean up, or offer the check. We are now the only ones in the place and it’s still over 30 minutes for dessert in which we had already previously ordered in the 2 for 25. Only then at 10:30 pm after we’ve sat there for over 2 hours, does the waitress finally give us the check. Food orders were wrong. Steak was ordered rare, came out well done. Dressing was ordered a citrus dressing, came back ranch. Shrimp was not fresh. I do not recommend this place at all. It felt like we were completely abandoned and only after going to the kitchen to request or ask where the rest of our meal was after waiting 30 minutes (being the only ones there) were they brought out. No apologies or explanations given.
Weve ordered in from Chilis in North Olmsted and Im taking the time to do this review because of the exceptional service. The food was packaged very well and even all the fixings ( salsa, pico, sour cream, cheeses, and other sauces) were individually packaged. Everything got to us while it was still hot and was amazing. Felt like we were at the restaurant. Hopefully the great service continues.
Times are challenging. With the end of Covid drawing near, its time for recovery. Chilis needs to clean up and repaint their place to make it look as good as their food. We had a new waiter and he tried very hard to do his best. We waited a half hour in our car to be seated. Food was good quality and restrictions met for safety. Windows, blinds, windowsills need to be cleaned and painted. Family oriented and pleasant workers/servers. Food is good quality. Well go again.
This was a bonus date night for hubby and I, so we decided on Chilis. Its been a while since our last visit and a welcomed change from our normal spots. Our server Meagan was super awesome! We definitely appreciated her attentiveness. The food was Fantastic! The vibe tonight was great, the only issue was that it was cold in there. Thanks everyone (staff) for an enjoyable night.
My husband and I come here all the time… we are regulars and know most of the bartenders… I stopped in today, the place was crowed.. so I took a seat at the bar because I was rolling solo this evening. The place I chose to sit at had a man just leave, so of course his beer & food crumbs were left behind. I didn’t pull up to the bar fully because it wasn’t cleaned. The short blonde “bartender” “Alyssa” addressed me.. I asked her what the margarita of the month was.. she replied in a nasty tone “ I have no idea!” I gave her my drink order.. she brings my drink back & sit it on the dirty bar…ok… so I asked her if she would wipe my area… She instantly got a attitude and wanted to say something… but instead she held her tongue… but instead rolled her eyes and angrily grabbed a towel to wipe my area… I have never wrote a bad review..but she did it for me… I mean was I asking too much for a clean area… I’m lost… I will be contacting the corporate office because she is disgusting… with Covid at an all time high… she should be glad people are even here… I have never not tipped anyone… but I guess its a first time for everything…
Service was great, people were friendly. Food left alot to be desired. Street corn was just boiled then doused in margarine and chili powder. Wasnt really appealing. Smoked brisket was little better than dry chopped beef doused in generic bbq sauce. Baby back ribs were dry and not flavorful. I was disappointed.
My wife loves Chili’s. We ordered curbside on Mother’s Day and they were super busy. When I placed the phone order they told me it would be about an hour and a half. They were pretty accurate. I showed up 15 minutes early. The parking lot was packed. It was pouring down rain and they immediately came running out to the car. They were extremely pleasant and asked my name. I waited for about 10 minutes and they brought my food out. When I returned home everything was exactly as I expected. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Thank you North Olmsted Chili’s for the great service.
There was a 45 minute wait for a table. We ended up going to Dennys for dinner. Otherwise, we love Chilis. It was a mistake to think we, seniors, could get a table upon walkin on a Saturday around 6. Covid is partly responsible so we dont hold the long wait against. Chilis themselves. It would be nice if they had some place to put outdoor seating. We MIGHT have been able to get a seat had they outside seating.
I got take-out from this Chilis location on a road trip and everything was excellent. The food was prepared very well and the staff was friendly and courteous. They also resolved a problem I was having with my online order over the phone. If Im in the area again Ill definitely be back.
Really enjoyed our stop there. My girlfriend Deb and I were there last Saturday. We had some beers and an appetizer platter that was quite good. A couple of sliders, egg rolls, and honey coated chicken strips. We also had a couple of margaritas, which were great. Service was excellent. Its a nice place.
The person who seated us was very rude. I talked to a manager about it and about our food due to the fact that we ordered a burger and asked for it to be well done and it was raw! Then they also gave the wrong drink twice!! The manager wasnt courteous enough to ask if we would like a discount or even give us that meal for free. As a manager of a restraunt myself we wouldve at least tried to make it right. NEVER visiting this chilis again!
Had the most fantastic dinner made to perfection on 3/31/18. Service was great arrived at 7:15 pm and food was served by 7:40 pm. I had the sirloin, shrimp, loaded mashed potato and roasted asparagus with tomato. It was so good made me wish I had ordered the larger serving. My lady friend was also very pleased with her dish. Nice job everyone.
I had a great experience at Chilis. My server Ramon [I believe is his name] was friendly and quick. The kitchen mixed up my order, and i honestly wasnt concerned about it. However Ramon noticed and he went and got another entree. They replaced it quickly and everything was amazing. The steak fajitas are seriously great, try them!
We ordered a couple of burgers, and they were delicious! They came out really quick, but tasted fresh. One was ordered well done, and the other was medium well. They came out just like we ordered them! Their fries are aslo good, not greasy or soggy. A little bit heavy on the salt, but otherwise really good.
This place was terrible. We hadn’t been to this Chili’s location in over two years and couldn’t remember why. Now we do, the place was extremely dirty, the floors / bathroom were seriously gross. The wait staff was terrible. Had to wait forever to get refills, five minutes after receiving our meals we still didn’t have silverware. The wait staff would rather stand at the computer talking then wait on their tables. The food wasn’t good, my husband and two kids got steaks which they hardly touched said the steaks had no flavor at all (they looked gross), my other son got the margarita chicken which looked like vomit on a plate (but he did say it tasted good). I got the chicken tacos which tasted good although the shells were hard and stale, but I considered myself lucky when I seen everyone else’s food. The guacamole was delicious I will say. I don’t know if all chili’s locations are like this one but I would never risk the experience or the waste of money again.
I have to give props to Chilis. Went there on veterans day and we invited our son who has recently gotten out of the Marines. Figured we would buy him dinner. Much to our surprise Chilis was giving free dinners to all vets , so my son and I ate free that night. Went back a week later and everything was really good. I got the full rib dinner , more than I could eat.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. I never had an empty glass of iced tea. I highly suggest the honey chipotle chicken crispers. The sauce is the best!! Ive been to this restaurant 4 or 5 times and everytime I tell myself Im guna try something new but I cant lol. Those chickecrispers are just too good! That honey chipotle sauce is basically the nectar of the gods. Its the right amount of sweet and tangy with just a little hint of spicy and sour. I would also recommend upgrading to the street corn, its buttery and zesty. Wish I caught my waitresses name because she was very sweet and definitely ontop of things.
Service was excellent. The waiter was fabulous and did his job to max. Even though we didnt get everything that we wanted for our dinner, he still was professional thru the whole process and the manager cane over and took care of our bill because of the kitchen mistake. But overall, this place was nice and everyone on the staff was friendly and courteous. Ill be back again.
Had a nice meal here. Service was really good. The ribs were good, BBQ chicken was a little on the plain side but the battered chicken was excellent. The South west egg roll app was good too. Some of the other customers were on the obnoxious side is the only complaint. Like most chains it wont blow anyone away but you know what youre getting.
Very disappointing. Ordered chicken fajitas. I was ready for a great meal. The chicken was under cooked. Crunchy. It was also tasteless. The soggy onions cooked..peppers soggy cooked.. you guys need to start to use your grill. It will do magic.. All of my food was just taken out of the freezer and warmed in a microwave? Thats exactly what it tasted like. Kids chicken tenders should come with ketchup not with ranch. That chicken tenders was better for sure then mine. Wow. I am heading to the airport no time to return all the soggy food. The good part was that they were on time with the food and brought it to the car fast.
Food is amazing here. BUT. Every....Single.... Time.... We order curbside. They always forget at least one thing. Im not exaggerating. Im on a 8/8 streak of them forgetting something. Usually a whole entree. Dining in is a great experience tho. Just dont order to go without checking all of your food before leaving.
First time there and we will definitely be going back. Vast selection of choices availabe, food was delicious and our waiter who looked JR Smith, could have not been any more attentive or engaging! Manager came around to see how we were doing and sent us on our way with dessert! Perfect way to celebrate our 21st anniversary!
Food was good, coffee was fresh, service was a B+, and the price wasnt bad either. Combine that with football on the easily viewed TV, and it was a pleasant experience. Be aware that not all menu items are being served. If you want the big mouth bites combo, its not available. Apparently the menu needs updating.
My husband & I went there 2 weeks ago & ate in the lounge. We specifically asked our server to hold off on our meal until AFTER the appetizer but everything was served at the same time. Our server disappeared after that & we had to flag down another server to request drink refills. The refills were incorrect. We went back last night for just some appetizers & beers. Great service until we got the bill. We gave our server 2-$20’s ($40) to pay for our $24.25 check. She asked if we needed change. Well, yes. We weren’t paying a nearly $16 tip on a $25 bill. She gave us back $10.75 instead of $15.75 then disappeared. Sad thing was that we were her only customer at the time so she wasn’t overwhelmed with tables or anything. Please tell me why we should go back
It was a snowy night so we got right in. I was a little cramped for personal space at the table we were given. Four of us. I asked for diet coke, and got coke. Ordered appetizers and they were good. Ordered our meals. I asked for black beans instead of fries, and got fries. So the bottom line was the food was good and the service was average at best. 4 stars seems appropriate. The best thing was my wifes margaritas. She really really enjoyed them. She did ask for no salt and, yes, got salt.
I ordered delivery on their website multiple times from this location. However, today when I placed an order for delivery. I never received anything! My delivery time kept getting later and later and no updates on my order were giving to me at all. After over an hour of no updates and do delivery, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Andrew who disconnected on me after I asked for a refund. I then Called Back & was told my order was for pickup and not delivery after I was already given a delivery confirmation!! This was the most unorganized, and unprofessional experience I’ve had with this location and will not spend any more money there.
Ordered a to go family dinner order for 6. Picked up the order and shame on me for not checking. I know better, but I just got off of a 12 hr day at work and figured Id trust the staff. Welp, I got home and was taking the food out of the bags and found the order to be missing some items. The items were a very important start to the .eat for my family. I live 20 minutes away from the North Olmsted location and surely wasnt driving back. I called to explain to Eric the situation and Eric was extremely rude and told me to call back to talk to the manager who was unavailable at the moment. When I questioned Eric if he was going to let the manager know, he said call back and hung up on me. I called back and Eric again answered. I asked for the managers name, which is what I wanted to do before he hung up on me and Eric said his name is Chuck and he is unavailable. I then hung up on Eric. I will call back and speak to Chuck to see if he will make this situation right and if so, I will leave a different review. Until then this Chilis gets one star, thanks to the poor communication skills of Eric.
The server can make or break your dining experience and our server was awesome! She suggested the BlackBerry lemonade and it was delicious. She brought a refill without even asking, was super friendly and had the food come out with perfect timing. Thank you for making our visit perfect!
Literally everything that could of went wrong did. Our waitress was extremely chatty but never followed through with anything. We ordered the loaded fries which came extremely quickly and were excellent, then we waited over an hour for our main entrees. For which, our waitress offered chips to keep us happy. Then my girlfriends fajitas came and my burger finally arrived. The burger was so charred I couldnt eat it, and I like burnt toast for breakfast. Our waitress offered to take it off the bill, and bring us free ice cream, which never came. Then the manager offered us a shot on the house, for which we gladly accepted...and it ended up on the bill. Our bill came about another half hour later, with the burger, shots, and dessert included. We finally had to get up and angrily tell the manager the issues. This actually resolved the problem and after two hours, a terrible meal, and awful service we got to go home.We love the Chilis chain but for the love of god do not visit this location.
The service and cleanliness were good but not remarkable. However, both meals were. My wife got the salmon and I got the fajitas. I usually dont get fajitas because the meat is typically dry and over cooked, not matter where I go. This was not the case at all. I got the chicken and steak and both were juicy and flavorful. I would get them again in a heart beat.
Typical Chilis experience. I always enjoy the food, and today was no different. However, prior to leaving, a little cockroach scurried across our table. We raised our concern to our waitress, who then shrugged it off and proceeded to immediately ask how we would like to pay. Seriously? Cleanliness in serious need of an upgrade, and customer service to match. Wow!
The service was good. I had the shrimp tacos, They were OK. My girl had the chili and salad, The salad was OK but the chili sucked. It was so salty neither one of us could eat it. We went there because she wanted chili. It seems like a place called chilis would have more than one kind of chili on menu.
As I enjoy eating at Chilis for their different take on foods mixed with a bit of Mexican flavors. It could be how they change the menu every few months to bring different twists on changing up their menu. As I do enjoy their take on food, what I cant take is the lack of service. I know they work hard, I know they cant please everyone but what I do know is every Chilis I have been to either has excellent service or poor service. It is a love hate relationship.
You have the best waiters and waitresses. We ate there yesterday with my grandkids and out waiter was funny, kept us all laughing. He remembered our complicated meals. There were 5 of us and he never wrote down our order and was able to get everything perfect.great job.
I’ve never written a google review before but felt obligated to after the wonderful service I received here! My server/bartender/waitress (yes she held down all three) was amazing and the manager was amazing as well! Food was great and I will be back with friends in the near future.
Nothing good to write here, daughters drink tasted funny, wifes food came cold, my baby back ribs was not good. My cup of water day empty and the place isnt even busy. See this as a one time trip!!!Never had a manager take care of an entire bill before but this manager did plus made me a to go meal I will have tonight at work. Upped my 1 star to 3 for the efforts made. We may try again, wife liked her food after it was remade and delivered hot.
Oh WOW! This was our first time here and know we will be going back!I had the chicken and beef fajita plate. What a great taste and both chicken and beef were fall apart tender. So much food and I brought some home!My fiance had the dish with beef brisket on garlic Texas toast, sausage, corn on the cob and fries. The brisket was tender and the sausage was delicious with just the right amount of spice! The sweet corn was cooked to perfection and I loved the spices on it.So much wonderful food and great service. Plan on going back soon to try more of the menu!
I ordered the sampler appetizer and selected chicken tenders, cheese bites, and fried pickles. This should be easy. Its just deep fried frozen food. The chicken was OK. The cheese bites didnt taste like cheese or even really seem to have any cheese in them. And the batter was all falling off the fried pickles. My kids werent as offended by it as I was but even they were surprised someone could screw up opening frozen food and deep frying it.The entire place needs remodeled. Its very dated. And it seems like its dirty. My stomach was very upset for the next two days after eating here. One positive note is that the wait staff was really pleasant.
Our waitress was wonderful. However, the food was lacking in flavor & just wasnt very good. My mom got spicy shrimp tacos that tasted as if they didnt even have salt & pepper on them. My 2 year old got the mac n cheese, a staple in his diet, and he seriously took two bites. The tables are tiny & the plates were really stupid; they were long thin rectangles that made no sense at all.
The staff is very friendly and polite even on the more busy work days where things to tend to get quite hectic. The food always comes out of the kitchen hot, delicious and cooked to perfection. If a mistake is made with your prefer they are quick to apologize and fix it to the best of their abilities.
Perfectly okay. Seated, fed, and paid without issue. Fajitas were as I remember them from every other Chilis Ive ever been to. Meals from the rest of my party were of equal okay-ness. My tall beer was unfortunately quickly warmed from the just out of the dishwasher glass. Chocolate dessert thing was the highlight.
It was good there! Busy place! Theyve revamped their menu and now it matches their name. Good food. Decent sized meals. Standard bar choices. Quickly seated even tho it was so busy. Wait staff was friendly. U could recommend this as a fun place to eat and it offers variety!
Very disappointed. The hostess seating people was rude and she had a poor attitude. We waited over 30 minutes for a table, but there were eight empty tables. When we asked the manager about the empty tables she walked away from us. My food was burnt and it had to be remade. My nieces steak was burnt and over cooked. The manager made a point to let us know the kitchen had a hard time keeping up with the orders. She also made excuses for the hostess. I do not like excuses. As a customer, your bad day should not affect my dining experience. We will never visit this Chilis again. The owners should be ashamed.
Not for a large group. We waited extremely long to be seated, and our food took hours. Turns out they took it to wrong tables and never told us anything. The manager had no idea and we had to tell him. He reluctantly gave 50% off. The food was good but the experience was rough and I was hopeful it would go well.
Im not quite sure what everyone sees in this place. Our food was warm, at best, and waitress was everything short of pleasant. Everything came out fast, but I honestly would have waited longer if it meant my food was decent. Bill was over $50 which would have been much better spent at Red Robbin.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. The girl never came over, we would ask for drinks and they were 20 minutes late. They arrived by the time we were almost done with our food. They also over charged my card and claimed that it only had $20 when it had $100 and was never used. Absolutely terrible service, I will never go back.
This place seemed a hot mess. Even though it is hard to mess up chili, chicken fingers and fries they found a way. The waitress (whom seemed new) spilled pop on my father in law and all over the place and left most of it for us to clean up. This is at 10pm at night not in the middle of dinner rush. WTH. Again what do you expect from a fast food casual restaurant chain. They shouldnt grow so much if they cant manage the ones they have. They are pushing brand power vs quality and service.
We love coming to Chili’s but PLEASE redo your dining room!!!! The booths and tables are gross and falling apart!! This would be a great opportunity to get some better updated tables and chairs for people to sit and eat! Just a suggestion but would also be appreciated!
We usually have had Great service here but tonight with our grandsons we had a waitress that was very high, brought us drinks that we didnt order messed up my order which they took back and had to redo. So I went and talked to the manager and told him how our service was and told him that it was the worst service we have ever had there , he brought me back vouchers which was very nice of him and I have never complained about any restaurants experience ever and I hope I never have to again 😥
My wife and I dined at Chilis tonight. There was a minor mixup where another waitress mistakenly picked up our order. Our server immediately caught the mistake and notified the manager, who quickly got the kitchen personnel to resubmit our order. It arrived at our table so quickly that I never notice the problem. The manager quickly comped our meal, and everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Frankly, they were amazing. The food was delicious and served piping hot, which was appreciated tonight when we got our first snow accumulation of the season! Thanks, Chilis-Great Northern!
The drink special was $5 patron margaritas and we were expecting a small drink or a weak drink....it was neither, it was a good drink served in a shaker and we felt like it was a generous portion. Food was delicious we had the queso appetizer and split 2 entrees a ribeye steak and a bbq platter everything was really good!
Ordered loaded boneless wings and nachos as appetizers and ordered the fajita skillet. First the nachos came out and had so much cheese on them and little pieces of chicken could not eat it and sent back..Boneless wings come out and fried to dryness. I mean beyond well done. There was nothing pleasant about it. Main course comes out and my rice, onions, and peppers are burned. When I say burned I dont mean a little char it was burned to the point everything in the skillet taste just like the burned rice and peppers. Needless to say it was sent back also. No one offered anything as I sat there and watched my friend eat their food. Guess I should have ordered the burger as well..Will not return.
Service was really slow. Gave up on getting drink refills and the second drink we ordered. Table next to use was there and had ordered before us and they got their food after we ate and we were leaving. Seems like this location needs more employees or maybe a different manager that can run it.
Always go to this location and have had descent service , but last night was very slow. Ordered soup chips and salad and my friend ordered chicken and shrimp. Her food came out before my soup and the order was missing the shrimp. Luckily we had our chips to munch on..cause my soup didnt come out for almost 30 minutes and after my friends messed up order. If your out of something, tell me. If there is a hold up in the kitchen, tell me. Dont leave the customer sitting there wondering whats going on and not even apologize for how long things were taking. This was in the bar by the way and waa not crowded. I believe the server was Lexi?

2022-04-28Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Being away from home, Chili’s in Westlake Ohio didn’t disappoint. It was just as good as my neighborhood Chili’s. My salmon was full of flavor. The drinks were perfect, thanks to Rachael (awesome bartender). Good environment and professional staff. If it wasn’t for the fact that they were closing soon I would’ve stayed longer. 2022-05-09Pleasantly surprised. Our server was very attentive. The blue moons were icy cold. Wifey got tortilla soup which was delicious. And some kind of salad she liked a lot. I got the chicken fajitas that were hot and oh so good. I wish I remembered our servers name. He was great.

2022-04-26It’s far from where I live but it’s worth it ! Food is great like Applebee’s but much better!! I always order the triple dipper for appetizer and then the combo smokehouse and for dessert the molten 😋🍽

2022-01-18Delicious, very quickly made. My personal favourite out of the three dishes we ordered were the chicken waffles. Staff members were very nice! Almost slipped on the ice outside and when recommended to re-salt they got on it immediately. Over all 10/10 service!

2022-06-12My servers are great!! Happy to have this one close to the hotel. But they over salt all the food and dippings, the chili. Do not order. Its straight from a can, maybe? Its not liquid its pure chili seasoning and beans and meat and salt. The wait staff already know! So the moment you say something they are so nice!! The chips were so salty it looked like sugar on top...1. they found some not as salty! They have baked potatoes on the menu but they do not make bake potatoes EVER. I am out of state I go for convenience drinks, staff, and hope for good food. Trio fajita was good

2022-06-06Steak way too salty. Same with loaded baked potato. Corn on the cob was old and cold. My grandson had the kids mac and cheese that looked like it came out of dollar store box. Both me and my friend got very sick within an hour and for about 24 hours after eating here. Definitely not a good experience. Chilis used to be awesome. Quality of food left alot to be desired.
