We were passing through and stopped for dinner. Son played in the play area while we ordered. The place was packed. I loved my chicken wrap. It tasted like something I would get at a deli or cafe...way beyond fast food quality. My sons meal had a fruit cup with real fresh fruit. The toy was two realistic paper hand puppets: leopard and lion.I tried the key lime frozen drink. Very nice flavor, but hubs got me the large...too much. Crisped red peppers on my moms side salad were awesome. Only one complaint. Hey, Chick-fil-A! Thats pretty risque, serving my hubs a topless chicken sandwich. Lol...someone forgot the top bun. We were back on the road, so we didnt go back. I hope to go back someday for more good food!
Let me start out by saying we love Chick Fil A The food is delicious and the employees are fantastic and friendly.The reason for 2 stars is because we always get a gallon of unsweetened tea to take home.The problem is it’s marked unsweetened but ends up being sweet.This has happened more than once and we end up having to bring it back.Which is a big inconvenience. Came here to get lunch earlier today and used the drive thru. This location has the two lane drive thru, which I found very efficient and convenient. The lady who took my order was pleasant and professional. Then I proceeded to pick up my order and was greeted by a very friendly and professional man. The wait time was minimal- no more than 7-8 minutes. I ordered the 12 count nuggets with waffle fries and a Diet Coke. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The cup with the Diet Coke had a little too much ice but no complaints. Overall was an exceptionally good experience and I will be back! Highly recommend this place.
We called ahead to make sure that we can eat inside. They said yes. When we arrived we asked another employee he also stated it’s about a problem. Asked the cashier said ok. When we placed the order the cashier came back and told us you can’t dine in cuz the manager said it’s closed. It was a terrible experience because we had two little kids and we didn’t want to eat in the car. We would normally sit outside but it was 30 degrees. We love chick fill a but the manner they treated us and did not have a little bit of empathy. I think chain restaurant employees don’t care about customer service because they know people will go back there. I would give the food 10 stars but 0 to the service specially when you commit to something and don’t do it. Terrible management
They took all that time to redo this location and well the outside may look okay it’s impossible to get anything you want. Want the chicken sandwich you ordered? No not included. Want sauce? No sorry they apparently dont like to give out the sauce they advertise everywhere. Super disappointed it seems like I asked for certain things and no one could do anything correctly or at all to be honest. Giving McDonald’s vibes and I’ll pass for now. Support local food spots :)
This location just completed their remodel. I went thru the drive through for my order. This should have been better thought out. You now stay in your drive thru line all the way to the pick up window. Therefore, if you receive your food before the person in front of you, there is no way to go around them. You have to sit in line until the person in front of you gets theirs. The food was good though.
This was the least impressive fast food chicken Ive ever had. Its fine, perfectly passable, but its overpriced bland fried chicken. I tried it because basically everyone who isnt vegan claims it is absolutely the finest fried chicken ever, but it simply didnt pass muster for me. Service was perfectly fine, no complaints there. If you have a sensitive palate then this is perfect, because its devoid of spice and spicy.
Fast service. The people working here are very nice. They provide quick service and check on how your doing. They have mastered the drive thru and feeding people quickly while keeping service.They rebuild the kitchen. They still have a fine art of drive thru operation. They track if card or cash. They bring change to you in a small back in a plastic tote. They have 2 lines and can track which order goes where. They maintain thier friendly customer service. They have mastered the art of feeding lots of people quickly and get orders right. I am amazed at the science of it.
Decent Chick-fil-A. Has a play area for kids and plenty of seating. The parking lot layout is a little rough by the entrance due to long lines in the drive through line. Update: theyve changed their parking lot/drive through. It definitely doesnt get backed up like before. Kid area is closed still, but at least they have dine in available again.
I see some of the one and two star reviews, and I just dont understand. I get it that sometimes there will be an off day, it can happen anywhere..However this location runs pretty smoothly.. Actually, it runs just like McDonalds used to run back in the 80s when I worked there... The store is always clean. The line times and counter times are acceptable. I have never had a bad or incorrect meal and, the staff is always friendly...I think Chick-fil-A is running at high speed in the passing lane, and I expect them to be #1 in the not too distant future.
Excellent Service and Very Nice People. I was hesitant to come here because I dont agree with them politically, but my Sister told me how great they are, so I tried it. Their system for a drive thru is matched by non, and I thought it would be great to implement something like their system to give the vaccine for coronavirus. There is Differently Abled parking and easy access ramps, but Im not sure if their dining room is open yet, but they always get my order right and their food is Always fresh.
As far as fast-food joints are concerned, this is a good one. I have not visited other Chick-fil-A locations, so I cannot compare how this specific location measures up to others. With that said, I have not been disappointed with any of the food I have gotten from this Chick-fil-A. The people who work here are by far the friendliest and courteous individuals I have ever interested with at a fast-food restaurant. I have zero reservations with returning to this location in the future.
Five stars for food and five stars for customer service but four stars because you still cant eat inside and its a little confusing when you go in to order versus going through the drive-thru to order. They also did not include any condiments or ask if we needed any (which I suppose could be our fault). And this would not reflect on the individual restaurant or personnel but the discontinuation of the coleslaw or any kind of side dish to eat with your sandwich is a definite drawback. They also seem to be, like so many businesses now, a little understaffed as the garbage can outside was overflowing. He said they were aware of it but didnt have anyone who could go out and do it at that time.
My last two visits to your restaurant were not up to par! Trip 1 ordered 30 nuggets they were missing from the order. They were replaced the second trip I’ll be talking about. I ordered and 35 minutes later I finally received my food. My order again was not complete. No sauces and the fries were cold like they had sat a while and the milk shake was like soup. It had sat before being brought to my car. We will try 1 more time. Hopefully they have their service and product acceptable!
Hands down the worst drive thru experience we have ever had at a chick fil a. Sooo slow. Also the unfriendliest order taker in the outside line. Normally we rave about how wonderful they are but this was awful.Asked for elaboration, so here it is.We pulled up to the drive thru. And one of the line attendants took our order. They didnt seem to be very friendly, just taking orders. We always remark how friendly Chick fil A is. We dont really do fast food but we eat at chick fil a.Then we pulled up and waited at least 8 minutes in line. During this we realized it was moving very slow. Not a big deal but most of these restaurants have a better system and it goes way faster. Also if the staff provided a notification of extended wait times we would have also been okay with this.So they were pulling up cars 3 or 4 at a time. We pulled to the first spot and watch as the staff seemed not in a hurry and more than that, very confused about whose orders was whose. It may have been a mix of pick up orders and drive thru orders. But we waited for another 6 to 8 minutes. The whole process seemed chaotic and uncoordinated. Not what we expect from chickfil a. Also the fries were cold and barely cooked.
In the past, Ive only had Chick-fil-a at Detroit Metropolitan Airport and was not Impressed, it was prettyawful. I didnt understand the fuss over Chick-fil-A. Decided to try it again, while on vacation near your store. WOW, what a difference. This food was so fresh, and so incredibly tasty. Now, I get it. Wow, just wow.
Had a 5 star review here. Always has been 5 star, untill today. I always get 5 suuces with my meal. Well I was informed after I ordered and paid im limited to two (2) because of a sauce shortage. I asked if I could pay extra and they said nope. Well if I cant eat my meal HOW I CHOOSE, AND WILLING TO PAY FOR IT SAID WAY, I wont be eating here again. Also since when do they no longer say my pleasure? Young rude kids. Clearly not the old chic-fil-a way.... less fries, smaller chicken tenders, no sauce and prices went up.
The production line at the drive thru is really nice. However, we ordered 4 sandwiches and then found out after (when we could see the menu) that for $2-3 more we couldve gotten the feast with fries, gallon of ice tea, cookies, etc. It would have been nice to either a.) have a specials menu sign earlier in the line or b.) have the attendant suggest that upsell when he recognizes it.
Usually, this franchise is known for their speedy and friendly service. But lately, things have been unusually slow. I spent 15mins in line yesterday and that is not the usual experience. I bought ans Chik-fil-a meal with a large lemonade, and a ln 8 price nugget. I paid for my meal as usual, and ended up pulling up to the cones to wait for my food. There was a line of people waiting at those cones so I had to wait, to wait!! It was ridiculous. I watched as 2 vehicles behind me received their food and drive off, while I was still waiting.
You know whats funny... No matter how long the line is at this location within five minutes youre receiving your food! And the order is correct. Will forever be a fan. Had just came from the dentist and wanted some nuggets so bad!! And they did not disappoint with the Polynesian sauce
Staff is always incredibly friendly, but tonight we had an extra wonderful experience. They are doing work on their drive thru so they had the line redirected. Employees were standing out in the cold and snow taking orders and then delivering them out to our car. Everyone still had smiles on their faces and were so nice. Yet another reason Chick-fil-A is our favorite fast food place. I hope these employees get the recognition they deserve.
This was the last time I go to this location! The first time I went. my order was messed up. They gave me a few items for free so I decided to go again. The next time I came which was today, they didn’t even include the fries which was part of my free reward. The worst thing was that after I was halfway done with my salad, there was a LIVING, MOVING BUG in it!!! A pretty big one!!! I am absolutely disgusted especially considering my phobia of bugs. I wonder how many of them I ate!
The food is always excellent, but using the driveThrough on january 8, 2021 at 4pm I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles, I got home and found out only 1 sandwich was there it cost $ 8.50 for 1 sandwich. It looks like its time for the customers to start checking their orders at chic fil a of all places!
There is no easy way to describe just how fantastic your experience will be at Chick-fil-A. Great tasting food. Fantastic service. You will walk in hungry, and leave satisfied and smiling. There is no other company that can do anything close to this level of service or quality of product.
The service was terrible. We went through the drive thru just to see that our order wasnt correct so I called inside and someone name Lauren stated that our order will be fixed and someone to bring it out to my car. I waited for 20 minutes before getting aggravated & I finally got out of the car just to see that my food was left in the hallway the whole time. I will not be returning to this location. Just terrible service and my food was still cold. I ended up just leaving & going else where for food. It was basically a waste of my time and money.
Picked one of the two lines today, obviously picked the wrong line, I was literally in the line for 20 minutes, every car that came in even 10 minutes after me got their food first. I spoke with the kid that brought me my food finally and he didnt say one word. Im sorry, thank you, Youre welcome, nothing. I eat here at least twice a week and I will not be coming back.
Worst Chick-fil-A in NE Ohio. They are inefficient and act as if every order is their first. We have been following pandemic protocols for more than a year, yet this location only has clunky processes and terrified staff. A trip to the BMV would produce better results. Total disappointment every time!!
We are traveling back home to Maine and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The line looked very long BUT they had many employees outside taking orders (reading the menu to those of us who dont have a chick-fil-a where we live) and taking payment right in the drive-thru line so it went quick and they were extremely polite and helpful. Thank you for the quick service and good food!
I don’t eat here often myself but i am a door dash driver and I always waiting for at least 10 mins For orders even if it is slow at the time. I wouldn’t mind much if I’d didn’t happen so frequently but on door dash I am supposed to have the food at a certain time and if I don’t it hurts me as a door dash driver. Every single time I go I prepare for a long wait
The service at the Macedonia restaurant is superb! The team there is definitely doing things right and their customer service skills are second to none!Thank you for a wonder experience each and very visit. Please keep doing what your doing, so happy to have you all in Macedonia, Ohio!
Bad experience at a usually very good service restaurant. Not certain what happened, but duel drive through was extremely slow. Two employees taking orders seemed to be struggling with entering orders, wrong food was given to three consecutive customers including me. Not a good experience, I will not return if there is any sign of them being busy.
Kudos on the drive thru setup and safety measures. I did not like, however, the lack of menu readiness for ordering. Im not sure that Ive ever actually visited a Chick-fil-A, so Im not entirely aware of their chicken-related menu items. Ive only ever had their chicken mcnuggets at random family gatherings when my aunt felt the need to bring something but didnt have time to make her legendary guacamole picante, so I had no idea if they offered some sort of interesting chicken sandwich variations or sides. Also, not a huge fan of waffle fries, and, they didnt have salt. Eh...
I have to say that even though we have ordered catering services before, and they have set the bar pretty high, todays service was above and beyond what we were anticipating! We ordered food for our office staff meeting, and not only was the food delicious as always, the entire order arrived hot, on time, and our driver had thought of everything. She brought all the serving utensils (and a few extras), an orange tablecloth, and wrapped the plastic ware to match the our festive Halloween theme. She helped us set up, took away the empty containers, and made lunch a breeze. After all this, we were shocked to find out that they dont even accept tips! Thank you for such a great service!
My absolute favorite fast food restaurant! And I mean this specific location. The staff here are the nicest, happiest, most polite customer service people I have ever dealt with. I have been here dozens of times and they are always cheerful. And bonus, it is a great place to bring your little ones on a snowy day when they need to burn off energy.
Fast and efficient order g system with double car lines and people outside taking orders and double staffed windows for pick up. Staff brings order to your car in a big Rubbermaid container and hands to you thru car window.easy to keep orders together this way. Staff had masks on and tablets for order taking. Line moved real quick. Food tasted good and freshly cooked.
It seems to have gone downhill since the last time I was there. There was only one other table with people waiting for food. The only thing we ordered was 2 small milkshakes and we sat there for about 25 minutes before we got them. The entire floor in the dining room was dirty. The line at the counter got longer and longer and there was only one employee taking orders. You would think the managers... wherever they were... would jump in and help to get things moving along. We wont be in a hurry to back again.
I ordered a #7 with no tomatoes and so did my friend. Both came with no tomatoes but also no bacon. When a worker came by we informed her and she went in the back to take care of it. She was very nice but someone in this restaurant is less than competent. She brought back 1 club for the 2 of us with tomatoes and no bacon again. This is only the second time I have eaten at Chick fil A and both experiences were enough to make me not want to return.
This location goes above and beyond. They are outside rain, snow, scorching hot taking orders. Our food is always hot and our orders are always correct. No other Chick-fil compares to this one. A round of applause to the employees at this restaurant. Thank you for your hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
I have only been to any Chick-fil-a 3 times, twice to the Macedonia location. Last visit I would give 5 stars, this visit 3. Their service in the long drive-thru lines is amazing. Today I was disappointed with my order. The sandwich had 2 pieces of really wet lettuce, which made it soggy. The waffle fries were barely warm, and the Coke was flat and barely cold. Ill try again since the 1st visit was so good, but I will give up if it is like today again.
Love the smiles the very enthusiastic employees. Very clean facility. Noelle was the sweetest cashier. Howard was very polite, I was carrying my trash to the can and he offered to take it from me. Donnie, remembered my name from when we placed our order. The best part was when I walked up toward the counter to get a refill, he said, Chad would you like me to refresh your beverage. Unbelievable superbly perfected customer service. I wish only half of my employees were we as focused on customer service as every single one of yours are. Great job!!!!
The food is excellent. Their service is extremely great. VERY helpful and friendly. They also provide very fast service.I was astonished at the cornucopia of condiments provided. From the typical selection of ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise to grape/strawberry jelly, hot sauce, splenda, sugar, sweet n low, different flavored creamers for coffees, etc.. .I would rate them 5 out of 5 but due to Chick-fil-As corporate attitudes towards LGBT persons I cannot give them 5 out of 5.
I tell you what, Chick-fil-a has it going on! First one i ever stopped at was in Georgia, everyone hustles and are very polite! Today while traveling i said lets stop and see if they hustle like GA. Wow do they, plus super nice, place is very clean. The food is great too! Kudos to you!
We order for our office every couple of weeks. Usually service is great with no issues. Today I ordered off the mobile app as usual. When I got back I found out that half the order was missing. Of course frustrating but the store was extremely busy so it is understandable. I called the store just to get my money refunded because I was charged for the whole order. Darlene answered the phone. It was quickly apparent that she could not be bothered to talk to me. I got 3 words out, she cut off with a very annoyed hold on. I waited for her to come back and she asked me what was missing, and why I didnt think to check the bag before I left. This got me extremely irritated. There were hundreds of people in the store and there was no room to even stand. It is my understanding that it is their responsibility to make sure the order is right. Not mine. This was an order for 6 people. Its not like it would have been easy to sort through it all to make sure everything was there. I could not even believe she asked me that question. Especially in the tone it was asked. After I expressed all of that to her, she put the phone down. I would imagine she thought I was on hold because she started talking about me to the manager of the store in a very rude and sarcastic way. Mocking everything I was saying. I was in utter disbelief listening to this. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because the manager was courteous and at least attempted to address the issue. Darlene is doing absolutely nothing in the way of keeping up the service that they are known for.
I was given a milkshake with a hole on the side and the lid not secure, it spilled all over my car and the girl that gave it to me just walked away, I had to get out of my car and ask for napkins. My milkshake was not replaced either. Im done with this chicfila no curtousy at all
Great experience! Went during lunch hours so crazy busy. Food was so delish. There was a mix up with our order so they remade it all, and we were given back most of our money, and then the manager gave the boys free ice cream! Best customer service I have ever experienced from anywhere! This will definitely be our go to lunch spot when shopping in Macedonia!
Visited the Macedonia Ohio location recently. Super long line despite the double drive through which is always the case at this chick fil a. However the workers keep the lines moving and are always super nice. They always look neat and tidy and get my order correct. Wish every place was like this.
I was skeptical because of the long lines, but its my husbands favorite so we stopped by. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the line went, we received our food within minutes and it was delicious. I asked to see the receipt, thinking this must be really expensive. Nope, we got our 2 meals for $20 and were both full. Thats less than we usually spend at McDonalds. We will be back!!
I think all Chick-fil-As are awesome!! I love the fabulous customer service, they greet you when you walk in the door with a smile and a welcome. Im not sure how their training is done, but whatever they are doing to have such excellent customer service they need to share with other fast food restaurants!! Besides that, they have great food!! As the cow says: Eat more Chicken!!!
Best location. My husband drives 50miles round trip just to go to this location(min 2x a week sometimesv4x a week)..I had a slight issue on 9/20 and in less then 24hrs Aviannah had the matter taken care of. I just got off phone with Chick fil A customer service line(20min on hold but worth it) to give this location Lauren ,And Aviannah and rest of kind staff props because if i could take time to complain (which i hated doing ) then i could surely take time to give them a compliment for their excellent A1 customer service(over phone and writing this review)Hey we are human and make mistakes ,but to be able to fix that mistake and say sorry means tons.So thank you Avianna ,Lauren,& the rest of the Amazing staff at this location.. Trust me you have very loyal customers who appreciate all you do
Food okay, appalled that employees had to stand outside a drive thru window would have been much more appropriate especially in this cold. Any place of business with the labyrinth of drive through lanes and the blatant disregard for their employees is not a place for me despite the quality of food.
This is usually my favorite chic fil a out of all them in Cleveland but my last visit they gave my online order to someone else while I was sitting outside just waiting and waiting for my. Of course they remade it but one of the employees told me that he was keeping my ticket to replace my meal on my mobile app so my next meal would be on them and he never did it.
Always made to order. I love Chick Fil A, even though some of their political/religious standpoints are questionable.This particular one is great. The drive thru is always fast and the food is always hot! Inside is the same way, they are fast and efficient and always get the orders right.
My ordered a chicken sandwich regular they gave him a spicy chicken sandwich in a regular wrapper I ordered a salad no crunchy red peppers or fork I ordered 3 drinks got 2 had to ask for my drink then they came back with the wrong one got a granola parfait NO GRANOLA can we go back to the days where they check the bag before giving it out this is my second visit to this store and always something is wrong
Staff members were all dressed professionally, and more importantly acted professionally towards all their guests, as you will be called if you patronize their restaurant. Decor is very nice, with a live succulent in an attractive little pot on each table. Each order was taken carefully with an upsell given to upgrade to large combo meals. Once ordered, we were given our beverage and waited only about 3 minutes for our food to be brought out. As we ate, I noted several staff members assisting in clearing tables by offering to throw refuse away. In addition, a pleasant goodbye was given to each departing guest.
Went there three times, they messed up my order 3 times. 1sr time, requested regular bun but got wheat with a regular bun on side. 2nd time, they left order 12pc chicken nuggets out. 3rd time, my sons drink did not have any syrup in his sprite, it tasted like club soda. I am tired of their errors, so I know dont go there anymore to prevent the hassle. This was all continuous in two weeks time. There hasnt been a right order.
Nice location. Very clean. Ive never used the restrooms so I cant speak for the cleanliness of those, but Im sure theyre just as clean as the rest of the place. These people know how to run people through a queued line, whether driver thru or inside, like bosses. Hats off to your customer service as well.
I love going to chic-fil-a. The employees are so friendly and welcoming, They all have such a positive attitude. The food is really tasty ,waffle fries are perfect,great salads ,i only wish they would bring back the grilled peppers and jalapeno sauce on the breakfast burrito. They took them out and substituted inside with hashbrowns instead ,which is not as healthy. I was really disappointed about that. But I do love the hashbrowns alone. I eat here at least 2 times a week.
What can I say? Chick-fil-A is just good. There is nothing else to say really. Its obvious the Chick-fil-A machine is always well oiled and firing on all cylinders. I love the people that work there and as I love the food they serve. They have truly perfected the fast food chicken sandwich. If you are considering a place to go for lunch and its not Sunday, then why are you still reading this? Go get you some tasty chicken!
What can you say? Chick-Fil-A has their stuff together! The owner Dan is a super nice guy! When the new app was rolling out, I gave him some feedback and ever since then hes recognized me every time, took time out of his day to shake my hand and to ask how he, and his staff, were doing. Great food, and even better service!
I have visited this chick fil a earlier today to order a fish sandwich today while claiming a free chick fil a sandwich. I have placed my order and have received my free chicken sandwich while waiting on my fish meal. One of the employees asked was i waiting on my fish meal? I replied yes, then noticed the sandwich that I have already received under the SAME NAME and decides to take my food away that was rightfully mine thinking it was for someone else. I have received my fish meal after having my chicken sandwich taken away. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but the service part was very disgusting to the point where I wanted to complain. Never visiting this establishment ever again. Also never even called about the other order. Very upset customer. Train your employees to double check their customers order before taking matter into their own hands. THANKS!!!
I am really disappointed right now. I expected better from a family friendly christian establishment. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 1 veggie wrap. And guess what i didint get my veggie wrap. The one person in my family that is Vegetarian and they did not get their food. Now they have to resort to eating ramen noodles. Knowing the reputation of chik fila. I should not have to check my bag to see whether i have all my food or not. This is just ridiculous. I will not be giving the chik fila in macedonia my business anymore. DO NOT GO TO MACEDONIA. GO TO SOLON
Love Chick-fil-A! If ever I get fast food its from here and I have yet to find a bad location.The restaurant is just off the highway so it makes it easy to stop. The staff is exceedingly friendly (I mean.. it is a chick-fil-a) and always gets my order right. I will say this location gets very busy around lunch time and, while they do a good job of keeping the line moving, expect to have a bit of a wait if going through the drive-through.
My husband and I LOVE the Macedonia, Ohio Chick-fil- a. Great food, great service and great staff. My only complaint is the COFFEE. It changed and is SOOOOOOO STRONG! Its terrible. I have tried adding creamer and getting it half coffee and half water. Really disappointed. Yuck!
Ordered thru the app because the line is always bad. Horrible service, took forever to get my order, forgot a promo item that you get through the app. Whoever was running the joint tonight needs help. No point in using the order ahead because we waited 15 minutes after the app said our order was ready. It was wrong, cold and old.
Very friendly staff, clean place, nice food, but I just realized how much money I was paying for part of a chicken breast on some bread, with fries and a soft drink. $8 is about twice what I would say the value of the food is. Its tasty, dont get me wrong, but very pricey for fast food.
Went a chick-fil-a on Harvard and Richmond road which was closer to my house, but there customer service wasnt the best at all. So I came all the way out here and the experience was wonderful. Friendly management and staff. Would definitely recommend this location. 👍😁
Chick-fil-A Macedonia is an exceptional Chick-fil-A organization Ive traveled around a lot I have never seen such professionalism courteous employees and overall awesome customer service thank you Chick-fil-A team for doing such a great job and always always always having a smile on your faces
I love this place I think we should have them all over the place they are fast the drive thru was wrapped around into the strip parking but it went faster then any drive thru inside I got waited on so fast they bring your food to the table ! And they get you refill for your drinks! So friendly one lady I talked to told me all about it .gave me a to go menu.great place to work !
Yesterday I stopped by this location. It was 28 degrees and super windy. For some reason, this CFA decided it would be a good day to have an employee stand out in the freezing cold and take drivethru orders. This location does this ALOT, but this is the first time I saw they did it in the cold. Even on nice days, this technique is still awkward and impractical.(Never is their speaker broken - they just think this makes them look good.)By doing this managment is revealing that they care more about the illusion of customer service than they do the livelihood of their employees.This is the definition of an unsafe work environment. The BBB will be contacted about this.I urge anyone reading this to not support this business which is willing to sacrifice their employees health to execute a pathetic attempt at customer service.Also, this location gives out more butt fries than any CFA I have ever visited.
Still our favorite fast food. All close every sunday. Love the icedream, sweet tea, lemonade, milkshakes, nuggets, fresh fruit, small round hashbrowns, waffle fries, breaded chicken, wraps, breakfast chicken minis and chicken biscuits! They are kind and helpful at all locations and always giving away free stuff or having magicians or balloon animals on kids night. Fun indoor kids play area all locations.

2021-10-15I enjoyed a great 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜-𝐟𝐢𝐥-𝐀 lunch while on the road. I ordered the 3pc chicken 🍗 tender, waffle fries 🍟 and a vanilla milkshake. Didn’t take long to prepare and that milkshake was perfect 🤤. Pretty good eats!

2022-06-01The new expanded drive-thru lanes allow them to process customers much faster. Very friendly staff and food was served fresh.I also have never seen more loyal and dedicated employees than at chick fil a, down pour and they are out taking orders.

2022-02-16I placed a order for a chicken sandwich extra pickles, as I went to place the condiments on the sandwich I seen there was nasty things all over the pickles and a human hair. I made a complaint Cause I wanted my money back. Without even seeing the photo the manager called and left me a message saying that sometimes pickles, they have have things that look like hair on it but not to worry it’s not a hair. So I’m just crazy and this is a pickle hair.What upsets me more then anything as the manager without even investigating, invalidates my concern immediately with an absurd conclusion. Being a human I can easily differentiate a human hair and pickle substance. I’ve also consumed food and pickles both together and separate so I can see what is normal and abnormal.I didn’t even get my money back or a meal. Frankly I’m not sure if I trust a free meal here after the dismissal of a serious cleanliness issue.

2022-02-18The Workers are literally the sweetest people I have ever seen in a fast food workplace. The lady was so welcoming 🥰🥰 .. and there was this little fella and he was the most adorable and sweet he forgot it switched to Dine in and ran back to give them a tray and apologized so sincerely ❤️❤️ And I even switched to Dine in and the lady let me she’s the sweetest and most patient I will definitely be dining more often !!

2022-04-17There are reasons Chick-fil-A is always full of people. They know how to treat their customers. Their food is very good. Oh yes and they are closed on Sundays because they are Christians and they believe their workers need a day of rest.

2022-03-20They had their usual friendly service, slow on my order (which is weird because I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a coffee.) Like 4 people got their orders behind me and pulled around my car. The big bummer was that my coffee was in a 10-12 oz cup and was more than half ice, so I maybe got 5oz of coffee. I ordered a medium, so either their mediums are small (and even smaller with ice) or I got a small coffee and was charged for a medium.

2022-06-30Waited in line for 35 minutes total for a simple drive thru order. Was told I can’t get a salad without cheese after 8pm…. This location has slowly gone down hill over the last few months.

2022-05-02Chick-fil-A opens earlier than most restaurants around here now (06:30). Many locations I go to always have a long line, but this one usually has a very short wait outside mealtime rushes.
