First time, and I love it.. it might be now my favorite fast food
Arrived at 4:50 pm today. No line. Placed an order within a minute. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The order was ready in a split second and that was my first red flag. Was the sandwich just sitting on the counter waiting for me!? Chicken was soggy, very soggy. They put one thin slice of pickle. It took me a while to find it on a sandwich. In the absence of customers this poor quality is surprising. Very disappointed! Will never come back.
Typical friendly Chick-fil-a service. Chicken sandwich and fries were piping hot. Despite being in an airport, no drop-off in quality whatsoever. Kudos to the employees working in these tough times.
So slow, even while only working on a limited 4-choice breakfast menu (which they don’t tell you until you get to the front of the line). Waited on chicken minis for at least 10 minutes with a crowd of people and then after they were supposed to be done they announced another 6 minute wait for them which turned into another 10 minutes. People have flights to catch. 1 extra star because food tastes good at least.
This is a great restaurant conveniently located in the middle of Cleveland Airport’s food court. I came here while waiting for my flight to Denver and was very satisfied with my experience. I ordered a small batch of waffle fries, which I quickly got. I went to a booth right by the window to sit down in, so I could enjoy the view while I eat. I ate my fries and was satisfied to find that they tasted quite good, which I liked. After finishing my fries, I threw the box they came in away and went to the gate my flight was at. I gave this restaurant five stars because it had good food.

Fast and great food, Chick-fil-a is the winner for fast food and great service in the airport. Food is fresh and taste amazing. The servers are nice and very helpful with fulfilling the order, it just blows my mind how awesome this place is. Shout out to the manager Damon for making a great team to work with in the morning. For years consistent in quality of food, friendliness, and attention to detail. The attention to detail has fallen off slightly.Very minor things mostly associated with special instructions such as light ice or no ice. Sometimes I for get to ask and am not offered sauces. Things that Chick Fil A is known for. Jokingly someone said that an employee didnt say my pleasure. We had a good chuckle but its basically sums up what Im saying. Tbh I can only choose four or five stars and this Chick Fil A is more like a 4.8 stars. This location has always had high standards.After getting a reply from the owner and seeing that the owner takes this seriously, Ill bump it to a 5 star rating. Love this location.
Janey was amazing this morning! Changed up my order half way and asked her combined two sandwiches together- she said she could make anything work. It was so early so my brain was not working to well yet, but she was patient and super nice! Give her a raise haha

Woman behind the counter does not belong working with customers. She seems bothered at having to take food orders, we watched her interact With customers and co-workers as we waited for our food and it was obvious that she’s like this most of the time by the way her co-workers reacted to her (at one moment she dropped something on the floor and began to clean it up while being very obvious and verbal about her frustration.. all in front of waiting customer, her co-working seemed as if walking on egg shells.. like it’s happened before). I am only describing her appearance in hopes that if possible you try to avoid her register.. dark hair, maybe in her 20s, heavier set. She should really look for a job that doesn’t involve contact with paying customers.
Its chick-fil-a. Sandwich looked and tasted as I would expect and employees were pleasant.
Consistently good food and pleasant smiling faces (even with masks on 😷). Today they were out of chick-fil-a sauce and I tried the sweet and spicy sriracha, my new #2 dipping sauce.
I have a handicapped husband in a wheelchair. I had 3 suitcases, 2 walkers, my purse and my husband and I was having trouble finding someone to help me because our stay and fly shuttle dropped us at the shuttle lot. A terrible idea. I finally got help and everyone was so nice. We had a while to wait so I went to Chic Fil-A and had the sweetest girl. I was telling her a little of my struggles and when I went to pay her she gave me my money back and said to pass it forward. And she said it was ok because she is the manager. I dont know her name. Just a short, sweet girl. You have a gem for a manager. Thank you. God bless.

Always love going here. This was in airport and got quick friendly service. Food was fresh and hot as well as accurate. So often today quick service / fast food is so disappointing with poor service and products, not here as everything was so good and is consistently so. I feel valued as a customer each and every time and that really stands out now given the deterioration of the leading burger slinging entity.

Being at the airport, the cost was greater than a local restaurant, but the good was excellent as always. Ultra fast service! I actually received my order while I was handing the cashier my credit card.

Drove 30 minutes to get Chic Fil a, google said it was closed at 10. We got there at 7:30 and the workers were standing outside and said it was closed. Very disappointed and upset. Don’t understand why google or their website would say 10pm then the workers decide to close it early.

This is a great Chick-fil-A location. It was particularly very clean, which you do not find at most of the other Chic-fil-A restaurants. The food was very good and the workers were very efficient and kind.

I love Chik Fila. I have visited this location a lot. (Its currently closed for renovations for a few weeks.) The food is good, but I have had several mess ups on my drive through orders, including several times where I got home and NO sauce was in my bag- or much less than I ordered. Ive never had that problem while dining in. If you call in, they will comp you on the VIP list, but twice they said they put my name on the list and when I got there and told them, they said, we cant find your name... One time they just asked what it was and gave it, but the other they said I had to speak with a manager. I never went back to get it, but I have a family of 6 and I know we have lost out on at least $15 if stuff. I now check my FULL order every single time I go- even as they tell me they checked my order and have everything. So, always double check your order and you will be good.

I have never been disappointed with the friendly, helpful staff at any Chick-fil-a or the delicious food. My favorite menu item is the Cobb Salad with honey mustard dressing.
Chicken sandwiche are always fresh. Waffle fries are always hot. But those lines and wait times are rough. Thats what stop me from giving a 5💥
Every Chick-fil-A review I leave is the same: 5 stars with only one complaint: not open on Sunday! 😁

Was there the other day flying out. Employees were talking while I tried to order. Paige was very attentive and was very pleasant while the noise happened in the background. Always had a smile and showed like it was not her job but it was a pleasure. Will come back next time I fly out.

Great food court option at the CLE airport. I consistently get great chicken, and they do iced tea right. Today specifically I was in a sour mood after my flight, but the staff member at the counter (Reginald) was cheery and welcoming, got all the details on my picky order right, and even spelled my last name right on the receipt. (So many places ask for my name and it ends up mangled so many ways that when someone gets it right, I am grateful. :D ). Seriously, the service and food are consistently good and - especially important at the airport - it’s FAST.

This location at the Cleveland Airport had a cheese dipping sauce that none of the other restaurants have. This is very disappointing, because this cheese sauce is awesome. If the other stores had it, the lines would be much longer. It is the best, and have to have it every time Im in Cleveland. Way to differentiate yourself!

I was waiting for someone to take my order and I was right in front of the cashier. Another person walked up right in front of me and the cashier took the gentleman with his girlfriend order and never took mine until after. Chick-fil-A is always my go to fast food. The food is always excellent and the service is always above and beyond any other restaurant. The Airport CFA is usually the most packed restaurant at the airport. Its always well staffed and the staff are friendly and courteous. The food has always been on par when I go here. Prices are high but keep in mind the following: 1. Airport restaurants are tenants and rent the space they are in which is never cheap in an airport. 2. Everything that comes into the airport is screen by a third party company for security reasons. 3. They have a lot of staff to pay to keep busy passengers moving so they dont miss their flight due to slow service. These costs get passed onto the customer. Thats why airport food and merchandise tend to be expensive.

Chick Fil A is Chick Fil A. Its awesome food, quick wait times, and convenient location, just inside the TSA. The one downside is the costs are high because the restaurant is inside of security at the airport.

5/18/18 at at 3pm. There was one line for 3 registers. When it was my turn to walk up the Nikittia- 804 was extremely rude. She told me to get back in line accusing me of cutting the line. I should have just left the line all together but I was hungry after a long delayed flight. She also took a customer who was behind me and did cut the line to get a refill and was not attentive to my order because she gave me the wrong drink order. I think she needs to be retained on customer service the Chikfila way. She also NEVER said “my pleasure”. I was honestly shocked by her terrible attitude and service. 3 stars because Chika fila is an awesome restaurant but she needed to be reported for diminishing the reputation and standards.

Meh, its cheap. Normally i boycott these places for monopoly traits and cheap labor. Small businesses cant complete and thier employees cant live off the wages. A high minimum wage would inhibit small businesses, therefore we should have a progressive wage. This means low wages are permitted at small businesses and high wages are mandatory at massive businesses. This does more than help poor people, it checks the power of monopolies. It encourages small businesses, competition, meritocracy and quality

2022-04-09Super nice, super friendly, even for an airport. We spilled our OJ by accident soon after we purchased it. My wife went to ask for more napkins to clean up the spill and they gave her another OJ to replace it. Food is great as usual as well.

2022-04-04Very fast and friendly service even with it being 5:30 AM. The three woman working there wanted to make sure my order was perfect, double checked the sweetness level on my coffee and were very quick. I never leave reviews, but was very impressed by how much effort they put into proving good service.

2021-10-16My cashier name was Janey… you could tell she barely wanted to be there and the customer service was forced. I ordered my meal and Janey hands my drink. After about 5 mins of me standing there I asked her if I could get my straw while I wait. Her exact response “Your straw will come in your bag when you get your food.” And she turned her back towards me.Very rude and inconsiderate. Horrible I should’ve stayed in the long line for Starbucks.Janey you shouldn’t be a public servant if you don’t want to deal with people!
