Do not use them for cash deals,. They charge for incoming wire money supposedly , they charge 50.00 for shipping and handling but email all the work , they make excuses and get nasty Michelle Hampton when you question the fees.will not return money they dont use in shipping and handling or wire transfer that your bank sends with a fee.A buyer has to pay their bank to send wire transfer but chicago title charges to receive, BSThis company is a huge scam,. Turned into better Business Bureau.They run fees up on both buyer and seller that they dont even usePay attention to the fees , horrible company

They transferred my title to the house I sold but I never received any money until 4 days later and yet the new owners move right in. They lied and said the wire transfer was going to happen that day but it never did. I had questions and they didnt want to return our calls. I never had any issues when I used Kingdom Title in Medina.

Beware!. This company is awful. I paid for a property cash in July and still have not received my deed. I left several voicemails for Pam Fults, Jamie Eldridge, Kristy Wooding with no response. Only worried about getting the commission of closing a deal. After Everything is said and done no one gets back to you about unpaid bills from previous ownership of the property you buy. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because they are just awlful!

The billing company who informs you about contacting the title company saying this unpaid billing is supposed to be held in escrow of unpaid balances. Then When you try to contact the title company by yourself and through your mortgage company NOBODY responds. Terrible way to operate and a terrible way to hold customers.

Chicago Title handled the closing on my first house. I had a HomeStyle Loan, so a portion of my loan was for renovations. With this loan, an initial disbursement was suppose to be given to me at closing to give to my contractors to begin work. When I asked about this at closing, I was told the wrong information (that the disbursement would come from my lender), so I left. I found out later (by my lender) that they were mistaken, and was given the option to come back to pick up the disbursement check or have it mailed. I opted for mail, since they closed before I would be able to get there after work. Bad decision.It took well over a week for the check to arrive, despite me living a city away. When I asked about the check, I was told they followed their “procedure” (even though they weren’t even clear who should have given me the check), and that the check was in the mail ASAP. When it finally arrived, I noticed it had been date stamped days after they said they mailed it out.The delay caused significant issues. Materials I had picked out for flooring sold out and went on backorder. The contractors couldn’t get started and pushed back demo work until after a different project completed. I had to pay for some materials with my own money just to get things going.I would not recommend Chicago Title to anyone. Our notary was amazing, but that’s the extent of our positive experience with them.

Terrible company. Used Michelle Hampton. She would never return my calls. Still have not received my paperwork. They sub-contacted the work out to some company I have never heard of. (A.C.T.)?!Dont use this company!!

They were supposed to refund my fiancé’s earnest money back to him. After a month of trying to get it back relentlessly we finally got the check and the bank wouldn’t deposit due to it I guess being fraudulent. The women who works here also owns Grizzell moving from Keller Williams and they are also a bunch of scam artist !

When it was time for the funds to be wired, they couldnt do so and had to send a check. A mistake on their part held up my funds. I wont be doing business with this company again.
