Chester Law Group was awesome. Max Gibson answered my questions in a timely fashion and .always to the point. He was organized and knew the details of the case every time we talked. Chester Law Group is amazing! I was in an accident 12/8/18. I met with my Attorney Ashley and she gave me the run down of what was going to happen. She told me that any bills I got in the mail to just take a picture and send it to her and she would handel it. And she was correct, I didnt have to worry about anything at all with Ashley. She was honest and right to the point. Any questions i had and she was happy to help. 10 out of 10 would recommend Chester Law Group.
Chester law group is outstanding! I would highly recommend them :) attorney Chester in the lawyers at Chester law always answered my questions using plain English not legal speak. I thought they were being upfront and honest about whatever legal question I asked for them. My phone calls or answer within 24 hours which is fast for a big law firm. I thought i had a personal relationship with attorney Chester he made them self available to me whenever I asked him. I wish I had the ability to give them zero stars! I had an absolutley awful experience with this law group. The communication is terrible. There was only one paralegal that communicated with me about my case. Thank you Gina. Attorney Weeks had a terrible attitude and treated me like I didnt know anything. The true definition of unprofessional. The best thing that came out of this office was gaining Nick and Kelly on my workers compensation case. Its a truly terrible feeling having a lawyer you do not feel you can trust.

I was in a pretty bad car accident over 2 years ago. Thankfully, I was not severely injured. However, the insurance company of the person that hit me was very uncooperative in paying my medical bills. Hence, I felt that I needed an attorney. Initially, I had a very good impression of Chester Law. The attorney that I met with was very personable and explained everything in detail. However, this was not the attorney that was assigned to my case. I never spoke with the attorney that I initially met with again. Nor, did I speak with the attorney assigned to my case until my case was passed to a co-co-counsel.Throughout my entire case, paperwork was tossed from one paralegal to another, and communication was not very good throughout the case. Finally, after over a year, Chester passed my case on to a co-counsel. To this day, I have no idea why that was necessary. Chester Law is supposed to be well versed in personal injury law, so why was my case passed on to a co-counsel? At any rate, the co-counsel was even less efficient and less communicative than Chester. I constantly had to follow up, and I believe that my case was tossed aside. I finally settled my case over a month ago. I was very dissatisfied that I had to pay over 40 percent in attorney’s fees when I felt the attorneys did nominal work, and I had to advise when I wanted a lawsuit filed. Overall, my experience was not very good. My case was very straightforward and took almost 2 yrs to settle. I personally would not recommend this firm when there are other options in the Akron/Cleveland area.
I currently am using Chester law group for an accident that occurred in 8/10/18. I received information in the mail about them, looked them up and saw the reviews were excellent so decided to go with them. Today has been a year and I can count 0 times chester has reached out to me without it being as a result of a phone call i made to them. I feel like my case is not important. Like if their isnt enough money that can be gained from my case I am put on the back burner. My 10 year old daughter was in the car and not 1 person has reached out to me in regards to her case. Even when Ive asked I have gotten nothing but the run around. I am very disappointed in this behavior from Chester law group. I will never recommend this firm to anyone if this is how you treat people

Would not accept my case due to other drivers history. EDIT Turns out that there was a miscommunication due to the fact that I have another attorney representing me on an unrelated case. The Chester law attorney who visited me was under the impression that I was seeking a second opinion. Other than the miscommunication, they seem to represent themselves very well which tells me that they would more than likely represent you just as well.
My attorney was available to me any time I had a question or concern. Made the process so easy for me! Would definitely use them again in the future!
I would absolutely refer this firm to anyone. My accident settlement was reached promptly, settled at least a couple months before I had predicted. My share of the settlement was higher than what the adjuster was intent on settling on. Highly recommended.

I have known David Chester for quite some time. He is both a great lawyer and great businessman who fights for his clients. As founder of Global Online, I have met many executives but few have the expertise and caring of David Chester.
Chester Law Group has given me the worst experience I have ever encountered with any attorney, they are the worst group of attorney I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. I was in a horrific car accident in December of last year, I called and they sent someone to my home in January that I signed with whom I assumed was my attorney. I had zero contact with them for the next 4 months and didnt discover until late may that I was actually given a different attorney who I had never met or even spoken to. I was still receiving correspondence from the insurance company which meant they didnt know I had representation. Everytime I called the office I had to leave a message for a paralegal who would call me back the next day. When I finally got fed up enough to move on from them they charged me $846 claiming to waive the fees for any work being done and charging me for a crash report, that they already had the first and only time I met with them, and for my medical records which I can access through OSUs MyChart for free. I have sent 3 emails trying to get my file sent to my new attorney, all of which have gone unanswered. For anyone considering signing with Chester Law Group I very strongly advise against doing so.

I would not even give them one star. I was in an accident in 2016. Never heard from them. I dont know how many paralegals I had. It was always someone new. The one paralegal lost my file. then when it was getting down the the 2 year cutoff they gave my case to another law firm. The other law firm was pushing me to settle. So I settled. My car was a lose, I still have problems with pain. I would not recommend to anyone. They dont care about you. Think twice before you decide to go with Chester Law group.

2022-06-16UPDATE: Please check with the BBB about this company. Do your research before hiring them.Called this office to evaluate working with them to settle our no fault case and was put on the phone with Connie. The first thing she did was lie to me. I asked her what out of pocket expenses we would be responsible for and she said just the 33.3% of the settlement.I knew that was a lie...then I SPECIFICALLY asked if we would be responsible for filing fees and other out of pocket expenses and she said no .... I then said so your firm pays for all the filing fees ? and she stated...yes....that they would take the claim to the insurance company....then I said....but if it goes to Court....then she said oh yes then your daughter would have to pay.Why lie?? 2022-02-23I hired Chester Law after an accident that left me with a broken wrist, sternum, no vehicle, and unable to work for 3 months. The attorney and paralegal I worked with took care of any and all medical bills that were sent to me, handled all statements with the other insurance provider, and really only called me if it was necessary. With all the stress that an accident such as this carries, it was amazing knowing that I had a team taking care of all the financial and legal obligations. 2021-12-29Receiving incoming call just simply inquiring had one child hand up on me with a name that begins with J and calling back wasnt any better, seems as though these businesses are highly alerted by voice tones that differ from their typical community comforts and it wasnt a pleasant dismissal or redirect it was very rude to a point and uninviting. Wouldnt even give the three stars I gave if I hadnt been prior to those inquiry calls treated a smidge better under different circumstances encountering the location. These are the things Im encouraged to change and if only shedding a light onto these types of behaviors and wielding that they improve even if I dont live to experience the changes of improvement, I have grandchildren Im going to continue this work for. No matter how insignificant or colossal my input and efforts ultimately pan out to impact the darkness that permiates these planes. No privilege or perspective should influence your contact with community weather its your personal or otherwise.

2021-02-23Chester Law Group was great. My settlement took 2 years, and they were responsive and helpful. I felt as though they really worked hard to get me the highest amount, and to helped alleviate confusing or time-consuming tasks by doing everything they could on their end to get documents and reach out to others about my billing. They made the process fairly understandable, and really showed concern for me throughout the process. I also felt like the fees taken after the settlement were not as high as other firms. I would DEFINITELY recommend them.
