The area is nice because of the location and they have different activities monthly. The price is crazy! Rent increased with every renewal. But the garbage compactor is broken or people just dont put trash in it. Camera was by the dumpster. It is no longer. My past above neighbor was extremely loud every evening. Loud music, smoking marijuana, fighting his girlfriend. I work early in the AM. That was awful! Called the office constantly witout any resolution. He moved eventually. Work orders can be addressed in a little more timely matter.
Be careful!!! Weve lived there for almost 2 years, we had to move out of country because of family emergency issue, 2 months before the contract is done and they charged us $860 for that. Also they didnt return our deposit ($400). In addition they requested to charge us about $150 after several months for something like cleaning but we cleaned the apartment before moving! And when we came back to country, a collector called us and requested for more money! Horrible!

Super loudI hear my neighbor above us going to pee and flushing the toiletSince we moved here in less than 3 months living we had multiple issues1 fridge not working right,was freezing and ruining all our groceries,went to office,the stupid office manager tells me to put setting lower,eventually they replaced the broken partAfter that we had AC making burning smell in a middle of the nightHad to turn it off.Laundry ruined our clothes,they would smell like moldWe moved here because they had washer and dryer inside apartments.After fighting with the office and bringing our clothes so they can smell them they replaced it after 7 weeksToday btw we had heat getting brokenIt was blowing just air. And its getting colder every dayHad to make them fix thatI don’t know what else can go wrong in simple apartmentTake your money somewhere elseWould pay less as wellWe already wanna find another place to live inHorrible!!!The only positive side is the people living here mostly are niceUpdateCheck the photosThey speak for themselves.we have ice/snow on windows inside apartment because of poor sealing on windows.I did report that our windows have bad sealing before these extreme colds came on
NOISE! AWFUL MANAGEMENT!! The price is not worth it, walls are so thin I could here my neighbors pee and conversations. Maintenance does not clean the drive well in the winter, numerous potholes present. Kids run wild throught the parking lot, always driving over their bikes and scooters. Only positive is that it is close to everything, but I still wouldnt recommend this facility. I lived there for 2 years because of school requirements but moved as soon as I could. Also, loud neighbors were always screaming at eachother and playing loud music. Garbage compactor was always broken and the office staff had people either pile it up or place it in a back of one of their beaten up trucks.
Awful management and incompetent staff. Apartments are old with thin walls and floors. Staff lack organization skills and communications. They cant do or approve anything without offsite management approval. Maintenance is fair but also cant do anything without prior approval.Location is good but very noisy. Some apartments have leaks in the ceiling or flood easily.Rates keep climbing up with no improvements. They give you the same old explanation about costs and what not. I believe the corporation owns this place is a bunch of crooks.If gross builders changes the staff and spends some money fixing the property, this place would be ok, but they are not going to do it. Dont try to reach an upper manager, they dont care at all.Id highly recommend to stay away from gross builders all together.
I stayed here for 6-7 months before relocating to another city due to work and my experience staying here was really good. Friendly and quiet community however walking distance to Walmart, Lowes and Home depot and bunch of restaurants makes it a great place to live in. The management was very good specially Melissa who helped me renting the apartment through an effortless guided process and while moving out too it was easy and comfortable. Also 6 months after moving out I needed a copy of my leasing documents and Melissa provided it within hours. I would definitely recommend this community.
I have stayed here for 2 years and seen the degradation. The services were more accurate and fast before. Now a days you call them will take days to come if they do not how to fix the problem they will make some other stories. My kitchen power outlets were not working properly . It ruined my micro oven and blender both. They said they are not responsible for it. I never asked any money for the products and i have already bought one. They said we use cheap products end up paying more. Funny thing is after 2 days any of the power plugs have stopped working. I believe they they dont bother about reputation

Two bed two bath got for a one bed one bath price. Extremely happy regarding the apartment and staff are friendly!!Melissa Prochko helped us a lot in crunch time of signing lease for the apartment with very patience!!!!

Roaches in building 12 - 9217, 1st floor is a major issue in our stay. Pest control delayed means overgrowing pest issues for all the 4 flats on first floor. Rest everything is upto the mark, but I will not recommend this place for anyone due to roaches.
Gross Builders are the worst management company. The are rude, they fail to fix anything properly. The trash overflows on a regular basis and smells horrible. The amount of stray cats is saddening, they wander and lay around everywhere. The worst part of it all is the drug addicts from the other complex next door waking around the property doing their drugs.
Pros: Price was good the first year, good location, central air, Water, trash included, well maintained.Cons: price hikes every year, water bill will no longer be included, people walk in the road since there is no sidewalk, geese poop everywhere because of the pond.
The name on the deposit check they returned to me is wrong but they refuse to send me a new one. I went to their office, the lady said i dont need to return the wrong check they would send me a new one but the next day they called me to return it back. I had to drive back twice! What if i moved to a city far away. It was there fault!
Its only fair to note that this is an old pic. We now have not 1, not 2, but 3 dumpsters in the middle of the complex. 1000$ a month for this?! What an embarrassment. How about I charge the complex 25$ for each day I have to see this. Only right since youre constantly threatening to charge us for stray bags
Awesome experience really loved the community...Melisa leasing consultant she is very helpful in every aspect..the day when we moved in unexpectedly it was delayed for me and my husband to reach strongsville...but with lot patience she waited until 8:00 in the evening and when ever we have maintenance issues... she will make sure everything is taken care on time....Thanks Melisa for your kindness.
Let me give you a run down on this complex management is horrible worst management you will run into , been waiting months to be compensated on a untility bill they don’t care about , that isn’t the best part the best part is I live in Strongsville OH somewhere suppose to be nice last Monday there rent box was “tampered with” took me a couple weeks to replace the money orders I paid that were stolen from THEM after finally receiving them I go to turn them into the office on my lunch break, and the assistant manager starts to hold me up cause I put 10 dollars extra on the money order to make up for the garage door money orders starts to tell me how I have to do it this way excuse me but I have no idea how you were able to get a position where you actually have to handle human interaction cause you need to be re trained assistant manager I pay 12,000 dollars a year to live here show some respect to your clients living there
I dont live here but i have heard wrong things about the maintenance. I have also seen in winter, theie roads and parking were full of snow. Overall its ok

I moved from here to other state but I like this apartment. kids had a season fun activities really it’s awesome!!
Beautiful place to live on the west side of Cleveland. Leasing agents (not the manager) are condescending.
Was a little disappointing finding out the price advertised and given to you over the phone isnt the asking price when you meet, my wife and i were given a rental price of 787.00 a month for a two bedroom 1 bathroom suit, after we checked it out and sat with the lease manager they then told it itll be 900-1000 dollars a month, not professional at all.
Rob you out your money do not rent here terrible management also who have no clue what they are doing

2022-06-05Weird experience! 👍🏽 Brittany was so sweet & nice. Two maintenance guys walk in and one of them sounds incredibly racist and ignorant. He kept answering his phone annoyed and said he can’t understand the man because the man on the other end kept speaking Indian! Wow. Disgusting. No thanks. Unprofessional. Stay away. Not worth it. Gross. 👎🏽👎🏽

2022-05-03I wish I would give ZERO stars. The maintenance is awful in this apartment. I have been living here since 2018. Our dryer is not working since 2+ months, raised maintenance request and I have been asked to do laundry in vacant apartment for a month. Later one fine day the maintenance came over and dryer started working and as soon as he left the dryer stopped working again. Raised another request and it’s more than a month now there is no resolution. Cherry on the cake(in this frustration) is I am getting lease renewal notice with nice increase in rent.

2022-05-05So glad I decided not to move hear, the management team would have been a nightmare to deal with. I retracted my $100 deposit within the 72 hour period on 4/5/22 due to finding another place that better suited my time frame. They told me that the same day they processed a refund back to my CC that made the deposit...2.5 weeks go by and still not $$ so I disputed the charge with my bank to put pressure on them incase they were liars and thought I would forget about it and not have to pay me back. WELL WELL WELL... today is 5/5/22 and I find a check in my mail with my refund dated 4/21/22. If it wasnt for me being diligent in getting my refund they would have just stolen my money. HONESTLY NOT SUPRISED WITH THIS MANY POOR REVIEWS THEY ARE SO DESPERATE TO KEEP HOLD OF $100 WHEN THEY CHARGE $1,400 TO LIVE IN A PLACE THAT ALEGIDLY HAS POOR INSULATION AND GAS LEAKS.

2021-09-28Not children friendly as there is no play ground, no walk ways. The management is horrible. Safety matters all the time but here in the property there are no.of gas leaks in multiple buildings. I had really bad experience with my work orders and in backlog or pending from many days I would say months. Management should at least listen resident concerns and don’t be rude.1/10.

2017-01-03Pros:1. Location, situated nicely near 71 and 80 you can get anywhere you want speedily.2. The apartment itself is pretty nice, a ton of space, had a few issues with appliances but maintenance was able to fix in a day or so (depending on urgency).3. Never had an issue with noise, not sure if thats because my neighbors are good or if the insulation is good.Cons:1. Price hikes, I understand keeping up with market rate but I recently checked their website and it was advertising the same apartment for a lower rate than I pay. Either a) keep the website up to date or b) lower my rent the next year2. Trash, the area where you take out trash is disgusting. Im surprised I havent caught a deadly disease by simply walking over there. It needs power washed, but it doesnt appear like they seem to care? Smells horribly in the hot summer days.3. No side-walk. Perhaps nit-picky but youd think with how much people pay rent they could afford to put down more sidewalks so people dont have to take walks / runs in the road.

2018-04-23Moved here couple of weeks back. So far so good, had a few regular move-in maintenance issues, which were addressed swiftly. The apartments are nice and spacious, lots of natural light and sun rays filling up the rooms all the way till the kitchen, they could have provided more storage and a separate pantry space though. The appliances are well maintained, there was a small crack in our gas oven top, the maintenance staff immediately replaced it with a brand new Frigidaire oven. The only gripe would be the potholes on the road towards the back of the community, which makes driving out of my garage a pain, heres hoping they get these fixed soon . Melissa at the leasing office is really helpful and attentive.

2019-04-30Not a good place to be. So many negative factors here, grounds are not clean, not maintained well, ciggrate buds everywhere. I lived here from Nov to Mar, maintenance is slow, cheap quality products in the units, very old stoves which are not well maintained. When I moved in things were very dirty in my unit, I talked to leasing and maintenance especially about the taps in the bathroom as they were not cleaned properly and are very old, they were full of rust, maintenance said that they do not change things unless they are totally damaged. Luckily my kitchen tap started leaking from the holes due to rust and they had to change it. Blinds on the windows are of cheap quality, you dont even have to pull them hard, they tend to break very frequently and when I asked maintenance guy he himself admitted that they use cheap quality. No security at all, if you have a garage your vehicle is safe, else there is no guarantee of your vehicle saftey. There was an incident where the vehicle windshields and rear windows were broken for the cars parked out of garrage in Nov, luckily I had a garage. Roads are very dirty inside the community, no play area for kids, no side walk for pedestrians. Worstly maintained grounds, only 1dumpster for entire community. This is a very old community, most of the things in the unit are outdated, washer and drier in the units are from 1900s I guess, not good at all. And the most important thing is never get costly items delivered via mail to your unit mail box, thieves around this place,I lost my cell phone which was delivered by FedEx, someone purposefully stole it from the mail area. I have called cops too, but they were helpless as their is no proper security measures in the community. So remember to get valuable things delivered to leasing office mail box. And leasing/management is worst, they charged me $175 for a broken window which I did not cause, they claim that it is broken from inside, but who knows if some body hit it from outside or it got s crack due to harsh winters in the area. They say it was not there when I move in as I did not have it on my move in check list. Who thinks that you have to go around the apartment and check windows, doors etc.. I did not create the damage as I never use that window, but still I had to pay for it as they charged for it. It could have broken as it is a cheap quality glass and because of the weather or someone hit it from out side(given the history for parcels getting stolen, car glass being damaged here there is a possibility that someone else broke it from outside). Walls do not stop the cold during winters, there are leaks from the windows everywhere which raises your gas bill during winters. Walls are thin, roofs are too thin that you can hear normal foot steps when people walk in the house. Overall my experience and stay here is not so great, lots of negatives here in this place, so think twice when you are leasing. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to spend money for a quality living
