Called over multiple days at any time frame while they were open. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. Dont understand how you can move people into an apartment if you never speak to them

This place is a total scam!I gave a down payment for my unit and they basically ran off with my money. No one ever spoke to me again after they continued to push off the move in date so far out that I had no choice but to go elsewhere.I have read that this is a common complaint about this apartment complex.. takes money and promises to finish updating a new unit, then never lets you move in and never gives your money back.BOOOOO. 0/5 stars

The management and maintenance are by far the most incompetent I have ever interacted with. In July I put a deposit down for a Sept 1 move in date, and for weeks the property manager blatantly lied to my face about ongoing improvements to the unit. When the uni wasnt ready on the 1st, she promised the 5, then 14, then Oct 1. The unit was not ready Oct 1, with visible damage from previous tenants still obvious. Now, she wont return any phone calls in relation to the refund of our deposut, signed and guaranteed by the property owner. I would rate them 0 stars if possible, worst professional experience of my life.

I have lived at Chateux LAigon for five years. I have been very comfortable and happy with my beautiful apartment. Management and maintenance have always been attentive and caring. This is more than a Apartment complex. Its a family community.

So was suppose to move in there tomorrow and get a call at 6pm tonight saying we cannot move in because our townhouse is nowhere near ready. They haven’t done anything to our unit. We paid our deposit a month ago and no one was living in the unit. We have to be out of our current house by noon on Thursday in two days. So now we are homeless until we find a place to go. Our current landlord sold our house so we can’t stay any longer than Thursday at noon. Sandy who runs the office at this facility knew that a month ago when we handed her our deposit. She said it would be ready and we would get the keys on the 27th which is tomorrow. They had a whole month to get it ready for us and I have my reservation to pick up my uhaul at 10 am tomorrow, already did my change of address with usps, and our cable and internet is suppose to be installed tomorrow as well. We’ve tried calling sandy all day to see what time we could get our keys and she ignored us all day. I finally talked to her around 4 and she said she has not been in the office since Friday and she would call back. Well here it is at 6pm the night before and she’s saying we cannot move in because it’s not ready. Now how am I suppose to find a place in less than 12 hours to move. This place is a joke and completely disrespectful. We have a son and a dog with nowhere to go on such short notice because this place lied and hid the truth. We could have been looking for another place if she would have just been honest and upfront with us even a week ago. So now my family is homeless until we can get our deposit back and find another place to move to. This place is not professional whatsoever.

I have been greatly disappointed as a renter here. The manager is completely impossible to get ahold of. Even at the affordable price, Im not getting what Im paying for.It started when I came to see an apartment. The manager did not show up because she was sick, and had one of the men that is a painter show me the apartment instead.It took 3 weeks to move in, even though at the start I was told it would be 1 week.When we moved in the plates that cover light switches and outlets were laying around with the screws all a mess ( we eventually took care of this ourselves) and there was trash all of the porch area.The manager said she checked the apartment to make sure everything was working before we moved in, which was a lie. More than 5 things were missing/broken. Examples being... in one of the bathrooms, both the toilet and shower arent working. An element is out in the stove. Etc.I told her 2 days after moving in what the problems were and for 3 weeks I was leaving voicemails, hearing Ill stop by tomorrow afternoon, Ill be there in a few minutes, etc. She never showed up and I was not going to stop trying to reach her until she did.She finally came by with a couple of the things we needed, not all of them. She brought the maintenance worker with her and we showed them what needed fixed in the bathroom. They didnt right anything down or even seem to take it seriously...I gave them 2 weeks to get back to us on when they would come by to fix what is broken and was never contacted. So I called, and went into the office in person, and was told they would come on a certain date. Did not show up or answer when I called to ask when. Surprise. We will see how long this lasts.I 100% do not recommend this apartment complex.

I have been looking for apartments and have been trying to contact this landlord for almost two weeks to no avail. I have called multiple times through out the weeks with no response and even showed up in person to the rental office multiple times and no one was ever there. (This is all during their advertised business hours) the one time someone finally calls me back, we set up an appointment for me to come look at an apartment. I show up on time to the appointment and surprise surprises no one was there. Good luck to anyone interested in this apartment complex, you wont be able to get ahold of the landlord

Best location and price!!! Sandy was so wonderful and caring. The apartment was is so huge and spacious and has the best patio. The pool will be beautiful in the summer!!! Walk to all the stores and groceries is a huge plus too!!!

Wonderful Manager and Maintenance personal, I am very happy. I was blessed to find this on Craigs list from out of state. I would reccomend here.

I would rate this place -100 out of 10. HORRIBLE management. Disgusting apartments. Creepy maintenance man. I definitely dont feel safe here alone.
