I moved from the West Coast to Ohio recently and had to get a new bank. Mine wasnt located anywhere out East. Debbie at the Brunswick location was wonderful. Ironically, she and I were both veterans. She knew about the Chase Veteran banking options and enrolled me. She was so professional and friendly. She made my new banking transition much less stressful than it could have been. And, meeting her supervisor, was also great. The tellers, when I had to deposit or withdraw, they have all just been nice. And everyone giggled when my youngest child got a lollipop stuck in her hair. I really like the branch and Debbie is awesome.

For the past year, it seems like nearly every time I go through the drive-thru to cash a check, its a new person who doesnt know me. What happened to the Hi Tom, how would you like your cash back? Instead, its Can you give me your ID.

Been with Chase for years problem only have 3 not close by. Brunswick chase bank. Center road near 71. Wish they had one on Pearl Rd. Closer to Laurel rd. Shopping center. Two in MEDINA REAGAN and jefferson rd . Other on RT 18 right past MEDINA cleveland clinic hospital. Hard to get there with no bus route in MEDINA no car especially hard on the elderly. Brunswick has good transportation especially for the elderly. The upside to this l go to my drug store and shop get extra money out at no fees. Thank you chase. Having direct deposit also no fees attached. Thank you Chase.

Came here opened account. Spent time here, was considering becoming a private client and transferring a good portion of my assets over. 3 days later my account is closed. Banks are fake, they act like they want money then you try then they close you out. Wouldn’t recommend chase to my dog.

I am in frequently for work. Everyone is always so pleasant. Service with a smile. The girls remember me and meet my needs and answer my questions.

People at this branch are always friendly and willing to help. If they cant help you, they find someone who can. Security is a priority as well, which is a plus.

Cant get them to answer the phone.Been having issues with the atm...But they always have treats for the puppy.

I was told i have to wait or go UPS for notary. because they are busy. that was really rude i am a client and they just like kick me out
