Did an awesome job of resizing my multi-band ring on a Sunday without an appointment. Received it back, same day, with quality work completed in three hours.
Not only replaced my watch battery they cleaned and polished my watch at no extra charge. It looks brand new. Set my husbands complicated watch and only charged him $5.00. I would definitely do business there again.

I went in to initially get a battery in my watch but then also got one of my rings cleaned and also made a purchase while picking up my things.Very clean and professional and knowledgeable staff. Very good prices and also has sales and deals. Would reccomend to anyone and will be going again for future jewlrey and watch related things.They also make jewlrey and watches.

2022-02-13Went in to get a battery installed for my sons pocketwatch. Great customer service, really quick, took less than the 15 minutes quoted. And they even cleaned the watch for me. Super happy. They have a customer for life now.

2022-07-29This shop does amazing work! I had a very old Ohio State Fossil watch that was no longer running and they fixed it up beautifully. The cost was very reasonable and they got it back working in less than two weeks, even after ordering parts. I highly recommend this shop for any watch repair needed!

2022-03-05I dont typically wear jewelry but my grandmother had a watch that my mother gave her before she passed that quit working. They were so helpful and amazing, fixed it in under 20 min and cleaned it almost like new. Between the amazing customer service and the more than fair pricing I will definitely come back!

2022-07-04Excellent service!I took my wedding ring in because it was catching on things. He inspected my ring, said the prongs were fine but needed flattened a bit. He said he could do the repair in just an hour! I will highly recommend his work! Thank you!

2022-07-27Had 2 watches repaired. Both were completed quickly and run excellent. Charlies went above and beyond expectations in priceand service. They also provide clock repair and service and I am planing on taking my clocks to them as well.

2022-04-15I have a brand new watch that is too tight on my wrist and giving me rashes. Walked into this store , and voila! Alex instantly added one small link to the watch at no cost. He was friendly, courteous and professional. This store is a must-visit especially if Alex is at the counter. Hopefully with the link added, the watch wont stick to my skin and the rash problem is solved.Kallie

2022-02-15I have a pocket watch with a Swiss movement that I took to Charlie back before Christmas for repair. Ive had it 15 years and admittedly hadnt cleaned it in a while, the chain and cover were dirty, the mechanism was having issues, and my kids had damaged the hinge prying it open once.I had low expectations for Charlie to be able to fix it. It was in rough shaped. I had resigned that it was history. He fixed it, cleaned it beautifully, and all for a very reasonable price.If you appreciate time pieces that dont involve a fitbit or an apple watch, this is the place to go.I had a minor issue a couple months after Charlie fixed it and he fixed it quickly no charge even though it was unrelated to the original problem. This is a quality business and Charlie is a really nice guy. He remembered me 3 months later. I was impressed.
