Great people to work with Tammy did an amazing job at helping me understand excatly what was going on and made the process extremely smooth and easy. She was willing to email if I couldnt get to her and even wait after hours for me to get there. This firm was very pleasant and so helpful with a situation I had no idea how to handle!! When I reached out to Chuck and his team I didnt have a lawyer and didnt know what to do when I was hit by a Suv crossing an intersection.Being a disabled man I didnt know what steps to take.They were very warm and easy to understand with assisting me with my legal battle.The team was on it from day 1 and after a year and half because of the pandemic I was truly pleased on the outcome because they cared.I would recommend Mr.Boyk and his team any day and refereed some of my friends to him as well.

2022-02-22My husband and I were recently in a bad car accident. When asking friends who they recommend, we had 10+ people tell us Charles Boyk. We’ve been working with him for 3 weeks now, and we are very pleased. His assistant, Sarah, has been nothing short of amazing with me and my husband. She never makes us feel like a bother, is always quick to respond (even if it’s after hours), give guidance, and help in any way she can. This was our first accident, and they have helped make the brier experience a little more comfortable for us both.

2022-03-03Sarah has made the worst experience into a smooth and comforting transition . Last year I had a car accident and the insurance company rushed to get me to sign documents, I contacted this law firm and Sarah had walked me through the whole process. Communication was thorough and timely. I’ve felt comfortable asking questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs help.

2022-03-02Charles Boyk and his staff are very professional and have done an amazing job with our accident claim. This has been a very emotional time for us and they have helped navigate through the uncertainty of our situation and have been empathetic all along. Its business first, but they make you feel like they care and take the time to listen to your concerns. Sarah has been a huge part of making all of the aspects of this case come together and caring about what we needed along the way. I think highly of this office and would recommend them if you need the best attention to your case. Even though they are a very busy office, I have felt like their only case.

2021-11-22Every time I have any type of issue I call chucks office Immediately. If he himself can’t help me he will find someone who can. His staff,especially Sarah, always go out of their way to make sure that I am kept up to date and go above and beyond to do things in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for them guiding me and my family through our car accident I wouldn’t know what to do. The wholes staff is very professional and courteous. I recommend everyone I know to call chuck. They have earned a satisfied customer for life. They even sent me cookies and flowers after my surgery! And a special thanks to Sarah for dealing with my anxiety through everything!

2022-01-25I was rear ended and had a lengthy process with the opposing party, but thanks to my lawyer, Andrea, and her team, we were able to get everything settled fairly and I feel I was paid accordingly for my injuries and time off work.
