5 STAR experience! Both Brittney and Paige do exactly what I want and offer great suggestions. When I leave the salon, I feel as if I were pampered and renewed. I would highly recommend their services and this salon. They use Aveda products, which I love and offer a full line.
Amazing and kind staff. Paige is the best. She’s so funny and kind and is so great at what she does. I recommend her to actually everyone and she actually doubles as the best cheerleader lol. SCHEDULE HERE. You won’t regret it
Dane and Curtis are fantastic. Ive had very good cuts from others as well but Dane, especially, stands out. I dont even tell him what to do; he just knows what will look good.
I received a haircut and color from Kristi. The color was alright but I have several areas of roots that were not covered and a small chemical burn on my forehead from the bleach. The haircut again was fine but she spent much more time styling my hair than actually cutting it. I would not go back to her however the salon appeared nice and I might try a different stylist.

Went to see Aly W at Changes for blonde highlights. Today was my first ever visit, she is now stuck with me. She took me from yellow and brassy to blonde and fab. I love the outcome!!!! Fantabulous job Aly, thank you :)

2020-09-02After my former stylist retired, I was depressed by the hellish process of trying to find someone new. Thankfully I was referred to Zoe. She did EXCELLENT work! I was impressed by her professionalism, thoroughness, and charisma. The salon was bright, very clean, and the staff were all very friendly.This new client is now a forever client.

2016-03-04I have been going to Kirk for longer than I can remember. He is a great stylist! I love him. My color is always gorgeous. A few years ago, I was in a 10 week class, and one of my classmates was a hairdresser. After a few weeks, he asked me if I colored my hair, (as he could not tell), and when I said yes, he remarked that red is an extremely hard color to make look natural. And mine really was natural looking. So even he couldnt tell.. he had to ask! I was so flattered. And my cut is always perfect. Book with Kirk!

2019-01-20First time here and my experience was phenomenal. Shamefully, I hadnt had my hair done in almost a year, so I knew there was a lot of work to do on it! I was a bit worried it almost couldnt be fixed to my liking without chopping it all off. Rienna was my stylist and she gave me exactly what I was asking for and fixed this hot mess head of hair (Without taking too much length)! She was very kind with great conversation and delivered every expectation I had. Would recommend her to any and everyone I know. Well worth the time and money and I will absolutely be back!Love,A very happy, (now) healthy haired customer

2019-01-26Ive been to multiple salons in the Columbus area, but I feel that this one is the best! Rienna is fantastic and always does an amazing job with my short haircuts. The service from the front desk is also great - I have never had any problems and they are always courteous. Highly recommend Changes.

2018-08-31I have gone to this salon twice for a color and cut, although it is a very nice salon, tidy and clean, I was overall not happy with the color washing out so quickly. I find it very hard to reschedule or come in multiple times in a week because of my schedule, I would have asked for a redo and Im sure they would have been accommodating. It was a little more pricey than I had hoped and my sister in law had recommend me to go here...after a few appointments she started to have a bad experience with having to keep coming back for retouches to get her hair the way she wanted it. I would suggest booking an appointment if you need a simple color or process.

2016-03-04DANE is amazing. Our relationship began in 1998! What? I never wrote that out before! Talk about long-term relationship. Dane has gotten me through various colors, surgery (it affects how your hair processes color), and every mood from make it look the same as last time to Im bored. Do something. I dont care what. Just change it up.The salon is neat, inviting, and well-equipped. Each staff member I have encountered has been professional and personable. The price is very reasonable, especially for the security of knowing you will always feel better when you leave than when you arrived. Ive never walked out disappointed. Since 1998? Thats a lot of cuts & colors to be batting 1000 (thats 100% for non sports fans). :-) ♡

2016-10-22I dont trust most people with my hair but my friend highly raved this place so I thought why not. I had Paige and she was amazing! Easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do. Ive never been happier with my hair.

2017-08-19Lanny has been very professional! He knows how to get the right highlights ,and colors for my hair to accentuate my skin tone. If I want a change of style,He then cuts my hair to compliment my face every time whether long, or short or in between.He definitely has the professional skills needed to help any, and all people who see him.
